How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT YOU
You are a technical product manager who owns what a model optimises for, not just the roadmap around it. You have real depth in recommendation and ranking systems, and you will own the recommendation engine behind the Xsolla Advertising Products: the ranking that decides which offers millions of players see, and in what order.
You hold the bar high for how decisions get made. You can read a readout and say plainly what it does and does not support. You connect model performance to revenue without overclaiming, and you bring a low-ego, people-first approach to work that spans ML, analytics, ads operations, and commercial teams.
If you are excited about using ML to build building the next generation of advertising, rewards and loyalty programs for mobile apps and games we want to hear from you.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities:
Own the recommendation engine as a product: ranking, relevance, and the model roadmap. Ranking quality is the product.
Set the objective the ranker optimises for, the constraints it works inside, and the guardrails and kill conditions that bound it. The target is eCPM today; what comes next is your call.
Own the metric definitions the whole team measures against, and settle the definitional questions that change the answer: gross against publisher-side RPU, app-load against impression-user denominators, mean of daily values against window totals.
Collaborate with on ML frameworks, experiment design, hold-outs, including pre-registered decision rules, power calculations, sample-ratio-mismatch checks, A/A validation, multiplicity correction, and named rollback triggers.
Collaborate with DS on readouts to evaluate model performace and readouts to business stakeholders readout: what the model did, what it cost, and what happens next.
Contribute the ranking perspective to the wider ads roadmap, including the seams where pricing, identity, and event telemetry meet ranking.
Qualifications & Skills:
6+ years in product management, with 3+ years owning a recommendation, ranking, personalization, or relevance system in production.
Deep understanding of experiment design and inference, including minimum detectable effect, statistical power, sample ratio mismatch, A/A testing, multiple-comparison correction, and pre-registration. You can tell when a readout will not support the claim being made from it, and you say so.
Working knowledge of the modelling itself: classification and regression, probability calibration, predicted conversion rate, expected-value objectives, and how the choice of objective changes model behavior.
Hands-on experience with ML and data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, Airflow, dbt, MLFlow, Vertex AI, and feature stores.
Proven record of moving model changes into production traffic through a controlled experiment process, rather than shipping on a dashboard reading.
Knowledge of performance advertising economics and ad tech ecosystems, including eCPM, RPU, bid multipliers, campaign hierarchies, and attribution models.
SQL you write yourself, and enough comfort reading application code to verify a claim instead of taking it on trust.
Excellent written communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences. Specs, decision records, and readouts are the output of this role, and other teams act on them without you in the room.
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Offerwall, rewarded advertising, loyalty and rewards programs and/or mobile app monetization experience is a plus.
Experience with a two-stage ranking system, where an external service supplies the base order and local logic adjusts it, is a plus.
Pricing, yield management, or marketplace experience alongside ranking is a plus.

We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. ABOUT CANTINA:
Cantina Labs is a social AI company, developing a suite of advanced real-time models that push the boundaries of expression, personality, and realism. We bring characters to life, transforming how people tell stories, connect, and create. We build and power ecosystems. Cantina, our flagship social AI platform, is just the beginning.
If you're excited about the potential AI has to shape human creativity and social interactions, join us in building the future!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring a Lifecycle Product Manager to own how Cantina reaches users outside the app and brings them back to value inside it. Sitting on the product management team, you'll own the end-to-end user journey across email, push, and in-product messaging — and, critically, the deep-linked landing and post-click experiences that complete the loop. You'll develop a deep qualitative and quantitative understanding of how people move through Cantina, turn that into a lifecycle strategy that grows activation, retention, and resurrection, and partner with Data and Engineering to launch, measure, and compound improvements. This is a hands-on role with company-wide visibility: you'll write the strategy, ship the journeys, run the experiments, and bring senior stakeholders along.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own the lifecycle strategy and roadmap for Cantina's owned channels, mapping journeys across onboarding, activation, continuation, retention, resurrection, and monetization.
