About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is dedicated to developing AI assistants that are helpful, harmless, and honest. As usage of our AI services grows, we need to ensure they are not misused. The Safeguards team is at the forefront of protecting our users from the risks of powerful AIs as well as ethical, technical, and social risks from the use of generative AI.
The Safeguards team at Anthropic builds protections for new AI features enabled by the research teams and protects new products and surfaces developed by our product teams. As a Product Manager for the Safeguards team at Anthropic, you will own the ideation, design, development and deployment of Safeguards systems and relevant product UX to ensure we are advancing frontier models safely to users across various cloud platforms. You will work closely with our research and product teams to develop detections, evals, interventions, and tools to measure and mitigate deployment and user risks.
We are looking for a product manager who is deeply committed to making AI safe and beneficial for humanity. You are aware of the risks and are committed to working with experts and coming up with ideas for Anthropic to implement. You have deep technical expertise in development, deployment and measurement of Safeguards systems. You thrive in rapidly moving and ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
Determine how to build in safety by design upstream and leverage downstream defenses for Anthropic’s frontier models, AI products, customers on different surfaces - Claude.ai, 1P API, external Cloud providers.
Ability to write safety evals and communicate externally about safety.
Drive impact via ruthless prioritization by clearly defining problems, solution options forward, clarity on both business & technical tradeoffs and accordingly clear requirements toward MVP vs. ideal state.
Align & collaborate with policy, enforcement, research, engineering and cross functional stakeholders.
Understand the AI landscape and ecosystem to plan for mitigation of deployment risks of increasingly powerful models and determined adversaries.
Lead the development of metrics to understand the area, performance, blindspots to help inform future project planning.
Minimum Qualifications
You may be a good fit if you have:
Ability to make technical tradeoff decisions; ideally with experience working across policy experts, AI/ML research engineers and software engineering teams to design and build state of the art safety systems.
Strong user understanding of how our products are used, their Safeguards concerns and how we provide the best solutions.
Demonstrated ability to build product and engineering strategy across multiple cross-functional teams for a rapidly changing space.
Demonstrated experience in designing and building metrics to evaluate risks, system performance, user impact and making crisp tradeoffs
Very strong ability to navigate, and prioritize amidst rapidly changing product specs, and to flex into different domains to bring clarity and execute.
Evidence of exercising judgment and decision making in ambiguous situations.
Planning, building, launching and measuring new products / systems in a zero to one environment.
Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in written and verbal communication.
Think creatively about the risks and benefits of new technologies, and think beyond past checklists and playbooks.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years in product management with a focus on fast problem understanding, building roadmaps with tractable progress, ability to get into the details on data, detection & interventions, infrastructure & tools, and/or evals.

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Deputy Head of Transaction Monitoring is a senior 2LOD leadership role responsible for the execution, oversight, and continuous transaction monitoring framework across all regulated entities. The role sits within the Group Financial Crime & Compliance function and reports directly to the Head of Transaction Monitoring (TM).
The TM team is being built from the ground up and the Deputy Head is a foundational hire. The successful candidate will play a direct role in shaping how the function operates, establishing its culture, and setting the standard for how TM is executed across the Group. The decisions made and ways of working established in the early months of this team will define its trajectory.
The TM function is mid-build across detection capability, operating model, and platform infrastructure. The Deputy Head will drive delivery across a complex, multi-jurisdictional operating model — translating regulatory expectations into working controls, challenging first-line frameworks with credibility and precision, and providing structured, evidence-based oversight of TM risk across the Group.
All accountabilities are exercised on the direction of the Head of TM, or independently where the Head of TM is unavailable and the matter cannot be deferred without breaching a regulatory or operational obligation. The Head of TM retains ownership of the framework, regulatory relationships, and strategic decision-making. In the absence of the Head of TM, the Deputy will provide full operational continuity, maintaining oversight, escalation, and regulatory responsiveness across the Group
Responsibilities
TM Framework & Policy
Shape and evolve the Group TM framework with the Head of TM — policies, procedures, rule design methodology, threshold calibration, and the quality assurance regime.
Review and challenge Scenario Engineering outputs, rule specifications, threshold proposals, and back-testing results ahead of Head of TM sign-off.
Own the quality bar for QA and Governance outputs, ensuring they meet the standard expected by senior management and regulators.
Shape rule change proposals and threshold recalibrations through the change management process.
Drive TM minimum standards across entities, partnering with local Heads of Compliance to close gaps.
Delegated Authority & Decision-Making
Hold formal delegated authority from the Head of TM, stepping into the primary TM decision-maker role whenever they're unavailable and a decision can't wait. In this capacity, you will:
Approve withdrawal holds, account restrictions, and alert escalations.
Review L3 SAR referral packs for completeness and evidential sufficiency before they go to the entity MLRO.
Approve interim rule threshold changes that can't be deferred, recording the rationale for the Head of TM to confirm on their return.
Deputise fully for the Head of TM during leave or absence, holding full decision-making authority within the governance framework for that period.
