ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten is building the infrastructure layer for AI — and we're now building the team that will scale how we take it to market. This is a foundational hire on our GTM Strategy & Revenue Operations team, sitting at the intersection of strategic planning and field execution.
You'll work directly with the CRO, Head of Revenue Operations and partner closely with Finance, field leadership, and our Central Ops team. On any given week, you might be refining our pipeline generation model, building a territory coverage analysis, designing a new GTM motion, or partnering with a regional leader to understand what's driving a trend in their pipeline. This role requires someone who can think rigorously, build things from scratch, and operate with speed and judgment in an environment where the playbook is still being written.
This is a rare opportunity to be an early GTM strategy and operations hire at one of the fastest-growing companies in AI infrastructure — and to help define how we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
GTM Planning, Target Setting & Market Intelligence
- Contribute to the annual and quarterly GTM planning process in partnership with Finance, including headcount modeling, ramp assumptions, and revenue target-setting
- Build and maintain coverage models aligned to 2-year growth projections, incorporating territory design, account segmentation, and capacity planning
- Support quota framework development, helping translate top-down targets into field-level plans that are credible and motivating
- Develop and maintain Baseten's segmentation logic: how we carve the market by industry, company profile, consumption potential, and AI maturity
- Contribute a point of view on competitive dynamics, regional expansion priorities, and whitespace opportunities
- Partner with Central Ops on ICP and TAM database strategy to ensure segmentation is grounded in clean, enriched data
- Translate data into a clear business narrative for leadership and the field; democratize insights so the revenue org can self-serve
Pipeline Generation & Forecast
- Contribute to the design of the pipeline generation model: coverage ratios, qualified pipeline definitions, and input assumptions
- Support the PG cadence: track actuals vs. model, surface gaps early, and partner with field leadership to course-correct
- Play an active role in the weekly forecast process, helping build the business narrative that connects leading indicators to revenue outcomes
- Build and maintain the analytics layer that powers GTM decision-making, from pipeline dashboards to cohort analyses to efficiency metrics
Field Execution & Plan Refinement
- Partner with the field to identify gaps in the business and develop structured plans to address them, supporting real-time actions as well as insights to guide QBRs, pipeline reviews, etc.
- Analyze regional pipeline health, win/loss trends, and rep productivity to proactively surface insights that feed back into refining the GTM plan
- Contribute to execution optimization projects: improving the sales process, post-sale journey, and conversion at key funnel stages
- Close the loop between what's happening in the field and what needs to change in the plan
New Motions & Experimentation
- Support the design and execution of structured experiments to test new GTM approaches: new segments, new channels, new acquisition or expansion motions
- Help build the measurement framework to evaluate what's working and create a clear path to scaling what wins
- Partner with RevOps and Central Ops to operationalize successful experiments into repeatable playbooks
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- 3-5 years in GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales strategy, or a related function, ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure company
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-based business models strongly preferred; you understand the difference between ARR and revenue, and how to think about drawdown, expansion, and net retention
- Exposure to a company scaling through a Series B-D inflection point a plus; you have a sense of what good looks like and what breaks as you grow
- Background in consulting and/or banking / finance a plus
Skills
- Exceptional analytical chops: you can build a coverage model, a cohort analysis, and a leadership-ready forecast narrative, and you know which one the moment calls for
- Strong business judgment: you don't just surface data, you tell people what it means and what to do about it
- Structured thinker and clear communicator: you can take a complex GTM problem, break it down, and present a crisp recommendation to a senior audience
- Hands-on builder: comfortable working in AI coding tools, spreadsheets, BI tools, SQL, and CRM systems; you don't wait for someone else to pull the data
- Collaborative operating style: you work across functions (Finance, field leadership, Central Ops, Enablement) and know how to get things done without formal authority
- AI Fluency: you actively use AI tools to drive your own productivity, in how you analyze data, structure problems, draft communications, and accelerate your work
Mindset
- Comfortable with ambiguity; you can define the problem before solving it
- Bias toward action — you'd rather ship something good and iterate than wait for perfect
- Curious about the AI infrastructure market; you want to understand what we sell, who buys it, and why
WHY BASETEN
- Be a foundational member of the GTM team at one of the most important companies in the AI infrastructure space
- Work on problems that are genuinely hard and genuinely new — consumption-based GTM at AI scale doesn't have an existing playbook
- High ownership, high visibility, direct access to leadership
- Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As our Manager, Security Incident Response, you are at the center of how 1Password handles the moments that matter most. You will build and lead a team of builders: responders who don't just work incidents, but engineer the automation, tooling, and systems that make response faster and more scalable over time. You will guide program maturity, scale the team's capabilities through AI-assisted tooling, reinforce operational excellence, and step in as incident manager during complex, high-severity events. Success in this role blends strong people leadership with technical depth and sound judgment. As part of the Security leadership team, you will shape response strategy, build effective cross-functional partnerships, and help protect a product trusted by millions.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Threat Operations.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 5+ years in security incident response, with 2+ years as a people manager or technical leader supporting career development and performance management.
• Experience building or scaling incident response automation, tooling, or AI-assisted workflows (triage, enrichment, investigation), with sound judgment about where automation should and shouldn’t make decisions.
• Experience setting clear expectations, defining ownership, delegating work, and measuring outcomes.
• Experience managing high-pressure security incidents with clarity, structure, and calm.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native, SaaS, and identity-driven attack techniques and how to respond to them.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex findings, tradeoffs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience breaking down strategic initiatives into projects, coordinating team sprints, and managing work across competing priorities.
• Passion for fostering psychological safety and stability in stressful environments.
Who you are:
• A people-first leader who prioritizes team development, psychological safety, and performance.
• A builder at heart, someone who thinks in systems and automation, not just case queues, and hires and develops engineers with that same instinct.
• Proactive in identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or operational risks and bringing forward actionable solutions, including where AI or automation can close them.
• Effective at driving alignment across teams with differing priorities and perspectives.
• Calm and decisive during high-pressure situations, with the judgment to prioritize effectively and make difficult tradeoffs.
• A clear and transparent communicator who can align teams with differing priorities, surface tradeoffs, and advocate for sound security decisions.
• Motivated by protecting people, data, and the business.
What you can expect:
• Build, lead, and develop a team of incident responders and security builders, setting clear expectations, creating meaningful ownership, and supporting growth.
• Delegate effectively based on team strengths, development goals, capacity, and operational needs while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
• Define and drive the security incident response roadmap and strategic priorities, including maturing agentic incident response, structured threat hunting, and insider risk investigations as sustained, scaled capabilities rather than one-time builds.
• Balance competing priorities across incident response, strategic initiatives, and team development; make tradeoffs clear and push back when timelines, approaches, or requests create unnecessary risk or unsustainable workload.
• Scale team capacity through AI-assisted tooling and automation, maintaining appropriate controls around human judgment, approval, auditability, and rollback.
• Oversee detection, triage, containment, remediation, and post-incident learning, serving as an escalation point and incident manager for complex or high-severity events.
• Partner with Detection Engineering, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Red Team and other teams to improve cross-functional processes and close detection or response gaps identified through investigations.
• Evolve playbooks, training, tabletop exercises, metrics, and reporting to strengthen operational readiness and program maturity.
• Participate in the on-call rotation, serving as the leadership escalation or incident manager during major or complex incidents.
• Track and report on incident trends, operational metrics, and program maturity, including the impact of automation and AI tooling on response time and coverage.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role:
Higgsfield AI is seeking a Head of Revenue Accounting to own revenue recognition and the order-to-cash lifecycle end to end.
This is a highly hands-on role supporting a high-volume, consumption-based business with a credit-driven revenue model. You will own the accounting judgments, systems, processes, and controls that support revenue across self-serve, enterprise, platform, and partnership motions.
This is a builder role. You will have the opportunity to establish and scale processes that are still evolving, reduce manual workflows, strengthen our financial controls, and build the infrastructure required to support Higgsfield's continued hypergrowth.
What You'll Do:
Own Revenue Recognition
- Own the monthly revenue close across Higgsfield's consumption and credit-based revenue model, including credit grants, consumption, breakage, unused balances, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Maintain and evolve Higgsfield's revenue recognition policies under ASC 606, including judgments around performance obligations, promotional and grace-period credits, variable consideration, and material rights.
- Review non-standard commercial arrangements across enterprise, reseller, platform, and strategic partnership deals and determine the appropriate accounting treatment.
- Evaluate complex revenue considerations including principal-versus-agent conclusions and other technical accounting matters.
Lead Order-to-Cash Operations
- Own the order-to-cash lifecycle end to end, including order capture, billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, disputes, and revenue reporting.
- Manage billing across self-serve and enterprise business models, including usage-based billing, post-paid overages, and true-ups.
- Own accounts receivable operations, including aging, collections cadence, reserve methodology, and write-off processes.
- Design, document, and continuously improve order-to-cash workflows, controls, and segregation of duties.
Build Scalable Revenue Systems
- Own the revenue automation and reconciliation environment, including HubiFi and the audit trail from financial reporting down to the underlying transaction.
- Own revenue-related Stripe processes, including payouts, fees, settlement timing, and reconciliation of gross transaction activity to cash received.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Data to ensure the completeness, quality, and reliability of usage and credit-consumption data supporting revenue recognition.
- Drive automation across the revenue close and systematically reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets.
Drive Close, Reconciliation, and Controls
- Own revenue and AR balance sheet reconciliations, including bookings-to-cash analysis and proof-of-cash processes.
- Own the revenue portion of the close calendar and identify opportunities to shorten close timelines while maintaining accuracy and control.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Product Partnerships at Ramp is where we go when the right partner doesn't exist yet — or when the canonical partner doesn't move fast enough. The team owns the integrations that expand Ramp's product surface area: tax and compliance automation, agentic commerce, data partnerships, international payments, receipt and payment automation, and the technical substrate that lets Ramp plug into any system a customer runs.
This role isn't about hitting a quota. It's about picking the right partners in emerging categories, negotiating the terms, shipping the integration with our Product and Engineering teams, and turning the launch into something customers actually feel. Recent and active examples: selecting an AI-native VAT compliance partner, white-labeling eInvoicing for international markets, shipping receipt automation, building agentic payment partnerships, and negotiating data governance terms with the largest platforms in the industry.
You'll work directly with Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You'll own deals end-to-end. The bar is partnerships that move Ramp's product forward — not deals that move a number on a dashboard.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the full lifecycle of strategic product partnerships: source, qualify, negotiate commercial and legal terms, structure the integration with Product and Engineering, launch, and scale
- Translate partner capabilities into product opportunities: work side-by-side with Product and Engineering to scope what's worth building, and with Legal on risk, liability, and regulatory framing
- Negotiate complex commercial terms — pricing, rev share, MSA, BAFO cycles, multi-year structure, data and IP rights
- Quarterback launches across Marketing, Sales, and Solutions to make sure customers actually adopt what we ship
- Build durable relationships with senior counterparts at partner organizations and run formal cadences (QBRs, exec syncs) once partnerships are live
- Define and report against partnership KPIs that map to Ramp's product and revenue priorities
WHAT YOU NEED
- 7+ years across Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Product Partnerships, Product Management, or a related discipline, with a clear track record of owning deals end to end (sourcing through launch)
- Experience structuring and closing partnerships that required real product and engineering work — not channel referrals or reseller motions
- Strong fluency with API-based integrations: comfortable scoping technical work directly with engineers and PMs, and translating between partner-side and product-side stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity — you've picked partners in spaces where there was no obvious incumbent and made the call stick
- Strong commercial instincts: pricing, term structure, risk allocation, and the ability to drive a contract to signature without hand-holding from legal
NICE TO HAVES
- Background that includes one of the categories above. Strong preference for Product Management
- Direct experience negotiating data, API, or model-access governance terms (MCP, model providers, platform data exposure)
- Shipped a product partnership that opened a new vertical, geography, or category for your company
- Prior exposure to ERP or accounting ecosystems (relevant context, not the primary job)
- Experience as a design-partner manager for early-stage products
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
CANADA
- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
- Life, AD&D, and disability coverage
- Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)
- Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay
- Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health
UNITED KINGDOM
- Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite
- Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi
- Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay

If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf.

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Manager, Enablement Programs, you will own the programs and operating system that help sellers ramp fast and execute with confidence — from global onboarding to role-readiness, Field OS, and AI-enabled enablement workflows. This role exists because we’re evolving our Enablement and GTM motion, and we need a leader to drive that change: set the standard for what “great” looks like in the era of AI, build an AI-native enablement model, and own the agentic workflows that help the field execute.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By day 90: Build the first version of the Field OS as a seller-ramp unlock (priority workflows, trusted resources, and AI-enabled execution moments by role).
- By day 90: Map and prototype the core custom agents that help sellers ramp faster and apply the right support at each stage of the sales process.
- By day 90: Refresh onboarding around continuous iteration (A/B testing, measurement, and role-specific alignment to the sales process) and implement onboarding engagement + impact metrics.
- By day 90: Stand up a dedicated manager onboarding track to help managers ramp faster and reinforce new-hire success consistently.
- By end of year 1: Make onboarding and role readiness a repeatable system that measurably improves ramp and raises the bar on enablement quality through tight feedback loops and durable workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven ability to design and run global enablement programs end-to-end (especially onboarding), including live + async modalities across regions and time zones.
- Strong program leadership and operating cadence: clear roadmaps, decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and measurement that drives iteration (not just reporting).
- Experience building scalable enablement systems (resource governance, intake processes, comms rhythms) that sellers actually use.
- AI-fluent approach to enablement: using AI and automation to improve quality, speed, and consistency of seller execution (and instrumenting adoption/impact).
- People leadership experience managing and developing a small team; sets high standards and builds a calm, high-ownership operating rhythm.

