Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid's Core Platform Electrical team designs and releases the PCBs that power our humanoid robots — from sensor interface boards to power distribution and compute carrier cards. As we scale from prototype to production, keeping our Altium component library clean, consistent, and traceable has become mission-critical to design velocity and quality.
We're looking for an ECAD Librarian to own and grow our Altium Designer component library. You'll be the go-to owner for schematic symbols, footprints, and component data across our Boston, Vancouver and London EE teams, ensuring every part that goes into a design is accurate, manufacturable, and properly tracked from draft through production. This is a foundational role for a small, fast-moving hardware organization — your work directly reduces respin risk, rework, and time lost to bad footprints or duplicate parts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Altium component library. Create, validate, and maintain schematic symbols, PCB footprints, and 3D models for new components requested by EE designers in Boston and London.
- Enforce library standards. Apply and evolve our standardized approach to symbol sizing, footprint conventions, reference designator (REFDES) schemes, and naming conventions for passives, ICs, and mechanical library items (per our library rules and guidance documentation).
- Manage the component lifecycle. Administer part status workflow (Draft → Preliminary → Production) in Altium, ensuring only vetted, verified parts are promoted for use in active designs.
- Component data integrity. Verify manufacturer part numbers, approved alternates, and Part Choices are correctly attached to library parts; keep footprint/pinout data accurate against datasheets to prevent field errors (e.g., mis-pinned footprints making it into fabricated boards).
- Traceability & "Where-Used." Support where-used traceability for components, symbols, and footprints so the team can quickly identify PCB exposure when an issue is found with a given part or footprint.
- Cross-functional support. Work closely with EE designers across the #chapter-ee community to add, retire, and validate components on request, and communicate library changes that may affect in-flight designs.
- PLM/ERP alignment. Support the ongoing effort to integrate Altium component data with our broader PLM system (Teamcenter) and part numbering scheme, working with the EE and supply chain teams.
- Bulk library cleanup. Partner with engineering on periodic bulk edits and standardization passes across the existing library to reduce duplication and inconsistency.
- Documentation. Keep library rules, statuses, and conventions current in Confluence so the standards are discoverable and followed consistently by all designers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience with Altium Designer, including schematic library and PCB footprint creation (Altium 365 / Managed Components experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail — comfortable cross-referencing datasheets, verifying pin counts, pad geometry, and package dimensions before a part goes into a design.
- Familiarity with component lifecycle/PLM concepts (draft/preliminary/released states, where-used traceability) and how they connect to manufacturing quality.
- Understanding of standard component conventions: reference designator schemes, tolerances (e.g., 1% resistors, 10% capacitors), automotive/AEC-Q200 grading where relevant, and approved manufacturer/supplier alternates.
- Comfortable working across a distributed EE team (Boston and London) and prioritizing incoming library requests.
- Bonus: experience with Teamcenter or another PLM system, or prior exposure to integrating ECAD libraries with enterprise PLM/ERP.
- Bonus: experience in a hardware startup or fast-scaling engineering org where library hygiene had to be built from the ground up.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
For this role in Massachusetts, the expected base salary range is $100K–$140K USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.

THE ROLE AND IMPACT
This is a role for a search specialist who wants to work at genuine scale. As a Senior Engineer on Xero's Search team, you will help maintain and evolve one of the largest search clusters in the Southern Hemisphere; part of an entire vertical stack delivered to customers. The work is both meaningful and technically stretching: keeping 50+ million searchable documents and 400 terabytes of searchable data at global scale running at 99.9% uptime, whilst contributing to a significant four-year platform rebuild that will shape the next generation of Xero's growth. Currently serving over 200,000 daily active users, this is a product at meaningful scale.
Beyond the day-to-day, this role is about real ownership. You will contribute across both search-specific and generalist engineering work, raise and review pull requests, and lead projects. If you are someone who cares about quality and gets energised by hard problems at scale, this is a place where your work will genuinely matter.
THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT
The Search team is a small, tight-knit group spread across Melbourne, New South Wales and New Zealand, now part of Xero's Catalyst platform division. You will partner closely with this experienced group who are building the next generation of search infrastructure, a dedicated Product Manager, a Principal Architect, and the Catalyst Platform team who coordinate changes and releases across services. The team brings a high-quality mindset to everything they do, and solves challenging technical problems together.
THE TEAM IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON
- A large-scale search platform rebuild (Horizon 2) – a multi-year project at the heart of Xero's infrastructure, addressing critical infrastructure limits and building a scalable future
- Maintaining and evolving the cluster to keep systems running at 99.9% uptime whilst serving over 200,000 daily active users
- Integrating with the ODL (Operational Data Layer) on the ingestion pipeline for the new platform
- Exploring new partnership opportunities with Mobile, Files, and AI-adjacent search capabilities as the platform evolves
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
This role can be based in Australia or New Zealand. You will have genuine flexibility in where you work day to day. The team comes together in Melbourne approximately every six months; a chance to connect, align, and spend time in person with colleagues across regions. Xero also offers boost days, giving you the option to work from the office and collaborate with the broader Xero community when it suits you.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You bring strong search engineering experience and know what it takes to build, maintain and scale search systems in a production environment handling hundreds of millions of documents
- Solid software engineering and development fundamentals are part of your toolkit, and you are comfortable contributing to both search-specific and generalist engineering work
- Quality comes first for you – you hold a high bar for the code you write and review, and care about doing things properly
- Working collaboratively with others comes naturally to you, whether that is with engineering, product or infrastructure teams across a distributed environment

ABOUT YOU
You are a technical product manager who owns what a model optimises for, not just the roadmap around it. You have real depth in recommendation and ranking systems, and you will own the recommendation engine behind the Xsolla Advertising Products: the ranking that decides which offers millions of players see, and in what order.
You hold the bar high for how decisions get made. You can read a readout and say plainly what it does and does not support. You connect model performance to revenue without overclaiming, and you bring a low-ego, people-first approach to work that spans ML, analytics, ads operations, and commercial teams.
If you are excited about using ML to build building the next generation of advertising, rewards and loyalty programs for mobile apps and games we want to hear from you.
ABOUT US

Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities:
Own the recommendation engine as a product: ranking, relevance, and the model roadmap. Ranking quality is the product.
Set the objective the ranker optimises for, the constraints it works inside, and the guardrails and kill conditions that bound it. The target is eCPM today; what comes next is your call.
Own the metric definitions the whole team measures against, and settle the definitional questions that change the answer: gross against publisher-side RPU, app-load against impression-user denominators, mean of daily values against window totals.
Collaborate with on ML frameworks, experiment design, hold-outs, including pre-registered decision rules, power calculations, sample-ratio-mismatch checks, A/A validation, multiplicity correction, and named rollback triggers.
Collaborate with DS on readouts to evaluate model performace and readouts to business stakeholders readout: what the model did, what it cost, and what happens next.
Contribute the ranking perspective to the wider ads roadmap, including the seams where pricing, identity, and event telemetry meet ranking.
Qualifications & Skills:
6+ years in product management, with 3+ years owning a recommendation, ranking, personalization, or relevance system in production.
Deep understanding of experiment design and inference, including minimum detectable effect, statistical power, sample ratio mismatch, A/A testing, multiple-comparison correction, and pre-registration. You can tell when a readout will not support the claim being made from it, and you say so.
Working knowledge of the modelling itself: classification and regression, probability calibration, predicted conversion rate, expected-value objectives, and how the choice of objective changes model behavior.
Hands-on experience with ML and data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, Airflow, dbt, MLFlow, Vertex AI, and feature stores.
Proven record of moving model changes into production traffic through a controlled experiment process, rather than shipping on a dashboard reading.
Knowledge of performance advertising economics and ad tech ecosystems, including eCPM, RPU, bid multipliers, campaign hierarchies, and attribution models.
SQL you write yourself, and enough comfort reading application code to verify a claim instead of taking it on trust.
Excellent written communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences. Specs, decision records, and readouts are the output of this role, and other teams act on them without you in the room.
