We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.
Seek Excellence.
Be Selective To Be Effective.
Be Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled.
Disagree Transparently.
Encourage Independent Decision-Making.
Build Dream Teams.
Who You Are:
Galaxy’s Digital Infrastructure Services (DIS) is the institutional backbone of our blockchain ambitions – spanning staking, validators, custody, DeFi, and tokenization – serving tier-1 banks, asset managers, and financial infrastructure providers. As Business Partner – Execution & Delivery, you will sit at the center of DIS as a high-agency execution and strategy partner to senior leadership. You will drive the organization’s highest-value work to completion: supporting internal transformation initiatives, owning delivery across complex cross-functional programs, building the client-facing materials that represent DIS externally, and showing up in institutional client rooms when it matters. This role requires someone equally at home in an org design conversation with DIS leadership and in a technical workshop with a tier-1 bank.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as a direct execution partner to DIS leadership on internal transformation initiatives – org design, operating model changes, team structure, and cross-functional alignment
Develop materials that support leadership decision-making: frameworks, options analyses, org charts, decision memos, and structured recommendations
Track and synthesize the full picture of what’s happening across DIS – internal initiatives, external engagements, open gaps – so leadership is always informed
Help the organization stay ahead of capacity and staffing needs: understand what’s coming, what it requires, and where we need to hire, realign, or augment
Own delivery coordination for the most complex, cross-functional DIS initiatives – platform integration, institutional client programs, and strategic product buildouts
Translate strategic intent into structured delivery plans with clear owners, milestones, and accountability – and hold teams to them
Act as the connective tissue between engineering, product, distribution, and external stakeholders – ensuring no handoff falls through
Stay deeply familiar with the active deal landscape – understanding where each engagement stands, what’s required to close or deliver, and where we have product, resource, or capability gaps
Build and maintain high-quality client-facing materials: pitch decks, capability presentations, proposal documents, and engagement readouts
Represent DIS in institutional client engagements as appropriate – including workshops, technical sessions, and implementation reviews with tier-1 banks, asset managers, and infrastructure providers
Proactively identify blockers, scope drift, staffing gaps, and resource conflicts – and bring them to the right people before they compound
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of DIS’s operating model – delivery cadences, cross-team rituals, and program tooling – and identify patterns across projects to build repeatable processes
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years in a strategy, business partner, operations, or execution-focused role – ideally within a fast-moving technology or financial services organization
Proven ability to support senior leadership on internal transformation: org design, operating model changes, team alignment, and cross-functional prioritization
Strong commercial instincts – able to understand a deal landscape, identify capability and staffing gaps, and connect the dots between pipeline and organizational capacity
Exceptional written communication and materials production – pitch decks, executive briefings, capability documents, and client-facing presentations that reflect well on leadership
Highly structured thinker with a bias for action – creates order in ambiguity rather than waiting for it
Comfortable operating across functions and org levels simultaneously – org design in the morning, a client session in the afternoon, an engineering status review by end of day
Low ego, high accountability – you own your work and say what you see
Bonus Points:
Experience in digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or institutional financial services
Familiarity with custody, staking, DeFi, or tokenization products
Prior experience supporting or working alongside tier-1 financial institutions (banks, asset managers, custodians)
Background in post-acquisition integration, platform transformation, or org redesign
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
Generous paid Parental Leave
Competitive family planning benefits for US employees
Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
Free daily snacks and weekly breakfasts/lunches
Employee Resource Groups
Free coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace
Apply now and join us as we grow the economy that runs on code.
The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.
Base Salary Range
$200,000
—
$225,000 USD

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Safeguards team is responsible for ensuring our models and products are developed and deployed safely. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Review Tooling team, which builds the systems that humans — and increasingly Claude — use to investigate potential harms and take enforcement actions across Anthropic's first-party products and third-party cloud platforms.
This is a foundational role: you'll own the tools our safety investigators rely on to understand what's happening on our platforms and act on it, as well as the platform underneath those tools. That platform includes analytics capabilities, privacy-preserving primitives that keep review workflows compatible with our data retention commitments, and a sandbox environment where new review interfaces and workflows can be built and iterated quickly. As model capabilities and usage grow, you'll also drive how we scale review through automation — building systems where Claude meaningfully extends what human reviewers can do, while keeping people in the loop where their judgment matters most.
