About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
We're looking for experienced engineers to build and scale the database infrastructure that powers Claude's products and Anthropic's research. As a Software Engineer on the Databases team, you'll architect and operate the systems that let millions of users interact with Claude while also supporting frontier AI research workloads.
You'll help set the database strategy for Anthropic: designing systems that handle billions of API requests, building storage that runs cleanly across GCP, AWS, and a range of deployment models, and creating the reliable data layer that lets research move fast.
The Databases team spans three areas: the core database platform (data plane and control plane), data movement (migrations, backfill, and change data capture), and caching. We're hiring across all three.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the technical direction for database solutions used across Product and Research
Design and implement database solutions that scale to support millions of users across Claude's product ecosystem
Build and scale database systems through 100x+ growth while maintaining reliability and performance
Build the database platform that lets Anthropic engineers ship without thinking about databases or scaling.
Architect data storage solutions that operate across GCP, AWS, first-party deployments, third-party deployments, and other environments
Develop database infrastructure that serves both product and research workloads with different performance characteristics
Build data movement infrastructure (migration tooling, backfill, and change data capture pipelines) that safely consolidates and moves data across the organization
Design and operate caching infrastructure, including CDC-driven cache invalidation, that keeps Anthropic's hottest paths fast and correct
Partner with product and research teams to understand data requirements and build infrastructure that accelerates their work
Optimize database performance, reliability, and cost efficiency at scale
Make build-vs-buy decisions for database technologies
Minimum Qualifications
Significant experience as a software engineer building and operating production database or storage systems
Deep knowledge of distributed database architectures and OLTP systems at scale
Proficiency with SQL and at least one major relational or distributed database engine (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Spanner, CockroachDB, DynamoDB)
Track record of leading large, complex infrastructure projects as an engineer or tech lead
Ability to balance moving quickly with the reliability needs of production systems
Strong technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years building and scaling database systems, with 3+ years leading large-scale projects or teams
Experience scaling databases through periods of rapid growth at high-growth companies
Experience operating Spanner, CockroachDB, TiDB, AlloyDB, or other globally distributed SQL databases in production
Experience with Redis, Temporal, vector databases, or async job processing frameworks
Experience with change data capture (Debezium or similar), large-scale data migration, or streaming data infrastructure
Experience building multi-cloud or hybrid cloud database solutions
Knowledge of database orchestration and automation at scale
Contributions to database internals, storage engines, or related open source projects
Note: Prior AI/ML infrastructure experience is not required. We value deep infrastructure and database expertise from any domain.
Deadline to apply:

