Location: Warsaw
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Senior Electronics Engineer
- Location: Warsaw, Poland
- Department: Engineering
- Reports to: Engineering Lead, AOCS Hardware
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
You design and own the embedded electronics that give ICEYE’s spacecraft the ability to sense their environment, make decisions, and act, safely and reliably, in orbit. Working closely with firmware and systems engineers, you take hardware from first schematics through bring-up, verification, and on-orbit support, always looking for ways to make the next design more robust than the last.
Your job will be to work closely with production teams, operations teams, and software teams to ensure smooth and performant operation of our Attitude and Orbit Control Systems in development and deployed environments. Expect to be involved in the complete lifecycle of the system - from design phases of next-generation architectures to maintenance and optimization of existing systems we and our customers operate.
We move fast. At ICEYE, you are expected to understand the whole system - not just your slice of it - and to iterate quickly. Designs you work on today can be launched to orbit within months, not years. This is an environment where your decisions carry real weight and your work becomes tangible faster than almost anywhere else in the industry.
You will have a direct impact on mission success as the performance and reliability of our AOCS electronics directly affect the operational capabilities we deliver to our customers and the overall performance of our fleet.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

You'll drive successful platform adoption, influence revenue growth through solution and value selling, and build long-term, trust-based relationships that showcase GitLab's differentiated position in an AI-driven DevSecOps landscape.
What you'll do
Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation to show how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers' technical and business needs across the full lifecycle.
Drive the technical evaluation process as the directly responsible individual, including solution design, proof of concept or proof of value ownership, workshop design, and the technical components of tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
Collaborate with Account Executives and the broader go-to-market team across Asia to shape and execute account strategies that support new customer acquisition and expansion.
Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through GitLab-driven transformation and enabling them to become GitLab advocates.
Advise customers on modern software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, and cloud practices, challenging existing approaches to improve return on investment.
Serve as the voice of the customer with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing by sharing feedback, use cases, and competitive insights that inform roadmap and positioning.
Maintain and expand your technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and related cloud technologies by creating reusable examples, best-practice guidance, and technical collateral for customers and partners.
Invest in your growth and development through ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to improve the Solutions Architect team's impact continuously.
What you'll bring
Experience engaging with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles, guiding them through solution design and evaluation.
Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps practices, continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows, and the application of Generative and Agentic AI within software delivery.
Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, continuous integration and continuous deployment, and collaboration platforms, and the ability to map platform capabilities to customer use cases.
Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies, with the ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations options with technical teams.
Ability to lead technical evaluations such as proofs of concept or proofs of value, contribute to tenders or audits, and design and run workshops or value stream assessments.
Clear technical communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for practitioners through to senior business and technical decision makers.
Fluent Mandarin language skills are required for this role, with the ability to engage stakeholders from C-level executives through to end-user buyers confidently. This role covers markets where Mandarin is essential to effective customer engagement, primarily Singapore and Taiwan.
Skill in building trusted relationships, listening with empathy, and acting as a customer advocate to internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Motivation to continuously develop professionally, including learning new technologies, deepening GitLab platform expertise, and applying transferable experience from related fields.
About the team
The Solutions Architect team is part of GitLab's Sales organisation and serves as the technical counterpart to Account Executives, with this role focused on opportunities across Asia and reporting to the Asia Solutions Architect Manager. The team helps customers realise the full value of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform by advising on architecture, running technical evaluations such as proofs of value, and guiding customers through digital transformation. We work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, collaborating asynchronously across regions to share best practices, create reusable technical collateral, and act as the voice of the customer. The team helps customers modernise end-to-end software delivery, adopt GitLab at scale, and navigate a rapidly evolving AI and DevSecOps landscape.

