ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

- Lead & support our customers: As a GTM and technical leader in the earliest conversations with our future customers, you will both understand and anticipate their needs to continue our industry-leading AI solution.

- Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements to product and engineering requirements.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. ABOUT KEYROCK
Since 2017, Keyrock has been a change-maker in digital assets. We're a global, remote-first team of 200+ people across 40+ nationalities, with hubs in Brussels, London, Paris and New York.
We provide liquidity across 80+ centralized and decentralized exchanges - a position cemented by our Series C, led by SC Ventures. Today we run a full spectrum of capital markets businesses across centralized and on-chain venues: market making, high-frequency trading, options, OTC, DeFi trading desks, advisory, and asset management.
We're building toward the agentic investment banking capabilities for the era of digital finance. A proprietary agentic layer runs the mechanics of the market, so our people can focus on the work code cannot do: the deal, the relationship, and the judgement.
We're not just envisioning the future of finance - we're building it.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Head of Risk to own and develop the Firm’s risk function end-to-end. This is a senior leadership role with direct accountability for the design, implementation and enforcement of a Firm-wide risk framework across all activities.
The role requires strong quantitative risk expertise and the ability to apply rigorous methodologies to complex, real-time markets across both traditional finance and digital assets. The successful candidate will co-design the firm’s risk architecture with the COO and CIO, covering data, analytics and real-time risk aggregation.
You will have full oversight of risk across trading (spot and derivatives), treasury and investments, including exposures across CeFi and DeFi environments. This includes defining risk appetite, implementing advanced risk metrics and ensuring disciplined risk-taking across the organization.
We are looking for a leader who sets the standard, challenges the business and enforces a strong risk culture, while enabling the firm to scale.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Quantitative Risk Framework: Develop and maintain a quantitative risk framework grounded in modern risk theory (e.g. market, credit, liquidity and systemic risk modelling), leveraging concepts such as tail risk, extreme value theory, dependence structures and stress testing
Firm-wide Risk System Architecture: Co-design and implement the Firm-wide risk management system in close collaboration with the COO and CIO, including data architecture, risk aggregation layers, real-time monitoring capabilities and reporting infrastructure across all business lines.
Cross-Asset & Cross-Infrastructure Risk Integration: Build an integrated risk view across centralized and decentralized venues, covering exchange risk, counterparty risk, smart contract risk, collateral efficiency and liquidity fragmentation.
Advanced Risk Modelling & Metrics: Define and implement advanced risk metrics (VaR, Expected Shortfall, stress scenarios, liquidity-adjusted risk, concentration risk) and ensure their consistent application across trading, treasury and investment activities.
Is plus: TradFi ↔ Crypto Risk Translation: Translate traditional financial risk methodologies into crypto-native environments, adapting models to account for 24/7 markets, fragmented liquidity, funding dynamics, on-chain transparency and new failure modes (e.g. oracle risk, protocol risk).
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Quantitative Risk Expertise: Strong foundation in quantitative risk management, including hands-on experience with market risk, credit risk and liquidity risk modelling, ideally aligned with frameworks such as those presented in Quantitative Risk Management (McNeil, Frey, Embrechts).
Modelling & Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to design and implement risk models, including tail risk estimation, scenario analysis, stress testing frameworks and dependence modelling across asset classes.
System Design & Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven experience in designing or co-designing firm-wide risk systems, working closely with technology (CIO) and operations (COO) to translate risk requirements into scalable infrastructure.
TradFi + Crypto Hybrid Experience: Experience operating at the intersection of traditional financial markets and digital assets (CeFi and/or DeFi), with a strong understanding of differences in market structure, risk transmission and infrastructure.
Crypto-Specific Risk Understanding: Practical knowledge of crypto-specific risks, including exchange/custodian risk, smart contract risk, protocol risk, funding/basis dynamics and collateral management in both centralized and decentralized environments.
COMPETENCES AND PERSONALITY
- Strong drive and proactivity to continuously strengthen the risk management in a fast-growing financial institution
- The candidate reports to the COO but this is not a reporting role, but a quantitative risk management system-building role.
OUR RECRUITMENT PHILOSOPHY
We look for self-aware candidates who bring both the core skills required for the role and a deep alignment with our performance principles. We seek fiercely passionate, mission-driven people who communicate with purpose and practice proactive ownership. The perfect fit? A crypto enthusiast who prioritizes mission over ego, maintains a commercial mindset, and delivers long-term value through pragmatic flexibility.
OUR OFFER
- A competitive salary and global benefit package
- Annual Team Retreats: a yearly offsite dedicated to strategy, celebration of our wins and fun team activities
- Autonomy in your time management thanks to semi-flexible working hours=
- Fast-paced, highly intellectually stimulating working environment
- The freedom to create your own entrepreneurial experience by being part of a team of people in search of excellence
Keyrock offers you both a career and a large range of benefits that we will gladly discuss in the course of the application process.
