Deliver analysis that informs GTM investment, pricing and packaging, and target setting, and quantify the revenue impact of key business risks and opportunities

Create compelling, automated, executive-ready reports, dashboards, and narratives that distill complex data, trends, forecasts, and strategic implications into actionable recommendations for Finance leadership and GTM stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
Provide technical guidance, review work, and help raise the modeling standards and work products of the GTM FP&A team

Data storytelling: translates complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior, non-finance audiences, with strong executive presence and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence without authority
Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and executive presence
Adaptable, resourceful, and excited by the challenge of working in a fast-moving, growth-stage company

An overview of this role
As Senior Manager, Total Rewards Operations, India, you'll lead a small team supporting GitLab's global benefits and compensation operations. You'll translate global program priorities into dependable execution, strengthen operational controls, and make processes easier to run and support across regions and time zones. You'll set clear priorities and quality standards while coaching your team to deliver accurate work. You'll support global programs in partnership with their functional owners, rather than set enterprise-wide compensation or benefits strategy.
What You’ll Do
Oversee, coach, and develop the day-to-day responsibilities for the local Benefits Analyst and Senior Total Rewards Operations Analyst, establishing clear ownership, goals, feedback practices, and coverage plans.
Prioritize global benefits support and compensation operations work, balancing recurring cycles, service requests, audits, and time-sensitive projects.
Oversee compensation operations support, including market-data workflows, compensation-cycle preparation, system transactions, equity grant data checks, and audit evidence.
Establish quality controls, review points, escalation paths, and records practices that protect sensitive compensation and benefits information and maintain appropriate access and confidentiality.
Monitor deadlines, dependencies, service trends, and risks, surfacing issues early and carrying practical process improvements through to adoption.
Partner with global program owners to coordinate execution across geographies, communicate local considerations, and support consistent team member experiences through clear written updates, decision records, and reusable documentation.
Work with People Technology and system stakeholders to clarify requirements, test process and system changes, and improve data quality and workflow efficiency, using artificial intelligence tools responsibly where appropriate.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in Total Rewards, benefits, compensation operations, or a closely related People function in a global organization, with working knowledge of benefits administration and/or compensation processes and their dependencies.
Demonstrated people-management ability, including setting priorities, coaching team members, and developing operational capability.
A record of delivering accurate work across multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and time zones, supported by practical controls, root-cause analysis, and process improvements.
Clear written communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to explain processes and escalate risks.
Sound judgment with confidential data and sensitive team member matters.
Ability to use spreadsheets, human resources systems, and collaboration tools to manage workflows and validate data.
Fluency in artificial intelligence tools and the ability to use them responsibly to improve Total Rewards work and team processes.
Helpful, but not required: experience supporting a distributed, multi-country workforce or working with benefits vendors, brokers, salary surveys, equity grant operations, or compensation review cycles.
About the team

