About the Role
Enterprise deals aren't won by a single email or a single seller. They're won by a coordinated push that reaches every stakeholder in the room, at the right moment, with the right message. As our Account-Based Marketing Manager, you'll own the programs that turn our highest-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts into pipeline. You'll work directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships to build 1:1 and 1:few plays that engage buying groups and move complex, multi-stakeholder deals forward. This is a role for someone who's comfortable building from limited precedent and translating account strategy into campaigns that actually change how a deal moves.
What you'll do
Own and execute ABM programs for a defined portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, from strategy through campaign delivery.
Design 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays that engage decision-makers and full buying groups, not just single contacts.
Partner with Sales on account plans, opportunity progression, and executive engagement, acting as the marketing counterpart to their account strategy.
Build personalized messaging and content experiences tailored to enterprise stakeholders, translating account priorities into a value narrative.
Run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, content hubs, direct mail, and events, sequencing channels to match where each account is in the funnel.
Lead high-touch executive engagement initiatives, including curated dinners, events, and account-specific experiences that build senior-level relationships.
Drive account research to surface buying group members, whitespace, and engagement signals that inform where to focus next.
Track account engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline impact across the portfolio, and use those signals to reallocate effort toward what's working.
Test new ABM tactics and engagement approaches, treating each program as a hypothesis to validate rather than a template to repeat.
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve.
Skills and Qualifications
4-7 years of B2B marketing experience with strong exposure to enterprise demand generation, ABM, or strategic account marketing.
Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel ABM programs targeting complex buying groups.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate account engagement and pipeline signals and adjust programs accordingly.
Experience partnering closely with Sales to support account strategies and opportunity progression.
Ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with broader strategic objectives.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ABM or intent tools.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and plans need to adapt in real time.
Nice to Have
Experience running executive-level engagement programs (dinners, curated events, VIP experiences).
Background in SaaS or fintech, where enterprise sales cycles involve multiple senior stakeholders.
You'll Thrive Here If
You Treat a stalled enterprise deal as a puzzle to solve, not someone else's problem.
Can build a program from scratch when there's no playbook to follow.
Read pipeline and engagement data as a starting point for the next test, not a to file away.
Move comfortably between big-picture account strategy and the details of a single campaign asset.
Build real working relationships with sellers instead of treating Sales as a stakeholder to manage.
Hold a high bar for personalization. Generic ABM doesn't move enterprise buying groups.
Take ownership of outcomes, not just activity. Pipeline impact is the scoreboard.
Give and take direct feedback easily, and adjust fast when a play isn't landing.
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $98,000 - $106,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
Perks & Benefits
Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
FSA and HSA Spending Account.
20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday.
401(k) plan with company match.
100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.
Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers).
Generous home office stipend to support your remote workspace.
Annual professional development stipend to support your growth (e.g., workshops, courses, and seminars).
Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off with registered non-profits.

- Turn ambiguous customer and market signals into clear recommendations for Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Develop competitive messaging against inference providers, cloud platforms, and internal DIY alternatives
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Engineering to ensure technical claims are accurate, defensible, and supported by real product behavior.
- Work with Sales and Solutions teams to understand deal blockers, buyer objections, and enablement gaps.

REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, developer marketing, or a related GTM role, ideally at an infrastructure, developer tools, cloud, data, or AI company.