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from top-tier investors.
Here, you get real ownership from day one, high standards, and direct communication. You'll work alongside a team that combines deep local knowledge and experience scaling regulated financial companies from scratch.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and directly impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll build and own Salmon's Frontline Employees Database — the internal system that runs HR and operational processes for around 4,000 frontline employees.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Start with Frontline DB, which brings together employee and candidate profiles, access and account data, time-off information, shift planning, and selected operational results — with a backlog of initiatives across development, integrations, data mapping, documentation, and process improvement.
- Own solutions end to end: dig into the business need, clarify requirements with stakeholders, propose a practical approach, and turn it into a working MVP.
- Work directly with HR, Operations, People Partners, and Support, and over time extend scope into integrations with HiBob, Ashby, and other internal systems.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Develop and improve PostgreSQL data structures for custom internal solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain automation and integration workflows in n8n.
- Build internal applications, forms, and user interfaces in Retool.
- Integrate HR and enterprise systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods, with custom logic in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Test, troubleshoot, document, and maintain what you build — and handle internal support requests for existing tools and workflows (about 20% of the role).
- Grow MVP solutions into reliable internal products as processes and needs evolve.
WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT
- Confident SQL skills and experience with relational databases — you can query, validate, and interpret data independently.
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, or another low-code automation platform.
- Experience with Retool or another platform for building internal applications and forms.
- Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript for scripting and automation.
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns, plus a basic grasp of testing, debugging, and error handling.
- A proactive working style — you read incomplete requirements, make reasonable technical decisions independently, and know when to escalate — with good English for working with international stakeholders.
WHAT WE OFFER
Build what's next in Southeast Asian fintech.