Regulatory Engagement
Working under the Head of TM's direction, and independently when they're unavailable, you will:
Support the Head of TM in managing regulator relationships on TM matters.
Respond to supervisory queries, attend regulatory meetings, and represent the TM function at inspections.
Support the preparation and delivery of regulatory submissions, responses to supervisory feedback, and remediation communications.
Coordinate with entity MLROs and Heads of Compliance on jurisdiction-specific TM requirements.
Team Leadership
Provide day-to-day leadership and line management of TM specialist teams, alongside the Head of TM.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of TM analysts across pillars.
Chair TM governance meetings, including in the Head of TM's absence.
Act as the senior escalation point for analysts, bringing decisions to the Head of TM where needed.
Drive risk culture across the TM function through visible leadership, consistent challenge, and clear communication.
Governance & Oversight
Uphold the governance boundary between TM compliance decisions and commercial interests, escalating to the Group Head of Compliance and Regulatory Risk if the Head of TM is unavailable to resolve a conflict.
Ensure 1LOD Alert Operations operates within the framework set by 2LOD, escalating any breach to the Head of TM.
Maintain audit-ready documentation across all TM governance activity.
Act as a senior escalation point for material TM issues, control failures, and emerging risks across all entities
Requirements
Extensive experience in financial crime compliance, with at least 3 years in a senior TM role (team lead, deputy head, head of TM, or equivalent) within a regulated financial services firm.
Experience in the
CFD, forex, or leveraged derivatives sector
, or with investment firms offering similar products.
Demonstrable experience making autonomous decisions on TM matters: alert escalation, SAR filing recommendations, account restriction approvals, and rule threshold adjustments.
Experience engaging directly with the FCA or another Tier 1 regulator (CySEC, ASIC, MAS, BaFin) on TM or financial crime matters, including responding to supervisory queries and attending regulatory meetings.
Experience with TM framework design or significant enhancement, including rule design methodology, threshold calibration, and quality assurance.
Working knowledge of AML/CTF regulatory requirements in at least two of: UK (FCA/MLR 2017), EU/Cyprus (AMLD/CySEC), Australia (AML/CTF Act/AUSTRAC), UAE (CBUAE).
Experience managing or overseeing a team of financial crime or TM specialists.
Strong written and verbal communication: the role produces materials for senior management, the CCO, the Board, and regulators

About the Role
Enterprise deals aren't won by a single email or a single seller. They're won by a coordinated push that reaches every stakeholder in the room, at the right moment, with the right message. As our Account-Based Marketing Manager, you'll own the programs that turn our highest-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts into pipeline. You'll work directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships to build 1:1 and 1:few plays that engage buying groups and move complex, multi-stakeholder deals forward. This is a role for someone who's comfortable building from limited precedent and translating account strategy into campaigns that actually change how a deal moves.
What you'll do
Own and execute ABM programs for a defined portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, from strategy through campaign delivery.
Design 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays that engage decision-makers and full buying groups, not just single contacts.
Partner with Sales on account plans, opportunity progression, and executive engagement, acting as the marketing counterpart to their account strategy.
Build personalized messaging and content experiences tailored to enterprise stakeholders, translating account priorities into a value narrative.
Run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, content hubs, direct mail, and events, sequencing channels to match where each account is in the funnel.
Lead high-touch executive engagement initiatives, including curated dinners, events, and account-specific experiences that build senior-level relationships.
Drive account research to surface buying group members, whitespace, and engagement signals that inform where to focus next.
Track account engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline impact across the portfolio, and use those signals to reallocate effort toward what's working.
Test new ABM tactics and engagement approaches, treating each program as a hypothesis to validate rather than a template to repeat.
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve.
Skills and Qualifications
4-7 years of B2B marketing experience with strong exposure to enterprise demand generation, ABM, or strategic account marketing.
Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel ABM programs targeting complex buying groups.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate account engagement and pipeline signals and adjust programs accordingly.
Experience partnering closely with Sales to support account strategies and opportunity progression.
Ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with broader strategic objectives.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ABM or intent tools.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and plans need to adapt in real time.
Nice to Have
Experience running executive-level engagement programs (dinners, curated events, VIP experiences).
Background in SaaS or fintech, where enterprise sales cycles involve multiple senior stakeholders.
You'll Thrive Here If
You Treat a stalled enterprise deal as a puzzle to solve, not someone else's problem.
Can build a program from scratch when there's no playbook to follow.
Read pipeline and engagement data as a starting point for the next test, not a to file away.
Move comfortably between big-picture account strategy and the details of a single campaign asset.
Build real working relationships with sellers instead of treating Sales as a stakeholder to manage.
Hold a high bar for personalization. Generic ABM doesn't move enterprise buying groups.
Take ownership of outcomes, not just activity. Pipeline impact is the scoreboard.
Give and take direct feedback easily, and adjust fast when a play isn't landing.
