WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Head of Early Career Recruiting, you'll own and scale our early career strategy across Notion. We've built real momentum on the engineering side — now we're ready to grow that into something bigger, expanding our early talent footprint meaningfully across the business. You'll partner with leaders across the company, university communities, and the broader talent marketplace to attract emerging talent who excel in craft and share our values. You set a high bar, you know the early career market well — university recruiting, internship conversion, emerging pipelines — and you're genuinely AI-first in how you work, always looking for ways to make the team faster and better.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We're looking for someone who's excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Define and own the global early career recruiting strategy — spanning internship programs, new grad hiring, and early-in-career pipelines across the business — translating priorities into a clear talent plan that scales across functions and regions.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of early career recruiters — setting the bar and coaching to it consistently.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders — bringing market intelligence, early career compensation insights, and a clear point of view on emerging talent, whether they're coming from campus, a first job, or somewhere in between.
- Lead the adoption of AI tools, workflows, and automation across the early career recruiting function — driving meaningful change in how the team sources, assesses, and closes talent.
- Design and continuously improve the programs, processes, and infrastructure that allow us to hire with speed without sacrificing bar — including internship program design, conversion strategy, offer frameworks, and intern-to-FTE pipelines.
- Establish and own the early career metrics that matter — conversion rates, quality of hire, source mix, time to offer — and use them to drive decisions.
- Partner with Storytelling to sharpen our employer value proposition across the early talent community — positioning Notion as a destination for the next generation of world-class talent, wherever they're discovering us.
- Partner with Notion's Ambassador Program to build community and connective tissue between early talent and the broader Notion ecosystem — turning advocates into pipelines and relationships into hires.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 4+ years of recruiting leadership experience with a focus on early career hiring — spanning university recruiting, internship programs, new graduate pipelines, and early-in-career hiring across functions.
- A fresh perspective on how early talent is best attracted and assessed — from build challenges and work trials to the ways people just entering the workforce discover and evaluate companies — and the curiosity to keep evolving that view as the landscape changes.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing early career teams and programs in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- High agency, strategic operator who can set direction and execute — equally comfortable in a leadership conversation about talent strategy and in the weeds of a hard fall recruiting season.
- Strong analytical instincts with a track record of using data to drive decisions, i.e. conversion rates, funnel health, program ROI, and team performance.
- Trusted advisor to senior leaders, with the credibility and market knowledge to influence program investment and hiring decisions at the executive level.
- Genuine AI-first orientation — fluency with modern tools and an excitement for continuous discovery as the landscape evolves, with a track record of bringing teams along on that journey.
- Deep knowledge of early career compensation trends, talent market dynamics, and partnership models — from universities and bootcamps to the channels and communities where early-in-career talent is found.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Background in program management or talent development with experience designing structured early career experiences (rotational programs, mentorship tracks, etc.).
- Demonstrated track record of leveraging AI to meaningfully change how early career recruiting operates — not just as a tool user, but as someone who has built workflows, driven adoption, and raised the bar on what the function can do.
- Experience designing and executing diversity recruiting programs targeting HBCUs, community colleges, or underrepresented talent communities — with measurable outcomes.
- Strong network within the university recruiting, early career, and campus talent community.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Software Engineer, Email Platform (L3)
About the job
This position is a critical engineering role within Twilio SendGrid, requiring a hands-on engineer capable of developing, deploying, and managing highly available, massive-scale distributed systems.
Our systems regularly process more than 12 billion emails during peak events like Black Friday, and our throughput requirements continue to scale rapidly. As an L3 engineer, you will act as a key driver of execution within our core services. You will be heavily involved in modernizing our backend systems, optimizing our extensive Go-based microservices, and contributing to the design and reliability of our dual-cloud infrastructure span across Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
WEAR THE CUSTOMER’S SHOES:
Architect and ship reliable, high-velocity features that handle critical traffic with low end-to-end latency. Partner closely with product management and technical leadership to break down complex system requirements into manageable, iterative milestones.
BE AN OWNER (CODE QUALITY):
Drive rigorous code reviews and push for maintainable patterns in our Go codebase, ensuring high testing standards (unit, integration, and component testing) are executed across the team.
BE AN OWNER (INFRASTRUCTURE & OBSERVABILITY):
Manage and enhance cloud configurations across AWS and Azure environments utilizing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Ensure deep observability coverage by standardizing metrics, alerts, and distributed tracing across core data pipelines.
CHAMPION ENGINEERING HEALTH:
Advocate for a clean architectural foundation. Proactively identify technical debt, system bottlenecks, and single points of failure (SPOF), balancing feature delivery with critical platform refactoring.
MENTOR AND LEAD:
Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring junior engineers, leading technical sprint planning, and sharing expertise across distributed engineering nodes.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
Required:
Experience:
4+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating resilient backend services at scale.