An overview of this role
The Observability, Monitoring, and Integrations team manages observability, monitoring, and detection for systems that support customer purchasing and use of GitLab. As a Staff Backend Engineer on the Fulfillment Workflow Monitoring (Catch All) team, you'll set the technical direction for the telemetry, detection, and reconciliation tooling that identifies billing, data, and event anomalies across CustomersDot, Salesforce, and Zuora before they can affect revenue or the customer experience.
This is a greenfield team. You'll help build it from the ground up, shaping its operating rhythm, incident response model, and quality bar. You'll use telemetry and machine learning to identify issues early and help resolve them. Because Monetization changes can directly affect revenue and often involve confidential or financial information, you'll use strong judgment, careful rollout practices, and a high bar for reliability. This role is opening at the Staff Backend Engineer level (grade 8).
What you’ll do
Design, build, and operate observability across the Monetization stack, including metrics, logs, and traces, using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Implement automated detection for billing, data, and event anomalies, and route alerts to the responsible feature teams.
Develop reconciliation and data integrity checks across usage and billing pipelines.
Define and track service level objectives and service level indicators, write runbooks, and take part in incident response to measure and improve Monetization system reliability.
Explore artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to predict system anomalies and accelerate resolution.
Review and offer feedback on merge requests from other Monetization engineers.
Collaborate with Product, Finance, Support, and other partners to turn operational needs into reliable tooling.
What you’ll bring
Professional experience with Ruby on Rails, including building and operating applications such as CustomersDot.
Experience in site reliability or observability engineering, including monitoring, alerting, service level objectives and indicators, runbooks, and incident response.
Experience setting technical direction for observability, reliability, or detection work and bringing other engineers along.
Experience building anomaly detection, monitoring, or risk management tooling.
Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
Exposure to analytical data stores such as ClickHouse and the change data capture and event-streaming pipelines that feed them, including NATS JetStream.
Experience owning projects from concept through production, communicating clearly about complex technical and organizational problems, and proposing iterative solutions.
Working knowledge of Python for anomaly detection and data work, or experience with billing, financial, or other business-critical systems, including Zuora or Salesforce, is a plus.
About the team
The Observability, Monitoring, and Integrations team is part of GitLab's Monetization section, a highly cross-functional group that partners with Sales, Finance, IT, and Support to deliver secure and reliable purchasing, billing, provisioning, and utilization workflows. The Monetization section includes the Purchase, Subscription Lifecycle, Billing Engine, Platform and Infrastructure, Observability, Monitoring, and Integrations, and Compliance teams.
This role is on the Fulfillment Workflow Monitoring (Catch All) team and reports to the Engineering Manager, Observability, Monitoring, and Integrations. We work asynchronously, plan and reflect regularly, and share responsibility for deployments, incident management, testing, and safe rollouts. We're increasingly focused on how artificial intelligence and machine learning can improve our Monetization infrastructure and provide predictive insights.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's consulting and systems integration partners now sell and deliver Claude work at growing volume, and selling alongside partners is working. What matters next is delivery: whether the partner completes the work, whether the customer's Claude usage grows and holds, and whether the outcome is good enough that the customer asks for that partner again.
The Partner Success Lead owns that outcome. You will hold a book of in-flight customer engagements across a set of managed partners in North America. From the day our Partner Delivery program matches a customer engagement to a partner in your book, you own it to a completed outcome: the work finishes on scope, the customer's Claude usage grows, and a stalled engagement gets diagnosed and unblocked before the customer disengages. You wake up every day on one question: what is each partner in my book doing, and is the work getting done.
Key responsibilities:
Own every customer engagement in your book from partner match to completed outcome. Know the state of each one every week: scope, timeline, blockers, and the customer's Claude usage trend.
Run the weekly delivery review across your book, and bring stalled or at-risk engagements to the weekly at-risk account review with a diagnosis, an owner, and a specific ask rather than a status list.
Unblocking. Partner capacity, scope creep, customer readiness, product questions, deal-registration conflicts, and customer dissatisfaction with partner work: get each issue to the right internal team and stay on it through resolution.
Own delivery quality and consumption across your book. Track engagements completed on time, time from match to completion, delivered consumption and weekly active use on the customer accounts your partners serve, and the accounts trending toward at-risk.
Build senior relationships with each managed partner's practice and delivery leadership. Together with the Partner Account Manager and other Anthropic counterparts, establish the executive-level trust that lets you ask a partner to restaff, escalate, or invest — and be taken seriously — when an engagement needs it.
