Douro Labs is the core development team behind the Pyth Network. We’re looking for a Motion Brand Designer to bring our brand to life through animation, video and graphic design across our digital channels, events and products.
You will help shape how Douro Labs and Pyth move and show up to the world.
This role is for a hands-on designer who loves making things move: a versatile creator who shifts easily from a quick animated campaign graphic to a full motion package for a product launch or an event booth screen, often on short notice.
You will work closely with our Brand Design Lead to bring our visual identity systems to life across every touchpoint both static and dynamic, from web and social to events, while also supporting our Product Design Lead on product-side animation and graphics in the short term.
Location: Remote (US-based, EST preferred)
Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head of Design
About Our Team and Your Role
We are a well-rounded team: half of us are tech whizzes, while the other half excel in building partnerships with institutional clients, prime brokers and the global financial infrastructure community. Craft and clarity are key to how we communicate.
Remote Work: Our team is spread across the globe, from the US and South America to Europe and Asia. We are a digital-first organization where remote work is the norm.
Startup-level Speed: We thrive in the dynamic DeFi space and need a designer who can move quickly without compromising quality. You’ll be comfortable with shifting priorities, short timelines and finding smart ways to get more done.
The Mission: In this role, you will define how Pyth Pro, our institutional offering for leading banks, trading platforms and global financial networks, looks and feels in motion. You will play a key part in expanding the Douro Labs brand beyond Web3 natives into traditional markets, creating work that reaches market participants, developers and industry leaders every week.
About the Role
This is a production-focused role with motion design at its core. Most of the requests coming from our marketing team are motion and video, and you’ll be the person who owns them. You’ll receive art direction, creative direction and project assignments primarily from the Brand Design Lead, and secondarily from the Product Design Lead. At the outset, your time will be split roughly 75% brand and 25% product.
As the design team grows, this role is expected to shift toward supporting the Brand Design Lead full-time, with a deeper focus on motion, campaign and event work.
Responsibilities
Motion and Video
- Create animations and short-form video for social media, campaigns and partner announcements
- Produce motion packages for product releases, exchange integrations and major ecosystem events
- Turn complex ideas, like real-time market data, into clear and engaging animated stories
- Bring our website to life with animations and interactive moments in Framer
- Build reusable motion systems, templates and brand animation guidelines
- Adapt and resize motion assets across formats and platforms
Digital Production
- Design static social assets, sales collateral, internal communications and web content
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all digital channels
Event Design
- Create motion content for event screens, stage visuals and booth displays
- Design booth graphics, signage and printed collateral
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver event assets on time
Product Support
- Support the Product Design Lead with UI animations, micro-interactions, illustrations and visual assets
- Help keep visual consistency between brand and product surfaces
Tools and Workflows
- Use any motion tool you like (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Rive, Lottie or others), as long as deliverables meet high standards and source files stay neatly organized and shareable
- Bring AI tools into your daily workflow to speed up production and explore new ideas
- Experiment with new tools and techniques and share what works with the team
- Help build templates and systems that make recurring motion work faster
About You
You must have:
- Excellent motion design skills, with a portfolio that shows animation, video and brand-led motion work
- Proficiency in Figma, with clean, well-organized files and experience working with shared libraries
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a motion, graphic or brand designer
- Strong generalist skills across layout, typography, color and composition
- A portfolio that shows range across motion, video, and graphic design
- An AI-forward mindset, using platforms like Claude, OpenArt, Higgsfield and Firefly in your daily practice to explore new visual ideas
- Self-organization and proactivity, able to manage your own workload and deadlines
- Clear, warm communication: you take direction well and speak up with ideas
- A resourceful, experimental approach to problem-solving, and you enjoy figuring things out
Nice to have:
- 3D experience (Cinema 4D, Blender or similar)
- Hands-on Framer experience, including building and animating web pages or interactive prototypes
- Illustration and iconography skills
- Crypto, DeFi or financial infrastructure familiarity
Think you've got what it takes to build the most talented team in the world? We'd love to meet you.
Location: Dublin, Ireland
WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
This role will be based in Dublin. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Purpose of the role
This person will be Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's only IT Operations engineer in the Americas. They'll own workplace technology across five growing offices (New York, Atlanta, San Francisco, Mexico City and Brazil) and support remote employees. They solve what can be solved locally. When something needs a central Technology team, mostly based in the UK and five hours ahead, they escalate with evidence. They turn recurring problems into documented fixes that scale. They give the CEO and the newest joiner the same standard of service, and they keep users informed until each issue is closed.