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $98,000 - $106,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
Perks & Benefits
Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
FSA and HSA Spending Account.
20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday.
401(k) plan with company match.
100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.
Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers).
Generous home office stipend to support your remote workspace.
Annual professional development stipend to support your growth (e.g., workshops, courses, and seminars).
Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off with registered non-profits.

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
The federal government generates more data every day than most organizations manage in a decade, streaming continuously from satellites, unmanned systems, sensors, and warfighters across every domain and classification level. At the same time, AI is transforming how that data gets used, from massive training data lakes to real-time decision-making at the tactical edge. MinIO sits at the center of both problems. We are the data foundation that lets federal and defense customers store, move, and act on their data at any scale, in any environment, including the most austere and disconnected ones on the planet. This isn't incremental infrastructure work; it's the layer that decides whether the right data reaches the right decision-maker at the right moment.
The Sr Regional Sales Manager, Federal at MinIO will lead new business development for our Federal practice in an individual contributor capacity. MinIO Federal is a channel-first organization. The right candidate has a working network of FSI, ecosystem, and channel partner relationships to activate on day one.
What You Will Do:
Drive Pipeline Through Partners:
Actively develop and close new business across DoW, IC, and civilian agencies by activating and expanding relationships with existing and new federal channel partners and systems integrators.
Leverage Existing Relationships:
Bring and activate your own network of federal customer, partner, and FSI contacts to accelerate pipeline from day one. Established relationships with agencies, primes, or federal resellers are a core requirement of this role.
Own the Sales Cycle:
Manage the full sales cycle through close, maintaining a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline.
Articulate MinIO's Value in a Federal Context:
Tailor MinIO's value proposition to federal buyers and their unique constraints, budget cycles, compliance requirements, and procurement vehicles, spanning both traditional data infrastructure and emerging AI/ML, inference, and agentic AI use cases, and equip partners to do the same.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with our Federal field architect, channel, and marketing resources to align technical, partner, and go-to-market strategy, and ensure a seamless customer and partner experience.
Accurate Forecasting:
Maintain transparent, accurate forecasts of pipeline and sales activity to support planning and the broader Federal growth model.
Your Skills and Experience:
Established Federal Relationships: Existing, active relationships with federal systems integrators, resellers, and agency contacts that can be brought to bear immediately.
Federal Sales Experience: 7+ years of experience in federal or public sector sales, with a demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing new business through partners and channel relationships.
Channel-Led Sales Motion: Deep familiarity with partner-led federal sales models, deal registration, teaming agreements, and working alongside resellers and SIs rather than solely direct-to-agency.
Domain Knowledge: Background in technology sales, ideally cloud-native infrastructure, storage, and/or AI/data platforms; understanding of federal buyer constraints (procurement vehicles, budget cycles, compliance).
Startup/Growth-Stage Experience: Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment without the infrastructure of a large, established sales org.
Challenger Approach: Skilled at identifying and challenging the status quo, demonstrating clear business value, and closing competitive deals.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to represent MinIO credibly to agency stakeholders, partner executives, and internal leadership alike.
Clearance: Active security clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
Educational Background: BA or BS in a related field or equivalent experience.
What We Offer:
Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
401K with 3% Contribution
Pre-IPO Stock Options
At least 12 Public Holidays
Flexible Time Off
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)
MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We review applications for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.
About Delinea:
Delinea is a pioneer in securing human and machine identities through intelligent, centralized authorization, empowering organizations to seamlessly govern their interactions across the modern enterprise. Leveraging AI-powered intelligence, Delinea’s leading cloud-native Identity Security Platform applies context throughout the entire identity lifecycle – across cloud and traditional infrastructure, data, SaaS applications, and AI. It is the only platform that enables you to discover all identities – including workforce, IT administrator, developers, and machines – assign appropriate access levels, detect irregularities, and respond to threats in real-time. With deployment in weeks, not months, 90% fewer resources to manage than the nearest competitor, and a 99.995% uptime, Delinea delivers robust security and operational efficiency without compromise.
What You Will Own:
— Price and packaging architecture across the portfolio: tiering, licensing metrics, add-on structure, bundling.
— Proposal quality into the monthly Price Committee: analysis, financial model, recommendation, and action register through to closure.
— Discount governance, including band policy and guardrails.
— Monetization for new categories: NHI governance, AI agent identity, StrongDM, consumption-based licensing.
— Commercial readiness at launch, ensuring packaging and pricing ship with the product.
— The single source of truth for pricing, packaging and quoting guidance, partnering with Product Marketing on seller enablement.
— Price realization, attach rate and competitive position, informed by competitor pricing, market benchmarks and win/loss data.
What We Are Looking For:
— 12+ years across pricing strategy, monetization, product management or product marketing, including 5+ years owning pricing as a named function.
— Experience building a monetization function where none existed: cadence, governance, documentation, analytical bench.
— Experience preparing and defending recommendations to a formal pricing committee or equivalent decision body.