- Experience translating complex technical products into clear, differentiated positioning for both technical practitioners and enterprise decision-makers.
- Track record building launch strategies and GTM plans for platform products, infrastructure products, or technical capabilities with long enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to make technical infrastructure feel concrete, credible, and commercially urgent.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, inference, model serving, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, observability, DevOps, or distributed systems.
- Experience marketing products to ML engineers, platform engineers, infrastructure leaders, security/compliance teams, or technical executives.
- Experience building competitive positioning against cloud providers, inference providers, model API companies, or internal platforms.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you’ll be embedded in the Strategy & Operations team and report directly to the VP of Strategy & Operations.
This talented and motivated self-starter will be responsible for executing a diverse array of strategic initiatives across the business, with a focus on areas of high priority for Garner’s leadership team. You’ll be responsible for deploying management best practices and have the chance to learn what it takes to operate in a high-performance and high-impact environment.
What you will do
Execute strategic projects across the business; dive deep into areas of high priority for Garner’s leadership team
Take on a portfolio of operational processes - that you will develop and deploy - in close collaboration with subject matter experts across Garner
Rotate through a variety of high impact initiatives providing you with broad exposure across the company
Support Garner’s strategic operating rhythm, including managing company KPIs and driving our annual/quarterly planning processes
Work directly with Garner’s leadership on high-visibility initiatives for the business
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role; prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment.
A strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them
A combination of high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data
Interest and/or experience working in healthcare, with a mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, in an environment that builds you faster than anywhere else through candid feedback and real ownership, alongside high achievers who genuinely want you to do extraordinary things. The environment is demanding by design. Candid feedback is how you grow, real ownership is how you contribute, high standards are how the work stays meaningful and the people around you want you to win and will push you beyond your limits. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity it’s purpose.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

An overview of this role
You'll be the Staff Program Manager, CCO Programs, running the cross-functional initiatives on the Chief Customer Officer's (CCO) priority list. These programs include go-to-market transformation, retention and renewal motions tied to major annual recurring revenue (ARR) goals, the field-to-product feedback loop, and executive engagement with our highest-value accounts. You'll turn executive intent into workstreams, coordinate senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Renewals, Professional Services, Data, and Enablement, and make the tactical calls that keep the portfolio honest.
This is a founding seat reporting to the CCO while the broader Programs function is built, and the reporting line may evolve as the team scales. In your first year, every CCO-level program will have a clear owner other than the CCO, leadership will trust your data-grounded view of program health, and the portfolio will deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do
Own execution and business outcomes across CCO-level programs, including go-to-market transformation, renewal and retention motions, product feedback loops, and executive sponsorship for top accounts.
Turn CCO direction into workstreams with clear owners, dependencies, and timelines.
Coordinate senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Renewals, Professional Services, Data, and Enablement, holding them accountable without direct authority.
Surface stalled work, unowned risks, and slipping timelines so the CCO has a reliable, real-time view of the portfolio.
Recommend scope changes, re-sequencing, or ending a program when it is not delivering value.
Drive follow-through from executive meetings by tracking decisions and action items to completion.
Track program health using data, connect execution to retention, expansion, adoption, and ARR outcomes, and communicate executive-ready narratives.
Build shared standards for tracking, reporting, and handoffs, and iterate plans with functional leaders based on field feedback.
What you'll bring
Experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic programs at the executive level and turning ambiguous direction into delivered outcomes without a fully scoped brief.
Experience in Customer Experience, go-to-market, or revenue-facing functions such as Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, or Revenue Operations, with fluency in retention, expansion, and adoption motions and how they contribute to ARR.
The ability to influence senior stakeholders, including executives, and hold them accountable to commitments without formal authority.
Judgment to make high-stakes tactical recommendations under ambiguity, including when data supports changing direction or ending a program.
Data fluency to assess program health, diagnose where work is breaking down, and recommend a data-informed next step.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to move between an executive-ready narrative and execution-level detail.
Comfort operating without established infrastructure and helping build the function's operating model.
Reliable follow-through and the ability to navigate conflict and competing priorities across a broad stakeholder group.
About the team
You'll be the first Program Manager supporting CX Executive initiatives and the founding hire in a Programs function that will grow as the CCO's highest-priority cross-functional initiatives outgrow ad hoc ownership. The team works across the customer lifecycle, from go-to-market strategy and product feedback through renewal, expansion, and executive relationships with large accounts. We partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Data, and Enablement leaders in a globally distributed, largely asynchronous environment to turn CCO commitments into shipped outcomes.