Key responsibilities
- Be the senior IT point of contact for Americas offices and remote employees, including executives in the New York Office.
- Own complex issues through to resolution, or hand them to the owning team with a clear escalation. That covers end-user devices, endpoints, identity, meeting-room AV, office technology and basic-to-intermediate networking.
- Run Americas onboarding and offboarding, including the onboarding sessions and hardware logistics.
- Support office openings, moves and events across the region, traveling as needed (up to 25%).
- Manage vendor relationships, local inventory and procurement, and follow through on each.
- Log all work in Jira Service Management queues so it's auditable and colleagues can step in during absences.
- Spot recurring issues and fix them at scale through automation, scripting, AI tools, documentation or process change, then measure the impact.
- Build working relationships with office leaders, HR, Workplace Experience, Facilities, Engineering, Operations and the service desk teams.
- Take an active part in the wider, mostly UK-based IT team: present in meetings, contributing, not working in isolation.
- Mentor colleagues and share knowledge. As the Americas team grows, help bring new hires up to speed.
Essential requirements These are the four CV-screen filters Tom picked, in the order he named them:
1. Regional autonomy: has been the sole or primary IT presence for an office or region, working independently while the central teams sat in other time zones. Knows when to fix locally and when to escalate.
2. Operational improvement: has spotted recurring problems, fixed them at scale and stopped them coming back, and can state the measured impact.
3. Technical depth and breadth: across macOS and Windows devices, identity, collaboration tools, meeting-room AV and networking fundamentals.
4. Independent service ownership: has owned a service, project or operational area end to end, and stayed accountable through diagnosis, recovery, root cause and prevention.
Also essential:
- Experience with each category of the core tooling: device management, identity, collaboration suite and IT ticketing. The exact products aren't required. A candidate with neither the tool nor the domain is not a fit.
- Gives executives and junior employees the same standard of service.
- Communicates openly. Can talk users through fixes remotely and sends updates without being chased.
- Drives their own learning rather than waiting to be trained.
- Able to travel up to 25%.
Desirable
- Checkout's stack: Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Jamf (macOS), Intune (Windows), Jira Service Management, Google Meet (Zoom experience is fine), and Poly room/Logitech hardware.
- In-house corporate IT background, preferred over managed service provider (outsourced IT) experience.
- Practical AI use, such as building workflows in Claude, and helping others adopt it.
- Scripting in any language.
- Technical lead or mentoring experience, and real interest in moving into first-line supervision.
Not required
- Deep network architecture expertise.
- Formal people management.
- Experience with every Checkout tool.
- A specific scripting language. This is not a DevOps role.
Salary Range: $112,800 - $141,000

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

About the Role
The Site Reliability Engineering team at iCapital is fundamental to ensuring our platform delivers consistent, reliable service to our client base. Our services run on Kubernetes in AWS, and this role focuses on keeping them healthy in production.
We're looking for the hands-on engineer others turn to when production is broken and the cause isn't obvious. You'll troubleshoot across the full stack (the application, its containers, Kubernetes, and the underlying cloud infrastructure) and turn what you learn into lasting improvements: stronger reliability standards, safer rollouts, sharper alerts, and automation that prevents repeat failures. You'll rely on metrics, logs, and traces every day, but the heart of this role is diagnosing and fixing what they reveal.
Responsibilities
Act as a senior escalation point for complex production issues in Kubernetes-based services, leading hands-on investigation across application, container, Kubernetes, and AWS layers through to root cause.
Partner with the teams that own our cluster infrastructure to resolve platform-level issues, and feed what you learn back into reliability standards and improvements.
Define and implement reliability and operability standards for Kubernetes-based services, including resource sizing, health checks, scaling patterns, rollout safety, and baseline monitoring, as part of service onboarding.
Serve as Incident Commander or senior technical lead for high-severity incidents, lead postmortems, and drive systemic improvements through action items and measurable follow-through.
Turn recurring investigations into runbooks, diagnostic tooling, and automated remediation that shorten time to resolution and eliminate toil.