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We're looking for experienced engineers to build Anthropic's cache layer as a managed service from the ground up. The Caching team is part of the Databases organization and owns the systems that keep Anthropic's hottest paths fast and correct: a managed Redis fleet, client libraries used across the company, and CDC-driven cache invalidation that solves one of distributed systems' hardest problems the right way.
This is a foundational role on a small team with outsized leverage. Every millisecond you take off a hot path is multiplied across every Claude request. You'll set the technical direction for caching at Anthropic, from the data plane to the developer experience, and you'll work closely with product and research teams to make caching something engineers get for free rather than something they have to think about.
Key responsibilities
Drive the technical direction for caching infrastructure used across Product and Research
Design, build, and operate a managed Redis fleet that scales to support millions of users across Claude's product ecosystem
Build client libraries and developer-facing abstractions that make correct caching the default for Anthropic engineers
Design and operate CDC-driven cache invalidation that keeps cached data consistent with source-of-truth databases
Architect caching solutions that operate across GCP, AWS, first-party deployments, and other environments
Optimize latency, hit rates, reliability, and cost efficiency on Anthropic's hottest paths
Build observability and tooling that makes cache behavior easy to understand and debug
Partner with product and research teams to understand access patterns and build infrastructure that accelerates their work
Make build-vs-buy decisions for caching technologies
Minimum qualifications
Significant experience as a software engineer building and operating production distributed systems
Deep knowledge of caching architectures, including invalidation strategies, consistency tradeoffs, and failure modes
Experience operating Redis, Memcached, or similar in-memory data stores in production
Proficiency in at least one systems programming language (e.g., Go, Rust, Java, C++) or Python at scale
Track record of leading large, complex infrastructure projects as an engineer or tech lead
Ability to balance moving quickly with the reliability needs of production systems
Strong technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred qualifications
10+ years building and scaling distributed infrastructure, with 3+ years leading large-scale projects or teams
Experience building managed infrastructure platforms or internal services consumed by many engineering teams
Experience with change data capture (Debezium or similar) or streaming data infrastructure
Experience operating Redis Cluster, Valkey, ElastiCache, Memorystore, or similar managed offerings at scale
Experience designing client libraries or SDKs for internal infrastructure
Experience scaling infrastructure through periods of rapid growth at high-growth companies
Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud deployments
Contributions to caching systems, database internals, or related open source projects
Note: Prior AI/ML infrastructure experience is not required. We value deep infrastructure expertise from any domain.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applications from Ireland.
The Opportunity:
The Grafana Alerting squad operates at the core of the Grafana open-source project
(link)
, and our mission is to provide the most in-depth way to let users manage their alerts. The backend-focused team works closely with customers and the Grafana Cloud teams to make Alerting work on-prem and at infinite scale in Cloud. The team's scope spans both Grafana Alerting and the SLOs product, so engineers get to work across two products that are deeply connected in how they help users detect and respond to problems.
Grafana Alerting is trusted by major organizations worldwide, monitoring essential medical devices and critical infrastructure. We thrive on collective creativity and diverse perspectives, every team member is encouraged to contribute ideas that shape our product into a dependable tool.
Our domain is quite large, so to get an idea of the kind of work we do, here are some projects we recently worked on:
Build distributed systems to scale alert ingestion and delivery of Prometheus-based alerts
Unify Alerting setup and delivery to work the same for Grafana and Prometheus-based alerts
Build distributed systems to scale alert evaluation of Grafana-managed alerts, reaching over 500 evaluations per second in production.
Grafana Alerting is trusted by major organizations worldwide, monitoring essential medical devices and critical infrastructure. We thrive on collective creativity and diverse perspectives, every team member is encouraged to contribute ideas that shape our product into a dependable tool.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers

Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, Java, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others

Meet Arago and the Aragonians Arago is an AI and computer hardware company whose mission is to drive the course of history forward. We do so by accelerating breakthroughs at the intersection of AI and semiconductors. Founded in 2024 by AI researchers and physicists with deep expertise in photonics, electronics, software, mathematics, and machine learning, Arago brings together a lean team of engineers and scientists from the world’s top companies and research labs. Composed of nine nationalities and operating from hubs in France, North America, and Israel, we believe in great science and fast achievements. Our work is guided by these core principles: Do great things: we deliver work we’re proud to sign our name to. High velocity: speed matters. We move quickly, one step at a time. One unit: we’re all in this together, with relationships grounded in trust, respect, and camaraderie. Arago is backed by executives from Apple, Arm, Nvidia, Microsoft, and Hugging Face, as well as prominent US and European deeptech venture firms and exited founders.
What you’ll do
As a Senior AI/ML Scientist, you will work at the intersection of modern AI models, numerical precision, and novel computing architectures. Your mission will be to develop the methods that allow AI models to run accurately, efficiently, and reliably on Arago’s computing system. This position combines strong quantization and “digital twin” aspects: understanding how frontier models tolerate reduced precision, defining the right numerical formats and quantization strategies, and building software representations of the processor to model the physical effects that impact AI model accuracy. This role is both scientific and practical. You will help shape the bridge between AI models and Arago’s hardware.
Required Skills and Experience
Background in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related quantitative field. Strong interest and skills in applied mathematics and statistics. Strong experience with quantization of machine learning and AI models. Strong understanding of modern model architectures, including language models, diffusion models, video generation models, and/or world models. Experience studying the impact of numerical precision, noise, or approximation on model accuracy. Experience with inference performance optimization. Good knowledge of computer architecture, GPU architecture, or parallel computing. Ability to build rigorous experimentation pipelines and translate research insights into practical engineering decisions. GitHub profile with recent and relevant projects. Language: English at a proficient level. French is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop Arago’s quantization strategy for modern AI models, including precision studies, numerical format exploration, and model-level techniques to preserve accuracy under constrained precision. Study the impact of analog noise on the performance and inference accuracy of machine learning models, including language models, diffusion, video generation, and world models. Develop simulation tools to model analog behavior with minimal computational overhead. Build and maintain Arago's internal experimentation pipelines for precision and performance studies on both physical and emulated prototypes. Act as a technical point of contact between clients and Arago: analyze, port, and optimize client models onto Arago hardware, balancing throughput and accuracy. Collaborate with the software and digital architecture teams to support architectural enhancements based on the operator content of frontier model architectures.
Pay and benefits
Competitive cash compensation, with final package based on location, experience, and the pay of team members in similar positions. Meaningful stock option plan offered at the earliest stage of the company (included in the majority of full time offers). Relocation bonus and coverage of moving expenses for relocation within 20 minutes of the company’s location. Healthcare coverage (including family-friendly options), pension contributions, professional development support, and 25 days of PTO, in addition to public holidays. Ownership of a key technical domain, with significant vertical and/or horizontal growth opportunities, based on performance and individual drive. Reimbursement of 50% of the public transport subscription fee. A high-paced, multicultural (with 10 nationalities), and engineering-led environment.