We are seeking an exceptional
Senior Marketing Analytics Manager
to be embedded in
Growth Marketing
, the team at Garner that owns B2C member activation & engagement. You will report directly to the
Director of Marketing Operations
and serve as the dedicated data & analytics partner for our
Growth Marketing
team.
Growth Marketing is responsible for getting employees to sign up and use their Garner benefit — through email, SMS, direct mail, in-app, in-office materials, and employer-led communication channels. We're looking for an
exceptional, AI-native data & analytics manager
to own how member activation and engagement are operationalized and measured across channels. You'll own the
audience targeting & segmentation
(SQL queries in Snowflake for our email / sms / direct mail targeting, partnering closely with Engineering) and build the
Business Intelligence layer
that powers our member engagement campaigns, ranging from cross-system data pipelines, attribution modeling, experimentation frameworks, and funnel & lifecycle analysis through core reporting and dashboards. You'll define the metrics behind member growth and ensure those definitions hold consistently across systems. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our growth engine — helping us engage more members, deliver a first-class member experience, and improve health outcomes at scale.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Targeting & segmentation (campaign operations):
Own the audience targeting, segmentation (SQL queries of Snowflake data tables to be built into our Iterable system), and personalization data behind our email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns. Partner with Engineering to troubleshoot upstream Data issues that affect our marketing campaigns, as well as enhance and automate the data mechanics and pipelines so the program can scale.
Analytics & Reporting:
Own how member activation and engagement are measured end-to-end (e.g., Looker dashboards). Define, build, and maintain the KPIs, metric definitions, performance reports, and dashboards Growth Marketing runs on — funnel and lifecycle metrics, email/SMS campaign activity, channel efficiency, operational health, and KPI target setting.
Product & engagement analytics:
Bridge marketing activity to member behavior in the Garner app so the team can optimize communications over time.
Experimentation:
Develop and execute on the Growth Marketing team’s A/B testing program and performance reporting.
Data governance:
Build our data foundation alongside Data Management & Engineering, Reporting & Business Intelligence, Growth Product to ensure our data is analysis-ready and trustworthy. Build workflows, documentation, QA practices, and tooling that ensure our metrics are standardized across systems and campaigns.
Systems & technology stack:
Uplevel our data sophistication by designing and building at the systems level, leveraging AI in order to maximize scale and leverage.
What you will bring to the team:
4–6+ years in marketing & growth & analytics, business intelligence, growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar data-centric role.
Growth & marketing, B2C, B2B2C, and Product-led Growth subject matter expertise preferred but not required (e.g., customer funnel analytics, cohort and retention curves, channel attribution, lifecycle email/SMS/direct mail performance, targeting/segmentation, personalization)
Expertise in the modern data stack
.
Hands-on proficiency with Snowflake, SQL, Python, and visualization tools
(e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Experience with ESP/CRM event data (Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar) is a strong plus.
Experience in experimentation & reporting
. Familiarity with A/B and incrementality test design, statistics, measurement, and optimization.
Analytical rigor and problem framing
. You turn a vague business question into the right analysis, define a defensible metric, and state your assumptions rather than jumping to a chart. You’re a strong communicator who’s comfortable using insight to drive decisions for a marketing audience and executives.
AI fluency
. Comfort with and excitement about harnessing AI agents to build analyses, design dashboards, and validate results.
Self-starter approach
with the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and juggle multiple priorities & deadlines, doing whatever is necessary to ensure company success. You thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic
startup environment.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team
that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
The target salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000.

Practical experience with Kubernetes, k6, and Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or similar cloud infrastructure.
Experience building durable solutions that support broad adoption using systems thinking.
Communicate clearly in writing and influence teams without direct authority.
About the team
Performance Enablement is part of Platform Enablement within Developer Experience and Infrastructure Platforms. We help GitLab teams make performance part of the software lifecycle.
Our goal is to make performance a shared responsibility of service-owning teams while providing a strong platform and center of expertise when teams need help. We work asynchronously, collaborate broadly across research and development, and focus on building capabilities that scale beyond individual team engagements.