You'll partner closely with policy, operations, data science, and legal teams to ensure our enforcement systems are effective, accurate, and trustworthy.
Key responsibilities
Lead, grow, and develop a team of engineers building investigation, review, and enforcement tooling for both first-party and third-party platform surfaces
Define the vision and roadmap for our review tooling platform, including analytics, privacy-compatible data access primitives, and a sandbox for rapidly developing new review interfaces
Drive the team's strategy for scaling review through automation, including enabling reviewers to use Claude effectively and building toward Claude-assisted and Claude-driven review workflows
Partner with policy, operations, legal, privacy, and data science stakeholders to translate enforcement and investigation needs into reliable, well-designed systems
Ensure review tooling evolves alongside new privacy primitives and data retention commitments, so reviewers can do their work without compromising user trust
Create clarity for the team and stakeholders in an ambiguous and evolving environment
Take an inclusive, equitable approach to hiring and coaching top technical talent, and maintain a high-performing team
Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Anthropic's engineering management community
Minimum qualifications
Experience managing software engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, and developing engineers
A technical background in full-stack or platform engineering, with the ability to engage deeply in architecture and design discussions
Experience shipping internal tools or platforms with demanding operational users, and a track record of improving their workflows measurably
Experience working cross-functionally with non-engineering partners such as operations, policy, or legal teams
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
Care about the societal impacts of AI and want your work to make powerful systems safer
Preferred qualifications
4+ years of management experience, 10+ years of industry software engineering experience
Experience building trust and safety, integrity, fraud, or abuse-prevention tooling, or other systems supporting human review at scale
Experience designing systems under strict privacy, compliance, or data governance constraints, such as zero data retention environments
Experience integrating LLMs or agentic systems into operational workflows, or building human-in-the-loop automation
Experience building developer platforms or extensible tooling frameworks that other teams build on top of

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Who You Are:
The Member of Technical Staff, Forward Deployed Lead is the de facto CEO of their pod within Galaxy Edge — a small, senior team focused on one client engagement or one innovation bet. In this role, you will own product direction, technical standards, client relationships, and account growth, working alongside a dedicated Delivery Lead who handles timelines and execution. You will rotate between our two verticals — Forward Deployed Product & Engineering and R&D & Innovation — carrying hard-won market and technical context across the boundary. You will partner closely with Tier-1 financial institution stakeholders from engineers to C-suite executives, translating their needs in custody, settlement, tokenization, and trading into buildable roadmaps. This is a deliberately hybrid role requiring a hands-on startup CTO mindset combined with the commercial instinct to grow accounts and turn delivered trust into the next engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Own product and technical direction: translate institutional needs — custody, settlement, tokenization, trading, and regulatory context — into a buildable roadmap; set the technical bar, make hard design calls, and stay in the code when it matters
Drive commercial and account growth: run your account like a business, identify expansion opportunities, advise senior client stakeholders (CTO, COO, Head of Digital Assets), and convert delivered trust into the next engagement
Lead client and executive relationships: run discovery from engineers to the C-suite, define success in their terms (adoption, risk, cost, time-to-value), and navigate complex regulated organizations to alignment
Rotate into R&D and Innovation: lead 0-to-1 product creation on frontier blockchain and AI, and codify learnings into reusable components and playbooks that feed back into client delivery
Serve as the voice of the customer back into Galaxy’s product organization, translating delivered insights into what the firm builds next
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record of owning outcomes end to end in ambiguous, high-stakes settings
Real technical depth — you’ve shipped production software and can lead engineers credibly
Commercial instinct — you’ve turned delivered work into expanded scope or revenue
Executive presence — fluent from a whiteboard to a C-suite briefing
Founder-grade agency and low ego — you find a path when none is obvious and care about the outcome, not the credit
Typically 6+ years across forward-deployed/solutions engineering, technical PM, and client-facing delivery; shape of ownership matters more than years
Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% of the time
Bonus Points:
Experience in digital assets or blockchain infrastructure
Prior delivery experience into Tier-1 financial institutions
Hands-on production LLM or AI agent experience
Technical founder or quota-carrying solutions architect background
Fluency in custody, settlement, payments rails, tokenization, or trading systems
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
Generous paid Parental Leave
Competitive family planning benefits for US employees
Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
Free daily snacks and weekly breakfasts/lunches
Employee Resource Groups
Free coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace
Apply now and join us as we grow the economy that runs on code.
