✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within UTC−6 to UTC+3.
All applications will be reviewed after the submission deadline on Nov 6th, and we’ll be in touch with next steps shortly after. We appreciate your patience and interest in joining the team.
Role Summary
Oyster is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to build a scalable engine that creates demand and pipeline through our partner ecosystem. You will inherit an active portfolio, keep important commitments moving, and decide what to continue, improve, or retire using performance and cost data. Working across Channel and Marketing, you will design and execute programs that market to partners, with partners, and through partners—turning partner strategy into repeatable go-to-market motions with clear measurement. This is a high-autonomy individual-contributor role with global remit, budget ownership, and direct partnership with the Director of Demand and Growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, orchestrate, execute, and measure partner marketing programs across the ecosystem.
- Build programs that market to partners, with partners, and through partners.
- Protect existing partner commitments during handover while reviewing the portfolio for performance, cost, and strategic fit.
- Own and allocate the partner marketing budget, including co-marketing and MDF, and defend investment decisions with return data.
- Develop partner segmentation, positioning, messaging, and repeatable operating models.
- Create joint programs across partner types, including technology partners.
- Enable partners to take Oyster’s message and value proposition to their audiences.
- Align Channel, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Revenue Operations around integrated plans.
- Establish credible reporting for partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, engagement, and program ROI.
- Apply AI and automation processes to improve segmentation, personalization, program development, execution, and insight generation.
Core Requirements
- Demonstrated ownership of measurable partner or ecosystem marketing programs from strategy through execution and reporting.
- Strong understanding of marketing to, with, and through partners.
- Ability to connect marketing activity to sourced or influenced pipeline and explain attribution trade-offs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across partnerships, channel, marketing, sales, and revenue operations.
- Experience managing a program portfolio and making evidence-based choices about what to continue, change, or stop.
- Ability to adapt messaging and motions across partner types, incentives, audiences, and regions.
- Sound budget judgment and confidence allocating spend against expected return.
- AI-native working style, with evidence of rebuilding marketing workflows around AI while managing quality and privacy risks.
- Comfort operating independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, global employment, or another partner-led ecosystem.
- Experience marketing with technology partners.
- Experience building a partner marketing function, measurement model, or operating cadence from an early stage.
- Familiarity with PRM, marketing automation, CRM, attribution, and analytics tools.
- Experience supporting global programs across regions and time zones.
This might not be right for you if...
- You prefer isolated campaign execution to building an interconnected partner program.
- You are uncomfortable owning pipeline outcomes, attribution, and budget trade-offs.
- You want a blank page rather than inheriting live commitments and partner relationships.
- You rely on manual workflows and are not motivated to adopt AI-enabled ways of working.
- Sustained alignment across Channel, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and external partners feels like overhead rather than core work.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
As a Staff Engineer (Payment Processing) at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, you will set the technical direction for our Gateway, Routing and Payout platforms. Every payment and payout we process passes through these systems, from the merchant's API request to the routing decision that sends it to the right acquirer, payment method or payout rail. Correctness matters on every transaction, and small changes in availability, latency or routing quality show up directly in our merchants' approval rates and revenue.
This is a role for engineers who are energised by scale and by the hard trade-offs that come with it: latency budgets on the authorisation path, failure domains and blast radius, consistency and idempotency across regions, and the operational reality of running critical infrastructure around the clock.
You will operate as a force multiplier across multiple teams - shaping architecture, raising the engineering bar, and turning ambiguous, business-critical problems into designs that can be delivered incrementally. We're looking for individuals with deep technical judgement, strong ownership, and a pragmatic approach to breaking big problems into smaller iterations that deliver value continuously.
How you'll make an impact
- Own the architecture of high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems, defining the service boundaries, data models and integration patterns that let them scale by an order of magnitude
- Design for resilience from first principles - redundancy, graceful degradation, backpressure, idempotency and recovery - so that partial failures never become customer-facing outages
- Set and defend the non-functional requirements that matter: availability targets, latency percentiles, throughput ceilings, data durability and recovery objectives
- Lead the hardest technical decisions end to end, from problem framing and design review through to production rollout, migration and decommissioning of what came before
- Drive operational excellence by improving observability, alerting, capacity planning, load and chaos testing, and incident response, and by closing the loop on the root causes you find
- Raise the engineering bar across teams through design reviews, code review, pairing and mentorship, growing the senior engineers around you
- Partner with product, platform and other engineering teams to sequence delivery, remove blockers and keep multi-team programmes aligned on a single technical direction
- Make pragmatic build-versus-buy and refactor-versus-rewrite calls, and communicate the reasoning and trade-offs clearly to both engineers and senior leadership
Experience and qualifications
- Significant experience building and operating distributed backend systems in production, with a track record of technical leadership across multiple teams
- Demonstrable experience designing for high throughput and low latency, and a strong intuition for where systems break under load
- Deep understanding of resilience patterns in distributed systems: idempotency, retries and backoff, circuit breaking, queueing and backpressure, consistency and failure modes
- Strong proficiency in either .NET or Java, and the ability to write clear, production-ready code that others can maintain
- Experience with event-driven and streaming architectures, and with relational and non-relational data stores at scale
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based application development (we use AWS & Azure), containers, orchestration and infrastructure as code
- Experience owning production systems on call, with a strong sense of ownership for observability, monitoring and incident response
- Experience leading complex migrations or re-architectures of live, business-critical systems with no loss of availability or data integrity
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence without authority, write clear design documents, and express technical trade-offs to engineering and non-technical audiences alike

Job Title: Staff/Lead SDET Engineer (Test Automation Platform)
Product: Total Battle
Total Battle is a massive MMO 4X strategy game available on mobile and web, uniting millions of active players. As our product and engineering teams scale, we are shifting our testing paradigm: automated testing must become a daily, self-service engineering tool rather than a bottleneck owned by a dedicated team.
