ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and overall health of a book of 8–12 of Ramp’s largest and most strategic customers. - Lead frequent customer conversations (status calls, roadmap discussions, upsell conversations, and QBRs) to ensure customers are achieving strong outcomes with Ramp
- Own end-to-end execution of renewals and expansions, from discovery and solution design through commercial negotiation and close
- Serve as a Ramp product expert, proactively uncovering workflow gaps and recommending solutions that save customers time and money, while guiding them toward deeper platform adoption
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, CSMs, and Solutions to coordinate customer initiatives and deliver tailored, enterprise-grade solutions
- Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams, translating customer needs and patterns into recommendations that shape Ramp’s Strategic and Enterprise roadmap
- Navigate and align internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, investors, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Use data and analytics to inform your strategy, monitor account performance, and communicate impact and opportunities in a clear, grounded way
WHAT YOU NEED
- 9+ years of experience as a Account Manager or Account Executive
- 3+ years managing strategic Enterprise accounts (2,500+ employees or Fortune 1000) with proven commercial ownership
- Strong familiarity with Fintech, Payments, Finance/Accounting, or B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated success negotiating and closing complex six-figure renewals and upsells
- Ability to understand and communicate complex product workflows, integrations, and technical configurations
- High fluency in financial value drivers — able to articulate ROI, payback periods, process modernization, and cost savings
- Deep sense of ownership with the ability to build processes, playbooks, and documentation from 0→1 as strategic customers push the limits of Ramp’s platform and require new, scalable solutions
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and at the C-suite

We’re looking for a Brand Designer to join the Figma Brand Studio and focus on designing for the web. This role will help up-level some of our most important surfaces—our marketing websites—in brand-forward, novel, and unexpected ways.
This role sits at the intersection of web design, software storytelling, and brand. You’re someone who loves to tinker and experiment. You have a deep understanding of accessibility, and you’re comfortable taking ideas from early sketch to working prototype, partnering with web engineers to bring new patterns and interactions to life. Working closely across Brand and Marketing, you’ll shape everything from site structure and navigation to launch, campaign, and event experiences. You’ll also help evolve the web design system that helps the team ship quality work at speed. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

Own and drive best-in-class UX and visual design across Figma’s marketing websites, from concept through prototype and production
Tell Figma’s software story on the web in compelling, inventive ways, working with Product Marketing and Content Strategy to show (not just tell) what our products can do
Prototype and develop new web patterns and interactions that move past standard SaaS conventions, and partner with web engineers to make them real
Design brand-forward web experiences for launches, campaigns, and events that feel novel and unexpected, while staying accessible and performant
Shape site structure, information architecture, and navigation to better bring our content strategy to life and serve customers’ needs
Evolve and contribute to our web design system, including templates and components that help the team ship quality work at speed
Share learnings, experiments, and techniques with Brand Studio and partners to raise the bar across the org
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years designing websites, with a portfolio that shows creative range, strong visual, interaction, and typographic craft, and a clear point of view on telling software stories on the web
Fluency designing, prototyping, and building with Figma, and curiosity about new design, build, and AI tools, with clear opinions on how and when to use them
Strong systems thinking, grounded in information architecture, UX and accessibility best practices, and experience contributing to and evolving design systems and templates
Experience using research and data to run experiments and drive decisions
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive concepts from start to finish on your own, partnering closely with design, copy, strategy, engineering, product marketing, and growth along the way
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. Keet is a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app built on Holepunch's P2P stack. There are no servers, no middlemen, and no data harvesting. People talk directly to each other, with end-to-end encryption by design.
We're taking Keet to a billion users, competing head-on with WhatsApp and Telegram. Product sets the direction. We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up at global scale.
You lead the teams that build Keet's features: the API team, which adds feature-focused APIs to Keet's core, and the frontend team, which builds the React app on top, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar. The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product.
You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for distributed, local-first systems, so you can work fluently on top of a P2P engine without needing to build it yourself.
Responsabilities
Engineering
Run the API and frontend teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.
Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.
Own the technical design of features and the API surface between Keet's core and the app.
Make sure the API team works closely with our deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches the engine.
Product Partnership
Work alongside Keet's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.
Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.
Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially where P2P opens doors that centralized apps can't.
Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.
Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.
Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Experience managing engineers or engineering leads who ship consumer product, ideally in chat, calling, or social apps.
Strong product sense: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for distributed and local-first systems. Offline-first and eventual consistency should feel natural. You don't need P2P protocol expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
Deep JavaScript and React.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience, and the ability to give and receive direct critique.
Bonus: experience with local-first apps, CRDTs or sync engines, offline-capable mobile or desktop apps, or open source.