Build each partner's Claude practice as the compounding work: certified bench depth, one repeatable offering in a chosen industry lane, and a published customer story from each completed engagement, so the next engagement needs less from you.
Turn what works into methodology. Convert the moves you prove in your book into named, reusable best practices — engagement review packs, unblocking plays, practice-building guides — written clearly enough to be shared at scale across partners, the Partner Success team, and the contract delivery team running the same loop.
Run the quarterly practice review with each managed partner's alliance and delivery leads: joint goals on completed customer engagements, customer adoption, certified practitioners, references, and industry positioning.
Present and persuade across audiences. Deliver partner executive briefings, practitioner enablement sessions, and internal reviews with equal command — this role is regularly the voice of Partner Success in front of a partner's leadership, a delivery team, a customer, or Anthropic's own leadership.
Steward funding requests from partners in your book. Recommend for or against co-investment and program funding requests against a stated outcome, and reconcile against milestones. The bar is outcomes, not consultant hours.
Work the handoffs cleanly: from Partner Sales when a partner deal closes, and from the Partner Delivery program when an engagement is matched to a partner in your book. Coordinate with the Partner Account Manager on any strategic partner that has one, with Customer Success Managers on customer-side account health, and with Anthropic's direct sales field on joint accounts.
Instrument your book and know its numbers: engagements in flight and completed, stall rate and days to unblock, delivered consumption per partner, certified practitioner counts, and partner health trajectory.
Run your book Claude-first. Telemetry drafts the diagnosis; you validate it and act. Claude drafts your review packs, status notes, and escalation briefs; you own the judgment, the exceptions, and the unblocking. Feed what you see in the field back into the packages, playbooks, tier rules, and health rubric the team runs on.
Minimum qualifications:
Experience owning a high-volume book of concurrent customer engagements, projects, or accounts (roughly 10 to 30 at a time) to completed outcomes, in a partner success, customer success, delivery management, or technical account management role.
Ability and appetite to build structure, clarity, and programmatic motions out of in-flight work, while delivering engagement by engagement. You have written something down — a review format, a checklist, a play — that others ran without you, and you want to do more of that; growing that into the operating playbook a wider team runs is the senior end of this role, not the entry bar. This role scales by what you write down, not by added hours.
Track record of a number tied to completed work and customer behavior (on-time delivery, adoption, retention, consumption, expansion) rather than contract signature, and an operating rhythm you built to hit it.
Judgment on delivery quality: you can review a partner's engagement plan or scope and tell whether it will finish on time and produce usage, and you ask the follow-up question that surfaces the real risk.
Escalation and unblocking judgment across a matrix (partner, customer, direct sales, customer success, product): you know which stall belongs to whom, you get help fast, and you stay engaged to resolution.
A convincing speaker and presenter to all kinds of audiences: partner executives, delivery practitioners, customers, and internal leadership. You can carry a quarterly practice review, an enablement session, and an executive escalation in the same week and land each one.
Deep understanding of how customer success works in a usage-based business; you have held a number tied to customer behavior and can read a consumption trend and act on it.
Enough technical fluency to be credible in a delivery review. You do not need to write code, but you can follow a partner architect's walkthrough of a real Claude engagement and ask the substantive second question.
Active daily use of Claude or another large language model as part of how you work: preparing reviews, drafting account plans, and analyzing your book. We will ask you to walk us through a recent deliverable.
Preferred qualifications:
5 to 8 years working with consulting and systems integration partners, or in delivery-facing customer success at a software company, cloud platform, or partner-led business.
Direct experience with systems integrators (global firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, or Wipro, or regional and boutique firms) and an understanding of how their delivery practices are staffed and run.
Experience running at-risk or red account reviews and turning stalled work around.
Experience anchoring a surge team: setting the playbook and the review pack that a group of contract or offshore delivery coordinators ran, and holding the quality bar across them.
Depth in a specific industry vertical (financial services, healthcare, public sector, retail, or manufacturing) where you have carried a book of partners or customers.
Experience stewarding co-investment funding or market development funding against specific outcomes, with formed opinions about what works and what does not.
Experience running quarterly business reviews with consulting firm practice leads, and a sense of what makes them productive rather than ceremonial.
Experience on a new team where the operating model was being written while you ran the book, and you shipped both.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$215,000

