About the Client
Our client is a multi-brand e-commerce and digital marketing business focused on growing brands through channels such as TikTok Shop, creators and affiliates, Meta Ads, Shopify, Amazon, and organic social. The company operates in a fast-moving environment where multiple brands, campaigns, and marketing functions need to stay aligned. The ideal candidate has a background managing marketing projects for
U.S.-based DTC marketing agencies or in-house DTC brands

* Priorities and deadlines are clear and visible
* Leadership can quickly understand where projects stand
* Blockers are identified early instead of becoming last-minute emergencies

* The organization becomes more structured without becoming slower or overly corporate
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing marketing projects for a U.S.-based DTC marketing agency or in-house DTC brand.

We are looking for a Director of Partner Programs & Operations to work with Partner, Sales and Operations leadership to design, build, and run the partner ecosystem at ClickHouse. The function covers four capabilities: partner programs, partner operations, channel development, and partner enablement.
This is a design and build role before it is a management one. The program, the systems and data underneath it, the onboarding and readiness motions, and the way the ecosystem is measured are yours to design.
Working closely with the VP, Global Partners and Alliances, and reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, you share accountability for what the partner ecosystem produces and for what it can deliver: partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and the certified capacity to implement ClickHouse. You own the programs, standards, and measurement behind both.
You will inherit a small team and grow it as the partner business does. The function runs globally, working through the regional field operations teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own the partner program definition and the annual refresh: tiering, benefits, requirements, the partner business planning cadence across cloud, ISV, and SI partners, and the MDF budget with the rebate and funding mechanics behind it. Design the program so it pays for the behavior we want.
- Own the operational counterpart relationships at the hyperscalers and our top-tier partners: program compliance, competencies, the funding and credits those programs make available, and the standing reviews that keep us qualified and keep the joint motion moving.
- Own how the partner business is measured. Set what pipeline contribution and certified delivery capacity mean, and own the reporting that shows where that capacity exists and where it is thin. Defend the numbers to sales leadership, Finance, and the partners.
- Design and own the partner systems, process, and data layer everything else runs on: the PRM, the partner data model in Salesforce, deal registration rules and SLAs, conflict resolution with direct sellers, and co-sell submission hygiene and partner-of-record accuracy. You define the requirements and the logic, and the systems team builds and maintains against them.
- Co-own channel development with the Partners team. You own the onboarding and activation framework that carries a partner from signed to productive, and you run it directly for the long tail. The Partners team leads development for strategic partners and works from the same framework.
- Own partner enablement and readiness: certification paths, competency requirements, and the partner-facing curriculum and content library, built with the enablement and learning teams that own the platform and delivery. You own the readiness bar that determines whether an SI can implement ClickHouse well without us in the room.
- Own the partner-of-record and attribution side of marketplace transactions, with the commercial team owning execution.
- Develop the team and build out the capability the partner business needs next. Design how a small function supports a global partner surface, and expect to carry work yourself before it is staffed.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 10+ years in partner operations, channel operations, alliances, or revenue operations with direct partner scope, including at least five years leading a team.
- A builder's bias. You would rather design a program than administer one, and you have taken one from early to real: you can point to the tiering, economics, and deal registration you designed or rebuilt, and what it produced. You are comfortable making the platform, process, and data model decisions the function needs, and standing up a motion from a thin starting point.
- Direct hyperscaler experience, required. You have worked AWS, GCP, or Azure partner programs from the operational side: co-sell, program tiers and competencies, marketplace mechanics, and funding.
- Experience building SI and services partner capability, not only transacting partners. You know what it takes for a partner to deliver competently on a technical product: certification that means something, real practice investment, and delivery quality you can measure rather than assume.
- Fluency with partner economics. Margin, referral fees, rebates, and MDF, and how each shows up in revenue, in the P&L, and in partner behavior.
- Owner-operator mindset. You treat partner programs and operations as a system you own end-to-end: you build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks, and you measure it by what it produces, not by activity.
- Systems depth. Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce partner data model and a PRM platform (Impartner, Allbound, Salesforce PRM, or similar), with enough depth to specify what needs to be built rather than describe the problem.
- SQL fluency required. Comfortable building your own analysis on partner performance.
- Exposure to consumption-based or usage-based business models strongly preferred. You understand marketplace transaction mechanics, commit drawdown, and why a marketplace deal is not just a differently-papered direct deal.
- Able to partner with Legal and Finance on partner agreements, margin structure, MDF accrual and payout, and the revenue recognition implications of channel and marketplace transactions.
- Credible with partners externally and with the field internally. You can sit in a hyperscaler partner review and in a regional pipeline call, and be useful in both.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable presenting to executives and to senior partner stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
About the Role
We're looking for a software engineer who ships fast without dropping quality. You'll own features end-to-end with support from senior engineers, learn how AI systems behave in production, and see your work reach customers within days rather than quarters. The Bengaluru team is product engineering, so everything you build is customer-facing.
What You'll Do
- Development & Implementation - Build scalable backend services, APIs, and AI-powered features using TypeScript/Node.js, Python, and cloud platforms.
- Collaboration & Learning - Work closely with senior engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical and architecture discussions.
- Product Integration - Partner with Product, Design, and Customer Success to translate requirements into robust, customer-facing solutions.
Specifically, you'll:
- Build and ship features end-to-end, from backend services to customer-facing interfaces.
- Work on AI-powered workflows: prompt design, evaluation, and the systems that make LLMs reliable in production.
- Build integrations with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and third-party communication tools.
- Fix real customer problems, often with a short loop between report and fix going live.
- Write comprehensive tests, add monitoring, and take ownership of what you ship after it ships.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response to ensure system reliability.
- Take loosely defined problems, ask the right questions, and drive them to done with minimal hand-holding.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Hybrid, based in Bengaluru - regular office presence expected for collaboration and team coordination.
- Some overlap with US business hours may be needed for client coordination and project work.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of software engineering experience, ideally full-stack, including at least 1 year in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment.
- Strong programming skills in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, with backend development experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP and modern deployment practices.
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and understanding of service-oriented architectures.
- Comfort working with SQL databases at scale.
- A track record of fast, high-quality execution - you move quickly and your work holds up.
- Self-driven: you unblock yourself, chase down context, and don't need work broken into small pieces.
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing requirements in a fast-moving startup.
- Curiosity about AI and LLMs - direct experience is a plus, appetite to learn is required.
- Low ego, high energy, and a bias toward shipping.
Bonus Points
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, or conversational AI systems.
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Previous startup experience or exposure to rapid scaling.
- Contributions to open source or active developer community participation.
- Experience with real-time systems, or event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with Docker/containerization and orchestration tools.
Why Avoca
- Compensation in line with industry standards and above.
- Direct impact - your code powers thousands of businesses and millions of customer interactions.
- Accelerated learning - work on cutting-edge AI technology with experienced mentors.
- Clear paths for advancement as the company and team scale.
- A fast-moving, collaborative culture built for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
WHY AVOCA
At Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with a culture designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
Avoca provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.

