The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing delivery leadership and execution support to multiple shared services teams and game teams across our studios. This role focuses on enabling teams by driving technically complex initiatives—such as platform services, tooling, infrastructure, and cross-studio programs—rather than owning feature delivery within a single game team.
The ideal candidate is technically fluent, comfortable operating across multiple stakeholders, and excels at bringing structure, visibility, and predictability to projects that span teams, disciplines, and time zones. The ideal candidate understands game development pipelines, can speak the language of engineers and technical leads, and brings structure, predictability, and risk management to fast-moving creative environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Leadership
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex projects (e.g., service upgrades, tooling, integrations, live ops initiatives).
Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans across multiple teams and time zones.
Drive execution against schedules while balancing quality, technical debt, and production realities.
Define standardized project management processes, tools, workflows.
Mentor other project managers
Cross-Team Project Leadership
Lead and coordinate initiatives that support multiple game teams and shared services teams.
Own integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Enable alignment and execution without direct line management authority over delivery teams.
Technical Enablement & Partnership
Translate technical strategies and architectural decisions into clear execution plans, timelines, and risks.
Ensure teams have visibility into delivery progress, impacts, and adoption timelines.
Partner closely with stakeholders to translate designs into executable project plans.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Process & Delivery Governance
Establish and maintain consistent project management practices across shared services initiatives.
Facilitate planning, execution, and retrospectives for cross-team efforts with a focus on delivery outcomes.
Track progress and delivery metrics, manage dependencies and risks; proactively escalate and resolve blockers.
Implement and continuously improve methodologies and processes.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Act as a primary point of coordination between shared services teams and supported game teams.
Provide clear, concise status reporting to studio leadership and senior stakeholders.
Manage expectations and trade-offs across competing priorities and timelines.
Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to studio leadership and stakeholders.
Align project priorities with product, publishing, and business objectives.
Support go-to-market timelines, certification, and launch readiness.
Risk, Dependency & Change Management
Identify, understand, and manage technical, operational, and resourcing risks that may impact teams.
Drive mitigation plans and manage changes while minimizing disruption.
Support release coordination, rollout planning, and adoption of shared services and tools.
Manage change requests while protecting team focus and delivery commitments.
Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of senior project or program management experience in technical or software-driven organizations.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or CSM certification is preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-team, shared-services initiatives.
Experience with budget planning, ROI analysis
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, infrastructure, and technical delivery models.
High degree of initiative, self-starter, looks for opportunities to make improvements
Experience working in data analytics a plus
Proven ability to influence and coordinate without direct ownership of delivery teams.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high interdependency.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage deeply with technical teams.
Ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift, demonstrating both adaptability and agility.
Excellent and effective problem solving and time management skills.
Creative, self-driven with a strong work ethic.
Administrative knowledge and experience of Jira and Confluence with hands on experience in setting up projects, dashboards, reporting capabilities, and custom JQL filters.
Solid Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., functions, formulas, PivotTables, data validation, charts)
Game Industry experience and a passion for games especially MMOs
Comfortable reviewing technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and release plans.
Experience working in a centralized/shared services organization

OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.

