HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
People joining Alan are often surprised and delighted by our innovative working method. We have a set of cultural values https://alan.com/about/company-culture that guide our approach to work, such as:
🎯 What drives us — We're obsessed with helping our members live healthier
Mission is the Boss: long-term thinking, seeking our mission success above all else.
Member & customer-led: obsessively focused on solving members & customers problems and creating the most delightful experiences.
🏆 How we build excellence — We hire the best people and give them platform to succeed
Champions of excellence: extremely high standards and talent density.
Distributed ownership: accountable enlightened despots, everyone owns their decisions and results.
Radically transparent: all information is accessible and written-first, so everyone can make the best decisions asynchronously
🤝 How we grow together — We help each other improve through honest feedback and bold thinking
Optimistic alchemy: optimists who collaborate with genuine care and support teammates.
Empathetic challengers: direct, caring feedback combined with praises to help each other grow professionally
Bold & creative contrarians: think differently to achieve greatness, try new approaches
⚡ How we move fast — We fight complexity and focus on what matters most
Disciplined in execution: taking decisive actions with focus that compounds success over time
Fight for simplicity: only high impact processes, smart frugality
💡 THE MISSIONS
Alan has grown to nearly 900 Alaners, with close to 300 hires completed in H1 2026 alone.
The Workplace team is the engine behind the experience Alaners have every day — from their first day to the daily rhythm of office life. As the company scales, we need to scale with it and enhancing Alaners' experience wherever they work from, whether through the operational backbone of the office (vendors, procurement, RSE).
The role will be affected to a single contract: Workplace Experience.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a VP, Mid-Market Sales in the East / Mid-Atlantic region, you’ll report directly to the SVP, Mid-Market Sales.
As an integral member of our sales leadership team, you will have the responsibility of managing a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives. Your team will focus on sales within the 50 to 9,999 life segment, making significant contributions to our overall growth and success.
What you will do
Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the East Region, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the specified segment
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives
Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the region
Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as industry regulations
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing brokers and partners in your region
What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management, with experience in delivering against team quotas
Extensive experience working with benefits brokers and consultants
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation
The target total comp (inclusive of base + commission) range for this role is $375,000 – $410,000. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan and benefits package, including: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health, and more.
Few roles offer this combination: work that is genuinely hard, a mission that is genuinely important, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. If that’s what you’re looking for, we’d love to meet you.

The target total comp (inclusive of base + bonus) range for this role is $200,000 – $235,000.

As an Account Executive in the Southwest region, you’ll report directly to the VP, Employer Sales, Southwest. Candidates for this role will be required to be based in the territory they are handling.
The Account Executive will deliver strong sales results within the Southwest market in the 50-199 life segment. This role’s focus is relationship management within our partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents and employers. You will carry your own quota, activating new brokers, deepening the partners already producing for Garner, and opening the next wave of top-producing advisors. It is a build-and-close role: you fill your own pipeline, run deals end to end, and put in place the tracking that keeps your territory predictable. Every partner you activate puts higher-quality, lower-cost care in reach for more members.
What you will do
Own revenue responsibilities for your specific territory in the Southwest market, which includes: AR, LA, TN, MS, TX, WY, NM, CO
Continue and expand on Garner’s existing broker relationships
Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking our sales and partnership pipeline
What we're looking for
Experience in a quota-carrying channel or partner sales role
A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside
A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the healthcare system
Experience selling benefits-adjacent products or in healthcare is a plus, but not required
Candidates for this role will be required to be based in the territory they are handling
Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.

About the Team
We're looking for a Technical Support Analyst to help us deliver exceptional support for Rain's platform and integrations. You'll work directly with the fintechs, platforms, and partners building card programs and stablecoin products on Rain — troubleshooting complex API integrations, reading logs, and querying data to resolve issues that touch real money movement at scale. What you’ll do
- Investigate and resolve advanced customer and partner issues across Rain's systems, APIs, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex API integrations directly with partners, walking them through clear steps to resolve issues on their end.
- Own incidents in your queue as part of the team's 24x7 coverage: triage promptly, communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders, and consistently hit your SLA, CSAT, and quality targets.
- Escalate effectively by partnering closely with other teams to get to a satisfactory resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation and build troubleshooting guides and knowledge base content, supporting both self-serve resolution for customers and onboarding for the team.
- Feed insights back to Product and Engineering
- Collaborate with Engineering on testing, monitoring, and alerting improvements, and support new feature rollouts and integrations as they ship.
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer- or partner-facing support role — ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or another high-growth, API-first environment.
- Hands-on experience with API products, plus comfort reading logs and writing SQL queries to investigate issues
- Familiarity with support processes and case management best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented, root-cause mindset.
- Clear writing and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple complex cases at once
Bonus attributes:
- A strategic, collaborative, results-oriented approach, and a genuine interest in payments or other areas of fintech.
- A collaborative mindset, a passion for continuous learning, and a knack for building long-lasting relationships.
- scripting or lightweight automation experience is a plus.