- Lead the design, launch, iteration, and optimization of templates and journeys across email, push, and in-product messaging — including the deep-linked landing and post-click product experiences that complete the loop.
- Optimize the lifecycle portfolio, not just individual sends: improve message inventory, relevance, personalization, prioritization, and per-user frequency so users get fewer, better-timed messages.
- Build a deep, evidence-based picture of the user journey — combining product analytics, cohort and funnel analysis with qualitative signals like session reviews, support themes, and user research — and use it to find where users stall and what would move them.
- Design and run experiments (A/B tests, holdouts, incrementality reads) and hold the bar on measurement: retained activity and incremental value, not opens and clicks.
- Partner with the Data team to build the measurement system behind lifecycle — instrumentation, eligibility and audience definitions, dashboards, and experiment readouts.
- Partner with Engineering to ship campaigns end to end: triggers, personalization payloads, deep links, and the in-product surfaces each journey lands on.
- Define the operating model — intake, templates, approvals, QA, and quality standards — so lifecycle scales across teams without channel chaos or user fatigue.
- Set and communicate strategy to senior stakeholders, translating a messy portfolio into a clear multi-quarter direction and defending tradeoffs with data.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 6+ years in product management, growth, lifecycle/CRM, or retention — ideally in a consumer mobile or AI product operating at scale.
- Demonstrated ownership of lifecycle or engagement programs that moved a real business metric (activation, D30 retention, resurrection, or conversion), with the analysis to prove it.
- Strong quantitative fluency: comfortable writing your own SQL and working in a BI/analytics tool (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex, Looker, or similar) to build funnels, cohorts, and retention curves without waiting on a queue.
- Hands-on experience with a lifecycle/CRM platform (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io http://Customer.io, or similar) — segmentation, triggered canvases, personalization, and deliverability.
- Rigorous experimentation judgment: you understand holdouts, incrementality, sample sizing, and the difference between a delivery metric and a value metric.
- Technical and product fluency across event and identity models, APIs, deep linking, and push/email infrastructure — enough to design a system with Engineering. Coding not required.
- Excellent written communication and cross-functional influence, with a track record of aligning senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing.
- Craft-level instinct for messaging: you can write the copy, critique the journey, and tell when a notification is helpful versus annoying.
- Preferred: experience with AI/consumer-social products, localization or multi-market lifecycle, and building lifecycle tooling or self-service platforms with Engineering.
Compensation:
The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is between $175,000 - $250,000. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary and generous company equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance – 99.99% of premiums covered by Cantina
- 42 days of paid time off, including:
- 15 PTO days
- 10 sick days
- 15 company holidays
- 2 floating holidays
- Generous parental leave & fertility support
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Lifestyle spending account – $500/month to use however you’d like
- Complimentary lunch and snacks for in-office employees
- One Medical membership, and more!

Experimentation: Drive a structured A/B testing and experimentation culture; define success metrics and own the growth analytics stack alongside data and engineering
Cross-product growth: Collaborate with product line PMs to ensure growth initiatives are coordinated and reinforced across product surfaces
Requirements
4–7+ years of product management experience with a clear focus on consumer-facing or growth-oriented products
Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial products — particularly products involving real-world assets, trading, or investment platforms
Personal experience using financial products similar to ours, with a genuine desire to walk in the customer's shoes
Demonstrated track record of owning and improving acquisition, activation, and/or retention metrics at scale
Strong product instincts — you care deeply about user experience and are willing to do whatever it takes to make the product successful
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write sharp, well-reasoned PRDs and present clearly to engineers and leadership
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience defining KPIs, running experiments, and translating data into product decisions

Experience working on a unified platform serving multiple financial product lines
Prior exposure to developer-facing or API-adjacent products

About the Opportunity
The Compliance function at OKX is responsible for the overall compliance culture at the company. We’re a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on the company’s regulatory obligations and enterprise risk.