— Demonstrated design of tiered packaging for enterprise software, strong financial modeling (pricing impact, ARR and expansion, discount optimization).
— Credibility with executive peers, holding a position on pricing under pressure without direct authority over sales or finance.
Strongly preferred:
— Cybersecurity or identity security (PAM, IAM, SIEM, endpoint); exposure to NHI, machine identity or secrets management.
— Consumption-, usage-, or outcome-based pricing models alongside seat-based subscription.
— Working knowledge of CPQ (Salesforce CPQ, Apttus); pricing through M&A integration or a major commercial model transition. MBA a plus.
Why Now:
Pricing at Delinea has been carried by people doing it well alongside a full portfolio, and the surface area keeps growing. The opportunity is to make monetization a professional discipline, with a decision forum that already works. This role is built for owning monetization end-to-end rather than managing an approval queue.
Why work at Delinea?
— Meaningful work, a culture of innovation and great career progression.
— Core values: Spirited, Trust, Respect, Ownership, Nimble, Global.
— Competitive salaries, meaningful bonus program, excellent benefits including healthcare insurance, pension/retirement matching, life insurance, employee assistance program, time off plans, and paid company holidays.
Delinea is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer prohibiting discrimination and harassment of any type.
Candidates are required to complete comprehensive criminal background check, verification of education, and employment, and social media sites may be reviewed upon conditional offer of employment.

The Position
CallRail is a lead engagement platform: we show businesses which marketing drives their calls, forms, and chats, and we help them answer, qualify, and route those leads around the clock. Home services is one of our largest and fastest-moving markets, and we're looking for a Vertical Marketing Manager to own it. Think of the role as general manager for home services: you set the strategy, you own the number, and you're the company's go-to on this market.
You'll build the home services personas, positioning, and messaging, verticalizing our go-to-market narrative for this audience. From there you'll partner with demand generation, customer marketing, and content on how it comes to life, and work closely with sales, product, and leadership on what we build and say. Expect roughly equal parts strategy and execution.
Home services is not one market, though. A roofer, an HVAC contractor, a remodeler, and a landscaper run different businesses with different seasons, job values, and buying triggers. Building a real strategy for each priority subvertical, rather than one generic story, is where this role makes its biggest impact.
What You'll Do
You act like an owner.
Home services is your line of business. You know its performance, its risks, and its opportunities inside and out, and you carry the accountability that comes with it.
You bring an informed point of view.
You represent home services in cross-functional and leadership conversations, and your perspective carries weight because it's grounded in real expertise — what customers are telling you, what the data shows, what competitors are doing.
You advocate for what your market needs.
You don't wait for a door to open; you open it. When you see something we need in order to win in home services, you build the case for it, bring the rationale and the numbers, and champion it until it gets a real decision.
You go deep.
You're genuinely curious about this industry, its buyers, and the forces shaping it. You want to keep learning, testing, and refining what works.
What You'll Own
Home services strategy and business performance
Own the go-to-market strategy for CallRail's home services business, including which subverticals we prioritize, how we position and message to them, and the plan to hit our acquisition and revenue goals
Live in the numbers that define the health of the business: customers, new MRR, churn, ARPU, conversion rate, and product adoption. You'll spot emerging trends and issues early, work cross-functionally to understand what's driving them, and bring a plan when one is needed.
Report on performance to leadership with the insight and executive presence to explain what's changing, what it means, and what you're doing about it
Market and competitive expertise
Be CallRail's subject matter expert on the home services market: the buyers, the workflows, the seasonal and operational realities, the vendor landscape, and the economics of how these businesses grow
Own the home services buyer personas and the value propositions, positioning, and messaging built on them — the work that differentiates CallRail in an increasingly crowded lead engagement and AI voice market
Track the competitive set continuously: who's winning, who's new, where they beat us, where we beat them, and what we should do about it. Feed that intelligence to product, sales, and leadership
Regularly surface the headwinds and tailwinds shaping the vertical and translate them into implications for our strategy
Validate market requirements through customer interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, sales insight, and usage data
Be the face of CallRail in the home services market: trade shows, industry speaking engagements, webinars, panels, podcasts, etc.
Subvertical strategy and expansion
Decide which subverticals we invest in and in what order, with a clear view of market size, our current traction, and where we're positioned to win
Build distinct strategies, positioning, and messaging for each priority subvertical.
Know the operational differences that shape how each subvertical buys
Build the subvertical-specific proof that makes the case credible — customer stories, benchmarks, and ROI framing that speak to that trade rather than to "home services" in general
Cross-functional leadership
Serve as the hub between sales, product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and product development, feeding market insight into each function and making sure everyone is marching in the same direction
Serve as the messaging authority for home services: consulting across marketing for campaign and content development
Pressure-test the work happening across teams against a simple bar: does it solve a real home services customer pain point, strengthen our competitive position, resonate with the segment we're targeting, and drive measurable results?