As an employer we are committed to building an inclusive, diverse and non-discriminating work environment. We welcome employees of all backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, creed and sexual orientation. We hire, reward and promote entirely based on merit and performance.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on Senior CRO Manager to drive conversion growth for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will be fully responsible for a continuous pipeline of A/B tests - from hypothesis and prioritisation through launch, analysis, and documented verdicts - working with the CRO Lead to grow the number of statistically validated winners across the funnel.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who treats experimentation as a system, not a list of ideas. Tests without a clear hypothesis, verdicts called before the evidence supports them, and results that are not documented are not acceptable. You are expected to know the funnel numbers, segment before you conclude, and work closely with the data team, product, and engineering. The bar is high and so is the upside - performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experiment Pipeline: Own the A/B test backlog from hypothesis to launch. Prioritise ideas by expected impact, confidence, and effort, and keep the pipeline full so live traffic is always being used to learn.
- Funnel Analysis: Analyse the funnel in Mixpanel to find drop-offs, friction points, and segment-specific opportunities across devices and locales, and turn them into testable hypotheses.
- Test Analysis & Verdicts: Read results with statistical rigour, separate winners from directional trends and noise, and prepare clear verdicts for sign-off with the data team.
- Test Specification & QA: Write test specs and variant briefs that developers can build without follow-up questions, and check every variant before and after launch.
- Conversion Copy & Layouts: Produce conversion-oriented copy and layout variants that stay within compliance constraints on product claims.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep every test documented in Notion with hypothesis, setup, result, and learning, and contribute to regular experimentation reporting for leadership.
- Mentoring: Support a junior CRO specialist on test design, analysis, and documentation standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must-Have Experience
- CRO / Experimentation: 3+ years running A/B tests on a D2C subscription or consumer web product, with results you can attribute to your own work.
- Product Analytics: Hands-on proficiency in Mixpanel or a close equivalent - building funnels, segmenting by device and geography, and reading cohort behaviour without analyst support.
- Statistics: Working knowledge of significance, power, sample size, and common pitfalls such as peeking and sample ratio mismatch.
- Experimentation Platforms: Experience with a feature-flag or A/B testing platform (GrowthBook, Statsig, or close equivalents).
- Conversion Copy & UX: Ability to write and critique conversion copy and page layouts, grounded in behavioural psychology.
- AI Tooling: Active daily use of AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to accelerate concept, analysis, and prototype work.
- Compliance: Familiarity with consumer protection rules for subscription products and marketing claims is a bonus.
Leadership Attributes
- Holds a high bar for their own work and the team's - tests ship clean, documented, and correctly called
- Constantly learns and adopts new tools and methods
- Ambitious - driven to build large-scale products used by millions
- Explains decisions clearly in writing - a hypothesis, a verdict, or a prioritisation call can be understood without a meeting
- Communicates clearly and proactively in a remote, async environment
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch and drive adoption of new products and features.
Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for Backblaze's solutions, presenting to customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams.
Establish and track key product metrics (KPIs), using data to guide iteration and growth decisions.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Sales to join our Finance team. You will be a key partner to Sales and RevOps leadership, helping shape metrics-driven decision making across Sales budget and headcount, commissions, SLG bookings, quota planning, capacity, and productivity. This role will have high cross-functional visibility and will be central to building the financial discipline, operating cadence, and scalable reporting needed to support Vercel’s next stage of growth.
What you'll do
Serve as the trusted Finance partner for the CRO by delivering actionable insights through forecasting, scenario analysis, business reviews, and resource allocation recommendations
Own Sales budget and headcount planning, including bottoms-up workforce models that connect hiring plans, ramp timing, productivity assumptions, commissions, and compensation costs to bookings and revenue goals
Support SLG bookings and quota planning by partnering with Sales and RevOps on quota capacity, ramp, attainment, coverage, territory design inputs, and productivity assumptions
Support commissions planning, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with Accounting, RevOps, and Sales leadership, including commission expense, accruals, plan changes, and performance insights
Lead Sales BvA reviews and operating cadences, translating financial results into clear variance narratives, risks, opportunities, and recommendations
Improve Sales Finance reporting and tooling by building scalable dashboards, templates, and processes that reduce manual work, improve forecast accuracy, and surface key risks earlier
What you need
Commercially sharp and analytically rigorous
– You understand how Sales and RevOps teams operate and can connect SLG bookings, quota planning, pipeline, capacity, attainment, productivity, commissions, headcount, and spend to the company’s financial plan.
Anti-bureaucracy, pro-speed
– You streamline workflows, remove drag, and make decisions with clarity. You believe a 3-bullet Slack post with a clear recommendation is better than a 20-slide deck.
Tech-forward operator
– You go beyond Excel. You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to automate, clean, and generate insights. You treat Finance like a product—always shipping improvements.
Detail-obsessed
– You know that a single error in quota capacity, ramp timing, commission logic, or start dates can swing the forecast by millions. You sweat the details so the CFO and Sales leaders don’t have to.
Strong cross-functional partner
– You can build trust with Sales leadership while maintaining financial discipline, communicating tradeoffs clearly, and driving decisions with data.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $200,000.00-$240,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. Preferred qualifications
10+ years of transactional IP experience at a nationally recognized law firm, a technology company, or both