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
Product marketing at Honeycomb is a small team with a wide surface area. We decide how Honeycomb is positioned, what we say at launch, what the sales team brings into a deal, and how an engineer who has never heard of us understands the product in the first two minutes. Because the team is small, the work is broad: in one week you might rewrite a product page, build a competitive one-pager, interview a customer, and run the launch checklist for a new feature.
This role is built for someone early in a product marketing career who wants to systematically improve the customer buying journey. As a product and messaging expert, you will partner with go-to-market teams to drive business impact through sales and marketing campaigns. You will get real ownership of real launches, and you will have senior product marketers, a technical field team, and engineers who like explaining their work close at hand. Our audience is engineers and platform teams, so the bar is accuracy first: we would rather be precise and useful than clever.
What you’ll do in the role:
You will support and execute product marketing across Honeycomb's core products, with a generalist mix of messaging, launches, content, enablement, and competitive work. Expect to start by contributing to pieces of each and to own more of them over your first year.
Responsibilities
Messaging and positioning:
Write and maintain messaging for features and product areas, from the one-sentence version an engineer reads on a web page to the slide a sales engineer uses in a technical conversation. Keep it accurate and grounded in what the product actually does.
Launches:
Run launch execution for small and mid-sized releases and support the larger ones. Build the plan, write the assets, coordinate Product, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success, and report on how the launch performed.
Content:
Produce the practical material that helps people evaluate and adopt Honeycomb: blog posts, solution briefs, web copy, demo scripts, FAQs, and customer-facing one-pagers.
Sales enablement:
Equip the field with what they need to run a good conversation, including pitch narratives, objection handling, battlecards, and release updates. Join customer calls, listen to recorded ones, and fix the material that isn't landing.
Competitive and market intelligence:
Track the observability market and competitor moves. Maintain competitive assets and keep them current and honest, so the field trusts them.
Voice of customer and proof points:
Talk to customers and prospects, turn what you hear into case studies, quotes, and proof points, and bring the patterns back to Product and Marketing.
Measurement:
Help define what success looks like for your work, pull the data, and share what you learn, including the things that didn't work.
What you’ll bring to the role:
2 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, or in a closely adjacent go-to-market role such as content marketing, sales engineering, technical writing, developer relations, or product management, with at least some of it in B2B SaaS.
Strong writing. You can take a dense technical explanation and turn it into something short, accurate, and useful, and you can tell the difference between the two yourself.
Curiosity about technical products and the patience to learn how they work. You ask engineers questions until you actually understand the answer, and you are comfortable in a product that assumes a technical user.
Passion about the team winning: Sales, marketing, and product teams will depend on you to succeed. Their success is your success, but you’re not simply an order taker: you look for the smart solutions and don’t wait to be asked.
The ability to run a project across teams without formal authority: setting a timeline, chasing the open items, and telling people clearly when something has slipped.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping. Our priorities move, the team is small, and the best work here comes from people who start rather than wait for a brief.
Willingness to use data to decide and to evaluate your own work honestly.
Demonstrated experience applying AI tooling in your work.
Nice to have
Exposure to observability, developer tools, distributed tracing, OpenTelemetry, platform engineering, or reliability and SLO practices. We will teach this, but a head start helps.
Experience marketing to engineers as the primary audience.
Hands-on familiarity with AI and LLM tooling, including coding agents and MCP-based workflows.
Experience with webinars, conference talks, or community programs.
Experience working in a fully distributed company.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$171,000
—
$261,000 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain?
Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.
What is the role:
Offchain is looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market and growth for ZeroDev, our smart account and wallet infrastructure for developers, fintechs and financial institutions building programmable finance. This role is made for a builder who thrives at the intersection of product, sales and growth, and who can connect every campaign to pipeline and revenue.
This is a full-stack role. One week you're shipping a launch; the next you're working in HubSpot and supporting commercial proposals with Sales. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales and the wider Offchain marketing team to shape positioning, run campaigns and grow ZeroDev's footprint with both crypto-native builders and enterprise buyers.
What you'll do:
Develop product positioning, messaging and competitive framing across the ZeroDev product line, and evolve it as products mature.
Define go-to-market plans and run launches end to end, developing content for landing pages, blogs, emails, demos, social, one-pagers and internal enablement.
Run content, search and lifecycle programs. Own the X and LinkedIn calendar, SEO and answer-engine visibility, the monthly newsletter, nurture flows and customer case studies.
Own growth operations: HubSpot administration, lead scoring and routing, campaign tracking (UTMs, PostHog) and funnel dashboards.
Equip Sales with proposals, battlecards, account briefs and discovery prompts grounded in the product to assist in moving customers through the pipeline .
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to drive adoption and amplify reach through coordinated GTM efforts.
Contribute to OKRs and performance tracking frameworks, and manage marketing budget and paid campaigns against named opportunities.
What you'll need:
5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar function in crypto, fintech, or developer tools and infrastructure
Demonstrated success launching and scaling product launches end to end, with quantifiable outcomes
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills - able to distill complexity into clarity

Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving open-ended problems with structure and insight
Daily AI tool user who can build simple agent workflows or automations

- Partner with global marketing teams to localize campaign content and messaging for North American audiences.
- Help execute co-branded campaigns and joint event opportunities with strategic alliances, resellers, and channel partners.

All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