Partner with product development teams as the voice of the home services customer, bringing market insight that shapes the roadmap
Enable sales and support: train them on the problems we solve for home services buyers, and work with sales enablement to build the internal tools and external collateral they need
What You'll Need
BS/BA and 4–6 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, with direct experience in home services tech, the trades, field service software
A track record of owning a strategy end to end and being accountable for the results, not just executing someone else's plan
Strong analytical instincts and genuine comfort with data — you can get to the story behind the metric and build a case around it
Excellent written and verbal communication, and the confidence and presence to represent your point of view to senior leaders and to external audiences
Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional partners without formal authority
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you'll prioritize, make tradeoffs, and shift between strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the same day
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
The Position
CallRail is looking for a
lead engagement platform: we show businesses which marketing drives their calls, forms, and chats, and we help them answer, qualify, and route those leads around the clock. We're looking for a Vertical Marketing Manager to own a portfolio of our emerging markets, with automotive at the center. Think of the role as general manager for that portfolio: you set the strategy, you own the number, and you're the company's go-to on these markets.
You'll build the personas, positioning, and messaging for these verticals, verticalizing our go-to-market narrative for each audience. From there you'll partner with demand generation, customer marketing, and content on how it comes to life, and work closely with sales, product, and leadership on what we build and say. Expect roughly equal parts strategy and execution.
Automotive is the priority. It's one of our fastest-growing segments, and the aftermarket — repair and service businesses, tire and quick-service shops, collision centers, and the parts suppliers and retailers who serve them — is where you'll go deepest. Alongside it, you'll own a portfolio of our emerging small business verticals. They sit at different stages and require different levels of investment, and determining where to focus is a core part of the role. What connects them is the customer: small businesses that win or lose on the leads they capture.
What You'll Do
You act like an owner.
These markets are your line of business. You know their performance, their risks, and their opportunities inside and out, and you carry the accountability that comes with it.
You bring an informed point of view.
You represent home services in cross-functional and leadership conversations, and your perspective carries weight because it's grounded in real expertise — what customers are telling you, what the data shows, what competitors are doing.
You advocate for what your markets need.
You don't wait for a door to open; you open it. When you see something we need in order to win, you build the case for it, bring the rationale and the numbers, and champion it until it gets a real decision.
You go deep.
You're genuinely curious about this industry, its buyers, and the forces shaping it. You want to keep learning, testing, and refining what works.
What You'll Own
Portfolio strategy and business performance
Own the go-to-market strategy across your automotive & other SMB verticals: how we position and message to each audience, and the plan to hit our acquisition and revenue goals
Decide where your time and our investment go. These markets won't all need the same thing, and setting that balance — then making the case for it — is yours to own
Live in the numbers that define the health of the business: customers, new MRR, churn, ARPU, conversion rate, and product adoption. You'll spot emerging trends and issues early, work cross-functionally to understand what's driving them, and bring a plan when one is needed.
Report on performance to leadership with the insight and executive presence to explain what's changing, what it means, and what you're doing about it
Automotive market and competitive expertise
Be CallRail's subject matter expert on the automotive aftermarket: the buyers, the workflows, the operational realities, the vendor landscape, and the economics of how these businesses grow
Own the automotive buyer personas and the value propositions, positioning, and messaging built on them — the work that differentiates CallRail in an increasingly crowded lead engagement and AI voice market
Build the proof that makes our case credible: customer stories, benchmarks, and ROI framing grounded in how these businesses actually operate
Track the competitive set continuously: who's winning, who's new, where they beat us, where we beat them, and what we should do about it. Feed that intelligence to product, sales, and leadership
Regularly surface the headwinds and tailwinds shaping the market and translate them into implications for our strategy
Validate market requirements through customer interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, sales insight, and usage data
Be the face of CallRail in the automotive market: trade shows, industry speaking engagements, webinars, panels, podcasts, etc.
Your broader vertical portfolio
Own the positioning and messaging for the other emerging small business verticals, scaling the depth to the opportunity.
Keep a live read on each: where we're winning, where we're losing, and which ones are showing early signs of becoming a bigger bet
Size and pressure-test opportunities, in these markets and in ones we haven't entered: how big, how winnable, what it would take, and what we would have to be right about
Bring recommendations with a clear case for investing or passing. Knowing which markets to walk away from matters as much as knowing which to chase
Run early, lightweight tests where the signal looks promising — positioning, messaging, and proof — and build a repeatable approach the team can use the next time we look at a new vertical
Cross-functional leadership
Serve as the hub between sales, product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and product development, feeding market insight into each function and making sure everyone is marching in the same direction
Serve as the messaging authority for your verticals: consulting across marketing for campaign and content development

Enable sales and support: train them on the problems we solve for these buyers, and work with sales enablement to build the internal tools and external collateral they need
What You'll Need
BS/BA and 4–6 years of experience in a strategic marketing role focused on small business buyers, including direct experience marketing to automotive businesses
A track record of owning a strategy end to end and being accountable for the results, not just executing someone else's plan
Experience entering or evaluating a new market: sizing the opportunity, building the case, and standing up positioning where none existed

As a Customer Success Manager on Anthropic's Public Sector team, you will be the post-sales trusted advisor helping national security customers realize the value of Claude and turn their investment into mission impact. You'll combine your customer success expertise with technical fluency to drive adoption of Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Government (C4G) on classified infrastructure delivered through a cleared cloud provider, while maintaining our high standards for safety, security, and discretion.