ABOUT YOU
Xsolla seeks a security engineer to join a new security team during a critical build-out phase. You work across application security and infrastructure security - reviewing code, hardening cloud environments, supporting incident response, and partnering with engineering teams to improve security posture across the company.
This is a generalist role well-suited to an early-team hire. You are comfortable working across domains rather than specializing in one, and you grow into deeper expertise as the team and program mature. You collaborate closely with the security program manager and work directly with engineering teams on secure design, findings, and remediation.
Our tech stack includes GCP, vSphere/ESX, Kubernetes and container workloads, MariaDB, CockroachDB, Go, PHP, and Python. You do not need expertise in all of these, but you are comfortable navigating a mixed environment and learning what you need.
As always true in job descriptions, there is an intangible value that is hard to capture. We look for a diverse set of perspectives and skills. Even if you don't match every requirement, we encourage you to apply if you think you can be highly successful in this role.

Responsibilities
Triage Security Findings
- Assess incoming bug bounty reports and scanner findings. Evaluate validity, calculate real severity, and escalate appropriately with clear written summaries.
Assist with Vulnerability Assessments
- Participate in security assessments of web applications and APIs. Help identify and document risks in new features and existing systems.
Write Clear Security Documentation
- Document findings, reproduction steps, and remediation guidance in a way that engineering teams can act on.

Stay Current
- Follow developments in the security community. Bring awareness of new vulnerability classes, CVEs, and attack techniques relevant to our stack.
What You Bring
Web Security Fundamentals
- Solid understanding of common vulnerability classes:

Top 10,
CSRF
,
XSS
,
IDOR
, SQL injection, open redirect, authentication and session management weaknesses. You understand root causes, not just names.
Web and Browser Fundamentals
- Solid understanding of how web applications work: HTTP request/response cycle, client-server model, REST APIs, how browsers handle same-origin policy, cookies and their attributes, and
CORS
. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
Security Testing Tools
- Hands-on experience with Burp Suite or similar web application security testing tools. You have used them to intercept, modify, and replay requests — not just run automated scans.
Vulnerability Documentation
- Able to reproduce a vulnerability and write it up clearly: reproduction steps, proof of concept, and impact statement. Findings that engineering teams cannot reproduce or understand do not get fixed.
Secure Development Awareness
- Familiarity with foundational secure coding concepts: input validation, output encoding, parameterized queries, and least privilege.
Code Readability
- Ability to read and follow code in at least one language relevant to web security - PHP, Python, JavaScript, or Go. You don't need to be a developer, but you need to follow logic and spot security-relevant patterns.

Clear Written Communication
- You write findings and summaries that are precise, reproducible, and useful to the engineers who need to act on them.
Curiosity and Initiative
- You dig into problems rather than stopping at the surface. When something looks wrong, you investigate before concluding
Nice to Have
Participation in bug bounty programs or
CTF
competitions;
Basic scripting ability for automation - Python or Bash;
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and where security tooling fits;
Exposure to cloud environments - GCP, AWS, or Azure;