Modern Development Workflow:
Practical experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code) to accelerate code generation, automate testing, and streamline debugging workflows.
Language Proficiency:
Strong, hands-on production experience writing clean, idiomatic, and highly concurrent
Go (Golang), Java or Python
.
Cloud Infrastructure:
Solid experience deploying and managing production workloads in cloud environments—ideally with deep exposure to
AWS
core services (such as EC2, S3, Aurora, or DynamoDB) AND
Microsoft Azure
equivalents (such as Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, or Cosmos DB).
Infrastructure as Code:
Proficiency with
Terraform
for provision-level automation and maintaining environment parity.
Distributed Systems:
Strong theoretical and practical understanding of distributed datastores, caching layers, and asynchronous event streaming (e.g., Kafka or similar queuing ecosystems).
Systems Mindset:
Strong foundational background in computer science fundamentals, data structures, and building self-healing cloud architectures.
Desired:
Prior experience managing high-throughput applications running inside containerized infrastructure (
Docker, Kubernetes
).
Familiarity with database migration pathways (e.g., transitioning traditional on-prem/relational datastores to managed instances like
AWS Aurora
).
Experience implementing
OpenTelemetry
or distributed tracing systems across decoupled microservice platforms.
Direct experience handling constraints related to network topology, proxy layers, or
mail transfer agent (MTA)
protocols.

The Platform Auth team’s goal is to support our ‘one customer identity’ vision by providing tools, processes, and expertise for our engineering teams to create a unified access management experience while simplifying and standardizing engineering patterns in the space. We are looking for engineers to join our growing team!
What you will be doing:
- Design and build the platform services that power authentication, authorization, and audit across ClickHouse Cloud. This includes a unified RBAC/ReBAC service, token issuance and session handling, and the SDKs that product teams embed to make authorization decision.
- Model permissions and access control primitives (resources, roles, relationships, policies) that work across ClickHouse, SQL Console, ClickPipes, and HyperDX. Ship the libraries and APIs that other engineers build against.
- Implement protocol-level support for SAML, SCIM, OIDC, OAuth2, and MFA/passwordless flows. Own the integrations that make enterprise SSO and provisioning work end to end.
- Build the audit and authorization-decision telemetry pipeline so every access decision is observable, queryable, and surfaceable to customers.
- Partner with product engineering teams to migrate bespoke per-product auth implementations onto the shared platform, and design APIs that make adoption straightforward.
- Carry the platform on-call rotation and own production reliability for systems on the critical path of every customer request.
What you bring along:
- Minimum 4+ years building production backend systems at scale. Comfort with at least one systems language (Go, Rust, C++) and one application language (TypeScript, Python).
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing an authentication or authorization service. Examples include building a token issuer, an OIDC or OAuth2 provider, a policy engine, a permissions model, or an FGA/ReBAC system in the style of Zanzibar, OpenFGA, SpiceDB, or Cedar.
- Working knowledge of SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and OAuth2 at the protocol level and are able to implement them.
- Experience designing APIs and SDKs that other engineers depend on, with strong opinions on what makes them adoptable.
- Experience operating distributed systems at scale, including caching strategies, consistency tradeoffs, and multi-region concerns.
- Familiarity with identity vendors (Auth0, WorkOS, AWS/GCP/Azure IAM) as building blocks you've extended or integrated into a larger platform.
- Strong production debugging instincts and a high bar for systems that are easy to develop against.
Bonus:
- You've built or contributed to a Zanzibar-style authorization system, or run an OpenFGA or SpiceDB deployment beyond the demo.
- You've designed a multi-tenant permission model that survived real customer requirements like custom roles, hierarchies, delegation, and ABAC attributes.
- You've shipped an SDK that product teams across an org actually adopted, and have opinions about why most internal SDKs fail.

WordPress VIP
is the world’s leading enterprise content management platform. We help the world’s largest companies—including Meta, Salesforce, and Disney—create innovative digital experiences with WordPress.
We are hiring a Director of Professional Services to run our Professional Services delivery organization. You will own the day-to-day operation of a team that handles migrations, implementations, and custom engagements for some of the most complex enterprise WordPress deployments in the world. The role reports to the VP of Customer Experience (CX) as part of the CX Senior Leadership Team.
You’re walking into a team with real delivery capability and an established customer base. The work now is sharper: a tighter service menu, faster time-to-value, a delivery model that can flex to what enterprise customers actually need—and an organization that increasingly runs on AI. Professional Services at WordPress VIP is a revenue-generating business. The person in this seat owns that commercial result, not just the delivery quality behind it.
Responsibilities
Build an agentic Professional Services organization—one where AI augments delivery, accelerates time-to-value, and creates capacity for higher-complexity work.