We are looking for a Staff/Lead SDET to take technical ownership of our internal test automation tooling and make this vision a reality.
Why this role exists
Your core mission is to empower product QA teams. You won't write tests; you will build the tools, APIs, and abstractions that allow QA engineers (with basic Python & OOP skills) to independently create checks, manage test states, run tests in CI/CD, and diagnose failures.
- The Product Teams own the tests.
- You own the tooling layer that makes their work possible.

💡 Core Focus Areas:
1. Client Testing Tools: UI scenarios, method/component checks across Android, WebGL, and (soon) iOS.
2. Server Integration: Component testing tools built over existing Python clients, SDKs, and product testability capabilities.(Note: We aren't starting from scratch. We need a visionary who can assess our existing solutions, define a target architecture, and evolve them incrementally).
What You’ll Work On
- Drive Technical Strategy: Define the roadmap for QA tooling, evolve its architecture, and personally implement key solutions.
- Build the Platform: Develop domain APIs, fixtures, and state-preparation tools for integration/component testing over existing SDKs.
- Enhance Client Automation: Extend client UI automation and enable sub-UI checks for specific client methods.
- Unify Execution: Ensure local and CI execution follow a predictable, unified path across Android and WebGL.
- Create Diagnostics: Build clear diagnostic tools to help QA engineers easily distinguish between product, test, tooling, and infrastructure failures.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Translate recurring QA needs into product testability requirements and establish technical contracts with client/backend teams.
- Evangelize & Mentor: Drive adoption of your tools through pilots, solid documentation, and feedback loops. (Where needed, help define engineering roles and participate in hiring/onboarding).
Who You Are We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in long-term ownership of internal platforms.
- Python Expert: You regularly write, debug, and maintain Python code for libraries, frameworks, SDKs, or internal tools.
- Platform Builder: You have designed or substantially evolved a framework/SDK used by multiple teams, bringing it to a point where teams can use it independently.
- API Designer: You know how to build stable public APIs over existing SDKs, hiding low-level details from the end-user.
- Cross-Functional Driver: You’ve successfully worked with backend, client, or framework teams to deliver testability capabilities, driving changes even when you don't directly manage the teams.
- CI/CD & Diagnostics Guru: You have integrated automated checks into CI quality gates with robust reproducibility and diagnostics.
- AI Adopter: You leverage LLMs and coding agents to investigate codebases, develop tooling, or create tests efficiently.
- Deep Domain Expertise: You have profound hands-on experience in at least one of the following (and can take technical responsibility for the other):
- Client/UI automation: Drivers, custom/non-native UI, synchronization, and sub-UI checks.
- Backend/integration tooling: Python clients/SDKs, protocols, sessions, fixtures, and test state.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
- Experience in both client/UI and backend/integration tooling.
- Background in modernizing legacy automation and conducting incremental user migrations.
- Experience with complex test lifecycles (data isolation, flaky checks, state management).
- Experience in GameDev or complex live-service products (Unity, Cocos/Axmol, WebGL).
- Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, XCUITest, Android ADB, or iOS infrastructure.
- Experience with asynchronous Python, typed models (Pydantic, mypy), or schema-based code generation.
Why to join:
1. ☀️ Live & Work in Sunny Cyprus: We’re an office-first team in Limassol with a modern seaside workspaces. We provide full relocation and visa support for you and your family.
2. 💰 Industry-Leading Rewards: High salaries, a 13th salary, performance bonuses, extra rewards for life milestones (marriage, babies, long service), daily breakfast and lunch.
3. 🛡️ Family Support: Private family health insurance, plus a highly competitive monthly allowance for your children’s pre-school, school, and university education.
4. 🚀 Shape a Global Hit: Work on a Top-10 global mobile 4X strategy game that has grown 25x in revenue and audience over 5 years.
5. 🏰 Rock-Solid Stability: We operate at startup speed but with zero history of lay-offs. We are independent, financially secure, and boast a 99% employee satisfaction rate.
6. 🧠 Culture & Growth: A flat structure where the best ideas win and transparency rules. Your growth is funded from specialized training, certifications, language courses and books to internal and external conferences coverage.