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

- Support Security & Compliance Alignment: Ensure proposed solutions align with FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA, CJIS, and relevant procurement requirements.
- Guide RFPs & Proposals: Lead technical evaluations, respond to RFPs, and build ROI analyses that demonstrate Ramp’s value.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to prioritize integrations and share public sector customer insights that shape Ramp’s roadmap.
- Enable Seamless Implementation: Partner with Customer Success on post-sale deployments, ensuring customers achieve value from Ramp quickly and securely.
- Act as a thought leader in public sector finance modernization: participating in industry events, conferences, and customer workshops.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5-7 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture at a SaaS or fintech company.
- Strong background in financial systems, accounting workflows, and ERP integrations.

- Ability to influence and present to executive stakeholders across technical and business functions.
- Proven success navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales/adoption cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, finance, or a related field.
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with federal and state procurement frameworks.
- Experience with government financial systems (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP).
- Programming familiarity (Python, SQL, Java) for solution prototyping.

Who You Are:
The Senior Mechanical Engineer, Data Center Operations Engineering & Reliability provides full-lifecycle mechanical engineering support across the data center portfolio, from site design and construction through commissioning, turnover,
and enduring operations.
This role serves as an operations-focused technical owner for mechanical infrastructure, ensuring systems are designed, built, commissioned, maintained, and operated in a way that protects uptime, preserves design intent, supports redundancy models, and improves long-term asset reliability.
The role partners with site operations, design and construction, commissioning, controls/BMS, vendors, OEMs, finance, and enterprise reliability leadership to translate design decisions and construction outcomes into safe, maintainable, and reliable operations.
What You’ll Do:
This position supports the enterprise reliability strategy, maintenance governance, asset lifecycle planning, engineering standards, RCA discipline, technical escalation model, commissioning lessons learned, and continuous improvement objectives owned by the VP, Operational Reliability & Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Design and Pre-Construction Support
Provide mechanical engineering input during site selection, concept design, schematic design, design development, and construction document reviews.
Review mechanical design packages for operational readiness, maintainability, service access, system redundancy, capacity, resiliency, and preservation of design intent.
Evaluate mechanical system designs, including chilled water systems, air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, pumps, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, heat exchangers, economizers, valves, piping, filtration, humidification, water treatment systems, and supporting infrastructure.
Identify design risks that could create future operational issues, single points of failure, maintenance access constraints, reliability gaps, or lifecycle cost exposure.
Participate in constructability reviews, value engineering discussions, submittal reviews, RFI resolution, equipment selection reviews, and design standard updates.
Partner with design and construction teams to ensure mechanical systems align with enterprise standards, OEM requirements, warranty protections, and long-term operating expectations.
2. Construction, Commissioning, Turnover, and Operational Readiness
Support construction-phase technical reviews to ensure installed mechanical systems remain aligned with approved design intent, redundancy models, sequence requirements, and operating requirements.
Review and provide input on commissioning plans, functional performance tests, integrated systems tests, failure-mode tests, and sequence-of-operations validation.
Validate that mechanical alarms, controls sequences, set points, trends, and BMS visibility support safe and reliable operations.
Ensure turnover packages include complete O&M manuals, as-built drawings, asset data, warranty information, spare parts requirements, PM tasks, training materials, and vendor service requirements.
Confirm site operations teams are prepared to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical systems before handoff to enduring operations.
Capture construction and commissioning lessons learned and incorporate them into standards, operating procedures, maintenance programs, and future designs.
3. Enduring Operations and Reliability Engineering
Serve as a mechanical technical escalation point for site operations during incidents, abnormal operating conditions, environmental excursions, equipment failures, and reliability concerns.
Analyze mechanical system performance trends, including temperature, humidity, flow, pressure, valve position, pump performance, chiller efficiency, economizer operation, and controls stability.
Lead or support root cause analysis for mechanical incidents, near misses, recurring alarms, capacity constraints, and equipment failures.
Develop corrective and preventive actions that eliminate repeat failure modes and reduce operational risk.
Partner with controls/BMS teams to improve alarm rationalization, monitoring, trending, sequence performance, and operator visibility.
Provide engineering guidance for live-site maintenance activities, system isolations, change management reviews, MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, and risk assessments.
Own the mechanical sequence-of-operations documentation as a living artifact post-turnover, ensuring it stays current as systems, set points, and control strategies evolve during enduring operations.
4. Maintenance, Asset Lifecycle, and Risk Management
Define, review, and improve preventative maintenance standards for critical mechanical equipment across the operating portfolio.
Ensure maintenance practices align with OEM recommendations, warranty requirements, contractual uptime commitments, and site-specific operating conditions.
Support reliability-centered maintenance and predictive maintenance programs where appropriate, using asset condition, failure history, service records, and operating data.
Develop mechanical asset criticality frameworks to prioritize inspection, maintenance, testing, spare parts, capital replacement, and engineering oversight.
Partner with finance, operations, and reliability leadership to support long-term capital replacement forecasts tied to equipment degradation, age, risk, and lifecycle cost.
Review vendor service quality, maintenance documentation, corrective maintenance effectiveness, and spare parts strategies for critical mechanical systems.
Own the water treatment and chemistry monitoring program for chilled water and condenser water systems, including chemistry limits, treatment equipment performance, ongoing monitoring cadence, and coordination with water treatment vendors to protect system integrity and heat transfer efficiency.
5. Standards, Governance, and Continuous Improvement
Develop and maintain mechanical engineering standards, operating playbooks, troubleshooting guides, technical bulletins, and review frameworks for the operations organization.
Support management of change processes to ensure mechanical modifications are reviewed for reliability, redundancy impact, maintainability, documentation, training, and operational readiness.
Translate site-level incidents, near misses, asset performance issues, and commissioning findings into portfolio-wide improvements.
Help establish engineering competencies, technical training content, and qualification expectations for mechanical operations support.
Reduce single points of technical dependency by documenting knowledge, coaching site teams, and strengthening internal engineering capability.
Promote disciplined risk evaluation, technical documentation, and cross-functional decision-making across design, construction, commissioning, and operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
8-10 years of progressive mechanical engineering experience, with at least 5 years supporting data centers, mission-critical facilities, central plants, industrial facilities, or other 24x7 high-availability environments.