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Offerwall, rewarded advertising, loyalty and rewards programs and/or mobile app monetization experience is a plus.
Experience with a two-stage ranking system, where an external service supplies the base order and local logic adjusts it, is a plus.
Pricing, yield management, or marketplace experience alongside ranking is a plus.

Retention & engagement: Build features and feedback loops that keep users active, informed, and deepening their relationship with Ondo's product lines
User journey design: Map and continuously improve user journeys across all Ondo products surfaced through Ondo Finance Web App
Experimentation: Drive a structured A/B testing and experimentation culture; define success metrics and own the growth analytics stack alongside data and engineering
Cross-product growth: Collaborate with product line PMs to ensure growth initiatives are coordinated and reinforced across product surfaces
Requirements
4–7+ years of product management experience with a clear focus on consumer-facing or growth-oriented products
Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial products — particularly products involving real-world assets, trading, or investment platforms
Personal experience using financial products similar to ours, with a genuine desire to walk in the customer's shoes
Demonstrated track record of owning and improving acquisition, activation, and/or retention metrics at scale
Strong product instincts — you care deeply about user experience and are willing to do whatever it takes to make the product successful

Experience diagnosing production issues and improving system reliability through metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and other observability practices.
Experience working in a cloud environment and with infrastructure-as-code or equivalent deployment and operations tooling.
Ability to take an ambiguous problem from discovery and scoping through design, implementation, launch, and ongoing operation.

The Compliance function at OKX is responsible for the overall compliance culture at the company. We’re a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on the company’s regulatory obligations and enterprise risk.
In this role, you will own OKX's Global Customer Complaints Program and report directly to the Compliance Chief of Staff. You will work closely with Local Compliance, Legal, Customer Support, Product, Operations, and Risk teams to promote consistent complaint handling across jurisdictions, maintain alignment with regulatory requirements, and provide effective second-line oversight and challenge.
A key part of the role will be turning customer complaints into actionable compliance and conduct-risk intelligence. You will oversee complaints governance and quality assurance, identify trends and potential systemic issues, support root-cause analysis and remediation, and provide senior leadership with clear reporting on customer outcomes and emerging risks.
You will also support the development, coordination, and tracking of responses to regulators, working directly with Legal and Local Compliance teams on regulatory inquiries, escalated complaints, and related supervisory matters. This requires strong regulatory judgment, excellent written communication, and the ability to coordinate complex matters across multiple teams and jurisdictions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop, coordinate, and track responses to regulatory inquiries, examinations, and escalated complaints, partnering with Legal and Local Compliance teams to gather and validate facts, prepare clear and defensible responses, manage review and approval processes, meet regulatory deadlines, and track resulting commitments, remediation, and follow-up through closure.
Maintain global regulatory alignment by partnering with local Heads of Compliance to identify changes in jurisdictional requirements and ensure global policies, standards, procedures, and local requirements remain current and appropriately implemented.
Oversee the end-to-end complaints control framework, including complaint identification and classification, regulatory and internal service-level requirements, escalation thresholds, documentation standards, investigation and resolution expectations, and closed-loop validation.
Own the second-line oversight and quality assurance, including risk-based testing of complaint handling, identification of control gaps and customer-outcome issues, tracking of remediation, and escalation of issues.
Turn complaint data into actionable compliance and conduct-risk intelligence by monitoring trends, recurring issues, root causes, regulatory complaints, overdue cases, customer outcomes, and potential systemic issues requiring broader investigation or remediation.
Own complaints governance and executive reporting, including reporting to compliance committees and serving as the standing owner of the complaints agenda for compliance leadership meetings.
Maintain the complaint management database, service level agreement adherence, and escalation thresholds across all regions.
Serve as the central Compliance point of contact for material complaint matters, including complaints or inquiries escalated to regulators, ensuring consistent governance, appropriate escalation, and defensible documentation.
Drive continuous improvement of the framework, using QA results, regulatory developments, complaint trends, and lessons learned to strengthen controls and improve customer outcomes globally.
