Provide technical and architectural guidance that helps customers adopt GitLab capabilities and connect technical decisions to the outcomes they care about.
Align with Account Executives and Renewals Managers to share customer-facing subject matter expertise that supports customer business objectives.
Develop and deliver workshops, demos, and other reusable enablement content in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Build and maintain specialty competency in one or more technologies aligned with GitLab's market focus through training, certification, and working examples for internal and customer use.
Contribute to customer-facing learning resources, including GitLab documentation, YouTube content, and enablement programs such as the Digital Journey.

Fluency in English and Spanish. Trilingual candidates who speak English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portugese is a strong plus.
Located in the United States, Mexico, and Brazil.
Experience supporting one or more GitLab use cases, such as source code management, continuous integration, continuous delivery, DevSecOps, or Agile Planning, and enabling customers with practical, in-depth guidance.
Proficiency with DevSecOps tools or adjacent technical tooling, with the ability to translate tool capabilities into customer outcomes.
A technical background in software development or systems engineering, including comfort discussing architecture, workflows, and implementation tradeoffs.
The ability to communicate complex technical and organizational topics clearly in writing and live settings, including Zoom calls, workshops, and presentations.
Experience operating as a trusted technical advisor to customer and business stakeholders in a post-sales environment.

You'll get hands-on experience with our ad integrations and mediation stack, support the team in building operational automations, and learn how ads are served from the app's point of view. - Explore serving logic: Support the team in reviewing app-side ad logic and contribute ideas or prototypes for optimization.
- Analyze performance metrics: Learn to monitor monetization performance (eCPM, fill rate, show rate, ARPDAU) and turn data into useful insights with guidance from senior engineers.
- Support A/B testing: Help run, monitor, and analyze A/B tests to validate new ideas.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work alongside product, engineering, user acquisition, and data teams to understand how technical work supports business goal
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Solid programming fundamentals. You can read unfamiliar code and write scripts that hold up; Python and SQL are the day-to-day here.
- Genuinely comfortable with data. You can take a messy dataset and pull a real insight out of it.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English. with an ability to explain technical ideas clearly.
- Real curiosity about AI and a drive to use it in your daily work.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and reliable. You follow a number (or a bug) until it makes sense.

- Exposure to mobile development (iOS, Android, Unity) or ad SDK / mediation integrations.
- Experience building automations, data pipelines, or internal tools.
- Familiarity with BI/dashboard tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- A natural interest in mobile games and how free-to-play titles generate revenue.
What We Offer
- Paid internship with competitive pay and flexible benefits.

- Comfortable with polyglot stacks. The team works across TypeScript and Scala; you don't need to be an expert in both but need enough depth to lead effectively
- Track record of navigating complex multi-team dependencies and influencing across organizational boundaries without direct authority

Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
With flexible, distributed-first ways of working, you'll have the support to do your best work, wherever you are. As the
Lead Identity & Access Management Specialist
you will be the primary architect and team leader driving our cloud application security posture. Your mission is to balance business agility with absolute data protection across our sprawling SaaS ecosystem (including M365, Slack, Salesforce, etc).
In this role, you will bridge the gap between user enablement and risk management by owning Identity and Access Management (IAM), deploying SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools to prevent configuration drift, and governing the entire lifecycle of our business applications. Crucially, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of IT engineers with a strong security mindset, fostering a collaborative culture rooted in automation and proactive risk reduction.
Your Impact:
By building and automating robust Identity pipelines:
You will design, configure, and maintain our Identity Providers (IdP) using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0. You will leverage SCIM to automate provisioning and ensure immediate, airtight offboarding to prevent orphan accounts.
By hardening our SaaS posture against configuration drift:
You will deploy and manage SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools. You will establish and enforce security baselines (such as CIS benchmarks) across our key tools, catching unauthorized administrative changes in real time.
By governing the security of third-party integrations:
You will audit, restrict, and manage OAuth permissions granted to third-party add-ons and AI extensions, ensuring our enterprise data remains inside approved boundaries.
By mitigating Shadow IT and assessing third-party risk (TPRM):
You will analyze CASB, proxy, and endpoint logs to discover unauthorized SaaS usage. You will partner with Procurement to assess the security profiles of new software vendors by auditing SOC 2 reports, ISO certifications, and CAIQ sheets.
By championing technical leadership and team growth
: You will build, mentor, and guide a dedicated team of IT professionals. By establishing engineering best practices, leading agile workflows, and promoting continuous learning, you will multiply your impact across the entire organization and cultivate the next generation of cloud security talent.
Your Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Cloud Security, IAM Administration, or IT Security Operations, including 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or acting as a technical coordinator for other engineers.
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
Hands-on administration experience with modern IdPs (Okta or Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD).
Scripting capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate security workflows and interact with SaaS APIs.
Soft Skills: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to explain complex security practices to non-technical stakeholders, combined with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset and proven leadership capabilities to unblock and motivate team members.
Standout Qualities:
You hold an industry-recognized Cloud Security certification like CCSP or CCSK (Cloud Security Alliance).
You hold a specialized identity certification like Microsoft SC-300 or an Okta Certified Professional/Administrator credential.
You have direct experience deploying and running enterprise-grade SSPM or DSPM solutions (e.g., Wiz, AppOmni, Reco, or Defender for Cloud Apps).
Leadership Excellence: You have a proven track record of designing technical roadmaps, translating business objectives into actionable engineering sprints, and successfully leading a small-to-midsize IT or Security team through complex migrations or infrastructure overhauls.
Team Dynamics:
Reporting: You will report directly to IT Ops Lead, joining a team that values proactive protection and automated operations.
The Neighborhood: You will collaborate daily with IT Operations, HR Ops (for automated onboarding/offboarding workflows), Security, Procurement (for vendor assessments), and departmental leads across the company.
Our Work Style: We operate in a highly flexible, remote-friendly, and data-driven environment. We live in Wrike for project management, utilize Okta / Entra ID, and scripting (Python, PowerShell) for API-driven automation.
Our Philosophy: We follow a Zero Trust security approach. We believe in securing through smart automation and user education rather than simply "blocking" productivity tools.
Benefits & Perks:
25 calendar days of paid vacation
Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)
Parental Leave: 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
2 Volunteer Days
Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents)

* Bonne connaissance de la TCC (thérapie cognitivo-comportementale), de la thérapie des schémas, de l'EMDR ou de la thérapie ACT.
* Des spécialités en phase avec les besoins de nos membres : stress, épuisement professionnel, estime de soi, dépression et traumatismes.
* Une spécialisation en thérapie auprès des adultes.
* De 5 à 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle au minimum.
* Une disponibilité d'au moins 3 heures par semaine.
* Une réelle aisance avec les outils et plateformes numériques.
* Une preuve d'assurance responsabilité professionnelle (minimum de 5 M$ CA).
* Premier entretien :
* Rencontre avec l'équipe Alan (30-45 minutes), pour faire connaissance et préciser notre organisation et nos attentes.
* Deuxième entretien :
* Entretien technique (45 minutes) avec Lydia Martin, responsable du programme mondial de santé mentale d'Alan. Titulaire d'un doctorat en psychologie, elle échangera avec vous sur votre expertise et vos connaissances thérapeutiques.
* Une rémunération attrayante.
* Une grande souplesse d'horaire et de lieu de travail : vous pouvez travailler depuis votre domicile ou votre cabinet (les rendez-vous avec nos membres se déroulent en téléconsultation).
* La possibilité de rejoindre une communauté soudée de thérapeutes, où grandir, échanger et apprendre ensemble.
* L'accès à une patientèle en croissance.
* La chance de contribuer à déstigmatiser la santé mentale et à y ancrer une approche préventive.
* La participation à une réunion d'équipe d'une heure chaque mois.