In this role, you will own OKX's Global Customer Complaints Program and report directly to the Compliance Chief of Staff. You will work closely with Local Compliance, Legal, Customer Support, Product, Operations, and Risk teams to promote consistent complaint handling across jurisdictions, maintain alignment with regulatory requirements, and provide effective second-line oversight and challenge.
A key part of the role will be turning customer complaints into actionable compliance and conduct-risk intelligence. You will oversee complaints governance and quality assurance, identify trends and potential systemic issues, support root-cause analysis and remediation, and provide senior leadership with clear reporting on customer outcomes and emerging risks.
You will also support the development, coordination, and tracking of responses to regulators, working directly with Legal and Local Compliance teams on regulatory inquiries, escalated complaints, and related supervisory matters. This requires strong regulatory judgment, excellent written communication, and the ability to coordinate complex matters across multiple teams and jurisdictions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop, coordinate, and track responses to regulatory inquiries, examinations, and escalated complaints, partnering with Legal and Local Compliance teams to gather and validate facts, prepare clear and defensible responses, manage review and approval processes, meet regulatory deadlines, and track resulting commitments, remediation, and follow-up through closure.
Maintain global regulatory alignment by partnering with local Heads of Compliance to identify changes in jurisdictional requirements and ensure global policies, standards, procedures, and local requirements remain current and appropriately implemented.
Oversee the end-to-end complaints control framework, including complaint identification and classification, regulatory and internal service-level requirements, escalation thresholds, documentation standards, investigation and resolution expectations, and closed-loop validation.
Own the second-line oversight and quality assurance, including risk-based testing of complaint handling, identification of control gaps and customer-outcome issues, tracking of remediation, and escalation of issues.
Turn complaint data into actionable compliance and conduct-risk intelligence by monitoring trends, recurring issues, root causes, regulatory complaints, overdue cases, customer outcomes, and potential systemic issues requiring broader investigation or remediation.
Own complaints governance and executive reporting, including reporting to compliance committees and serving as the standing owner of the complaints agenda for compliance leadership meetings.
Maintain the complaint management database, service level agreement adherence, and escalation thresholds across all regions.
Serve as the central Compliance point of contact for material complaint matters, including complaints or inquiries escalated to regulators, ensuring consistent governance, appropriate escalation, and defensible documentation.
Drive continuous improvement of the framework, using QA results, regulatory developments, complaint trends, and lessons learned to strengthen controls and improve customer outcomes globally.
What We Look For In You
Strong experience developing and managing responses to regulators is required, including regulatory inquiries, information requests, examinations, escalated customer complaints, and other supervisory matters. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs, develop clear and defensible written responses, manage regulatory deadlines, and track resulting commitments and remediation through closure.
Significant experience in regulatory compliance, conduct risk, consumer protection, complaints oversight, or a related discipline, ideally within a highly regulated and globally distributed organization.
Demonstrated experience owning or overseeing a multi-jurisdictional compliance framework, including translating regulatory requirements into scalable global standards, controls, monitoring, and governance while appropriately incorporating local requirements.
Strong regulatory and customer-outcome judgment, with the ability to distinguish individual service issues from matters presenting potential regulatory, conduct, consumer-harm, reputational, or systemic risk.
Demonstrated experience with root-cause analysis and systemic remediation, including assessing whether broader customer populations may be affected and driving appropriate corrective action.
Strong second-line oversight and challenge capabilities, with experience designing or operating risk-based monitoring, QA, issue escalation, remediation tracking, and governance processes.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, trend analysis, SLA monitoring, management information, and executive reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with regulators, Legal, Compliance, senior executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven ability to influence geographically dispersed teams and senior stakeholders.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing or overseeing a global customer complaints program across multiple regulatory regimes, particularly the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, APAC, LATAM, and/or Middle East.