Establish Go service patterns and Kubernetes operating practices where they matter to the production estate, and guide Rust adoption where it addresses systems, security, performance, or supply-chain needs.
Take part in on-call and incident response for systems your teams own, serve as a technical escalation point during complex incidents, and turn lessons from incidents into lasting improvements.
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on platform roadmap decisions and investment trade-offs.
Mentor Senior and Intermediate engineers, reduce technical debt, build reusable patterns that improve team throughput, and lead adoption of artificial intelligence-assisted and agentic workflows with quality, security, privacy, and operational guardrails.
What you’ll bring
A record of leading technical work across more than one team or a broad product area.
Deep backend architecture and production experience with complex applications, services, or platforms, including application programming interfaces, service platforms, data systems, modular monoliths, or shared backend components.
Experience modernizing a monolith or legacy backend architecture in production and using modular approaches such as bounded contexts, package encapsulation, ports and adapters, service extraction, or event-driven boundaries.
Experience building alignment through clear written proposals and decision records so teams document, understand, and adopt technical decisions.
Experience making trade-offs among customer outcomes, delivery speed, technical health, reliability, and long-term platform investment.
Experience mentoring engineers and shaping standards through code review, documentation, and practice.
Production experience with artificial intelligence-assisted or agentic engineering workflows, including improving how a team adopts them.
About the team
The Core DevOps team owns core repository capabilities, from Git command-line operations to web-based code exploration. We build features and platforms, improve existing capabilities, and improve maintainability, accessibility, performance, and workflows for teams using artificial intelligence-assisted development tools.

Please be informed that Foxelli Group hires exclusively in-house and doesn't work with any external recruitment agencies. Any company or individual claiming to recruit on behalf of Foxelli Group is not affiliated with us.
At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter - you’ll feel at home with us.
WHY JOIN FOXELLI?
Foxelli is a place for people who think deeply, learn quickly, automate repetitive work, enjoy spending time together, and build things that matter. We work hard, joke often, and don’t take ourselves too seriously.
If you’re excited about AI, eager to learn, and want to create work that genuinely means something with people who care, you’ll feel right at home with us - no matter where you are in your career.
What You'll Do
We create premium AI short films and series that make people feel something. You'll be a key part of building this, producing daily episodes of dark romance, horror, thriller, and fantasy micro-dramas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Each episode is 60-90 seconds of polished, character-driven storytelling that lives on someone's phone, often watched without sound.
You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI tools and deliberate creative craft. This means:
- Striking visuals that stop the scroll and draw the eye
- Believable characters who feel real, episode to episode
- Natural-sounding voices and carefully placed audio that works whether the sound is on or off
- Purposeful editing where every cut serves the story and the viewer's emotional journey
- Style in service of story—the look and feel should match the world and tone of the series
You'll move fast, but never at the expense of craft. Every frame should feel intentional
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of professional experience working with AI tools for video, image, or audio generation
- Solid understanding of editing fundamentals: frame composition, pacing, visual flow, and how cuts guide audience attention
- Prompt engineering skills -ability to write precise, iterative prompts that yield the exact creative output you need
- Portfolio demonstrating completed AI-generated video work or traditional video edited to a high standard
- Ability to work independently and ship fast without constant creative direction
- Familiarity with vertical video format requirements and platform-specific best practices
It will be a plus:
- Experience in classic video production (films, TV series, shows)
- Understanding of dramaturgy and story construction
- The full cycle of AI video creation - from idea to final
- Experience working with short drama or creating AI content for TikTok / YouTube
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
1. Apply - A simple form that helps us know who’s stepping into our world.
2. Text Task - A small real-world challenge so we can see how you approach problems in action.
3. Hire - if we align, we'll invite you to join our team for a test trial period.
FIXED SERVICE FEE
Up to 2500 euros per month after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience, we'd be happy to negotiate your salary).
PERKS & BENEFITS
- Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Hubstaff ensures transparency and fairness.
- Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.
- A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep growing continuously.
- Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested.

