Location: Remote About GiveDirectly What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need? Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid. Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question: is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty? We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join. We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress. How we work Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated: Recipients first. Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves. Team next. We optimize for organizational success, not individual success. Be proactively candid. We say what we believe and share information openly. Create positive energy. We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain. Think rigorously; act quickly. We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate. Know yourself and grow. We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow. Accept reality. Propose solutions. We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems. Be productively ambitious. We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress. If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit. Want to learn more? Location: Vladivostok Workplace: onsite ABOUT US Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game. For more information, visit xsolla.com. ABOUT YOU We are looking for a Junior Developer (AI Engineering) to join the Xsolla Partner Network (XPN) team, a platform that connects game studios and publishers with content creators. The position involves participation in all stages of work on an automated content generation system: from stabilising the existing vertical video pipeline for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels to developing the agentic architecture, launching the virtual AI creator direction and building analytics on the results. Working with the team means applying cutting-edge generative models and agentic tools to a real production product every day, seeing the direct effect of your work in content metrics, and learning from the inside how the games industry, the creator economy and content-driven game promotion work. The developer will work with a live system that has a real audience and measurable results, make technical decisions independently, build expertise in generative AI and take on the role of the project's technical owner as it grows. Responsibilities Take over the existing vertical video generation pipeline (script → voiceover → visuals → subtitles → editing → auto-posting → tracking links) for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels, understand it from the docs and code, and bring it to stable operation. Grow the pipeline: improve content quality and virality, scale up generation volume, reduce cost and turnaround time per video. Keep track of new generation models and services (video, image, voice, LLM), test them quickly and replace outdated parts of the pipeline with better or cheaper ones. Launch and develop the virtual AI creator direction: a consistent character, voice, style and content plan. Design and improve agents: write and debug prompts and sub-agent roles, validation between phases, context and cost control. Build a dashboard for running generation and tracking content analytics (views, clicks, conversions, cost per video). Automate publishing: platform integrations, posting from mobile devices, scaling channels. Write clean, testable, documented code, including unit and integration tests. Requirements Solid Python, basic bash. Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) and agentic pipelines: a real project, pet project or hackathon entry you can show and talk through. Experience using Claude Code, Cursor or similar tools as a working environment, not just as autocomplete. Understanding of prompt engineering basics: defining an agent's role, limiting context, getting stable structured output. Understanding of Git, team development and Docker basics. Ability to work with REST APIs and webhooks, basic understanding of databases (SQL). Understanding of vertical content: games, creators, streams, TikToks, Shorts, how video discovery works, what shadowbans are, how mobile posting farms are set up. A big plus if this is your hobby: your own channel, editing, streaming, experiments with AI generation. Ownership: the ability to take a task end to end and deliver a result without external supervision. Initiative: your own proposals on improving the pipeline, new models and automation, and the readiness to implement them yourself. Ability to figure out someone else's system from code and documentation, reconstruct the logic and ask the right questions. Independence in technical decisions and openness in communication: flag problems immediately. Product thinking: measuring results by content metrics (views, retention, clicks) and cost per video. Ability to explain the system's capabilities and limitations to non-technical colleagues. Experimental mindset: fast hypothesis testing and the willingness to drop what did not work. Desire to grow with the project: from stabilising the current pipeline to becoming its technical owner. English at the level of reading technical documentation (Intermediate+). Nice to have Experience with video and image generation via API ( fal.ai , Kling, Runway, Seedance, Nano Banana, etc.), TTS and speech recognition (Whisper and similar). ffmpeg: assembly, normalisation, subtitles, overlays. Experience building reliable calls to paid APIs: retries, idempotency, cost tracking. n8n or other workflow tools. Telegram bots, YouTube / TikTok / Instagram / Discord APIs. Android / mobile device automation. Supabase or PostgreSQL. Experience with GCP, Docker, Kubernetes. Observability and monitoring (Datadog, OpenTelemetry). Your own channel, pet projects, open-source experience or hackathon participation. Benefits Convenient working tools: New Mac laptop and any other necessary equipment for your efficient work. Google Workspace, Atlassian, Jira, Slack Professional growth: Exchange of experience between employees within the company Opportunity for professional growth within the company and department Obtaining expertise in various areas and products of the company More perks Possibility of flexibility working Access to the corporate library No dress code Comfortable and new office environment The duties and responsibilities of this position may evolve over time to support the organization’s goals and individual growth. Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Engineering teams tackle complex technical challenges across a global, three-sided marketplace, building and scaling systems that serve millions of customers, riders and partners every day. We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineering Manager to join us in London on a hybrid basis (3 days a week). In this role, you’ll lead the team that owns intelligence across our ordering experience, from store page and item selection through cart, upsell and checkout, plus bundling. What you’ll be doing Lead and develop a high-performing team of around 12 Machine Learning Engineers, distributed across multiple pods and spread across London, Finland and Berlin, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership and rapid experimentation. Own and evolve the ranking, recommendation and personalisation systems across ordering surfaces, helping customers find the right items quickly as our selection grows. Lead the unification of our recommendation models across brands (Deliveroo, Wolt and DoorDash) and markets, working out how to power personalisation at global scale while keeping it feeling hyperlocal, and how to balance reusable core models against surface-specific adaptations without ending up with a sprawl of models. Partner with Product, Data Science and neighbouring engineering teams to identify high-impact opportunities, define roadmaps and translate ambiguous business problems into ML solutions. Provide technical guidance on modelling approaches, ML system design and production architecture, stepping in to challenge modelling decisions where needed without becoming a bottleneck. Location: European Union Workplace: Remote Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/ ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of paid social acquisition for one of our products. Meta, Snapchat and TikTok are key channels for our product, alongside other paid social networks. This is a senior, hands-on media buying role with end-to-end ownership. You will own the whole paid social acquisition process: strategy, account structure, bidding, budget allocation, creative testing, measurement, scaling and account health. You decide what to test, what to scale and what to cut, and you are accountable for the results. We need someone who has scaled paid social at volume, who knows how to grow in a policy-sensitive niche, and who can operate independently on large budgets. You will manage performance against real revenue data (CPA, ROAS, payback, LTV and cohorts), not surface-level platform metrics. We also work AI-first, and we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the process end-to-end: take full ownership of paid social acquisition across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat and other paid social networks: planning, launch, optimization, scaling, reporting and documentation. - Lead on TikTok: own and scale TikTok as the primary acquisition channel, including account structure, campaign types (including Smart+ / automated formats and Spark Ads), bidding, optimization events and creative strategy. - Scale spend profitably while holding payback, ROAS and CPA targets based on real revenue and customer-value data. - Build and optimize account structure, conversion events, value-based bidding and budget allocation across paid social networks. - Decide budget allocation across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat and other paid social networks, and find new scaling levers: audiences, formats, placements, campaign types and additional networks. - Run a structured, high-velocity creative testing process with the creative team on all networks, with clear hypotheses and kill/scale rules. - Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, purchase optimization and attribution. - Operate in a policy-sensitive niche: run acquisition within each platform's rules. Keep ads compliant, handle disapprovals, appeals and restrictions, and build prevention-first processes so issues are caught before launch. - Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and recovery plans. - Work with platform reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations. - Diagnose drops and spikes quickly and act on them. - Document tests, learnings and playbooks, and use Claude and automation to speed up builds, QA, reporting and optimization. QUALIFICATIONS MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE - 5+ years of hands-on paid social / user acquisition experience. - Large-scale experience running paid social acquisition. - Proven experience working in policy-sensitive niches and keeping accounts healthy while scaling. - Strong hands-on TikTok, Meta and Snapchat Ads experience, scaling them profitably. - Working experience across other paid social channels is a plus. - Direct ownership of large budgets, ideally $1M+/month hands-on. - Strong understanding of subscription / app economics: LTV, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, high-value-user dynamics and value-based optimization. - Deep policy and account health experience: disapprovals, appeals, restrictions, ad account bans and how to recover from and prevent them. - Strong creative testing discipline and measurement rigor. - Ownership mentality: you run channels end-to-end with minimal supervision and take responsibility for outcomes. LOCATION Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. Location: Tokyo, Japan Location: Japan (Tokyo) Type: Contractor (12 months to start) Hours: 40 hours/week Role Summary: We’re looking for a contractor based in Japan to support the development and growth of OpenAI’s student community efforts in Japan and Korea. This role will focus on building strong relationships with students and campus communities, supporting locally relevant community activations, surfacing meaningful student stories and insights, and helping establish the foundations for sustained student engagement over time. About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. The Community team focuses on finding exceptional power users of our tools and turning real usage into stories and signals that shape both product direction and how the world understands OpenAI. We do that by learning directly from users, then working together to package up insights and use cases into formats that can travel: playbooks, webpages, launch assets, event series and clear “here’s how people actually use this” guidance. About the Role ChatGPT and OpenAI’s broader tools can help students learn, create, build and solve problems in new ways. But for many, discovering meaningful ways to use AI can still feel like navigating a black box without an instruction manual. The OpenAI community exists to bridge that gap by working directly with the people using our technology every day. Our role sits across three core areas: - Build direct relationships and channels with student leaders and their communities - Amplify how these cohorts are actually using AI, enabling peer-to-peer learning and accelerating adoption through real examples - Channel insights and feedback from these communities into our product and research teams Our current student engagements serve as a key entry point for building long-term relationships with students and priority campuses—helping us identify emerging power users and support growing communities through authentic, student-led engagement. The goal is for every participant to leave not only with an “I wonder if…,” but with the confidence to build with AI—and a community to learn alongside. This role will report to the Community Lead, APAC and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and our external agency partner to support the growth of OpenAI’s student community efforts primarily in Japan, and selected engagement efforts in Korea. In this role, you will: - Support the development and growth of OpenAI’s student community efforts in Japan, with opportunities to support relevant engagement efforts in Korea - Identify, recruit, and onboard students to participate in our global OpenAI Student Collective program - Build partnerships with student clubs and campus communities to host Labs - Build and maintain strong relationships with students, hosts, and campus partners - Coordinate communications, scheduling, logistics, and event execution; resolve issues and remove blockers - Represent OpenAI on Campus - Develop and maintain dashboards and systems to track events, performance, and program scale - including student participation and event engagement. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and follow-through. - Source, review, and curate stories and use cases across events and online communities - Publish progress updates and monthly recaps, highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities - Collaborate with the Community team to improve, maintain community resources, including guides, templates and checklists. Qualification Must have: - 5 years experience building, managing or growing communities, ideally student or campus-based communities. - Excellent execution skills, with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. - Ability to manage multiple workstreams at once, from onboarding and event coordination to story capture and reporting.. - Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and driving follow-through. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with students, partners and internal teams. - Comfort with tools like Slack, Google Docs / Sheets, Airtable or similar workflow systems. - Willingness to travel for student community activations across Japan, and occasionally Korea where relevant - Japanese language proficiency Bonus: - Active participation in tech and AI communities, with a strong understanding of how these ecosystems operate beyond top-line metrics - Strong interest in AI and familiarity with how the space is evolving, including emerging product and agent experiences. - Experience working with agencies and external partners. - Strong relationships with student communities, clubs or universities in Japan and Korea - Korean language proficiency
Role Focus: Build and deploy production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI systems, with a focus on LLMs, RAG, personalization, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure. - Build RAG pipelines, semantic/vector search, conversational AI, and intelligent assistants.
Location: San Francisco Workplace: Remote MANAGER, COMMERCIAL SALES - WEST Location: US West (remote), strong interest for San Francisco THE ROLE Our commercial segment is one of the more technically demanding sales environments in the industry. Our buyers are data engineers, platform architects, and technical founders — and the AEs who succeed here do so because they can meet those buyers as peers, not vendors. Building and leading that team requires someone who has done it themselves and knows what great looks like. As Manager of Commercial Sales at ClickHouse, you'll own the performance, development, and culture of our Commercial AE team. You'll be expected to live in the details — reviewing pipelines, sitting on calls, pressure-testing deal strategy, and knowing every meaningful opportunity in the book. The best managers in this role won't be directing from a distance; they'll be the person their reps turn to when a deal gets complicated. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a dashboard. It's a role for someone who wants to build something. You'll inherit a team that has real momentum, as our Commercial segment represents a significant % of our overall business. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Account Executives selling into the sub-250 employee segment — helping them close faster, think more technically, and operate with greater autonomy over time. - Own the Commercial segment number. You're accountable for team attainment, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy — and you'll be expected to have a clear point of view on both at any given moment. - Spend time in deals. Review deals, join customer conversations when it matters, and help your reps navigate the technical and commercial complexity that defines this segment. - Hire exceptional people. The Commercial AE profile is rare: technically credible, commercially hungry, and able to operate without hand-holding. You know how to find and close that person. - Build the playbook. Document what's working, codify best practices, and create repeatable frameworks for technical discovery, objection handling, and deal progression that the team can scale. - Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing to ensure the Commercial team has the support, enablement, and feedback loops they need to win. - Identify patterns across the pipeline — where deals stall, where we lose, and where we consistently win — and use those insights to improve team performance and inform product and GTM decisions. - Contribute to the broader Commercial strategy, including segmentation, coverage model, and how we evolve the motion as the team scales. WHAT YOU BRING - A track record of success as a quota-carrying AE in a technical sales environment — you've sold data infrastructure, developer tooling, or a similarly technical product to engineering buyers and you know what that motion actually requires. - Experience leading or mentoring other sellers, whether in a formal management role or as a senior IC who took ownership of team development. You know how to coach, not just direct. - Technical credibility. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to earn respect in rooms full of them. You understand the modern data stack, can hold a conversation about architecture, and know enough to identify when a deal is stalling for technical reasons vs. commercial ones. - Strong commercial instincts. You can read a pipeline, spot sandbagging, identify risk early, and have an honest forecast conversation with leadership without needing a week to prepare. - A builder mentality. The playbook is still being written. You're comfortable operating in that environment and energized by the opportunity to shape it rather than frustrated by the ambiguity. - Genuine investment in people development. Your reps' growth is your growth. You give direct feedback, create space for people to fail safely, and take accountability for the development of everyone on your team. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT The Commercial segment at ClickHouse is technically differentiated, growing fast, and still finding its ceiling. The person who leads it will have a direct hand in shaping how one of the most important data infrastructure companies in the industry goes to market — and will build a team that reflects their own standard of excellence. PERKS - Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries. - Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare. - Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options. - Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries. - A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee. - Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