Familiarity with complaints-handling and customer protection expectations across major global regulatory regimes, including those established by the FCA, CFPB, MAS, European Supervisory Authorities (EBA, ESMA and EIOPA), and other relevant national competent authorities and dispute-resolution bodies.
Relevant professional certification or advanced qualification such as CAMS, CFE, CRCM, CCEP/CCEP-I, ICA compliance qualifications, CIA, CRCMP, JD or equivalent legal qualification, or a comparable compliance, risk, or audit credential.

Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
WHO WE ARE:
This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for Germany, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution.
- Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
- Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to German customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
- Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
- Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across Germany.
- Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger “build with the customer” motions.
- Make agentic transformation central to the German GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption.
- Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value.
- Build “sell with” partner motions in Germany, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning.
- Establish Notion as a visible force in the German ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy.
- Represent the voice of German customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics.
- Create a talent destination in Germany by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in Germany and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one. You have led through managers, owned complex revenue outcomes, and created local market momentum through customers, partners, community, and talent.
You combine second-line leadership with builder energy. You can set a crisp country strategy, install the operating system to execute it, and step into the field when needed — whether joining an executive customer conversation, sharpening a pipeline plan, coaching a manager, or helping the team translate a customer problem into an AI-powered, agentic workflow.
You are excited by Notion’s shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model and believe the best GTM teams will increasingly be builders: BDRs who identify transformation opportunities, Solutions Consultants who build with customers in the room, Outcomes Architects who turn early workflows into durable adoption, and Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers who design the technical systems behind complex agentic workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in Germany.
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
- Deep knowledge of the German enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics.
- Experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.
- Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
- Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process.
- Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
- Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building.
- Fluency in German and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes.
- Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.
We’re an equal opportunity employer and encourage candidates to apply even if not matching every bullet.

THE ROLE
As a Recruiting Operations Manager on the Talent Acquisition team, you will help run the systems, data and processes that let us hire +100 people per month. You will work alongside Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Legal, Finance, and every department that hires. Your job is to make recruiting more effective as we scale: more great hires per unit of effort, without adding unnecessary complexity or sacrificing quality.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of process, technology, and people: someone who loves solving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Recruiting infrastructure & operating model: optimize our ATS, broader recruiting stack, workflows and processes end to end; keep the system clean, connected and scalable.
- Metrics & performance: build the metrics and reporting that leadership and Ops teams need to make decisions, and turn insights into concrete improvements in speed, quality and efficiency.
- Headcount planning & recruiting capacity: partner with Finance and business leaders to align workforce plans with business priorities and ensure recruiting capacity stays aligned as priorities evolve.
- Enable recruiters & hiring managers: build practical enablement around tools, sourcing, workflows, interviewing, hiring principles and calibration so teams can operate more effectively.

- Innovation & leverage: use AI, talent intelligence, market data and emerging technologies to augment how we identify, engage and assess talent, creating new sources of leverage as we scale
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in operations, including 2+ years in recruiting, People or HR Operations, ideally in a company that has scaled headcount quickly and navigated significant organizational complexity.
- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail: you naturally connect the dots, spot inconsistencies and care about getting the underlying system right, not just fixing the symptom.
- Pragmatic and highly organized: you focus on what will have the biggest impact, can manage multiple complex projects without losing focus, and bring the structure and follow-through needed to get things to the finish line.
- Curious and hands-on: you have an appetite to vibe-code your way through automation, experiment with AI and new tools, and are comfortable building lightweight solutions yourself.
- High-agency and positive: you operate independently, turn complex problems into solutions rather than simply raising them, and bring a constructive, can-do mindset to the work.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As the Manager of Commercial Applied AI Architects at Anthropic, you will drive adoption of frontier AI across our mid-market and SMB customers by leading a team of technical architects who help companies build and deploy with the Claude API, Claude Code, the Agent SDK, and Claude for Enterprise. Commercial is one of Anthropic's largest and fastest-moving books of business: thousands of companies, a rapidly growing sales team, and a small group of architects whose job is to change deal outcomes where technical depth matters most. Your team's leverage does not come from being everywhere. It comes from choosing the right accounts to go deep on, then turning what they learn there into blueprints, demos, tooling, and enablement that reach the rest of the book.