About The Opportunity
OKX is building local exchange businesses from the ground up across multiple emerging and high-growth markets. We are looking for a product leader who has driven a complete 0-to-1 cycle in a priority overseas market — someone who will own the product strategy and local growth playbook for a specific region or country, and be directly accountable for product competitiveness and business growth outcomes in that market.
This role sits at the intersection of the Local business team and Global product and engineering. You'll go deep into the local market — translating user profiles, regulatory landscapes, and competitive dynamics into product and growth strategies — while driving Global product and engineering resources to deliver locally, ensuring the product experience and competitiveness actually take off on the ground.
We are not prescriptive about which specific region you've built in previously — LatAm, Southeast Asia, Turkey, MENA, or others are all relevant. What matters is that you have personally built a business in an emerging market, closed the growth loop, and can transfer that methodology to OKX's priority regions.
This is a product leadership role, not a country general manager role — but you need to operate with near business-owner accountability: responsible for the region's core growth metrics and product competitiveness, not just shipping features.
What You’ll Be Doing
Regional Product Strategy & Local Growth Planning
Own product strategy and local growth planning for a specific region or country, working across the Local business team and Global product and engineering to be directly accountable for local product competitiveness and business growth outcomes.
Develop a deep understanding of local user profiles, legal and regulatory frameworks, competitive landscapes, and cultural nuances, and translate these into a comprehensive product competition strategy and channel growth strategy with clear prioritization.
Continuously track the local crypto and fintech ecosystem — with a focus on global players and regional leaders across exchanges and fintech — as well as macro factors such as inflation, currency depreciation, and cross-border remittance demand that shape user trading behavior.
Local Product Experience & Competitiveness
Own the end-to-end local product experience and competitiveness, covering onboarding, fiat deposit, market analysis, trading, and earn — the core stages of the user journey.
Build a comprehensive local product feedback loop — from user behavior data and funnel analysis, to local user feedback collection — to identify key bottlenecks and high-leverage opportunities in conversion, retention, and engagement, and drive iterative improvement.
Adapt to local market characteristics (inflation-driven demand, competitor switching costs, payment method preferences, etc.) to reduce drop-off from registration to first trade and shorten time-to-first-trade.
Channel Growth & Cross-team Collaboration
Work with local teams to identify effective user acquisition channels; lead the discovery, introduction, integration, and scaling of high-impact channels.
Leverage your local network — KOLs, fintech partners, payment providers, regulatory contacts — to accelerate market entry and growth.
Collaborate closely with regional BD, Marketing, Operations, and Global product and engineering to ensure product initiatives align with local growth objectives.
What We Look For In You
0-to-1 business building and growth experience in an emerging market
(e.g., LatAm, Southeast Asia, Turkey, MENA, or similar) — you can clearly articulate the regional metrics you owned and the business outcomes you delivered. You held a product, strategy, or growth role during the early stage of an international expansion at a tech company or at a high-growth local champion in the region.
Comprehensive business growth and user growth methodology
— you have fully owned a user funnel (acquisition → activation → retention) and can speak to results with data: CAC, activation rates, D7/D30 retention, LTV, reactivation. Your work was growth experimentation and product intervention, not just media buying.
Strong product management capability
— you can define product strategy and success metrics, prioritize a roadmap, drive A/B testing, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver. This is a product leadership role, not a GM or pure growth marketing role.
Proven cross-functional collaboration
— able to drive alignment across teams (design, engineering, data, commercial), manage external partnerships, and navigate regulatory conversations. Effective at aligning resources between Local and Global organizations.
Deep local market knowledge and an established local network
— you understand local user behaviors, payment ecosystems (e.g., PIX, SPEI, Mercado Pago, UPI, GCash, DANA, M-Pesa, depending on region), regulatory environments, and competitive dynamics. You have partners, KOLs, and industry relationships in the region that you can activate.
Consumer product management experience
in fintech, crypto, or trading preferred. Candidates with experience managing or mentoring product teams will be considered for the Senior Product Director level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus for effective collaboration with HQ teams.
Nice-To-Haves
Proficiency in a local language relevant to the target region (Spanish, Portuguese, Bahasa Indonesia, Arabic, Turkish, etc.).
Crypto exchange product experience — spot/derivatives trading, order types, fee structures, token listings, and fiat on/off-ramp flows.
Familiarity with local payment rails and fiat-to-crypto conversion flows in emerging markets.
Hands-on trading experience in FX, equities, or crypto.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.
Motivation for developing business and high energy with a good sense of priorities and time management
Fluent English. Additional languages will be an asset

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
Join our growing Ops Engineering team and help build internal tooling and infrastructure that empowers operators at Ramp. As an internal-facing team, you'll work directly with our operations teams to design, implement, and scale tools and systems that enable them to serve our customers more efficiently and effectively. Much of our work involves managing the Retool platform, building custom tooling on top of platforms like Zendesk, developing internal API to support internal operations, and creating operator-facing applications that help our ops teams move faster and deliver better customer experiences.