Experience serving as a senior mechanical technical escalation point for live operational facilities.
Experience supporting new data center builds, major expansions, retrofits, integrated systems testing, and operational turnover.
Knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier concepts, ASHRAE guidance, OEM maintenance requirements, and data center availability expectations.
Experience with BMS platforms, mechanical controls troubleshooting, alarm strategy, trend analysis, and sequence optimization.
Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies, thermal modeling, CFD, digital asset management, CMMS data quality, or reliability analytics.
Experience developing mechanical standards, SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, RCA templates, training materials, and engineering governance processes.
Key Competencies
Mission-critical mechanical engineering expertise.
Operational reliability mindset and strong risk recognition.
Ability to identify design, construction, commissioning, and operating issues before they become outages.
Practical understanding of how design and construction decisions impact long-term operations.
Strong troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis capability.
Clear technical communication and cross-functional leadership.
Discipline around change management, documentation, governance, and lessons learned.
Ability to create scalable standards for a growing operating portfolio.
Success Measures

If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
Our Ethos

About the Team
Product Marketing sits within Rain's Marketing & Communications team and owns how we bring Rain's card issuing and stablecoin infrastructure to market. The Cards product pillar is our longest-standing product, and includes stablecoin cards that work across the Visa and Mastercard networks, onchain rewards infrastructure that drives loyalty, and thoughtfully crafted capabilities, like scoped cards, that support agentic payments as agents take on more of the world's transacting. Reporting to our founding PMM, you'll help build the positioning, enablement, and market intelligence that keep Rain ahead as this category gets more crowded.
What you’ll do
- Own go-to-market for new card-related product and feature launches, from positioning through rollout
- Build and maintain revenue enablement for both Business Development and post-sales Platform teams, including pitch decks, case studies, and sell sheets, as well as internal training
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to translate card program mechanics like interchange, network rules, program economics, and agentic use cases into materials teams can act on
- Track issuers and networks entering the stablecoin card space in key global markets and give internal teams a clear point of view on how Rain wins
- Build and run training for Business Development and post-sales Platform teams on card issuing fundamentals so they can sell and support credibly
- Represent the voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- 3-7+ years in product marketing, product management, or sales enablement at a card network, issuer, processor, or program manager (not a fintech or neobank that simply offered a card to consumers)
- Deep knowledge of card issuing economics, including interchange, network fees, program management, and compliance
- A track record selling or marketing card programs to enterprise-level companies
- Genuine interest in agentic payments and how cards like Rain's scoped cards will become a primary way agents transact
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal in a fast-moving environment
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to make technical and regulatory complexity clear
Bonus attributes:
- Existing relationships across the card issuing and network ecosystem
- Familiarity with agentic commerce, AI agents, or emerging payment rails

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the first BDR Manager in our London office, you will lead the onsite team building Ramp’s presence across the European market. This is a player-coach role: you will lead from the front, contribute directly to key prospecting initiatives, and help recruit and develop the team. If you are excited by building high-performing teams, embracing challenges, and playing a defining role in Ramp’s European growth, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead from the front as a hands-on player-coach, modeling best-in-class prospecting and qualification.
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing BDR team focused on building qualified European pipeline.
- Build and evolve Ramp’s European BDR playbook, from ICP and competitive positioning to qualification and handoff standards.
- Create and refine collateral, including messaging, sequences, call scripts, discovery frameworks, and objection handling.
- Set clear activity, conversion, and pipeline goals; use data and coaching to improve team performance.
- Partner with AEs and cross-functional counterparts to sharpen targeting, messaging, and pipeline conversion.
- Experiment with new campaigns and outreach approaches.
- Help define Ramp’s go-to-market motion and build the BDR organization.
WHAT YOU NEED
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
- 1+ Minimum of year of quota-carrying sales experience as an IC
- History of consistent quota over-attainment
- Evidence of helping individuals and/or peers improve performance and progress in their careers.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work 5x a week in office, in London, United Kingdom
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Fluency in additional European languages