Working closely with our Sales, Applied AI, Product, Engineering, and Policy teams, you'll guide customers from deployment through enablement, model migration, renewal, and expansion. You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers' AI leadership, platform and compute teams, security and accreditation officials, and mission operators—and with the cleared cloud providers and system integrators that deliver alongside us. Your understanding of their mission, how they accredit and govern capabilities on classified fabrics, and how they evidence value to oversight will help them deliver decision advantage.
Drawing on both your national security expertise and technical knowledge, you'll serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us—helping them navigate constraints that don't exist in commercial or federal civilian deployments: classified-fabric accreditation, fixed compute capacity, compartmentation, limited telemetry, and need-to-know discipline. Much of this work happens onsite, in the customer's spaces, on their systems.
Your role focuses on driving consumption and adoption of Claude across mission workloads, standing up enablement and change management suited to a cleared, mission-driven workforce, identifying and hardening the workloads that matter most to the mission, and demonstrating value in unclassified terms that can leave the building and support renewal and expansion.
The insights you gather will directly inform our research priorities, product roadmap, and national security strategy—making you a key voice in shaping how Anthropic builds and delivers AI systems for the most demanding missions.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with the account executive and Applied AI architect to deeply understand the customer's mission requirements and translate them into an account and success plan, ensuring alignment between mission objectives, the customer's investment, and technical implementation
Serve as the primary post-sales advisor to the customer throughout their Claude adoption journey, from deployment through enablement, model migration, renewal, and expansion. You will need to build trusted relationships across the customer's senior stakeholders—AI leadership, platform and compute teams, security and accreditation officials, contracting, and mission operators—and coordinate internally across multiple teams and with cleared cloud providers to drive customer success
Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Government on classified infrastructure—managed configuration, capacity and throughput planning, and workload onboarding—with a working understanding of accreditation requirements (FedRAMP High, IL5/IL6, classified-fabric accreditation)
Create and deliver compelling enablement and executive content tailored to different audiences. You will need to spread the gamut from hands-on Claude Code enablement for engineering teams (Train the Trainer, managed configuration as the "paved road," Center of Excellence development) up to mission-value conversations with senior agency leadership, in unclassified language that can leave the building
Help the customer develop evaluation frameworks and measure adoption and value without direct telemetry—provider capacity reports, customer-run dashboards, workload registries, and agreed leading indicators—and guide model migration and release readiness: eval gates built from their workloads, staged cutovers off end-of-support models, and realistic expectations about what lands on their fabric and when
Drive consumption and adoption: separate under-pacing from burst saturation of a fixed compute pool, smooth and onboard workloads before asking for capacity, discover new mission workloads across compartmented organizations, and document value realized in mission-outcome terms (decisions accelerated, coverage, timeliness, findings produced)
Own Executive Business Reviews that function as discovery and alignment—leaving executives with sponsor commitments, mutual next steps, and a mission-outcome narrative that supports the renewal decision—and serve as the primary conduit between the customer, cleared cloud providers, and Anthropic
Identify common adoption and integration patterns and hero workflows that demonstrate mission transformation, and contribute insights back to our Product, Engineering, Research, and Policy teams—while maintaining strict separation of classified and unclassified channels and escalating correctly (e.g., 'Claude cut a high-volume analytic triage queue from days to hours')
Work onsite frequently at customer facilities for enablement, workshops, and relationship building, on the customer’s systems and within their security and need-to-know rules
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, agentic and Claude Code implementation patterns, and national security AI policy
You may be a good fit if you have:
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, this position requires U.S. citizenship and an
active TS/SCI security clearance with a current full-scope polygraph
(a TS/SCI with CI polygraph may be considered where crossover is supportable)
Must have prior experience working with US national security
(defense and/or intelligence)
agencies
—ideally at the level of AI leadership, platform, and compute teams rather than a single program office—and a working knowledge of how national security agencies accredit, budget, govern compute, and measure mission (including the difference between FedRAMP High, IL5/IL6, and classified-fabric accreditation, and the role of cleared cloud providers and system integrators)
5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Consultant, with experience navigating complex stakeholder environments; able to work onsite at customer facilities in the National Capital Region 3-4 days per week
Experience driving success with consumption-based products (tokens, throughput, capacity) as well as seat-based products, including measuring adoption and value when you cannot see usage directly
Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integration patterns, and agentic tooling such as Claude Code; familiarity with common LLM frameworks, tools, and evaluation approaches, and hands-on experience building something with an LLM API or coding agent, is a strong plus
Exceptional ability to build relationships with and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineering and platform teams to security and accreditation officials to senior national security leadership
Judgment and discretion: never over-promises on dates, capabilities, or documentation; practices need-to-know as a reflex; keeps composure under political and competitive pressure; strategic mindset to identify mission transformation opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Excitement for engaging in cross-organizational collaboration, working through trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities—advocating for customer needs across internal (Applied AI, Policy, Research, Security) and external (cleared cloud provider, system integrator, program office) stakeholders
Passion for thinking creatively about how to use AI in a way that is safe and beneficial for the national security mission, and ultimately furthers the goal of advancing safe AI systems
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic 'roll up your sleeves' mentality—you're a true team player

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
Mysten Labs is looking for a Staff Product Designer to set the experience strategy for the DeepBook financial stack and the first-party products built around it, spanning spot trading, margin, prediction markets, liquidity, and the workflows that connect users and builders to onchain finance on Sui.