You will bring your own builder credibility and technical judgment to the role. Our architects ship working code: prototypes, eval frameworks, near-production examples that customers extend, and internal tooling that scales the team itself. You do not need to be the strongest engineer in the room, but you should expect to be in the work with your team, not just reviewing it from above. When an architect is deep in a hard engagement, you will often be right there alongside them, unblocking, pairing, and pressure-testing, while the account itself stays theirs.
This is a first-line leadership role reporting to the Head of Applied AI, Commercial. You will start by managing a team of architects and are expected to help grow it well beyond its current size, partnering with Commercial sales leadership on coverage, qualification, and where technical investment pays off. You will co-own the strategy for how Applied AI shows up in the Commercial segment, and you will be judged on your team's outcomes and growth, not your own.
Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and grow a team of Commercial Applied AI Architects, setting a high bar for technical credibility, customer impact, and speed
Own hiring for your team as it scales, defining the profile, running the loop, and building onboarding that gets new architects into customer conversations quickly
Set goals and run reviews for your team, and develop each architect's career with clear, direct feedback
Decide where your team's depth goes. Own the qualification and prioritization framework for Applied AI engagement across a very large book, and be comfortable saying no
Work alongside your architects on their most consequential engagements, from technical discovery through deployment and expansion, and model what great looks like without taking the work off their plate
Build and own the segment's technical playbooks for Claude API integrations, Claude Code rollouts, agentic architectures on the Agent SDK, and Claude for Enterprise deployments, and turn account-level wins into reusable assets that scale one-to-many
Partner closely with Commercial sales leadership and Account Executives to co-build segment strategy, tighten the AE-to-architect operating model, and drive adoption across mid-market and SMB
Ensure your team consistently surfaces how mid-market companies are building with Claude, and translate that signal into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering
Represent Anthropic technically at customer sites, workshops, roadshows, and events, and contribute to thought leadership through content and speaking
Stay ahead of the AI engineering landscape, including agentic architectures, eval design, context engineering, and developer tooling, and keep your team operating at the frontier
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or similar), with 3+ years managing pre-sales or technical go-to-market teams
Know how to hire well, coach effectively, give hard feedback kindly, and create an environment where builders do their best work
Have led technical teams in a high-velocity, high-volume sales motion, where the constraint is your team's capacity rather than pipeline, and have a real point of view on how to allocate scarce technical talent across a large book
Bring builder credibility. You have built and deployed LLM-powered applications, you understand what separates a prototype from a production system, and you can hold your own with a customer's engineering leadership
Have hands-on familiarity with agentic architectures, LLM evaluation, and modern AI developer tooling, and can coach architects through the design decisions their customers face
Have a systems mindset. When you see a problem, your instinct is to build one thing that serves ten customers rather than ten things that serve one
Are comfortable in ambiguous, early-stage environments where the playbook does not exist yet, and have a track record of building structure as you go
Have strong executive presence and can build trust with technical and business leaders alike
Have a genuine passion for making powerful technology safe and societally beneficial
Strong candidate may have:
Scaled a technical pre-sales or forward-deployed team from a handful of people to a mature function, including defining the hiring bar, onboarding programs, and coaching systems from scratch
Sold to and built for mid-market companies, with a clear understanding of how technical buying decisions differ between a 500-person company and a Fortune 500
Rolled out AI coding assistants or developer tools inside engineering organizations, and know how those teams evaluate, adopt, and measure them
A visible technical presence through conference talks, written content, or open-source contributions

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is now good at security work. It finds and fixes vulnerabilities in real codebases, triages alerts, and reasons about how an attacker would move through a system, and it improves with every model we ship. Many security platforms build on Claude and we shipped our first security product this year (Claude Security).