Coach engineers in systematic troubleshooting and Kubernetes best practices through reviews, game days, and knowledge sharing.
Define, implement, and iterate service level objectives (SLOs) and service level indicators (SLIs) that reflect customer and business expectations.
Standardize monitoring and alerting through “monitors as code” (Terraform preferred), including quality gates such as severity, ownership, and runbook links.
Operate and tune OpenTelemetry pipelines, including sanitizing data, managing cardinality, and enriching telemetry with consistent fields.
Maintain the infrastructure behind our monitoring stack, including Helm charts, ArgoCD ApplicationSets, Kinesis streams, Lambda functions, and Prometheus.
Participate in on-call rotations with a focus on improving reliability, reducing alert noise, and increasing signal quality over time.
What You'll Need (Must-Haves)
5+ years in SRE or related roles, with evidence of technical seniority across multiple services and teams.
3+ years of hands-on experience running and troubleshooting production workloads on Kubernetes, with a deep understanding of how Kubernetes schedules, connects, scales, and rolls out workloads.
Proven ability to independently diagnose complex failures in distributed systems running on Kubernetes, spanning application, configuration, resource, networking, and scaling issues, including cases where the root cause wasn't obvious.
Strong Linux and networking fundamentals, with the ability to troubleshoot below the container layer.
Strong production experience with AWS, including how cloud networking and access controls affect workloads running in Kubernetes.
Strong incident response skills, including leading retrospectives/postmortems and following through on systemic fixes.
Strong IaC skills (Terraform preferred), with examples of reusable modules, monitors-as-code patterns, or similar standardization work, and the coding ability to build automation and diagnostic tooling.
Track record of defining SLOs/SLIs and using an observability stack (such as Prometheus/Grafana, New Relic, Splunk, or similar) to drive decisions and find root causes quickly.
Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence engineering teams through standards, tooling, and practical guidance.
Nice to Have
Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKS) or equivalent depth.
Experience improving rollout safety and autoscaling behavior for Kubernetes workloads.
Familiarity with common data stores (Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and how they fail in distributed systems.
OpenTelemetry instrumentation experience at scale.
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day (Friday).
Benefits
iCapital offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes a total compensation program consisting of competitive salary, annual performance bonus, and equity for all full-time employees; healthcare with 100% employer-paid health and dental insurance; and generous paid time off (PTO).

ROLE OVERVIEW
Complex merchants can create complex financial crime risks. Their corporate structures, operating models and control environments may span entities, jurisdictions and teams. When concerns emerge, effective action depends on more than identifying the issue: someone must bring the right people together, agree a credible response, and keep remediation moving until it is complete.
As Financial Crime Oversight & Remediation Manager, you will provide that ownership. You will coordinate targeted oversight of higher-risk or strategically important merchant relationships, helping turn concerns into clear, proportionate and evidenced plans. You will work across Compliance, Financial Crime Investigations, onboarding, commercial and operational teams, and, where appropriate, directly with merchants. Your judgement will matter: you will need to know when a proposed control or remediation is credible, when evidence is insufficient, and when an issue needs escalation.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines financial crime compliance expertise with strong delivery discipline. You will help address issues early, support defensible decisions, and give complex remediation the structure and follow-through it needs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own targeted remediation coordination. For complex merchant concerns, bring together the relevant internal teams, clarify the problem and desired outcomes, agree accountable owners and milestones, and maintain a practical plan through to closure. Track dependencies and slippage, challenge gaps, escalate material blockers and confirm that completion is supported by evidence.
- Coordinate Compliance-imposed conditions. Track material financial-crime conditions attached to product, market or other approval decisions. Work with the relevant Compliance and business owners to confirm accountability, milestones and evidence of completion; identify slippage or gaps; challenge whether evidence demonstrates the condition has been met; and escalate overdue or inadequately evidenced actions through the agreed governance route. The relevant delivery owner remains accountable for implementing the condition.
- Coordinate enhanced oversight of merchants. Support a structured watch-list approach for merchants whose risk or control environment warrants closer attention than routine, risk-tiered monitoring, but where immediate termination or a formal investigation is not necessarily the right response. Help define the oversight plan, review progress and ensure concerns do not remain unresolved or without an owner.