Work with core capabilities of integration platforms, including API management, gateway policies, runtime and deployment environments, data transformation, connectors/adapters, and orchestration/pipeline frameworks across MuleSoft and SnapLogic
Drive reuse, standardisation, and continuous improvement across integration solutions and platform usage.
Support production deployments, incident resolution, and root cause analysis activities.
Participate in on-call and production support rotations.

What we're looking for:
10+ years of experience of designing and delivering enterprise integration on one or more integration platform (e.g. Informatica, Dell Boomi, OSB, or similar)
5+ years of experience of hand-on integration design and development experience on MuleSoft and/or SnapLogic.
MuleSoft and/or SnapLogic certification.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Staff Content Designer to be the voice of investing at Wealthsimple. The person who takes calendar spreads and margin calls and makes them make sense, without dumbing it down or drowning it with jargon. You’ll be embedded on product teams and partner closely with design, product, and engineering to build experiences that our clients love.
This isn't a polish-the-copy-at-the-end role. You'll be in the room shaping what we build and how to position our products — not just the final words on the screen.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write the hard stuff. Options, margin trading, predictions, perpetuals, futures — you'll write and rewrite the content so it all makes sense to a first-time investor and a seasoned trader.
- Work AI-first. From shipping your own code changes to prototyping and research — you’ll use AI to increase your impact in every part of the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product and design on key initiatives. You’ll work early and often with product and design to shape the product direction for big, challenging projects — not just tighten the copy once the decisions are already made.
- Make the team faster and better, not just yourself. Templates, patterns, content standards, workflows, and of course AI. You’ll find ways to automate processes to scale content while ensuring quality.
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 7+ years in content design or UX writing at a senior or staff level.
- A learner’s mindset. You don't need a finance background but you have experience that demonstrates your willingness to go deep on something unfamiliar and become a subject matter expert.
- Experience working with AI to increase your impact or empower others.
- Experience developing content standards, or integrating product content best practices and guidelines into a design system.
- Ability to think strategically about content and design while also executing on the details at a tactical level.
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and work quickly and decisively across different contexts. You know when to sweat the details and when to move quickly.
- Experience empowering others through mentorship, coaching, and sharing best practices + techniques.
- Ability to work with Marketing, Brand, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver unified and consistent messaging across all touch points.
- A great collaborator and listener who loves to work together to understand and solve client problems.
WHAT TO SEND US
- A portfolio with 3 or more case studies that shows how you used writing and design to improve the user experience and drive business outcomes.

