truly
independent index, a private ad network (opt-in!) that directly rewards you for your attention, and a browser-native AI integration focused on keeping private data private. And we’re just getting started. Already 120 million people have switched to Brave for a faster, more private web. Millions more switch every month.
The internet is a sea of ads, hackers, and echo chambers. Big Tech makes huge profits off our data, and tells us what’s true and what’s not. Brave is fighting back. Join us!
The Role
We are looking for a driven BDR/SDR to help us expand our footprint in the developer and enterprise markets and create our internal lead generation process.
As a BDR for the Brave Search API, you will be the first point of contact for potential enterprise and developer users. Your primary goal is to identify, qualify, and schedule meetings for our Account Executives, focusing on organizations looking to integrate privacy-centric search capabilities into their products. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by connecting our technology with businesses that value user privacy.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients (SaaS companies, media outlets, developer tools) that would benefit from integrating the Brave Search API.
Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to engage CTOs, Product Managers, and Lead Developers.
Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand technical requirements, pain points regarding current search providers, and budget authority.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities and leads in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and stay updated on new API features and use cases.
Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from prospects to help shape the product roadmap and sales strategy.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles, preferably in B2B SaaS, API/Developer Tools, or Privacy Tech.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Tech Savviness: Familiarity with APIs, developer ecosystems, or the ability to quickly learn technical product details.
Mindset: A strong belief in the mission of online privacy and user data sovereignty.
Tools: Proficiency with CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach automation tools.
Compensation - $65K-70K base salary plus commission and benefits

An overview of this role
Support Engineering at GitLab isn’t just a title - you will be embedded within the Engineering department and will truly operate in an environment where Support and Engineering meet. You’ll interact with customers daily as they encounter the difficult edge cases of running GitLab in complex environments. In the space of a day, you might be doing behind the scenes work of a Linux administrator troubleshooting performance problems by using strace on a particular process, interacting with the Product team to ensure that steps in a bug report are reproducible, or interacting with the Engineering team itself by diving deep into our codebase and putting together a merge request to actually fix a customer issue.
That’s not all though - you’d equally be invited to contribute to the source code, improve our documentation, and help build out more efficient support processes in our issue tracker. We want to live in a world where everyone can contribute, and as a member of the support team, there are no barriers to using your skills to improve the experience of our users and customers.
Some examples of our projects:
A tool to automatically check a GitLab Omnibus install for known issues
A
solution to capture the state of a customer’s server
for easier troubleshooting
A tool which turns log files into interactive tables to easily sort and filter columns
A functionality to
ChatOps
to make it easier to identify user accounts on GitLab.com
What you’ll do
Support a mix of Self-managed and GitLab.com (SaaS) customers and resolve their issues via Zendesk tickets, merge requests, email and video conferencing
Collaborate with our
Product
,
Development
,

,

)
Participate in regular rotations for weekday and weekend on-call coverage (daytime only), providing emergency support to our Self-managed and SaaS customers, or working with our SaaS Production team to coordinate incident communications
Participate in our hiring processes by reviewing applications and assessments, and by participating in interviews.
What you’ll bring
Experience in, and passion for managing customer facing cases throughout the entire support lifecycle from initial customer inquiry to triage and reproduction, writing bug reports for hand off to the development team, and case resolution
Excellent Linux systems administration knowledge (LFCE or RHCE equivalent knowledge)
Ability to use scripting languages (preferably Ruby or Bash), and MVC frameworks (preferably Ruby on Rails)
Experience with Git and CI/CD
Expertise in writing support content
Ability to communicate complex technical topics to customers and coworkers of varying technical skill level

About the team
The Support team is distributed all over the world across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. Support Engineers work on Support Tickets and helping GitLab’s customers, but they also dig into the code and logs to find out why something is not working as expected. The Collaboration here at GitLab is extraordinary and exciting - Support Engineers
solve complex problems together

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a full-time remote opportunity. We are considering candidates from US and Canada only (EST time zone).
The Opportunity:
The Grafana Cloud Observability department is focused on enabling developers to understand the health and performance of their applications and infrastructure in any environment by providing tools to instrument their code, ingest observability data into Grafana Cloud and visualize and explore it.
In this role, you will be part of the Cloud Integrations team. We develop
our portfolio of integrations
that allow customers to collect, visualize and act on telemetry from various systems and applications.
The software you will create is a core building block for the users of Grafana Cloud, and has direct impact on Grafana Cloud’s out of the box experience.
Our work is built on Open Source technologies such as Prometheus and OpenTelemetry, which you will also have the opportunity to actively contribute to.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will bring your software engineering expertise to develop the tooling that powers our portfolio of cloud integrations and observability apps; working to develop, maintain and scale our infrastructure observability features in Grafana Cloud.
We’re looking for someone who can work across the full stack:
Frontend - written in Typescript / React
Backend - written in Golang
Monitoring Mixins
- written in Jsonnet
Day to day, that looks like:
Ship features end to end, from the UI a user clicks through to the backend services behind it and the dashboards and alerts that ship with each integration
Move between parts of the stack as the work demands. Some weeks are a React panel, some weeks a Go service, some weeks a Jsonnet mixin
Own projects from problem statement to production, including talking to users and checking whether what you shipped actually worked
Represent the team's work outside the team: write the design proposals, run the demos, and make the case for our roadmap in cross-team discussions
Contribute upstream to Prometheus, OpenTelemetry and Grafana Alloy where our work touches them
Join the on-call rotation for the services you own
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
As we have embraced a remote-first approach and our engineering team is primarily remote, it is essential to possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. We provide support and hold regular meetings through video calls to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Interest in working across the full stack, with a product-focused mindset. You start from the user problem and are comfortable deciding what to build, not only how to build it
Experience on both the backend and the frontend. We use Go and TypeScript; solid experience with comparable languages translates well
Fluency with AI-assisted development. You use coding agents and LLM tooling as part of how you work, and you have a clear view of where they speed things up and where they get in the way
Comfort being visible. You raise concerns early, advocate for your team's work across the org, and turn quiet good work into decisions other people can see and act on
Working knowledge of the observability ecosystem: Prometheus, Grafana dashboards, alerting, and what it takes to run these systems in production
Strong written communication. Most of our decisions happen in docs, issues and pull requests across several time zones
Bonus Points For:
Experience contributing to or maintaining Open Source projects, with evidence of successful pull requests and community collaboration
Experience working on Developer Tooling with a large user base
Experience building Grafana plugins, apps or dashboards
Familiarity with Grafana Alloy, the OpenTelemetry Collector, or similar telemetry pipeline tooling
Experience writing Jsonnet, or another configuration-as-code language
You have been on-call for the systems you instrument, so you know what a useful alert looks like

