We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ABOUT NORTH
North is Cohere's cutting-edge AI workspace platform, designed to revolutionize the way enterprises utilize AI. It offers a secure and customizable environment, allowing companies to deploy AI while maintaining control over sensitive data. North integrates seamlessly with existing workflows, providing a trusted platform that connects AI agents with workplace tools and applications.
WHY THIS ROLE?
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how enterprises harness the power of AI in real-world applications. As a bridge between our core North product and our clients’ engineering teams, you’ll be at the forefront of solving complex problems and securely integrating AI into critical sectors such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.
We’re looking for senior software engineers with Applied AI experience who can own the design, build, and deployment of agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), from early prototypes to production-grade AI agents, to deliver concrete business value in enterprise workflows. You’ll work closely with customers on real-world business problems, often building first-of-their-kind agent workflows that integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and data sources. While our pace is startup-fast, the bar is enterprise-high: agents must be reliable, observable, safe, and auditable from day one.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Customer-Facing Technical Impact
- Work closely with enterprise customers to translate high-value, ambiguous business problems into well-framed agentic problems with clear success criteria and evaluation methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership across the full development and evaluation lifecycle, including post-deployment iteration, for agentic workflows.
- Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners
Agent Design, Build and Production launches
- Lead the design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents that reason, plan, and act across tools and data sources with enterprise-grade reliability and performance.
- Balance rapid iteration with enterprise requirements, evolving prototypes into stable, reusable solutions.
- Define and apply evaluation and quality standards to measure success, failures, and regressions; Debug real-world agent behavior and systematically improve prompts, workflows, tools, and guardrails.
- Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform, working across the full product lifecycle from conceptualisation through production
- Take ownership of scoping and shaping use cases end-to-end, flexing into whatever technical area the problem demands (including frontend) to drive the most effective solution
Team Mentorship & Organizational Impact
- Mentor engineers across distributed teams.
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations, build alignment, and raise engineering quality across the organization.
- Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns that enable consistent delivery across customers.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Technical Foundations
- Demonstrated ability to build, ship, and operate production-grade software systems.
- Substantial hands-on experience designing, building, evaluating, and fine-tuning LLM-based agents in real-world applications.
- Deep familiarity with modern LLM ecosystems, including models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), vector databases, RAG architectures, agent/orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, tool use, multi-step agent workflows (e.g., ReAct), and robust failure handling.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience and Leadership
- Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders to design and deliver LLM-powered agentic solutions aligned with real business needs.
- Proven technical leadership at the team level, including guiding architecture, implementation, and delivery of complex AI systems.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Korean language.
IT’S A BONUS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience setting architectural standards for AI and agentic systems across distributed teams
- Experience flexing into unfamiliar technical areas, such as frontend, when the problem calls for it
- Exposure to regulated or sensitive industry environments (finance, healthcare, telecoms)
- Experience with enterprise security, compliance, or auditability requirements for AI systems

Capital.com is scaling fast, and this role makes sure that ambition shows up everywhere the brand does. Reporting to the Brand Director, you’ll own delivery end to end, turning brand strategy into standout campaigns and building a sponsorship and events function that makes every partnership work harder. It’s a hands-on role for someone as comfortable running a campaign timeline as negotiating a sponsorship deal or managing an event on-site. Working with the CMO, Head of Creative, PR and regional teams, you’ll have real influence over how Capital.com shows up globally as it pursues premiumisation and expansion.