Build Professional Services into a growth lever: identify expansion opportunities within active engagements, and partner with Account Management and Sales to turn delivery relationships into commercial ones.
Lead a Professional Services team of engineers and delivery managers, delivering migrations, implementations, and custom engagements for enterprise customers.
Own delivery quality end-to-end: project health, escalation management, customer outcomes, and on-time, on-scope execution.
Build and maintain a clear menu of established service offerings, so Sales can sell them, customers can buy them, and the team can deliver them consistently.
Meet customers where they are. Not every engagement fits a playbook, and this role requires the judgment to scope and run custom work without losing the thread back to repeatable delivery.
Help set the strategic direction for Professional Services as part of the Customer Experience Senior Leadership Team, and translate it into an operating plan that the team can execute.
Help differentiate WordPress VIP’s services offering in the market: define what makes Professional Services at WordPress VIP distinct from what a customer could get elsewhere, and build the proof points behind it.
Partner with Sales & Accounts to scope and price engagements accurately, and own the hand-off from close to delivery.
Partner with Product, Support, and Account Management on feedback loops that continually improve WordPress VIP’s platform and services.
Represent Professional Services credibly with senior internal and external stakeholders, including customer executives, on complex or at-risk engagements.
Experience
8+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, implementation, or technical consulting. Direct experience leading a Professional Services or delivery organization is required.
5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers, ideally involving large-scale migrations or custom development.
Experience building a services portfolio—defining offerings, pricing them, and making them repeatable without killing the flexibility that enterprise customers need.
Experience working the full commercial loop—not just delivery, but scoping with Sales, pricing engagements, identifying expansion, and tying Professional Services outcomes to retention and revenue.
Comfortable operating in or alongside an AI-augmented delivery model. What we need is genuine fluency with how AI changes the work—not just awareness that it exists.
Demonstrated ability to engage with executive stakeholders, both internal and external.
Proven track record of performance management within a team, working closely with individual contributors, leads, and HR partners.
How you work
Operator first.
You hold the strategy in your head and still show up for the delivery details. More do than say.
Commercially accountable.
You think about Professional Services as a business, not a function. You know your revenue number, you know your margin, and you can talk about both with the same fluency you bring to delivery.
Strong, persuasive communicator.
You can scope a hard engagement, write clearly under pressure, and hold executive attention without overstating your case.
Coach, not just a manager.
You develop practitioners into delivery leads. You give direct feedback. You’ll step in when something must be done a certain way, and you know when not to.
Strategic and grounded.
You can recommend a services portfolio direction, and also tell a project manager exactly where their engagement is going wrong.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $130,000 - $190,000 USD

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking an
Senior AI DevOps / LLMOps
specialist
to join one of our
clients
' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
Automation of Build-to-Production
- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines tailored for AI, covering model weights,
dataset versioning, and application code.
- Develop specialized workflows for PromptOps, ensuring that system prompts are
version-controlled, tested for regressions, and deployed with the same rigor as traditional
code.
-Automate the deployment of Agentic workflows, managing the complexities of stateful
AI interactions and multi-agent handoffs.
2. AI Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Provision and manage high-performance compute environments (GPU clusters, TPU
pods) using Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.
- Define and enforce Policy-as-Code for AI endpoints to ensure compliance with security,
cost-usage limits, and data residency requirements.
- Maintain a consistent environment across Hybrid Infrastructure, ensuring seamless
parity between On-Premises development and Cloud production.
3. Safe Experimentation & Controlled Releases
- Architect Progressive Delivery strategies for AI, including Canary releases, Blue-Green
deployments, and Shadowing (where new models run in parallel with production to
compare outputs).
- Build “Evaluation-in-the-Loop” gates within the pipeline to automatically test for bias,
hallucination, and performance degradation before a release.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks specifically designed for LLM outputs and agentic
behavior.
4. Monitoring & Observability
- Establish deep observability into Inference Endpoints, tracking metrics like tokens-per-
second, latency, and drift in model accuracy.
-Integrate feedback loops that capture production “edge cases” to feed back into the
training and fine-tuning pipelines.
Must-Have Technical Skills:
-Orchestration: Advanced Kubernetes (K8s) skills, specifically with KubeFlow, Ray, or
NVIDIA Triton.
-CI/CD & IaC: Expertise in GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, and Terraform or Pulumi.
- AI Tooling: Experience with Weights & Biases, MLflow, LangSmith, or Arize
Phoenix.
-Hardware: Understanding of GPU virtualization, CUDA drivers, and on-premises
hardware management.
-Security: Familiarity with Open Policy Agent (OPA) and secret management (Vault).
Experience:
- 10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in MLOps or LLMOps, specifically moving LLMs
from notebook to production.
-Proven experience managing Hybrid Cloud environments (e.g., AWS/Azure + Private
Data Center).