- Assess remediation quality. Review proposed actions and evidence against the underlying financial crime concern and relevant regulatory expectations. Identify whether controls appear appropriately designed and operating, whether further evidence or testing is needed, and whether residual concerns require escalation or a change in the relationship’s risk treatment.
- Engage merchants constructively. Where appropriate, work with account teams to agree clear requests, expectations and timelines with merchants. Maintain a firm, evidence-led approach while supporting a proportionate path to address weaknesses and establish whether the relationship can be sustained safely.
- Lead enhanced control reviews. Design and, where appropriate, lead deeper reviews of a merchant’s AML controls during onboarding or ongoing oversight. This may include preparing agendas, conducting structured discussions with merchant stakeholders, probing key control areas, documenting findings and agreeing any required remediation.
- Support reliance and outsourcing assessments. Contribute to the initial scrutiny of outsourced activities or other arrangements that depend on another party’s controls. Help establish whether reliance is justified, what evidence supports that view, and what conditions or remediation are required.
- Improve the oversight approach. Capture recurring issues, lessons and delivery gaps, and help refine processes, reporting and escalation so that complex concerns receive consistent, timely and well-evidenced attention.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in financial crime compliance, AML, or a closely related risk and control role, with a sound understanding of AML control frameworks and how to assess their design and effectiveness.
- Experience coordinating complex remediation, regulatory or audit actions, control reviews, investigations follow-through, or comparable cross-functional change. You can turn an ambiguous issue into a sequenced plan with clear owners, milestones and evidence of completion.
- The confidence and judgement to challenge senior stakeholders and merchants constructively, distinguish a credible response from a paper commitment, and escalate when progress or evidence is inadequate.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to lead structured discussions, document findings clearly and translate complex issues into practical actions.
- Excellent organisation and follow-through across multiple workstreams, with a pragmatic approach to prioritisation, dependencies and changing circumstances.
- A collaborative style and the resilience to work through sensitive, commercially significant issues without losing sight of the control outcome.
- Experience with structured project management methods, such as Lean Six Sigma or PRINCE2, to drive organised execution across complex workstreams is a strong plus.
Experience with complex merchants, payments, cryptoassets, money service businesses, correspondent or outsourced service models would be valuable. Relevant professional qualifications are welcome but are not a substitute for sound judgement and demonstrated delivery.
WHY THIS ROLE
You will work at the point where financial crime risk, merchant relationships and practical execution meet. The role offers meaningful ownership of issues that cut across teams and can shape whether concerns are resolved early, managed with appropriate safeguards, or escalated on a sound evidential basis. Success is visible in the quality of the decisions and the fact that agreed actions are actually completed.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.

ABOUT THE TEAM
We’re building Strategy & Operations in the CEO Office to help Product and Engineering deliver the right work, at pace and with fewer surprises. Product sets what to build and why. Engineering builds it. S&O keeps the full picture in view, brings teams together and helps turn plans into results.
As S&O Lead, you’ll own that work across a product pillar and help raise the bar for how the wider S&O team operates. The impact is visible: what you improve in your pillar can shape how Checkout delivers elsewhere.
THE ROLE
This is a high-ownership role. You’ll be accountable alongside the product leader for delivery, but you won’t own the roadmap. You’ll need to earn alignment, challenge commitments and stay close to the work. When priorities collide, you’ll help decide what moves, what waits and what stops.
You will:
- Keep the pillar’s major initiatives in view. Know what matters, what is slipping and where teams are blocked. Raise risks early and bring a clear point of view.
- Be a trusted, independent partner to the product leader. Challenge dates and trade-offs, and help agree what to protect, move or stop. Product retains roadmap decisions.
- Personally lead the pillar’s hardest cross-functional work, from getting teams aligned through to launch.
- Build and lead the S&O team in your pillar. Hire, develop and manage performance, while setting practical standards that help S&O deliver better across Checkout.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own execution across the pillar. Keep priorities, delivery tempo, progress, dependencies and risks visible. Spot when plans are off track and bring a clear recommendation.
- Build deep expertise in the pillar’s products: how they work, who they serve and how they make money.
- Challenge priorities and commitments with the product leader. Recommend what to protect, re-sequence, move or stop. The product leader owns roadmap and commit-date decisions.