You will serve as a front-line manager for a team of Enterprise Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across Ramp’s largest and most strategic accounts.
As Ramp expands its upmarket presence, you will help build and evolve the Enterprise go-to-market motion from the ground up. You will lead and develop high-performing SDRs who manage named books of business and navigate complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles.
Key responsibilities include coaching and developing SDRs, setting team strategy, and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and executive leadership to drive enterprise pipeline and business outcomes. As a member of the Sales Leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping, scaling, and refining Ramp’s Enterprise growth strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and scale the Enterprise SDR function, including team structure, playbooks, and processes for a named-account motion.
- Foster a high-performing team culture by managing daily activity, quota attainment, and key performance metrics.
- Hire, onboard, and train SDRs on Ramp’s products, enterprise buyer personas, competitive landscape, and sales tools.
- Create and execute career-development and leadership plans for direct reports, including regular 1:1 coaching on time management, objection handling, enterprise prospecting, and active listening.
- Coach SDRs through complex, multi-threaded enterprise outbound motions, including account research, executive-level messaging, and strategic pipeline generation.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute initiatives that advance company objectives.
- Report on team performance and forecast pipeline to senior leadership.
- Improve team output and efficiency by continuously optimizing systems, processes, and operating rhythms.
- Represent the Enterprise Sales Development team in cross-functional forums and with leaders across the organization.
WHAT YOU NEED
- At least 2 years of quota-carrying individual-contributor sales experience, with a consistent record of exceeding goals.
- At least 3 years of experience building and leading sales development teams, with a demonstrated record of exceeding team goals.
- Success in fast-paced, results-oriented go-to-market environments (ideally within SaaS) and a history of outperforming quota in outbound sales.
- Experience managing or selling into enterprise accounts with complex, longer sales cycles.
- A passion for hiring and talent development, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and career growth.
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value propositions to customers, including executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data-analysis tools, as well as familiarity with email and call-automation platforms.
- Ability to use data to inform decisions, build scalable systems, and identify process improvements that increase conversion and efficiency.
- Strong collaboration, communication, influence, and presentation skills.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience selling financial-services products in a full-cycle sales role.
- Experience building an Enterprise SDR function from the ground up or scaling a team within a new segment.

The Marketing Compliance function develops and applies standards for marketing and external communications across the markets in which OKX operates. Its remit covers advertising, promotions, social media, influencers and affiliates activity, and product launch communications for CeFi and DeFi offerings, from campaign planning through approval and post-campaign review. We work with Marketing, Product, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to assess regulatory requirements, put practical risk-based controls in place, and support timely and compliant go-to-market execution.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a strong leader to join our compliance team and continue building out our marketing compliance function. This role will involve building a marketing control framework supported by policies and procedures, developing review and approval processes, and working closely with Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure marketing communications and initiatives comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in marketing lifecycle governance, from ideation through execution and post-campaign review and ongoing monitoring. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking compliance leader who can balance regulatory rigor with business enablement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Lead a marketing compliance function and scale up the team.
Design and implement a scalable global compliance framework supported by policies and procedures governing marketing and external communications, including advertising, promotions, social media, and product launch communications.
Develop and maintain marketing compliance policies and procedures tailored to the unique risks associated with both CeFi and DeFi offerings.
Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to define and operationalize a review and approval process for marketing and product communications, ensuring timely and compliant go-to-market execution.
Establish a robust and effective ongoing post-publication monitoring program to ensure that post-campaign marketing materials (including social media and engagement with influencers/KOLs and affiliates) and lookbacks adhere to global and local marketing standards.
Leverage AI-enabled technological solutions to develop a holistic global marketing compliance controls framework that can scale appropriately with the business’ growth.
Track, report, and remediate incidents or issues arising from marketing activities.
Monitor global regulatory developments relevant to crypto marketing and advertising. Proactively assess and implement required changes to the marketing compliance program based on regulatory updates.
Partner with Product, Legal, Risk, Central Compliance and Marketing teams to ensure all product launch communications and campaigns are fully compliant with global regulations and company policies.
Support the business in making decisions while considering regulatory risks and compliance obligations.
Develop materials to improve understanding of compliance and regulatory risks across teams and deliver regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
What We Look For
Experience as a lead in compliance, legal, or marketing compliance roles, ideally within financial services or fintech.
Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment.
Deep understanding of marketing regulations and standards across key jurisdictions (e.g., US, UK, EU, APAC).
Experience in crypto, blockchain, or digital assets, with strong familiarity with both CeFi and DeFi ecosystems.
Proven ability to design and implement compliance frameworks and controls from scratch.
