Hi, I’m Paul, VP of Engineering at
Customer.io
. We’re looking for curious, driven Fullstack (Product) Engineers who want to own big things and delight our customers. You’ll design, build, and ship the core product experiences our customers rely on - while helping the team push boundaries on what great communication tools can do.
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies - from scrappy startups to global brands - use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day. Customer.io powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. Under the hood: Go, React, Ember and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What We Value
Ownership
You own problems end to end. You move fast, act like an owner, and thrive in ambiguity. You've led complex projects before, whether officially or not, and you're ready to do it again.
Engineers with product taste
You think like a user, not just an engineer. You care about frontend polish, backend performance, and everything in between.
A healthy skepticism for “the way things are done”
You bring rigor and creativity. Best practices matter - but never more than forward motion.
What You’ll Do
Build fullstack features in Go, React, and Ember that power key customer workflows
Collaborate with others to turn ideas into shipped customer value
Share knowledge and raise the bar through sharing your progress publicly with short videos, thoughtful writing, and mentorship
Participate in an on-call rotation as required, supporting the reliability of the systems you build
Help evolve our systems to scale with more customers, messages, and use cases
Use AI agents to make multi-file changes by scoping the work, writing the prompt, and verifying the output
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience building and scaling backend services and product-facing features
Fluency in TypeScript, React (or similar), and a statically typed backend language like Go
A strong care for frontend polish, backend performance, and the overall customer experience
Proficiency with APIs, relational databases, and writing testable, performant code
A bias for action over perfection, and pride in owning technical decisions
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $150,000 - $250,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we’re committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family. We also offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

Your Next Destination
Location: Remote.
Contract: Full-time, permanent.
Benefits: Learn more about our benefits here in this link - https://airalo-public.notion.site/Benefits-25396a97ffca81fb9bc1f0be479f1be3?pvs=74
Languages: English is our main working language day to day, so you'll need to be comfortable communicating in it both in meetings and async.
As our Senior HLR/HSS Specialist, you are the guardian of our subscriber data and the architect of our roaming efficiency. You won't just manage databases; you will own the life-cycle of HSS/HLR templates that allow our MVNO to scale globally. Your expertise in Profile & Template Engineering is critical to our success in maximising COGS and margin through sophisticated Steering of Roaming (SoR) and Sponsor Roaming integrations.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Design and maintain HLR/HSS subscriber templates, ensuring precise configuration of roaming profiles, APN/PDN contexts, and Camel/Diameter triggers.
Collaborate with roaming partners to implement and refine SoR logic within the HLR/HSS, ensuring subscribers attach to preferred networks based on cost and quality.
Lead the technical deployment of Full MVNO profiles, managing specific QoS profiles and addressing (GTs, APNs) required for independent network operations.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for our System Integrators, auditing HLR/HSS configurations, reviewing change requests, and ensuring alignment with the 2026 roadmap.
Define and monitor critical HLR/HSS KPIs, including Location Update (LU) success rates and Diameter Transaction per Second (TPS) limits.
What you’ll need:
Deep technical mastery of MAP (SS7) and Diameter (S6a/S13) protocols; additional experience with VoLTE Roaming (S8HR) or SMSoIP rollout is a significant advantage.
Subscriber Mapping: Extensive experience with HLR, HSS, and UDM (User Data Management) in a multi-tenant or MVNO/E environment.
Practical experience with Multi-IMSI applets and the logic required to manage roaming through Sponsor IMSIs.
A solid understanding of GSMA IREG (IR series); familiarity with TADIG (TD series) and how HSS/HLR templates impact billing/settlement is preferred.
A "detective" mindset for troubleshooting complex signalling failures using tools like Wireshark or roaming-specific platforms (e.g., Mobileum, Roamware, or SIGOS).
Proven ability to manage technical projects with external System Integrators and roaming partners under tight deadlines.
Bonus Points
Experience with 5G Unified Data Management (UDM) and Authentication Server Functions (AUSF).
Knowledge of Cloud Native Network Functions (CNF) and containerised core deployments.
Scripting skills (Python/Bash) for automating provisioning audits or log parsing.
If you are interested in this position, please apply via the link.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
The Data Platform builds infrastructure and tools that enable Ramp to realize business value from data. We partner closely with stakeholder teams to build this infrastructure and the applications on top of it. What You’ll Do
- Build and integrate the components of Ramp's Analytics Platform and Machine Learning Platform.
- Build tools that improve the agility and data experience of Ramp's Applied Scientists, AI Engineers, and Risk Engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams on building and productionizing machine learning applications.
- Build reliable, scalable, maintainable, and cost-efficient systems across the stack.
What You Need
- Experience with workflow orchestrators like Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect.
- Experience building infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar databases.
- Intuition around analytics and machine learning, and empathy for data science workflows.
- Strong Python programming skills.
Nice to Haves
- Expertise with AWS
- Previous experience building online machine learning systems.
- Previous experience building a feature store.
- Experience with Terraform and Datadog
- Experience building streaming systems.

