About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.
About the Company
We’re working with a growing international business looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage qualified B2B opportunities from the meeting stage through proposal, negotiation, and close.
The ideal candidate is confident managing high-value B2B conversations with international clients and can build on momentum created earlier in the sales process without unnecessarily restarting the conversation.
Job Summary
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll own the later stages of the B2B sales cycle — turning qualified meetings into signed clients.
You’ll work with warm, qualified opportunities, understand client needs, lead discovery and commercial conversations, present proposals, handle objections, protect pricing, and ultimately close the deal before ensuring a smooth handoff to the operations team.
This role is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional who is commercially sharp, highly accountable, and comfortable operating independently.
You won’t need to be managed into action. You’ll be expected to own your opportunities, follow through on commitments, and consistently move deals forward.
Key Responsibilities
Own qualified B2B opportunities from initial sales meeting through to close.
Continue conversations from existing sales handoffs rather than unnecessarily re-pitching the client.
Conduct discovery and understand the commercial needs, challenges, and objectives of prospective clients.
Lead sales meetings and communicate value clearly to decision-makers.
Develop and present compelling proposals within agreed timelines.
Handle pricing objections and negotiations while protecting commercial value.
Maintain momentum and follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle.
Use CRM systems accurately and maintain strong sales-process discipline.
Forecast opportunities and communicate deal progress clearly.
Close new business and ensure accurate documentation of agreed terms.
Provide a smooth handoff to the operations or delivery team after the sale.
Take ownership of sales results and continuously improve your approach.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales and closing experience, preferably selling to international clients.
Proven track record of closing meaningful B2B deals.
Experience managing opportunities through proposal, negotiation, and final close.
Strong written and spoken English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers and business owners.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to hold pricing under pressure.
Excellent CRM discipline and attention to detail.
Ability to move quickly and consistently follow up on opportunities.
Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Strong commercial judgment; you know when to push, when to listen, and when to close.
A track record you can demonstrate through specific examples of successful deals.

🌎 Fully remote role with flexible work environment

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
Why this role exists
Higgsfield is one of the fastest-growing generative AI companies in the world. Every generation is a policy decision at scale, and the surface area (NSFW, IP, likeness, anti-fraud, deepfakes, regional law) grows every week. Trust & Safety needs a PM who can turn ambiguous legal, policy, and financial-abuse inputs into shipped systems, not another doc.
What you'll actually do
• Own the T&S product surface end-to-end: classifiers, appeals, user-facing warnings, moderator tooling, enforcement flows.
• Own anti-fraud alongside content safety: multi-account farms, free-trial abuse, refund abuse, chargebacks, prompt-injection cost exploits, reseller wrappers. Fraud is a large and growing share of the T&S problem here.
• Translate legal, policy, and financial-risk requirements into concrete product specs the ML and engineering teams can build against.
• Set thresholds and enforcement policy in partnership with Applied ML: what gets blocked, what gets warned, what gets appealed, and the dollar and reputational tradeoffs behind each choice.
• Run the incident loop when something breaks in production, provider escalations, misuse incidents, fraud spikes, new abuse vectors, and ship the fix.
• Design the metrics that matter: dollars saved from fraud, false-positive cost to legit users, false-negative legal exposure, appeal reversal rate, coverage across new models and markets.
• Work directly with Legal, Applied ML, Backend, Growth, Payments, and external providers to keep our contractual and regulatory obligations current.
Must-haves
1. Founding or early-operator experience. You've spent years trying to build something of your own. You know what it's like to own an outcome when nobody hands you a spec.
2. Shipped T&S, moderation, fraud, risk, or compliance products at scale. You've made real enforcement decisions that affected real users and real money.
3. Comfort with legal, policy, and financial-risk ambiguity. You've worked with counsel, payments providers, or regulators and translated their inputs into product.
4. Strong technical judgment. You can reason about classifier tradeoffs, fraud-detection tradeoffs, threshold selection, and evaluation without needing an engineer to translate.
5. You make decisions in dollars and risk, not opinions. A block rate has a cost, a miss has a cost, a false fraud flag has a cost, you can argue all sides.
Who this is not for
• You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
• You want to write strategy docs more than ship enforcement changes.
• You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship weekly, and incidents can compress that to hours.
Nice to have
• Background at a generative AI, UGC platform, marketplace, or fintech risk team in the US, EU, or Asia.
• Direct experience with C2PA, child safety classifiers, IP takedowns, DMCA, GDPR enforcement, chargeback flows, or 3DS.
• Comfort with adversarial abuse patterns and how they evolve.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A seat where your policy call ships to millions of generations the same week
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.