The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.
Base Salary Range
$215,000
—
$285,000 USD

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents https://sierra.ai/blog/meet-the-ai-agent-engineer: You'll build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth. These aren't prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle (ADLC): You'll have complete ownership and autonomy from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. You'll be responsible for building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments, defining the standard for ADLC best practices along the way.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll work directly with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and build AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You'll also partner with the most cutting-edge startups in London, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Build the future of the platform: Your direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform. You'll surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product.

We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Product at Baseten is a nascent function. Our company today has a strong engineering culture, is heavily customer obsessed, and moves fast. We're building the product function now, and you'd be one of the first people who will help define it. You'll work directly with our founders and with some of the best systems and infrastructure engineers in the world, and you'll set the standard for building great AI infrastructure. PMs at Baseten don't sit above engineers. You earn ownership by being technical, finding the truth in front of customers, building great cross-functional relationships, and shipping great product experiences.
Getting a model into production still takes real expertise: choosing a serving engine, sizing hardware, tuning it, wiring it into an app. We want a developer to go from "it runs on my laptop" to "it's serving production traffic" in minutes, on their own. You'll own the entire experience a developer touches to deploy and iterate: the CLI and SDKs, the console, onboarding, model discovery, deployment configuration, Truss, and the increasingly agent-driven ways developers build. Your job is to make Baseten synonymous with great DevEx and make it effortless for far more developers to self-serve deploy models on Baseten than can today.
This role fits someone who gets technical by instinct and does whatever it takes to ship for customers, not only strategy, UX, or docs. You'll define the design system and the patterns from scratch rather than work inside ones someone else built, and you're obsessed with improving your product craft with AI.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Take a look at these blog posts written by members of our Product and Engineering teams:
- Building multi-component AI workflows at scale with Chains https://www.baseten.co/blog/baseten-chains-explained/
- Announcing Baseten for Model Labs https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-baseten-for-model-labs/
- Introducing canary deployments on Baseten https://www.baseten.co/blog/canary-deployments-on-baseten/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collapse time to production, taking a developer from first sign-up to a running, maintained production deployment and driving down the time it takes to get there.
- Make the CLI and SDKs the primary way developers and their AI agents build on Baseten, converging the authoring surfaces (CLI, console, Truss, config.yml, model.py, chains.py) into one coherent path.
- Make a developer's first run effortless across onboarding, model discovery and deploy via the Model Library, and a first deploy where errors surface clearly and builds show progress.
- Own the deployment lifecycle that lets teams ship safely, including environment promotion from dev to staging to prod, version history, an artifact and model registry, reproducible deployments, and the progressive delivery controls developers set and read: canary, shadow, A/B, scheduled promotion, and one-gesture rollback.
- Define how developers compose multi-model apps through Chains and the DevEx for developers building multi-modal agents and applications.
- Grow self-serve deployment across FDEs and customers by living in customer conversations and turning deploy-and-operate friction into roadmap, so work that needs an FDE today becomes something a developer does alone.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years building developer-facing or technical products, as a product manager or as a product-minded engineer.
- Built dev tools as an engineer before becoming a PM, shipping SDKs, CLIs, APIs, or platform surfaces with your own hands.
- Proof of dev tooling and dev products you've shipped and take pride in.
- Genuine taste for developer experience across both local (CLI) and UI, with a specific example of where you made something complex feel simple.
- Strong opinions on CLI, API-first, and agent-first design, treating the coding agent as a first-class user rather than a feature.
- Technical enough to earn engineers' trust and reason about what's under the hood, because you've been under it.
- A rigorous researcher who lets customer reality drive the call, and a relentless shipper
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ML infrastructure, developer tools, or API products.
- You've deployed and served models yourself.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).