ABOUT AVOCA
We’re hiring Avoca’s first dedicated Content Lead to build our content function from the ground up and make Avoca the trusted source for how home services businesses grow and use AI.
You’ll own how Avoca earns attention and gets discovered — from how we show up across Google and AI search to the customer stories, original research, and points of view that shape how the home services market thinks. Your work will help Avoca show up when buyers are actively looking for answers while giving home services leaders a reason to follow, trust, and engage with us before they enter a sales process.
This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll set the strategy and drive content from idea through research, creation, distribution, and measurement. You’ll interview customers and subject-matter experts and turn Avoca’s expertise, data, and customer results into content that’s useful, compelling, and worth people’s attention.
You’ll use AI to increase the speed and scale of the content operation while maintaining a high bar for originality, accuracy, and quality. Above all, you’ll approach content as a growth engine — thinking beyond traffic and engagement to how it creates and captures demand, supports campaigns, and drives qualified pipeline.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Growth and work closely with Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and own Avoca’s content strategy, identifying the questions, topics, stories, and points of view we should own based on customer needs, competitive whitespace, and revenue potential
- Grow Avoca’s visibility across Google and AI search by mapping how buyers look for answers, creating authoritative content, and strengthening our presence across the sources AI answer engines trust and cite
- Own and execute the content program end to end—researching, interviewing, writing, and editing high-intent pages, guides, customer stories, original research, lead generation assets, and social content
- Turn content assets into demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., search, paid email, outbound)
- Define and track performance across search and AI visibility, qualified traffic, conversions, opportunities, and influenced pipeline
- Build AI-first workflows that accelerate research, creation, optimization, repurposing, and distribution without compromising originality, accuracy, or editorial quality
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, organic growth, or a related role, ideally at a fast-growing B2B technology company
- A portfolio of excellent work and a track record of building content programs that generate qualified traffic, conversions, and pipeline
- Strong, current knowledge of SEO and AEO/GEO, including how companies earn visibility and citations across AI search
- Exceptional writing, interviewing, and narrative skills, with the ability to find a compelling angle and make complex ideas clear and engaging
- Strong editorial judgment: you can distinguish genuine insight from generic content and turn rough ideas into work that is credible, useful, and distinctively Avoca
- Experience creating content across the buyer journey, from high-intent organic pages to customer stories, original research, and other authority-building content
- Strong commercial and analytical instincts, including an understanding of demand generation and the ability to use performance data to improve results
- Deep fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to materially increase the quality, speed, and volume of content
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a strong instinct for what makes a story worth telling and know how to draw differentiated insights and proof points out of customers and subject-matter experts
- You’re a zero-to-one builder who is energized by creating the strategy, standards, workflows, and measurement for a new content function
- You’re commercially curious. You want to understand why customers buy, what prevents them from buying, and how content can create momentum throughout the buyer journey
- You think about distribution and conversion from the beginning, not after something is published
- You’re AI-native and constantly redesigning how you work to produce better content faster without accepting generic output, weak reasoning, or unsupported claims
- You stay ahead of how AI answer engines are changing buyer behavior, content discovery, and distribution—and translate those shifts into Avoca’s approach
- You combine high standards with speed, knowing when to refine, when to ship and learn, and where your effort will have the greatest impact
- You’re high-agency, resourceful, collaborative, and excited to work in person in NYC with an ambitious team
BONUS POINTS
- Experience marketing to SMB or mid-market buyers in a high-velocity sales motion
- Experience in vertical SaaS, home services, or another industry-specific market
- Hands-on experience with AI-search, SEO, and content tools such as Profound, Semrush, Google Search Console, or GA4
- Experience turning proprietary data or original research into content that earns attention, links, and citations
- Experience creating video-first customer stories or translating written ideas into compelling video content
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $160,000-$210,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca’s total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.