Responsibilities:
Brand Campaigns
Own end-to-end delivery of Capital.com's big-ticket brand campaigns, turning the Brand Director's strategy into standout, well-executed work across markets
Partner closely with the Head of Creative, who leads creative production, to ensure every campaign is built and delivered to a premium standard
Work with market analysts and the PR team to align campaign timing, messaging and measurement
Manage campaign budgets, timelines and sign-off across multiple markets and stakeholders
Lead delivery across campaigns of every scale, from moments built around a global brand asset to local activity such as a UK spread betting campaign or a new performance-led campaign for the paid social team
Feed into the strategic thinking behind paid social alongside the paid social team, for example how a new channel is seeded with initial paid support, or how an organic boosting strategy is agreed and backed with paid
Bring imagination to how the brand shows up, finding new ways to express Capital.com's premiumisation and expansion ambitions through brand activity
Sponsorship & Events
Own the sponsorship and events function end to end: evaluating and negotiating new opportunities, then delivering the activations that bring them to life
Draw on activation support at global level from the events team and at local level from regional marketing leads and local offices, so delivery is never carried alone
Evaluate opportunities across sport, conferences and other partnerships against clear criteria for brand fit, audience relevance and commercial value
Lead negotiation and management of sponsorship contracts, protecting Capital.com's interests and tracking every commitment on both sides
Build and maintain relationships with rights holders, sports marketing agencies and event partners as the primary point of contact
Plan and deliver event activations and client hospitality end to end — suppliers, guest lists, merchandise, booths — working with the design team so every physical presence reflects the brand
Collaborate with the CMO, regional marketing managers and regional CEOs to align sponsorship priorities across markets and activate global properties locally
Work with Compliance and Legal to ensure all sponsorship and event activity meets regulatory requirements across Capital.com's jurisdictions
Track and report on sponsorship performance and ROI, and build out the sponsorship and events team as the function grows
Requirements:
Senior experience delivering brand campaigns end to end.
Experience within a financial services or fintech business.
Proven experience delivering sponsorship activation end to end, from deal negotiation through to on-site activation.
Breadth beyond sport (e.g. culture, academia, thought leadership) and integrated activation skills across social, content and brand campaigns, not just hospitality.
Experience activating global properties across multiple markets.
Strong commercial focus: you can articulate the value a sponsorship brings to the business and use it as a vehicle to drive acquisition.
Experience in our industry or regulated financial services.
Confidence negotiating commercial contracts and evaluating opportunities critically rather than just enthusiastically.
Excellent relationship management across rights holders, creative partners and senior stakeholders in a multi-market structure.
Comfortable building a function from a small base, with willingness to travel roughly 20% of the time.
Nice to have:
Existing relationships with sports rights holders, conference organisers or sports marketing agencies
Agency-side background in sponsorship, experiential or brand campaign delivery
Experience managing brand or sponsorship activity across multiple international markets simultaneously

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🐼 WHO WE ARE
You. Better. With Alan.
Alan's vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Our mission is to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.
We're building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system.
By connecting all aspects of care - private, public, and direct to consumer - we create the most member-centric healthcare experience. Through deep engagement, we empower everyone to overcome day-to-day health obstacles and live healthier lives.
We partner with 35K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached 770M+ in ARR.
Our team of 700 people (still growing) operates across France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, and Canada 🇨🇦.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You would join the product team that builds the AI agents answering our 1M+ members' questions about their health insurance - reimbursements, coverage, claims, account changes and more - instantly and without waiting for a human.
Our AI agents already fully resolve more than 50% of members' questions. Your mission is to push that number further, increase the quality of answers and the trust members place in them, and make our agents work with the other AI agents at Alan, such as Mo our health companion.
Concretely, you will:
- Design and ship LLM-powered agents that understand a member's request, reason over their contract, claims and history, and take real actions on their behalf - building the tools, retrieval and context pipelines that give them the right information at the right moment
- Make our agents interoperate with other AI agents across Alan, such as Mo: handing off conversations, sharing context and calling each other's capabilities, so members get one seamless experience
- Bring automated resolution to new channels, starting with AI phone support: real-time voice conversations with the same quality bar as written ones
- Own evaluation: build datasets, automated evals and quality monitoring so we know an agent is right before members see it
- Measure and improve resolution rate, answer quality and member satisfaction in production, iterating fast on prompts, models and architecture
- Work hand in hand with care experts and product to identify the next topics the AI can fully resolve
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Direct Impact: Every point of automated resolution means members get help instantly, when they need it the most - and directly drives Alan's scaling, growth and profitability.
- Applied AI at scale: You won't build demos. You'll ship AI agents that handle hundreds of thousands of real conversations per month in a regulated, high-stakes domain, where accuracy truly matters.