About

Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Diep N, VP, Finance at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Global Controller to take the close, the books, and our control environment and make them theirs.
We're a global, remote-first, private company built on subscription and usage-based revenue, and as we grow we need a controller who can lead the team already in place and sharpen the fundamentals. You'll lead a team of ~7, growing, across revenue accounting, close, AP/AR, payroll, and treasury, and partner closely with me and, given our CFO's broad remit, with stakeholders across Sales, Legal, IT, HR, and Engineering.
What you'll do
Lead monthly and quarterly close, GL, AP/AR, payroll, and account reconciliations, delivering accurate, timely US GAAP financials. Close currently runs ~10 business days; get us to 6-8 days within your first 12 months, with fewer post-close adjustments and aged reconciliations.
Own revenue accounting and serve as our technical accounting authority on subscription and usage-based revenue recognition (ASC 606), including the ARR-to-GAAP bridge: reconciling ARR, billings, deferred revenue, contract assets, and usage true-ups to reported revenue, and explaining the delta to leadership and the board in plain terms.
Author technical accounting position memos on contract modifications, SSP allocation, variable consideration, and capitalized contract costs, the work that makes "technical accounting authority" real.
Own equity compensation accounting (ASC 718): grant accuracy, 409A timing, expense, modifications, and cap-table integrity, in partnership with stock plan administration.
Manage and grow a team of ~7, with room to scale, building trust quickly and developing the leads beneath you.
Build a control framework suited to a global, remote-first, private company with subscription and usage-based revenue, keeping the books audit-ready.
Own our accounting systems roadmap and drive automation across close and reporting.
Own select treasury operations, including cash management and banking relationships, and partner on FX exposure monitoring given our multi-currency footprint.
Run our external audit relationship and coordinate with external tax partners on compliance, provisions, and filings.
Manage the realities of a distributed, remote-first global team: statutory accounting coordination, payroll and contractor controls, entity reporting, and working with Legal, HR, and Tax on international compliance.
What we're looking for
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leading a team through managers or leads.
A Big 4 (or equivalent top-tier public accounting) foundation.
Deep US GAAP mastery, particular strength in subscription and usage-based revenue recognition (ASC 606).
A concrete, personally-owned automation or AI deployment in accounting with a measurable result, eliminating a manual reconciliation, reducing close time, or lowering error rate, that you can speak to in detail.
Experience scaling an accounting function that was already running, not building one from zero.
A proven track record with external audits and keeping books audit-ready.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with credibility partnering with senior, cross-functional stakeholders.
Nice to have: internal controls or SOX-readiness experience; remote-first/globally distributed company experience; M&A or deal accounting exposure; CPA license, active or inactive.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role ranges from $250k to $280k USD (or equivalent in local currency), structured by geographic zone and depending on experience. That means exercising real judgment and finding creative, pragmatic paths forward through complex customer requests and requirements.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.