- Personally lead the pillar’s most important cross-functional initiatives, aligning Product, Engineering and partner teams and driving the work through launch to enable faster shipping
- Lead and develop the S&O team supporting the pillar. People leadership is core to the role, including hiring, development and performance management. Alongside pillar delivery, help shape practical standards adopted across S&O.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- You have strong problem solving and analytical skills. You can frame an ambiguous business question, build the analysis yourself, test hypotheses, quantify trade-offs and turn findings into clear business decisions.
- You move between strategy, hands-on delivery and building the organisation. You personally lead high-impact, cross-functional work and stay accountable through launch and results.
- You make execution repeatable. You build practical operating mechanisms and use data, automation or AI where they remove recurring friction or help teams scale.
- You influence without relying on authority. You challenge senior stakeholders constructively, communicate complex issues clearly and bring people to decisions.
- You raise the performance of others. You set clear expectations, give direct feedback and help people grow. Prior formal line-management experience is helpful, but evidence of leadership matters more.
Strongly preferred:
- Payments, fintech or regulated money-movement experience would be a real advantage, especially if you’ve worked with licences, regulators, schemes or banking partners. It can help you see risks sooner and get up to speed faster. It isn’t a requirement: strong operators from other sectors can be a great fit.
What this role is not:
- Not support to the product leader. You own execution across the pillar and need to push back when commitments don’t add up.
- Not a short-term consulting project. You stay with the work through delivery and build ways of working the team can keep using.
- Not a product role. Product sets the roadmap. Engineering builds the product. You make sure the pillar executes well.
Additional Information
Bring all of you to work
We create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.
Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver. It’s a place where ambition gets met with opportunity, and where your growth is in your hands.
We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you’re ready to grow and make a difference, you’ll be right at home here.
It’s important we set you up for success and make our process as accessible as possible. So let us know in your application, or tell your recruiter directly, if you need anything to make your experience or working environment more comfortable.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As part of our growing Data Science and Analytics team, you will play an instrumental role in our company's mission of building safe and beneficial artificial intelligence by driving data-informed decision making across our organization. You bring experience from high-bar teams and are eager to help shape the norms and best practices of a growing data science team as Anthropic continues to scale. In this unique company, technology, and moment in history, your work will be critical to informing our strategy as we deploy safe, frontier AI at scale to the world.
You'll be the senior data science leader for Model Experience and a strategic thought partner to product, engineering, and research leaders. Working where frontier AI research reaches the public, you'll help shape model roadmap and launch decisions, bringing a point of view on how users experience our models and what good looks like beyond benchmark scores. As a tech lead manager, you'll also hire and manage a team of data scientists, setting their agenda, personally leading the highest-stakes analyses, and raising the bar for how data shapes model and product decisions.
Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic thought partner to product, engineering, and research leaders, helping shape model roadmap priorities, launch decisions, and the major bets the team makes
Set the data science agenda for Model Experience, deciding where the team can have the most impact on model development and launch decisions and what it should deprioritize
Hire, manage, and develop a team of data scientists, coaching them to move from answering questions to shaping decisions
Frame the most important and ambiguous questions about model quality and user experience, size the opportunities, and make clear recommendations, including when they challenge the current direction
Define how Model Experience measures success, establishing the core metrics and measurement frameworks across external products and internal testing that align teams and leadership on what matters
Set the standard for experimentation and causal inference across Model Experience, including where launches lack a clean A/B test, and personally lead the highest-stakes analyses
Turn complex analyses of model and user behavior into clear narratives and recommendations that drive decisions with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
Establish foundational data practices and shape the analytics infrastructure Model Experience needs to support rapid iteration and decision-making as our models and products evolve
You may be a good fit if you:
Have extensive experience in data science, including leading analytics for a product or research area at significant scale
Have 3+ years managing data science teams, including setting team direction, hiring, and developing senior data scientists
Have been a trusted partner to senior product, research, and business leaders, with clear examples of changing a roadmap or high-stakes decision
Bring strong product sense and business judgment, including the ability to frame the right question and take a position with incomplete information
Have deep expertise in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical modeling at high scale, with enough fluency in Python and SQL to stay hands-on and guide others' technical work
Communicate clearly in writing and in presentations, including to executive audiences
Have a bias for action and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you must create clarity and drive progress
Care about the company's mission of building helpful, honest, and harmless AI
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience with AI/ML products, large language models, or developer tools in the AI/ML ecosystem

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