- Frontier problems: Agentic workflows, tool use, evaluation, safety and guardrails, cost and latency trade-offs - you'll tackle the hardest open questions in production LLM systems.
- Ownership & Growth: Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years building scalable software systems
- Strong backend experience (Python is a plus)
- Hands-on experience building products with LLMs (agents, tool calling, RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation) - ideally shipped to production
- An evaluation mindset: you know how to measure whether an AI system is actually good, and how to make it better
What we value:
- You love turning complex problems into elegant solutions
- You care about the "why" behind what you build, not just the "how"
- You stay on top of a fast-moving AI landscape and are pragmatic about what really works
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority)
Mission Alignment:
- Healthcare technology excites you
- You understand that insurance isn't just about money - it's about access to care
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐

As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE OPPORTUNITY
Docker is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to serve as the technical visionary and architect for how software gets built, verified, and trusted.
Every day, millions of developers pull images, install dependencies, and ship builds to production. Each of those steps is a place where something can go wrong, or be made to go wrong. Compromised base images, malicious packages, tampered build steps, unsigned artifacts moving through pipelines nobody is watching. The industry calls this the software supply chain, and it has become one of the most consequential unsolved problems in software engineering.
This role sits in Docker and Ecosystems, the group that owns Docker’s most well known products and our emerging content and SDLC business. You will own the technical strategy for secure software delivery across all of it, defining what verifiable, tamper-resistant software delivery looks like at Docker's scale, then driving the architecture that makes it real for every developer and every enterprise customer using our products.
You will set multi-year technical direction, make architectural decisions that shape Docker's product portfolio, and work directly with the SVP of Engineering and executive team on strategy. You will not manage people. You will change what the industry considers table stakes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
TECHNICAL VISION AND STRATEGY
- Lead multi-year technical vision for build security and supply chain across Docker Desktop, Hub, Hardened Images, Verified Publishing, and monetization platforms.
- Define and sequence "trusted by default" architecture for 20M developers.
- Partner with the SVP of Engineering to convert commercial strategy into multi-year technical roadmaps.
- Establish company-wide architectural principles and security standards.
- Identify high-leverage platform investments that enhance security across all Docker products.
- Proactively position architecture ahead of evolving supply chain threats and regulatory demands.
BUILD SECURITY ARCHITECTURE
Architect systems to detect and prevent build-process threats like compromised dependencies, malicious steps, tampered artifacts, and untrusted images.
- Design provenance and attestation infrastructure ensuring Docker artifacts carry verifiable build history.
- Define artifact signing, verification, and policy enforcement across local workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Architect SBOM generation, dependency analysis, and vulnerability intelligence for complete software visibility.
- Align with and help shape emerging supply chain security standards.
- Ensure security controls remain fast and unobtrusive so developers keep them enabled.
SDLC AND DEVELOPER WORKFLOW INTEGRATION
- Architect how Docker's security capabilities integrate across the full software development lifecycle, from local development through CI/CD to production deployment
- Design the interfaces and contracts that let Docker's tooling embed into the pipelines, registries, and platforms customers already run, rather than asking them to rebuild around us
- Define the developer experience for security tooling, where the secure path is the fast path and the default path
- Architect policy and enforcement models that satisfy enterprise security and compliance requirements without fragmenting the developer workflow
- Drive convergence of security capabilities across Docker products, replacing product-specific implementations with shared platform primitives
TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE AND INFLUENCE
- Work with leaders across engineering to drive strategy and execution
- Mentor and develop Staff and Principal engineers, raising the technical bar across the organization
- Represent Docker's security architecture externally through blog posts, conference talks, standards bodies, and technical community engagement
- Participate in executive-level discussions, providing architectural perspective on business decisions
- Take part in on-call rotation for your team, respond to incidents, debug production issues, and drive continuous improvement of system reliability
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- 12+ years of software engineering experience specializing in build security, software supply chain security, or SDLC tooling
- Deep understanding of build process threat models across dependencies, environments, artifacts, and pipelines, along with effective mitigations
- Architectural experience in artifact signing, attestations, SBOMs, dependency security, CI/CD security, base image trust, or vulnerability intelligence
- Practical knowledge of supply chain security frameworks and standards
- Expertise in API design, service architecture, and scalable system integration