- Collaborate with Product Legal team on product and operational items that impact customer agreements and go-to-market initiatives
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements regarding privacy, security, and AI regulatory matters
- Identify and independently pursue process improvements for buy-side supporting motions
- Develop and revise contract templates and playbooks as necessary, based on changes in our product offerings, organization, and law
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Admitted to the California State Bar, New York State Bar, or Registered In-House Counsel in good standing
- 10+ years of combined experience practicing as a commercial attorney within a law firm or software technology company
- 2+ years in-house experience at a SaaS and/or AI technology company
- Privacy and artificial intelligence subject matter expertise, including privacy regulations (GDPR, e-Privacy Directive, CCPA, etc.) and AI regulations (EU AI Act) with the ability to incorporate evolving requirements into the customer facing agreements
- Experience driving commercial transactions, SaaS, and enterprise B2B transactions
- Strong negotiation skills, including ability to explain nuanced legal concepts to internal and external parties and tailor approach to the audience
- Excellent drafting, written and verbal communication skills and ability to adapt legal requirements in balanced, creative and pragmatic ways to facilitate communication at all levels of the organization
- Ability to directly interact and build meaningful relationships and trust with internal and external clients and leaders
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI and a willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter, move faster, and deliver better results. Developing your personal AI fluency is required for this role
- Resilience, resourcefulness, and the ability to make recommendations and decisions with imperfect facts
- Independent and strategic thought combined with excellent team player qualities and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities
NICE TO HAVES:
- Certified Information Privacy Professional or equivalent

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About airSlate
airSlate is a global SaaS technology company that develops no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. Our award-winning products - SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work.
We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
About pdfFiller team:
We are a passionate and ambitious team of 120+ people on a mission to succeed with our online PDF creator and editor — pdfFiller.
pdfFiller empowers over 10 million users every month to create and edit PDFs, send them for signing, and securely store documents within a single application. Offering unlimited storage, unlimited templates, and cross-platform integration, pdfFiller is the only PDF editor needed to get your document done. Beyond core editing, pdfFiller helps SMB customers move fast on document-based workflows — from invoice templates and lease agreements to online fax and notarization — so they can go fully paperless and focus on running their business, while securely handling financial, legal, and HR-related use cases through e-signature workflows and bulk form response collection.
Now, we are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join us in the next chapter of growth as our brand expands and we bring new products to market.
What you will be working on:
Own a product track end to end: strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery and outcome. You decide what problem is worth solving, not only what gets built next.
Run evidence-led discovery. Customer interviews, support insight, behavioral data and competitive analysis, turned into clear written problem statements and sized opportunities.
Prioritize against business impact. Make the case for investment in your area, and against work that will not pay off, including your own.
Ship with your triad. Partner with a designer and an engineering manager to cut work into small increments, write clear requirements, and hold quality, stability and security as non-negotiable.
Experiment and read the results honestly. Define hypotheses and success metrics before you build, run A/B tests at real scale, and stop what does not work.
Own your numbers. Define the KPIs for your track, monitor the funnel, and report progress, risk and learnings to product leadership.
Work across functions and across the portfolio: marketing, support, data, and the sibling products at airSlate.
What we expect from you:
5+ years in product management, including at least two owning a self-serve SaaS product, or a significant surface of one, end to end.
A track record of measurable business outcomes (conversion, activation, retention, ARPU), not a list of shipped features.
Strong experimentation practice: designing and sizing A/B tests, interpreting results, and acting on negative results.
Comfort with data: defining metrics, working in a BI tool, reading or writing SQL, forming and testing hypotheses independently.
Discovery craft: talking to customers directly, and turning what you hear into problem statements a team can act on.
Product-led growth in a high-volume self-serve funnel: paid acquisition, trial or freemium, activation and monetization.
Shipping AI features into real user workflows, with a realistic view of where AI adds value and where it does not.
Ability to work in ambiguity and bring structure to it.
Comfortable using AI to significantly increase personal productivity.
Nice to have:
Domain background in documents, workflow automation, e-signature, fintech, HR tech or legal tech.
SMB or prosumer customers rather than enterprise-only.
Professional working proficiency in English, B2 to C1 or above. Much of our decision-making happens in writing.
Polish (B1 to B2) is a plus, not a requirement.

If you need assistance or an accommodation during the application process because of a disability, it is available upon request. airSlate is pleased to provide such assistance and no applicant will be penalized as a result of such a request. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. - Act as a second assistant to our Co-Founders, coordinating complex travel, running logistics for all onsite meetings, helping the team with projects (large trip planning, events, etc) and generally be ready and able to jump in when extra support is needed.
- Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively develop solutions that keep priorities and commitments moving forward.
- Serve as a trusted liaison to internal teams, vendors, and external partners, building strong relationships while safeguarding the priorities of the Office of the Co-Founders.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with senior executives, cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack, along with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience in a fast-growing, in-person start-up environment.
- Experience working with C-suite executives.
- Experience working within a dual, floating, or team-based Executive Assistant structure.
- Experience managing complex travel, executive events, and high-touch on-site logistics.
OUR VALUES

We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.

We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.