This role requires strong product judgment, exceptional design craft, people leadership, and real fluency in financial markets and DeFi. You will work with product and engineering from strategy through launch, build a design team that can cover a growing product surface, and stay close enough to the work to lead critical product flows yourself.
The right person knows how to make complex financial systems clear without removing the information users need to assess risk. You should be comfortable designing for retail and professional users, working through technical and regulatory constraints, and using research and product data to improve adoption, execution quality, retention, and trust.
What You Will Do
- Set the design vision, principles, and priorities in partnership with product, engineering, and business leadership.
- Own the end-to-end experience across DeepBook spot, margin, prediction products, liquidity workflows, and related first-party applications.
- Lead the design of core journeys including onboarding, funding, market discovery, order entry, transaction review and signing, portfolio and position management, collateral, liquidation risk, settlement, and recovery from failed states.
- Design for distinct audiences such as retail traders, experienced DeFi users, market makers, liquidity providers, institutions, and developers without creating a fragmented product experience.
- Remain hands-on in the highest-priority work by framing problems, developing concepts, prototyping, testing, and reviewing implementation quality.
- Build a scalable design system and shared interaction patterns for dense financial data, charts, tables, order entry, account states, alerts, and risk communication.
- Establish a practical research program using interviews, usability studies, product analytics, support feedback, and market observation.
- Partner with engineering to understand protocol behavior, transaction states, latency, data dependencies, security boundaries, and platform constraints.
- Work with legal, security, marketing, business development, and ecosystem teams to launch products responsibly and communicate financial concepts accurately.
- Define design and product quality measures, then connect the team's work to activation, conversion, trading success, retention, support burden, and user trust.
What You Will Have
- 10 or more years of product design experience, including meaningful experience leading, hiring, and developing designers in a fast-moving product organization.
- A portfolio that shows both exceptional individual craft and leadership impact across complex, data-dense products.
- Experience designing trading, investing, fintech, payments, crypto, marketplace, or other high-stakes products where users make consequential decisions.
- Fluency in DeFi and direct experience using onchain products. You can discuss swaps, order books, liquidity, routing, slippage, collateral, leverage, liquidation, settlement, smart-contract risk, and transaction signing.
- Strong product judgment and a record of shaping strategy, prioritization, and product decisions with product and engineering partners.
- Skill in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, prototyping, research, and systems thinking.
- Experience building design systems and operating practices that improve consistency and delivery across multiple products.
- Comfort working through ambiguity and making progress while product, technical, market, and legal inputs continue to change.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading design for an exchange, order book, derivatives or margin product, prediction market, wallet, aggregator, or institutional trading platform.
- Experience with both retail and professional trading experiences, including charts, market data, portfolio analytics, and execution workflows.
- Familiarity with Sui, Move, programmable transaction blocks, DeepBook, Slush, or object-based blockchain architectures.
- Experience designing products in legally complex or regulated financial categories.
- Prior experience as a founder, design executive, principal designer, trader, DeFi power user, or ecosystem operator.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you’ll be embedded in the Strategy & Operations team and report directly to the VP of Strategy & Operations.
This talented and motivated self-starter will be responsible for executing a diverse array of strategic initiatives across the business, with a focus on areas of high priority for Garner’s leadership team. You’ll be responsible for deploying management best practices and have the chance to learn what it takes to operate in a high-performance and high-impact environment.
What you will do
Execute strategic projects across the business; dive deep into areas of high priority for Garner’s leadership team
Take on a portfolio of operational processes - that you will develop and deploy - in close collaboration with subject matter experts across Garner
Rotate through a variety of high impact initiatives providing you with broad exposure across the company
Support Garner’s strategic operating rhythm, including managing company KPIs and driving our annual/quarterly planning processes
Work directly with Garner’s leadership on high-visibility initiatives for the business
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role; prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment.
A strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them
A combination of high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data
Interest and/or experience working in healthcare, with a mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions.

