About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the Role
Product decisions at Finom are made fast, and we want them made on evidence. You join the Growth & Activation product stream as its analyst, working with PMs and engineers on how new customers discover the product, start using it, and grow with it.
There is no established way of doing product analytics here yet, so you define it: how experiments are designed, how metrics are named and counted, what a readout looks like. You come with your own approach rather than waiting for one to be handed to you.
What you'll do
Work with the product managers and other stakeholders in the stream. Agree priorities with them, and look for the problems worth solving instead of waiting for a request to arrive.
Bring recommendations to the business, including opportunities it does not see on its own.
Define the metrics for the stream: what activation means, what we expect from the funnel, how each number is counted, and how it stays consistent with the way the rest of the company counts the same things.
Design the tests. Hypothesis, primary metric, audience split, duration, and how the result gets read once it lands.
Automate that work, so running a test is routine and not a small project every time.
Build the infrastructure for testing at scale, with external tools or our own, so a testing culture can spread across the product teams.
What you bring
Product analytics done end to end, with decisions that changed the roadmap behind it.
Fluent in SQL, confident in Python, and solid on experimentation and causal methods/
You have chosen or built tooling for tests and metrics before.
You use AI tools in your daily work, not occasionally.
A partner to stakeholders rather than a person who executes tickets.
Proactive, you bring the problems and the hypotheses yourself.
You take an ambiguous problem, structure it, and explain your reasoning to product and business people.

Nice to have
Product analytics built from scratch
Experience where conversion volumes are low: B2B, long sales cycles, small samples.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking an exceptional Legal Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of contracting for the Compute and Infrastructure team. We'll rely on you to manage a high volume of procurement and vendor agreements — including datacenter colocation, lease, and build-to-suit agreements; hardware, chip, and network-equipment procurement; and construction, facilities, and operations-and-maintenance (O&M) contracts — along with the NDAs, order forms, SOWs, and amendments that surround them. You will build the scalable contracting processes — templates, playbooks, intake and approval workflows, and contract lifecycle management — that let the business move at the speed of Anthropic’s infrastructure buildout. This role owns the system, throughput, and visibility that move every agreement from intake through signature.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and shepherd a high volume of compute and infrastructure procurement transactions — datacenter colocation, lease, and build-to-suit agreements; hardware, chip, and network-equipment procurement; construction/EPC and facilities/O&M agreements; and the supporting NDAs, order forms, SOWs, and amendments — driving each from intake through signature
Own and administer the contract lifecycle management system: workflow design and configuration, templates, approval routing, signing and archive and integrity hygiene
Design and run intake and triage: how requests enter, how they are prioritized, and how they route to the right owner
Propose and develop scalable solutions to improve contracting efficiency and throughput across the infrastructure vendor base
Collaborate with business units and legal team members to streamline contract management processes, manage post-signature obligations and renewals across the infrastructure vendor portfolio, identify potential risks, and drive continuous improvement in contract handling efficiency
Partner closely with the Compute and Infrastructure, Product, Finance, Security, Business Operations, and Procurement Ops teams to achieve key business objectives and deliver strategic, business-minded, and solutions-focused counsel
Build reporting, dashboards, SLAs, and the metrics that surface turnaround times and bottlenecks across the infrastructure vendor portfolio
Deploy LLM and AI tooling to scale contracting throughput and reduce manual handling
Minimum Qualifications
Experience operating in a fast-paced technology startup in which priorities shift rapidly and schedules "move to the left," thriving in this dynamic environment and priding yourself on your adaptability and ability to pivot with speed and grace
Initiative and autonomy in managing complex contractual matters, effectively prioritizing competing deadlines
An understanding of what's important in the context of a contract, the organization's mission, and enough contract fluency to triage and route requests, track obligations, and pull in relevant legal counsel
Excitement to grow with an organization and help shape the culture of the commercial function
A preference for straightforward, concise explanations over legalese and overwrought drafting
A knack for identifying and implementing efficient processes and policies
The ability to thrive as a member of cross-functional teams building frontier technologies, with a desire to develop a deep understanding of the Compute & Infrastructure teams and the datacenter, hardware, and network systems they build and operate
Comfort operating outside your areas of expertise and in uncharted legal territory
A "doer" mentality, willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done as a team player who doesn't hesitate to jump in to do work that needs to get done, whether glamorous or not
Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management or legal-operations tooling, process design, and working from data, metrics, and dashboards
Comfort using AI and LLM tools to streamline and scale routine contracting work
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years in contract management, legal operations, or procurement operations, including hands-on experience implementing or administering a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform; experience supporting infrastructure, datacenter, hardware, construction, or telecom/network procurement and vendor contracting
Proven ability to collaborate across various organizational levels and functions to facilitate efficient contracting processes and execution while building strong relationships
Working familiarity with the structure of datacenter, colocation, and lease agreements; hardware and equipment procurement; construction, facilities, and O&M contracts; network and telecom agreements; high-volume, template-driven vendor contracting; and general contract terms
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Motivated self-starter able to multitask and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Authentic integrity and a deep understanding of the importance of ethics in business
Experience implementing or administering a CLM platform (Ironclad) and standing up reporting and metrics
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Platform Auth team’s goal is to support our ‘one customer identity’ vision by providing tools, processes, and expertise for our engineering teams to create a unified access management experience while simplifying and standardizing engineering patterns in the space. We are looking for engineers to join our growing team!
What you will be doing:
- Design and build the platform services that power authentication, authorization, and audit across ClickHouse Cloud. This includes a unified RBAC/ReBAC service, token issuance and session handling, and the SDKs that product teams embed to make authorization decision.
- Model permissions and access control primitives (resources, roles, relationships, policies) that work across ClickHouse, SQL Console, ClickPipes, and HyperDX. Ship the libraries and APIs that other engineers build against.
- Implement protocol-level support for SAML, SCIM, OIDC, OAuth2, and MFA/passwordless flows. Own the integrations that make enterprise SSO and provisioning work end to end.
- Build the audit and authorization-decision telemetry pipeline so every access decision is observable, queryable, and surfaceable to customers.
- Partner with product engineering teams to migrate bespoke per-product auth implementations onto the shared platform, and design APIs that make adoption straightforward.
- Carry the platform on-call rotation and own production reliability for systems on the critical path of every customer request.
What you bring along:
- Minimum 4+ years building production backend systems at scale. Comfort with at least one systems language (Go, Rust, C++) and one application language (TypeScript, Python).
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing an authentication or authorization service. Examples include building a token issuer, an OIDC or OAuth2 provider, a policy engine, a permissions model, or an FGA/ReBAC system in the style of Zanzibar, OpenFGA, SpiceDB, or Cedar.
- Working knowledge of SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and OAuth2 at the protocol level and are able to implement them.
- Experience designing APIs and SDKs that other engineers depend on, with strong opinions on what makes them adoptable.
- Experience operating distributed systems at scale, including caching strategies, consistency tradeoffs, and multi-region concerns.
- Familiarity with identity vendors (Auth0, WorkOS, AWS/GCP/Azure IAM) as building blocks you've extended or integrated into a larger platform.
- Strong production debugging instincts and a high bar for systems that are easy to develop against.
Bonus:
- You've built or contributed to a Zanzibar-style authorization system, or run an OpenFGA or SpiceDB deployment beyond the demo.
- You've designed a multi-tenant permission model that survived real customer requirements like custom roles, hierarchies, delegation, and ABAC attributes.
- You've shipped an SDK that product teams across an org actually adopted, and have opinions about why most internal SDKs fail.