You'll lead the cybersecurity product at Anthropic. That means setting the strategy, deciding what we build and where we partner, shipping products, and being the company's voice with CISOs, security vendors, and researchers. Some of this is 0→1 (our first-party products are a few months old and the next ones don't exist yet) and some of it is scaling what already works. Security touches nearly every team at the company.
Key responsibilities
Set Anthropic's cybersecurity product portfolio strategy and be accountable for the results.
Ship security products. Vulnerability discovery and remediation in Claude Code today and a broader set of capabilities in the future.
Represent Anthropic on security externally, with CISOs, vendors, researchers, governments, and press.
Partner with research. Know where the model falls short on security tasks and help build a plan to improve.
Work with safeguards and policy on model access for Cybersecurity.
Keep the cross-functional threads moving across research, engineering, sales, safeguards, policy, legal, and comms.
Minimum qualifications
You've spent meaningful time in security, whether building security products, running a security team, or doing the work yourself in application security, detection and response, vulnerability research, or offensive security.
You've built products or businesses from scratch and taken them to paying customers.
You design for where the models will be rather than where they are. You treat what the model can't do yet as a research target with a reliability bar, and you know what to ship in the meantime.
You have strong product judgment and enough technical depth to read a finding and tell whether it's real.
You're willing to do the unglamorous work.
You communicate well with CISOs, researchers, and executives alike.
Preferred qualifications
12+ years of experience building and shipping products, especially in the security space .
Fluency with AI products: evaluations, model behavior as part of the product surface
Technical background or experience working closely with infrastructure/platform teams
Strong technical judgment with ability to go deep on security and infrastructure topics
Structured thinking and ability to break down complex compliance requirements into shippable features

We are looking for experienced backend and distributed systems engineers to join the Agentic Systems team within our Platform organization. Agentic Systems builds Claude Managed Agents: the hosted platform for building, running, and scaling production agents on Claude. Instead of every developer hand-rolling an agent loop, sandboxed execution, state management, credential handling, and error recovery — and reworking all of it with every model release — Managed Agents pairs an Anthropic-built agent harness with production infrastructure for sessions, environments, tools, memory, and permissions, exposed through a small set of composable APIs designed to stay stable as models and harnesses evolve. It powers agentic products inside Anthropic as well as those built by customers on the Claude Platform.
Managed Agents is in public beta and growing quickly, and this is still an early team with a lot of surface area left to define. You'll drive 0 → 1 efforts from ideation through GA, own systems end to end from API design through operations, and partner closely with product, research, developer experience, and go-to-market teams to figure out what "managed" should mean for the next generation of agents. You should be comfortable going deep on hard distributed systems problems, care about APIs as a product in their own right, and be motivated by turning ambiguous ideas into high-quality, shipped platform capabilities that other engineers build their products on.
What you'll do
Scale the platform.
Managed Agents runs long-lived, stateful sessions that execute autonomously for minutes or hours/days, persist through disconnections, and resume cleanly — across Anthropic-hosted sandboxes, self-hosted environments on customer infrastructure, and other clouds. You'll design and operate the systems underneath that: durable session and event storage, sandbox orchestration, streaming, scheduling, and multi-tenant isolation. Reliability, latency, and cost efficiency are product features here, and you'll own them in production.
Evolve the harness — and prove it with evals.
The harness is the loop that calls Claude, routes tool calls, manages context (caching, compaction, memory), and recovers from errors. Harnesses encode assumptions about what the model can't yet do on its own, and those assumptions go stale as models improve. You'll work alongside research to revisit them with each model generation, build the eval infrastructure that measures harness quality against research baselines and real customer workloads, and hold the bar that lets us say our harness gets the most out of Claude.
Help builders get the most out of Claude.