This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity it’s purpose.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. An overview of this role
You'll be the Staff Program Manager, CCO Programs, running the cross-functional initiatives on the Chief Customer Officer's (CCO) priority list. These programs include go-to-market transformation, retention and renewal motions tied to major annual recurring revenue (ARR) goals, the field-to-product feedback loop, and executive engagement with our highest-value accounts. You'll turn executive intent into workstreams, coordinate senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Renewals, Professional Services, Data, and Enablement, and make the tactical calls that keep the portfolio honest.
This is a founding seat reporting to the CCO while the broader Programs function is built, and the reporting line may evolve as the team scales. In your first year, every CCO-level program will have a clear owner other than the CCO, leadership will trust your data-grounded view of program health, and the portfolio will deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do
Own execution and business outcomes across CCO-level programs, including go-to-market transformation, renewal and retention motions, product feedback loops, and executive sponsorship for top accounts.
Turn CCO direction into workstreams with clear owners, dependencies, and timelines.
Coordinate senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Renewals, Professional Services, Data, and Enablement, holding them accountable without direct authority.
Surface stalled work, unowned risks, and slipping timelines so the CCO has a reliable, real-time view of the portfolio.
Recommend scope changes, re-sequencing, or ending a program when it is not delivering value.
Drive follow-through from executive meetings by tracking decisions and action items to completion.
Track program health using data, connect execution to retention, expansion, adoption, and ARR outcomes, and communicate executive-ready narratives.
Build shared standards for tracking, reporting, and handoffs, and iterate plans with functional leaders based on field feedback.
What you'll bring
Experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic programs at the executive level and turning ambiguous direction into delivered outcomes without a fully scoped brief.
Experience in Customer Experience, go-to-market, or revenue-facing functions such as Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, or Revenue Operations, with fluency in retention, expansion, and adoption motions and how they contribute to ARR.
The ability to influence senior stakeholders, including executives, and hold them accountable to commitments without formal authority.
Judgment to make high-stakes tactical recommendations under ambiguity, including when data supports changing direction or ending a program.
Data fluency to assess program health, diagnose where work is breaking down, and recommend a data-informed next step.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to move between an executive-ready narrative and execution-level detail.
Comfort operating without established infrastructure and helping build the function's operating model.
Reliable follow-through and the ability to navigate conflict and competing priorities across a broad stakeholder group.
About the team
You'll be the first Program Manager supporting CX Executive initiatives and the founding hire in a Programs function that will grow as the CCO's highest-priority cross-functional initiatives outgrow ad hoc ownership. The team works across the customer lifecycle, from go-to-market strategy and product feedback through renewal, expansion, and executive relationships with large accounts. We partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Data, and Enablement leaders in a globally distributed, largely asynchronous environment to turn CCO commitments into shipped outcomes.

As Claude reaches more people, including individuals, businesses, developers building on our APIs, and the platforms and resellers building on top of those, knowing who is on the other side of a request and what they are allowed to do becomes foundational to running our products responsibly. Creating a centralized identity, verification, and access system that every Claude surface draws on is important to accomplishing our mission.
We are hiring a Product Manager to own the safe access. The primitives are the building blocks the rest of Anthropic uses to manage access to models and capabilities: access programs, accounts, organization linking, verifications, user APIs for platforms, and the internal tooling teams use. You will own the end-to-end product experience and strategy for internal and external access,, across every surface.
This is a role for a strong executor with the ability to be agile in shipping in a 0-1 product space. Safe access is a new product that sits on the critical path of every model launch and every access program. Requirements arrive from many organizations at once, and most weeks you will be the person defining the problem rather than receiving it.
Key responsibilities
Own the product strategy and roadmap for the account and access primitives, with the goal that any team at Anthropic can provision access or run an access program with minimal support. This is highly ambiguous and requires a lot of cross team coordination and deep understanding of the systems of today.
Own the end-to-end experience of getting and managing access for internal stakeholders (research, model launches, safeguards, go-to-market) and for external customers and partners, and keep it consistent across every surface. This requires thinking through many user types, with vastly different experiences.
Support the API designs and the UX of the access APIs that platforms, resellers, and internal services integrate with. Work through the designs with engineering and make calls on the primitives yourself.
Partner with the trusted access and verification product managers so that new programs compose from shared primitives rather than one-off builds.
Coordinate across the product, safeguards, legal, and go-to-market teams, and drive alignment when their requirements conflict.
Minimum qualifications
Are a strong executor with a track record of shipping through ambiguity and cross-organization dependencies.
Write clearly enough that an engineer, an executive, and an external partner can each see the tradeoff you are making.
Have owned a developer platform, identity, authorization, or access-management product end to end, and were the person accountable for its outcomes (for most people this means five or more years as a PM, but we care about the ownership, not the years).
Care about Anthropic's mission, and specifically about scaling access to Claude safely.
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of product management experience
Experience with multi-tenant platforms consumed by first-party apps, direct API customers, and third parties building on top
Built account, identity, or subscription systems that span more than one product
Taken a product from zero to one, where the users, the product, and the requirements all had to be worked out at once
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$305,000
—
$385,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