About the Job:
Software powers the world, and LaunchDarkly empowers all teams to deliver and control the best software. As an Senior Infrastructure Engineer on the IDE team, you'll help us build, automate, and improve the systems that keep LaunchDarkly running at scale.
Our platform serves over twenty trillion feature flags daily across a global AWS footprint. You'll write software that replaces manual processes, build tools that help other engineers move faster, and contribute to a culture where operational toil is treated as a bug to be fixed, not a fact of life.
As part of our you-build-it-you-run-it culture, all engineers participate in an on-call rotation.
Responsibilities:
Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational workflows
Build and improve internal tools and platforms that make other engineers more productive
Manage and evolve our AWS infrastructure using Terraform
Participate in on-call rotations and turn incident patterns into permanent fixes
Collaborate with product engineering teams to understand their infrastructure needs and reduce friction
Identify repetitive operational work and replace it with software
Qualifications:
8+ years of professional software engineering experience
Familiarity with AWS (you've used it; you don't need to have memorized every service)
You write code to solve problems — not just configuration, but actual software when the situation calls for it
You're curious about how things work and willing to learn new tools quickly
A commitment to working in a communicative and collaborative environment
You hold yourself and others to a high bar when working with production systems
You value code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices
Nice to have (but not required):
Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools
Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes
Experience with observability tools like Datadog

Join our growing Ops Engineering team and help build internal tooling and infrastructure that empowers operators at Ramp. As an internal-facing team, you'll work directly with our operations teams to design, implement, and scale tools and systems that enable them to serve our customers more efficiently and effectively. Much of our work involves managing the Retool platform, building custom tooling on top of platforms like Zendesk, developing internal API to support internal operations, and creating operator-facing applications that help our ops teams move faster and deliver better customer experiences.

Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We're looking for Forward Deployed ML Engineers who want to work at the intersection of deep technical work and direct customer impact. As an ML FDE, you'll partner with leading AI companies and foundation model labs to help them achieve state-of-the-art performance on their most demanding workloads — LLM serving, model training (SFT, RLHF), audio pipelines, scientific computing, and more. You're helping teams reach outcomes most engineers can't on their own.
The FDE team today includes world-class software engineers, computational scientists, ML engineers, and former founders. We're looking for people with strong engineering fundamentals, deep curiosity across the AI stack, and energy for working directly with customers on hard problems. You will:
- Work hands-on with companies like Suno, Lovable, Cognition, and Meta to architect and optimize production AI workloads on Modal
- Contribute to open-source projects — members of the team are active contributors to SGLang — and publish technical content that demonstrates Modal's capabilities across the AI stack
- Collaborate with Modal's product and sales teams, contributing to the platform as both an engineer and a product stakeholder
- Build trusted relationships with technical leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, ML leads) at companies doing frontier AI work
- Conduct technical demos, experiments, and proof-of-concepts that make Modal's performance advantages tangible
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of professional ML engineering experience, ideally with hands-on work in inference optimization, model training, GPU programming, or ML infrastructure
- Familiarity with the serving (e.g., vLLM, SGLang) and training (e.g., slime, verl, TRL) toolchains. You don't need all of these, but you should be able to go deep on at least one.
- Strong communicator who can go deep on technical architecture with an engineering team and clearly articulate tradeoffs to technical leadership
- Genuine interest in working directly with customers — you find it energizing to understand someone else's problem and help them solve it
- Bonus: side projects, open-source contributions, or published work you're proud of in ML or systems performance
- Willing to work in-person in New York City, San Francisco, or Stockholm
Location: San Francisco; Stockholm; New York; London
Workplace: OnSite

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or enterprise-facing technical roles in infrastructure, cloud, or developer platforms
- Demonstrated success driving complex enterprise sales cycles ($250K+ ACV; experience with $1M+ ARR accounts strongly preferred)
- Experience working with large, sophisticated Bay Area technology companies or global enterprises
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) including compute, networking, storage, and managed services

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
About the Role
We are looking for product-oriented backend engineers to join our engineering team here at Teleport. You will be responsible for designing and implementing backend services and APIs that enable access controls auditing tools, audit logging, session recording summarization, and identity workflows in all aspects of Teleport.
You will be involved in the entire product development cycle, from working with customers to understand security needs, to writing RFDs for your design ideas, to implementing distributed systems in Go. You will work very closely with engineers, product managers, and security researchers to design features that secure and monitor access to infrastructure at scale.
You will play a key role in shaping how modern infrastructure access is secured, audited, and managed at scale.
What You'll Do
- Building backend integrations https://github.com/gravitational/teleport/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3Aaws with cloud provider's managed databases.
- Working on scalability and resiliency https://github.com/gravitational/teleport/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3Ascaleof clusters with 10K+ nodes.
- Implementing advanced HTTPS proxy with identity aware access control.

What We're Looking For
- Go or Rust experience
- Linux systems engineering
- Cryptography engineering experience is a plus
How We Hire
- You will join 30 minute intro call and we will walk you through the compensation, interview process and requirements
- You will join a 30 minute call with the hiring manager, and we will walk you through the take home exercise and help answer questions
- You join a Slack channel and submit a coding challenge https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/systems/challenge-1.md in Go using Github
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