Hi, I'm Paul, VP of Engineering at
Customer.io
. We're looking for a staff engineer to set technical direction for the systems that move billions of messages a day. This isn't a role about shipping more, faster. It's about deciding what gets built, where the architecture needs to go next, and raising the ceiling for the engineers around you.
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. Under the hood: Go, React, Ember and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What We Value
Ownership at company scale
You take on the problems nobody has claimed yet — the ones that span squads, have no obvious owner, and would quietly cost us a year if left alone. You either solve them or get leadership aligned to.
Engineers with product taste
You think like a user, not just an engineer. You connect architectural decisions to what customers actually experience, and you can explain that connection to people who don't write Go.
A healthy skepticism for "the way things are done"
You retire practices that have outlived their usefulness, including ones you helped build. Best practices matter — but never more than forward motion.
Force multiplication
Your best quarter isn't measured by what you shipped. It's measured by what the department can now do that it couldn't before.
What You'll Do
Shape the technical direction of our distributed messaging systems in Go — making the high-level architectural calls on mission-critical services where scale, cost, and reliability are all in tension
Take on ambiguous, high-stakes problems that cross squad and function boundaries, and drive them to a decision when the right answer isn't obvious to anyone yet
Build consensus on contested technical questions across teams, and communicate the tradeoffs clearly enough that senior leadership can act on them
Raise the department's bar — set quality and design standards, mentor senior engineers, and turn what you know into frameworks and documentation other teams can use without you in the room
Drive engineering process and tooling improvements that span multiple squads, not just your own
Participate in an on-call rotation as required, supporting the reliability of the systems you build
Interview and calibrate against our career ladder, giving honest, evidence-based assessments of candidates
Use AI agents to make multi-file changes by scoping the work, writing the prompt, and verifying the output
What we're looking for
10+ years building scalable, distributed systems in Go (or similar statically typed languages), including several as the person others turned to on architecture
Depth across multiple systems or domains, not just one — you've been the recognized expert in more than one place
A track record of designing for production reality: you quantify tradeoffs in throughput, cost, and reliability rather than picking a reasonable path and defending it
Experience designing observability and recovery as first-class concerns — metrics, alerting, rollback, backpressure, checkpointing — not logging added afterward
Comfort working in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP), with relational databases (we use MySQL) and a real understanding of performance tradeoffs
Evidence of making other engineers better: mentorship, technical writing, design review, standards that outlasted your involvement
A bias for action over perfection, and the judgment to know which decisions are worth slowing down for
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $200,000 - $240,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. This role also carries a 10% annual bonus target. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family. We also offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

Recruiter Call (30 mins)
- Let's chat about what you're looking for and how we work.
Hiring Manager Interview (60 mins)
- Talk with one of our hiring managers about your working style and a project you've owned end-to-end, plus a short AI-assisted coding exercise.
Architecture Interview (60 mins)
- A collaborative system design conversation focused on scaling challenges, tradeoffs, and failure modes.
Take-Home Assignment
- Complete a short, realistic task similar to what you'd work on here.
Assignment Review Call (60 mins)
- Walk us through your work and discuss tradeoffs, priorities, and how you'd iterate.
All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verifications as part of our pre-employment process.
Customer.io
recognizes the stifling impact of systemic injustice on diverse communities. We commit to using our influence to increase inclusion and equity within the tech industry. We strive to build an inclusive team culture, implement bias-free hiring practices, and develop community partnerships to expand our global impact.
Zoom is the only video conference platform that we use, virtual interviews will be conducted using the video capability (i.e., not via the chat), and offers will be extended in writing on official