- Proven record delivering large-scale distributed systems for millions of users and enterprise customers
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
STRATEGIC AND BUSINESS IMPACT
- Proven track record creating strategic technical plans that enable revenue, expansion, or enterprise deals
- Experience converting business strategy into technical architectures and roadmaps
- Understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise sales, and how security impacts commercial outcomes
- Experience leading build-vs-buy decisions for core platform components
LEADERSHIP AND INFLUENCE
- Ability to lead large, cross-company technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams
- Experience partnering with VPs and executives to define and execute technical strategy
- Proven ability to influence technical direction and build consensus without direct authority
- Strong communication skills for presenting to executives and driving organization-wide alignment
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and developing technical leaders
ENTERPRISE CONTEXT
- Experience building products that serve enterprise customers with complex security and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of enterprise security requirements and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and their architectural implications
- Understanding of how enterprise security teams evaluate, procure, and operate tooling
PREFERRED
- Scale experience at a security, developer tools, or infrastructure software company
- Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) or developer platforms
- Experience with complex enterprise billing, contracts, usage pricing, and revenue recognition
- Proven ability to migrate legacy systems without disrupting business operations
- Contributions to open-source security tools or supply chain security standards
- Recognized technical leader via speaking, publishing, or open-source work
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Security Posture
- Artifacts produced through Docker carry verifiable provenance by default, not by opt-in configuration
- Build-time threat classes are addressed architecturally rather than through detection after the fact
- Developers keep security controls enabled because the controls are fast and unobtrusive
Business Enablement
- Security and governance capabilities directly unblock enterprise revenue
- New product SKUs launch in weeks instead of months through the billing platform
- Usage-based billing supports monetization of new security and AI product lines
Platform Leverage
- Product teams ship enterprise-ready, secure-by-default features in under two weeks rather than months
- Shared security primitives replace fragmented per-product implementations
- Platform systems achieve 99.9%+ uptime for business-critical workflows
Organizational Impact
- Recognized across Docker as the definitive technical authority on build and supply chain security
- Multiple Staff and Principal engineers developed who can own major domains
- Docker's voice carries weight in the external supply chain security conversation
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we’re building technology that makes life in local neighborhoods simpler. Wolt Market is our online grocery business, bringing customers a curated range of everyday essentials quickly and reliably.
The Category Team shapes the assortment, promotions and supplier collaboration behind that experience. As a Category Specialist, you will be the operational backbone of the team ensuring promotional plans, data, communication and follow-ups move accurately and on time.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on coordination role at the centre of the Category Team. You will work closely with Category Managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep commercial activities organised, accurately documented and delivered on schedule.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Coordinate the collection, follow-up and communication of promotional plans with suppliers.
Maintain accurate trackers, files and timelines for promotions, campaigns and category initiatives.
Support Category Managers with administrative and executional tasks, including supplier and SKU-related processes.
Act as a key point of contact between suppliers, Category Managers and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely activation of Promo Plan.
Support post-campaign reporting and the preparation of materials used to evaluate promotions and commercial activities.
Use systems, reporting tools and AI-enabled tools to improve accuracy, visibility and day-to-day efficiency.
Our humble expectations
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
Experience in a coordination, commercial support, e-commerce or retail or FMCG role.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
Confidence working with Excel or Google Sheets, PowerPoint and everyday office tools.
Comfort using systems and reporting tools, with curiosity and willingness to adopt AI and automation tools.
A collaborative and hands-on approach, with the motivation to learn and grow in a commercial environment.
What’s in it for you
You’ll gain broad exposure to the commercial engine of a fast-growing online grocery business and work closely with Category Managers, suppliers and cross-functional teams. This role offers a strong foundation to build commercial, analytical and operational skills while helping shape more efficient ways of working through data, systems and AI.
Next steps
We review applications on a rolling basis. The recruitment process will include an initial conversation with Talent Acquisition, an interview with the hiring team and a practical assessment or working session relevant to the role. The Talent Acquisition team will guide you through the process and share the details at each stage.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