Our customers — internal and external — are building agents both as products for their users and to transform their own operations. You'll ship the capabilities that raise the ceiling on what those agents can do: outcome-driven execution where developers specify success criteria and a budget and Claude iterates until it gets there, multi-agent orchestration, memory, and the observability and tracing that make long-running agents debuggable. The goal is the highest intelligence per dollar of any agent platform, delivered safely.
Design APIs that outlast their implementations.
Agents, environments, sessions, vaults, and event streams are interfaces thousands of developers build against and that our own products depend on. You'll shape those primitives — versioning, ergonomics across API, SDK, and CLI, sensible defaults, escape hatches — with the expectation that the implementations underneath will change many times while the contracts hold.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a backend, distributed systems, or infrastructure engineer
Have built and operated stateful, long-running, or high-throughput systems in production — workflow orchestration, streaming, storage, container or job orchestration — and can reason rigorously about durability, consistency, failure modes, and cost
Have strong product sense and treat API design as a craft; you care about the developer on the other side of the interface and can ideate and execute product strategy with cross-functional partners in new domains
Are excited by 0 → 1 work and comfortable navigating ambiguity, and have ideally operated in both early-stage and more mature team or company settings
Use Claude or other AI tools as a core part of how you build software, and have opinions about what makes an agent harness good
Take full ownership of your work — from design through build, deployment, and operations (including on-call), to iterating on and improving what you ship
Care about building systems that other engineers and businesses love to use, and about doing so safel
Strong candidates may also have:
Built or contributed to an agent harness, agent framework, or LLM orchestration layer — tool execution, context management, memory, or multi-agent coordination
Worked on an AI or ML platform (model serving, inference infrastructure, developer tooling) at an AI lab or an AI-native product company, or led adoption of AI-driven development inside an engineering organization
Built evaluation or benchmarking infrastructure for LLM or agent systems
Experience with durable execution or workflow engines, sandboxed code execution, or container runtimes
Shipped public developer platforms, APIs, or SDKs used by external developers at scale
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Location Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates based in NY, SEA, SF or the Bay Area given the current location of team.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager, Observability to join our Product team. You will own the strategy and roadmap for Vercel's observability products, including Runtime Logs, OpenTelemetry tracing, and Drains, which let teams stream logs, traces, Web Analytics events, and Speed Insights metrics into the systems they already use. You will partner closely with engineering and design to help customers understand and debug what they run on Vercel, both through Vercel's native surfaces and through integrations with vendors that support OpenTelemetry. You will report to the product lead and will be located in New York, NY (hybrid).
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own strategy and roadmap for Vercel's observability products, from telemetry ingestion through the surfaces developers use to debug and monitor.
Turn ambiguous signal — support escalations, customer interviews, usage data, competitive shifts — into a sequenced plan with clear tradeoffs.
Partner daily with engineering on scoping, and with design on making dense telemetry data genuinely legible.
Define the native-vs-integrate line: what Vercel builds, and where we make Datadog, Sentry, Grafana, Honeycomb, and New Relic work seamlessly.
Work with Enterprise customers and Sales/Solutions on observability needs that block adoption or expansion.
Own pricing and packaging decisions with Finance and GTM — observability is metered, and unit economics are part of the product.
Write the launch narrative: changelogs, blog posts, docs direction, in partnership with PMM
Define the metrics that tell you it's working, and hold the team to them.
What you need
5+ years in product management, with meaningful time on developer, infrastructure, or data-intensive products.
You've shipped something technical enough that engineers treated you as a peer. You can read a trace waterfall and reason about cardinality, sampling, and retention costs.
Comfortable owning a domain end to end without a PM above you translating strategy into work.
You use the products you build on, and you have opinions about the ones you don't.
Fluency with data: you write your own queries and don't wait on someone else to answer a usage question.
Bonus if you
Have worked at an observability, APM, or monitoring company, or been the internal power user of one at scale.
Have shipped AI or agent-facing developer tooling.
Have owned consumption-based pricing for a technical product.
Are an active Next.js or Vercel user.