Build and prioritize an Automation Roadmap for each customer, balancing competing demands to deliver outcomes across your portfolio.
Develop trusted advisor relationships from the C-suite to individual contributors, and multi-thread accounts so success doesn’t depend on a single champion.
Lead requirements gathering and process mapping of customers’ standard operating procedures, and document them in clear, precise and actionable terms.
Partner with engineers to turn customer requirements into Fin solution designs, and guide customers on configuration best practices, knowledge strategy and prompt design.
Analyze Fin usage and performance data to find optimization opportunities, close resolution gaps and uncover expansion use cases.
Lead Success Plans, QBRs/EBRs and strategic planning sessions that align Fin’s roadmap with the customer’s goals.
Keep deep product knowledge of Fin’s fast-expanding capabilities and stay aware of where the AI-agent market is heading, so you can position Fin against alternatives.
Act as the Voice of the Customer internally, turning customer insights into product feedback and shaping our solutions strategy.
Mentor other CSMs and help shape the playbooks and best practices of a growing team.
What skills do I need?

Strong technical acumen and passion for AI/agent-building (coding not required).
Ability to simplify and communicate complex problems clearly across audiences.
Strong prioritization skills to effectively manage a broad portfolio of customer accounts while delivering depth of impact.

About the company:
KIEFER is building Greece's integrated AI ecosystem. From renewable energy infrastructure and AI systems to robotics and enterprise applications, we connect the technologies that power Europe's intelligent future. Founded in 2014, KIEFER has delivered 600MW+ of energy projects and is now developing sovereign AI infrastructure, enterprise AI products and physical AI systems for Greece and Southeast Europe.
KIEFER TEK is expanding its EPC capabilities in energy storage and is looking for a senior commercial leader to drive the growth of its BESS business
You will originate and close utility-scale BESS EPC contracts with developers, IPPs, funds and industrial off-takers, running deals end to end from first meeting to signature alongside Engineering, Procurement and PMO, and shaping the pricing and contracting approach for a newly prioritised portfolio. You will also lead the differentiation argument that increasingly decides these deals — how energy management, analytics and AI-assisted dispatch optimisation improve availability, revenue stacking and levelised cost of storage.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Map the Greek and regional storage landscape and build a structured, prioritised pipeline
• Run opportunities end to end — qualification, technical scoping, proposal build-up, negotiation, and handover to PMO after signature
• Shape pricing architecture and contracting models (turnkey EPC, EPC wrap, Balance of Plant, EPC + long-term service agreements) with Engineering, Procurement and Finance
• Translate CAPEX, EPC scope, round-trip efficiency, degradation/augmentation and availability guarantees into commercial narratives that hold up to investor and lender scrutiny
• Lead the digital and AI value conversation — forecasting, dispatch optimisation, state-of-health analytics — and its effect on revenue stacking and levelised cost of storage
• Track tender schedules, capacity mechanisms, grid connection terms and competitor positioning
• Maintain CRM discipline and produce reliable weighted-pipeline forecasts
• Represent KIEFER TEK at industry conferences, tenders and investor events
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5–7+ years in Sales or Business Development within Energy, EPC or Renewables, with a track record of closing complex, long-cycle B2B contracts
• Direct exposure to utility-scale BESS strongly preferred; adjacent experience in Solar PV, Wind, substations or grid connection works valued
• Working command of BESS commercial fundamentals — revenue stacking, augmentation, EPC vs. BoP scope splits, availability guarantees, levelised cost of storage
• Genuine literacy in AI and digital optimisation of energy assets, and the ability to apply AI tools to your own commercial work
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration or related field (Master's a plus)
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Valid Category B driving licence and readiness to travel 30–40%, primarily in Greece with regular travel across SE Europe
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive compensation package, with full pay transparency throughout the recruitment process
- Performance-based bonus linked to commercial results
- Company car and fuel allowance
- Private medical insurance
- Professional development in BESS, energy markets and AI-enabled energy solutions
- Participation in key industry conferences and events
- High level of autonomy and direct access to senior management
- The opportunity to play a key role in developing KIEFER TEK’s Energy Storage business
KIEFER TEK is an equal opportunity employer. All applications are treated in strict confidence in accordance with GDPR.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
Docker is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to serve as the technical visionary and architect for our Central Operations and Systems organization — the foundational platform that powers "how Docker does Docker", which includes corporate systems, developer AI/SDLC, infrastructure, reliability, and internal systems. This is one of the most impactful individual contributor roles at Docker, responsible for defining and driving the technical strategy that enables Docker's transformation to an AI-first company and effectively enables Docker to be "Customer 0" of Docker. Your influence will impact the work of every Dockhand every day.
As Senior Principal Engineer, you will establish strategic technical plans that span the company systems/data architecture and the end-to-end employee experience, make critical architectural decisions that affect Docker's entire internal systems portfolio, and drive technical execution of cross-company initiatives that directly enable every Dockhand. You'll work at the technical intersection of AI, platform infrastructure, developer SDLC, corporate systems, and Docker products, ensuring all systems work together seamlessly to support Docker's most precious resources: our employees.