Anthropic's researchers generate and depend on enormous amounts of data — training runs, evaluations, RL transcripts, annotations etc... The Research Data Platform team builds the systems that make that data easy to produce, find, query, and trust. We work in two modes: we build
platform components that other systems plug into
(for example, a metrics library that training frameworks integrate to record and retrieve run data), and we
own core datasets end to end
(for example, the data pipeline behind RL transcripts).
As the team's tech lead, your job starts with our users. You'll work directly with researchers — and with the engineers who support them — to understand how they actually work, where managing data slows them down, and where a well-built platform component or a well-curated dataset would change what's possible. You'll turn what you learn into technical direction for the team, in partnership with the team's manager, who owns priorities and people. A central ambition you'll drive: a small set of canonical, well-documented datasets — starting with the core data model for RL — that researchers trust and standardize on, rather than every team managing its own copies.
You'll spend your first few months close to the code and close to users: shipping improvements in our core systems, embedding with research teams, and building your own map of their workflows. As the team grows, this role has a natural path into formal people leadership for someone who wants it.
Responsibilities
Work directly with researchers and the engineers supporting them to understand their workflows, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and shape what the team builds next
Set the technical direction for the team across our platform and our datasets
Design and build platform components that other teams plug into — libraries, services, and interfaces such as the metrics library used by training frameworks
Own core datasets end to end: the pipelines that produce them, the schemas that define them, and the documentation and guarantees that make researchers trust them
Drive convergence toward canonical datasets — including the core data model for RL transcripts — that research teams standardize on
Lead complex, multi-quarter projects that span several systems and teams, staying hands-on in the code
Raise the team's technical bar through design reviews, mentorship, and the quality of your own work
You may be a good fit if you:
Have built and operated data-intensive systems at scale — pipelines, storage layers, query systems — with strong instincts for data modeling and schema design that hold up as usage grows
Have set technical direction for a team, or owned the architecture of a data platform that other teams build on
Treat internal users as customers: you do the discovery work, iterate with users, and measure success by adoption rather than by shipping
Understand that researchers aren’t typical internal customers — the work is exploratory by nature, workflows differ from team to team, and requirements are discovered through experiments rather than specified up front
Can build for that motion — keeping interfaces stable and data trustworthy while use cases change underneath you, and judging when a quick, disposable solution serves research better than a durable one
Lead through influence — aligning engineers and stakeholders without relying on formal authority
Are results-oriented and pragmatic, willing to do unglamorous work when it's the highest-leverage thing
Are excited about learning the fundamentals of machine learning research (deep ML expertise is not required)
Care about the societal impacts of your work
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with large-scale ETL and columnar or analytical storage (e.g., Spark, BigQuery, ClickHouse, DuckDB, Parquet)
Experience with metrics or experiment-tracking systems, or high-volume time-series data
Experience with dataset management, cataloging, or lineage tooling
Built developer tooling or internal data platforms for demanding technical users — including in domains like quantitative trading, where fast-moving, exploratory data work looks a lot like research
A working knowledge of machine learning
Worked in, or closely with, an ML research lab
Interest in — or experience with — people management and growing engineers
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:

About Hex Trust
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed and regulated financial institution for digital assets. We hold licenses in Dubai (VARA) and Singapore (MAS), are registered in Hong Kong (TCSP), and operate 24/7 from offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.
We are an integrated provider of custody, trading, financing, staking, and tokenization services. Our custody platform, Hex Safe, is one of the strongest in the market and serves 600+ institutional clients globally: investors and allocators (VCs, funds, family offices), Web3 companies (foundations, protocols, token issuers), and service providers (wealth managers, OTC desks, brokers, PSPs, corporates, banks). It stands out as the only platform offering regulated cold wallets with transaction signing under 1 second, compared to an industry average of around 2 hours.
As a pioneer in digital asset infrastructure, we are now expanding our ecosystem by strategically entering the payments’ business space. This expansion marks a pivotal milestone in our growth, aimed at bridging traditional finance with the digital economy through compliant, scalable and instant payment infrastructure.
Position Summary
We offer an attractive, formula-based, uncapped bonus structure tied directly to originated revenue, paid quarterly.
We are looking for a VP / Director Senior Sales for Cross-border Payments Solutions with a strong network across the payments and PSP ecosystem in APAC and the GCC. The ideal candidate has sold payment infrastructure into institutional clients, understands how PSPs and fintechs make integration decisions, and can speak credibly about stablecoins, on/off-ramps, settlement, and APIs.
As a Senior Payments specialist, you will help spearhead Hex Trust's strategic expansion, transforming our core enterprise capabilities into cutting-edge merchant solutions and global digital payment networks.
This role carries two mandates:
Scale our existing Convert-to-Pay business
by originating and closing PSP, acquirer, and fintech clients across APAC and the GCC — driving payment volume, recurring revenue, and stickiness from day one.
Secure a flagship design partner
to co-develop the next generation of programmable stablecoin payment infrastructure — a strategic, build-the-future mandate at the frontier of where payments and digital assets are heading.
This is a pure origination role with high autonomy and direct impact on revenue. You will own the commercial cycle end-to-end: prospecting, structuring, closing, integration coordination, and ongoing client coverage. The platform is proven, the licenses are real, and we have the right to win.
Duties & Responsibilities
Own the full commercial cycle for Convert-to-Pay: prospecting, qualification, structuring, closing, integration coordination, and ongoing client coverage across APAC and the GCC.
Identify and win new PSP, acquirer, fintech, and payment-infrastructure clients to grow stablecoin payment volume, recurring revenue, and assets in flow — this is a hunting role.
Translate Hex Trust's regulated, API-first stablecoin payment capabilities into commercial wins with senior payments and treasury stakeholders.
Identify, qualify, and secure a flagship design partner to co-develop the next generation of programmable stablecoin payment infrastructure — shaping requirements, structuring a co-build relationship, and turning early collaboration into a long-term commercial anchor. This is a core responsibility and a key deliverable for the role.
Work closely with product, client operations, compliance, and legal to deliver smooth onboarding and integration.
Feed product, marketing, and leadership with market intelligence and client signals that shape the roadmap and our go-to-market.
Requirements
7–10 years of institutional or B2B sales / business development experience, with meaningful time in payments.
Proven track record of selling payment infrastructure — ideally cross-border, on/off-ramps, acquiring, or stablecoin/digital-asset payment rails — into PSPs, fintechs, or financial institutions.
An existing, active network in the PSP and payments ecosystem across APAC and/or the GCC. This is critical; we are not building your network from scratch.
Strong working knowledge of stablecoins, settlement, treasury workflows, and payment APIs — you do not need to be an engineer, but you must speak credibly on these topics to technical and commercial audiences alike.
Demonstrated ability to run the full sales cycle independently — prospecting through close — in a lean, fast-moving environment, including consultative, product-minded selling and co-creating solutions with early or strategic partners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex products clearly to senior stakeholders.
Fluent English is required. Mandarin (for HK/Singapore) or Arabic (for GCC) is a strong plus.
Highly organized and self-driven, comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Candidates who do not tick all the boxes are still encouraged to apply, those with less experience will still be considered for the position but with an adjustment to the level of seniority.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Product to lead our Financial Incentives team. This role will report to the Head of Product. Your team owns the financial layer that drives world-class engagement amongst Garner members and steers them to top-performing providers by making Garner the most convenient and affordable way to pay for healthcare.
You will lead 3-4 teams responsible for the member-facing incentive experience, our portfolio of payment mechanisms (card, HRA, HSA contributions, direct provider payment, and emerging alternatives), employer-facing plan design and coverage policies, and the core platform that adjudicates claims, moves money, and reports on it. Today, Garner reimburses $100M+/yr and growing in patient bills annually: you will be responsible for making that experience delightful for members, trusted by employers, and resilient at scale.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own the strategy and roadmap for Garner’s Financial Incentives portfolio, spanning the member incentive experience, the suite of payment mechanisms (card, HRA, HSA, direct provider payment), employer-facing plan design and coverage policies, and the underlying claims adjudication, payments, and ledger platform.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team (4 PMs and growing) and develop the next generation of PM leaders at Garner.
Act as Garner’s internal and external-facing executive-level subject matter expert on financial incentives, payment mechanics, and the operational systems that move money reliably at scale.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Clinical, and GTM teams to ship trusted, mission-critical products.
Define the metrics that matter and rally the organization around them.
Make sharp prioritization decisions across a portfolio with high regulatory complexity, high customer expectations, and significant 0-to-1 product surface area still to build.
The ideal candidate has:
8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing and developing product managers.
Demonstrated experience building and shipping financial products at scale — payments, ledgers, card programs, consumer financial experiences, or other money-movement systems.
Deep expertise in at least one of payment infrastructure (rails, settlement, reconciliation, ledger) or consumer financial products (card, rewards, reimbursement, HSA/HRA-like instruments) at scale.
Track record of leading both 0-to-1 product development and the scale-up of production systems, comfortable building net-new platforms and improving systems already moving real money.
Strong technical fluency—can credibly engage engineering on system design, data models, APIs, and reliability tradeoffs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to drive alignment with executives, internal teams, and external partners.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target base salary range for this position is $323,000 - $379,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