Our ideal candidate has a strong sense of ownership and enjoys owning projects from inception to scaling them in production. We value people who take pride in their work, and show an aptitude for learning quickly whether they're familiar with our stack or not. You'll be working with a nimble team of committed and talented engineers and having a large, long-term impact on technical design and engineering culture. We are intentionally pushing to use AI to automate workflows end-to-end, reducing manual toil and standardizing patterns across Retool, Zendesk, and our internal APIs.
What You'll Do
- Design and build full-stack internal applications and tools that empower operations teams to work more efficiently and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop robust backend services and APIs that power internal tooling, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Build integrations with third-party platforms like Retool, Zendesk, and other operational systems to create seamless workflows

- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or similar
- Experience building full-stack applications with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar for frontend)
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, API design, and database systems (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)
- Demonstrated aptitude for working with AI technologies, including experience integrating LLMs, building AI-powered features, or applying AI to solve business problems
- Experience building internal tools or working closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand and solve their problems
- Strong product sense and user empathy, with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern DevOps practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations, product, and engineering teams
- Strong sense of ownership and bias toward action, with ability to move quickly and iterate based on feedback
- Experience with platforms like Retool, Zendesk, or similar internal tooling platforms is a plus

WHY THIS ROLE?
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how enterprises harness the power of AI in real-world applications. As a bridge between our core North product and our clients’ engineering teams, you’ll be at the forefront of solving complex problems and securely integrating AI into critical sectors such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.
We’re looking for Software Engineers with Applied AI experience who can own the design, build, and deployment of agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), from early prototypes to production-grade AI agents, to deliver concrete business value in enterprise workflows. You’ll work closely with customers on real-world business problems, often building first-of-their-kind agent workflows that integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and data sources. While our pace is startup-fast, the bar is enterprise-high: agents must be reliable, observable, safe, and auditable from day one.
Note: between 20 - 40% travel anticipated
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with our enterprise customers to translate high-value, ambiguous business problems into well-framed agentic workflows with clear success criteria and evaluation methodologies
- Lead the design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents that reason, plan, and act across tools, APIs, and sensitive enterprise data sources, with enterprise-grade reliability and performance
- Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform, working across the full product lifecycle from conceptualisation through production
- Take ownership of scoping and shaping use cases end-to-end, flexing into whatever technical area the problem demands (including frontend) to drive the most effective solution
- Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns that enable consistent, high-quality delivery across customers and teams
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations, build alignment, and raise engineering quality across the organization
- Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners
You may be a good fit if:
- You have hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python; you write clean, testable, observable, scalable code
- You've built and deployed highly performant RAG and agentic applications, including agents that plan and execute multi-step tasks using patterns like ReAct or Plan-and-Execute
- You're deeply familiar with the LLM stack: frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks
- You have a proven ability to build robust evaluation frameworks, moving well beyond trial and error, to measure agent accuracy, safety, and latency
- You’re experienced working directly with customers and can lead technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders, translating ambiguous business needs into concrete technical specs
- You have experience owning the full scope of a use case end-to-end
- You thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments and can execute well even when priorities are shifting
It's a bonus if you have:
- Experience setting architectural standards for AI and agentic systems across distributed teams
- Experience flexing into unfamiliar technical areas, such as frontend, when the problem calls for it
- Exposure to regulated or sensitive industry environments (finance, healthcare, telecoms)
- Experience with enterprise security, compliance, or auditability requirements for AI systems
We are open to candidates currently based in the Middle East or who are open to travelling or relocating.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.

We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