What We Look For In You
Strong experience developing and managing responses to regulators is required, including regulatory inquiries, information requests, examinations, escalated customer complaints, and other supervisory matters. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs, develop clear and defensible written responses, manage regulatory deadlines, and track resulting commitments and remediation through closure.
Significant experience in regulatory compliance, conduct risk, consumer protection, complaints oversight, or a related discipline, ideally within a highly regulated and globally distributed organization.
Demonstrated experience owning or overseeing a multi-jurisdictional compliance framework, including translating regulatory requirements into scalable global standards, controls, monitoring, and governance while appropriately incorporating local requirements.
Strong regulatory and customer-outcome judgment, with the ability to distinguish individual service issues from matters presenting potential regulatory, conduct, consumer-harm, reputational, or systemic risk.
Demonstrated experience with root-cause analysis and systemic remediation, including assessing whether broader customer populations may be affected and driving appropriate corrective action.
Strong second-line oversight and challenge capabilities, with experience designing or operating risk-based monitoring, QA, issue escalation, remediation tracking, and governance processes.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, trend analysis, SLA monitoring, management information, and executive reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with regulators, Legal, Compliance, senior executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven ability to influence geographically dispersed teams and senior stakeholders.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing or overseeing a global customer complaints program across multiple regulatory regimes, particularly the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, APAC, LATAM, and/or Middle East.
Familiarity with complaints-handling and customer protection expectations across major global regulatory regimes, including those established by the FCA, CFPB, MAS, European Supervisory Authorities (EBA, ESMA and EIOPA), and other relevant national competent authorities and dispute-resolution bodies.
Relevant professional certification or advanced qualification such as CAMS, CFE, CRCM, CCEP/CCEP-I, ICA compliance qualifications, CIA, CRCMP, JD or equivalent legal qualification, or a comparable compliance, risk, or audit credential.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join the team responsible for the accounting for Hasbro's global network of licensees across categories such as merchandising, publishing, digital gaming, casino, and location-based entertainment. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Royalties, you will own core royalty accounting, close, and control activities — and, just as importantly, help build a stronger, more efficient way of running them.
This is a role for a strong accountant who is not content to run the process as-is. We are actively modernizing how royalty accounting works — strengthening controls, simplifying processes, and raising the bar on accuracy and efficiency — and you will be a driving force in that effort. Success in this role means seeing a manual, repetitive, or fragile process and making it better, pairing that instinct with disciplined, reliable execution.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.
What You Will Do as a Senior Accountant:
Own royalty accounting, close, and reconciliations — prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring royalty revenue and associated balances are recorded completely, accurately, and on time.
Strengthen controls and process — build, improve, and stand behind the controls and checks that keep royalty accounting accurate and well-documented, closing gaps and making the process more reliable quarter over quarter.
Drive continuous improvement and lean process change — actively identify manual, repetitive, or fragile steps and redesign, automate, or streamline them; measure the impact and make the improvement stick.
Account for licensee guarantees and overages — ensure minimum guarantees, overages, and related true-ups are tracked, calculated, and recorded accurately, and that issues are surfaced and resolved.
Partner across the business — work closely with the offshore royalty operations team, Finance, Legal, and business partners to keep royalty accounting aligned to operational reality and to move issues to resolution.
Support audits — prepare documentation and respond to internal and external auditor requests, and help ensure the control environment holds up to scrutiny.
Read and apply contract terms — review licensing agreements and amendments to ensure royalty accounting reflects the terms of the deal, partnering with Technical Accounting on complex judgments.
Complete ad hoc projects — support special analyses and process or system initiatives as the function evolves.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
Minimum 3 years of public accounting and/or public company experience; Big Four experience preferred.
A genuine bias toward continuous improvement — demonstrated success identifying a manual or inefficient process and redesigning, automating, or streamlining it, with measurable results.
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls / Sarbanes-Oxley concepts.
Comfort and curiosity with systems and technology, and eagerness to use tools to work more efficiently and reduce manual effort.
Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts; knowledge of the licensing industry or royalty accounting is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and BlackLine preferred.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