As the only company focused 100% on Java, Azul is building the Java platform for the modern cloud enterprise. We are reimagining how customers use Java, bringing them the tools and insight they need to deliver faster, more performant, more dependable, and less expensive Java services. Come join one of the most influential members of the Java and OpenJDK community and help influence the future of Java.
Falcon is the optimizing just in time (JIT) compiler in Azul Platform Prime. It compiles hot Java bytecode into highly optimized machine code and delivers Java performance that standard JVMs do not reach. Falcon is built on LLVM.
We are looking for a Staff Compiler Performance Engineer to set the technical direction for Falcon performance. This is not a compiler front end role and not a compiler built from scratch: Falcon is mature and runs in production at large enterprises. You will decide where the next significant performance gains come from, lead the design of the optimizations that deliver them, and make sure the compiler architecture supports the product roadmap.
You will be the senior technical voice on a distributed team of compiler experts and a key partner for runtime, GC and product teams.
What You Will Do
Define the performance strategy for Falcon: identify the largest opportunities across benchmarks and customer workloads and turn them into a technical roadmap
Lead design of complex, cross cutting optimizations in the optimizer and code generator, and of the interfaces between the compiler, the runtime and the garbage collector
Make architectural decisions on the Falcon optimization pipeline, compile time budget and tiering strategy
Lead enablement of Falcon on new hardware platforms and new Azul products
Mentor senior engineers, review critical designs and code, and set standards for performance methodology and validation
Represent Azul in the LLVM community: drive upstream design discussions and contributions that benefit managed language compilers
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of professional experience developing optimizing compilers or JIT compilers
Track record of technical leadership: owning the design of major compiler components or optimization frameworks used in production
Expert C++ skills and experience in large, long lived codebases
Deep expertise in compiler optimization and code generation, with a clear view of the tradeoffs between peak performance, compile time, warmup and code size
Expert performance analysis skills down to the microarchitecture level
Nice to Have
Recognized contributions to LLVM or another major compiler: code owner, maintainer or author of significant upstream work
Deep experience with JIT compilers for managed languages: HotSpot C2, Graal, V8, .NET RyuJIT or similar
Experience working closely with runtime and GC teams on speculation, deoptimization and barrier design
What We Offer
Opportunity to make a high impact at a growing, global company
Work alongside top experts worldwide contributing to the Java ecosystem
Referral Program — help us grow with great people
Premium IT equipment — MacBook Pro or hardware of your choice
Competitive paid holidays and sick time
Flexible working hours
Remote first OR Prague / Limassol / Belgrade city center offices OR hybrid - UP TO YOU!

An overview of this role
As a Customer Success Architect, you'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor and technical authority to some of GitLab's most complex and high-value Enterprise and Government customers across Singapore. In this role, you will be driving and shaping how our largest customers adopt GitLab's intelligent DevSecOps platform to achieve their business goals and realise meaningful, long-term outcomes. You will be working closely with customers after the sale to turn pre-sales command plans into clear success plans, guide them through their customer journey, and drive adoption, utilization, and technical maturity. You will also be directly influencing renewal and expansion decisions through your post-sales engagements with executive-level decision makers in the account.
This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who has already led high-stakes pre or post sales customer engagements in large complex accounts across multiple industry domains to drive quantifiable business outcomes..The individual is comfortable operating with ambiguity, and can credibly advise VP- and C-level stakeholders on business transformation, application modernization, platform strategy, architecture, and organizational DevSecOps transformation. You'll also be shaping playbooks and best practices, and acting as an escalation point for the team's most technically or politically complex situations.
Reporting into the APJ Customer Success organization, you'll own a portfolio of GitLab's most strategic enterprise and Government accounts, act as the executive-level technical liaison for these accounts, and drive cross-functional resolution of their highest-priority issues — coordinating and, where needed, directing the efforts of Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, and Support. You'll bring deep technical expertise in CI/CD, cloud platforms, multi-cloud, hybrid architecture and enterprise DevSecOps practices. You will use that expertise to shape customers' long-term platform strategy, apply best practices, configure GitLab for their environments and stay current with platform capabilities. In your first year, success will look like establishing yourself as the trusted senior advisor across a portfolio of flagship accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, materially improving and increasing platform maturity, leading retention and renewal conversations, increasing customer satisfaction across your portfolio and contributing to the broader CSA team's technical standards and ways of working.