This role requires someone who combines deep technical expertise across multiple domains. Managing the breadth is both the exciting and challenging part of this role. You'll be recognized across Docker as the definitive expert on employee experience, consulted by executives on strategic technical decisions, and responsible for ensuring that every Dockhand has the right tools at the right time to do their day to day work.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Vision & Strategic Planning
- Define and own the multi-year technical vision for Docker's Central Operations and Systems group, encompassing internal AI, developer tools, infrastructure, reliability, and corporate systems.
- Establish strategic plans and objectives for major initiatives, making architectural decisions that ensure Docker's business objectives are met.
- Contribute to and drive the strategic vision in collaboration with engineering leadership, translating organizational strategy into technical roadmaps that span multiple teams and time horizons
- Identify and prioritize investments that provide maximum leverage—capabilities built once that enable rapid adoption and increase productivity across the employee base
- Develop architectural principles and standards that guide technical decisions across the Central Operations and Systems group and influence product engineering teams
- Anticipate future business needs and ensure platform architecture provides the flexibility to support Docker's evolving commercial models
Cross-Company Technical Leadership
- Lead technical vision and implementation for large cross-company programs that require coordination across all Docker teams
- Architect the Docker SDLC "Golden Path": how Dockhands build, manage and deploy systems and software, as applicable
- Drive convergence of fragmented systems across Docker—replacing product-specific implementations with shared platform capabilities
- Establish technical contracts between platform and product teams that enable independent velocity while ensuring consistency and reliability
- Lead architectural reviews for major initiatives across Docker, ensuring alignment with platform strategy and long-term maintainability
- Proactively identify and solve problems that impact critical areas of the business before they become blockers
Infrastructure & Developer Experience Architecture
- Define the infrastructure platform vision that removes infrastructure as a bottleneck to innovation—enabling teams to deploy experimental services in minutes, not weeks
- Architect standardized deployment patterns that encode best practices for security, scaling, monitoring, and reliability
- Design infrastructure that specifically supports AI and agent initiatives—rapid deployment, programmatic environment creation, consistent APIs
- Establish observability standards that provide distributed tracing, metrics, log aggregation, and error tracking out of the box for every service
- Drive cost optimization across platform infrastructure while maintaining performance and reliability standards
Technical Excellence & Influence
- Work with senior managers and directors across Docker organization to drive operations and strategy
- Mentor and develop Staff and Principal engineers, raising the technical bar across the organization
- Represent Docker's platform architecture and AI adoption externally through blog posts, conference talks, and technical community engagement
- Participate in executive-level discussions on technical strategy, providing architectural perspective on business decisions
- Drive build-vs-buy decisions for critical platform components, evaluating vendor solutions against Docker's specific requirements
- This role may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Engineering team tackles the toughest challenges, so our users never have to. Real-time infrastructure, AI-native architecture, and a frontend that feels effortless - all powered by a team that moves fast, thinks rigorously, and holds an exceptionally high bar for quality.
We're looking for Platform Engineers who treat the platform as a product, with every engineer at Attio as its customer. You'll own the infrastructure, tooling and pipelines that let the rest of engineering ship quickly and safely, and you'll be accountable for keeping all of it reliable, fast and cost-effective as we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and evolve our platform infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes, GCP), so every environment is reproducible, version-controlled and auditable.
- Own our CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, making builds, tests and deploys fast, reliable and secure for every engineer at Attio.
- Own our observability stack - metrics, logging and distributed tracing - as the foundation of an exceptional reliability culture.
- Define and hold SLOs for latency, availability and error rates, and manage capacity to stay comfortably inside them.
- Lead incident response: triage and resolve complex production issues, then run blameless post-mortems and ship the fixes as code.
- Partner with product engineering teams to remove manual toil and shorten the path from writing code to running it in production.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Hands-on experience operating production systems with an SRE mindset: SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction and blameless post-mortems.
- Excellent knowledge of modern cloud architectures (either GCP or AWS), including networking, IAM and managed services.

- Ability to communicate technical ideas to the wider team and influence how other engineers build and operate their services.

Attio is the CRM for agentic revenue. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need.
- Demonstrable deep expertise with Docker and Kubernetes at scale, covering cluster design, networking, storage and security.
- Proficiency in a modern language such as Typescript, Go, Python or Rust, and a track record of writing well-tested automation.
- Experience owning mission-critical operational tooling, including centralised logging or APM (e.g. Datadog, Splunk).
- Ability to communicate technical ideas to the wider team and influence how other engineers build and operate their services.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary of €105,000 to €125,000
- Equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory
- Apple hardware
- Team off-site in fun places! (We've been to Barcelona, Lisbon, Malta, and Split so far)
- Location specific benefits
