In this role, you will open doors for the Account Executive team by building relationships with managed service providers (MSPs) and managed security service providers (MSSPs), earning trust quickly, and turning early conversations into qualified meetings that move the pipeline forward. What You Bring to the Team:
Location: Anywhere in France, Belgium, Spain
HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🐼 WHO WE ARE
You. Better. With Alan.
Alan's vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Our mission is to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.
We're building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system.
By connecting all aspects of care - private, public, and direct to consumer - we create the most member-centric healthcare experience. Through deep engagement, we empower everyone to overcome day-to-day health obstacles and live healthier lives.
We partner with 35K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached 770M+ in ARR.
Our team of 700 people (still growing) operates across France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, and Canada 🇨🇦.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You would join the product team that builds the AI agents answering our 1M+ members' questions about their health insurance - reimbursements, coverage, claims, account changes and more - instantly and without waiting for a human.
Our AI agents already fully resolve more than 50% of members' questions. Your mission is to push that number further, increase the quality of answers and the trust members place in them, and make our agents work with the other AI agents at Alan, such as Mo our health companion.
Concretely, you will:
- Design and ship LLM-powered agents that understand a member's request, reason over their contract, claims and history, and take real actions on their behalf - building the tools, retrieval and context pipelines that give them the right information at the right moment
- Make our agents interoperate with other AI agents across Alan, such as Mo: handing off conversations, sharing context and calling each other's capabilities, so members get one seamless experience
- Bring automated resolution to new channels, starting with AI phone support: real-time voice conversations with the same quality bar as written ones
- Own evaluation: build datasets, automated evals and quality monitoring so we know an agent is right before members see it
- Measure and improve resolution rate, answer quality and member satisfaction in production, iterating fast on prompts, models and architecture
- Work hand in hand with care experts and product to identify the next topics the AI can fully resolve
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Direct Impact: Every point of automated resolution means members get help instantly, when they need it the most - and directly drives Alan's scaling, growth and profitability.
- Applied AI at scale: You won't build demos. You'll ship AI agents that handle hundreds of thousands of real conversations per month in a regulated, high-stakes domain, where accuracy truly matters.
- Frontier problems: Agentic workflows, tool use, evaluation, safety and guardrails, cost and latency trade-offs - you'll tackle the hardest open questions in production LLM systems.
- Ownership & Growth: Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years building scalable software systems
- Strong backend experience (Python is a plus)
- Hands-on experience building products with LLMs (agents, tool calling, RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation) - ideally shipped to production
- An evaluation mindset: you know how to measure whether an AI system is actually good, and how to make it better
What we value:
- You love turning complex problems into elegant solutions
- You care about the "why" behind what you build, not just the "how"
- You stay on top of a fast-moving AI landscape and are pragmatic about what really works
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority)
Mission Alignment:
- Healthcare technology excites you
- You understand that insurance isn't just about money - it's about access to care
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager, Platform Experience to own the customer-facing experience across the Ondo Finance App — the single interface through which users discover, understand, buy, sell, trade, and manage Ondo's products (Stocks, Treasuries, Portfolios, and more).
This role owns the quality and coherence of the end-to-end user experience, with a particular focus on retention, usability, and long-term customer value. You'll turn complex financial and blockchain infrastructure into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy product.
This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other Product leaders to define strategy, prioritize opportunities, write clear requirements, and ship meaningful improvements. Our product management function is young and fast-moving — you'll help define it from the ground up, which makes this a high-ownership, high-visibility role.
Target Outcomes
A cohesive, high-quality core experience: Ondo’s customer-facing surfaces feel like one unified platform across products and workflows, with a consistent and intuitive experience across web and eventually mobile.
Simple, intuitive investing and trading workflows: Users can confidently buy, sell, trade, and manage their portfolios across experiences like limit orders, order books, DCA, notifications, transaction history, reporting, and tax workflows.
Financial complexity made accessible: Sophisticated concepts such as order books, bid/ask pricing, settlement, and onchain transactions are translated into clear, low-friction experiences without sacrificing the functionality sophisticated users expect.
Stronger retention and long-term customer value: The core product gives users compelling reasons to return, manage more of their financial activity through Ondo, and deepen their engagement over time.
Measurably better product performance: Clear metrics and feedback loops are established around usability, retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction, with insights consistently translated into product improvements.
Customer-informed product decisions: Qualitative research and quantitative signals shape prioritization, ensuring the roadmap addresses meaningful customer problems rather than relying on internal assumptions.
Reliable end-to-end execution: High-impact product initiatives move effectively from discovery and problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration, with strong coordination across Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
A scalable foundation for Ondo’s product ecosystem: Core experiences and patterns are built to support new products and capabilities as Ondo expands, without creating a fragmented or increasingly complex customer experience.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, including owning customer-facing products from concept through launch.
A track record of building and shipping high-quality consumer or prosumer products, with a sharp instinct for intuitive, low-friction UX.
Experience with fintech, brokerage, investing, trading, payments, crypto, or other sophisticated financial products.
A working understanding of capital markets and financial product mechanics — trading, order books, execution, settlement, and liquidity.
Genuine, hands-on familiarity with crypto and DeFi products; a working knowledge of onchain financial primitives.
Strong analytical skills — able to define metrics, evaluate performance, and use data to drive prioritization.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write sharp, well-reasoned PRDs and explain tradeoffs to both engineers and executives.
High ownership, strong organization, and comfort operating independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment — able to get the right people in a room, ask the right questions, and move things forward without top-down direction.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.
US-hours based (preference per current team structure).
Nice to have
Experience building brokerage, investing, trading, neobanking, or wealth-management products.
Experience with tokenization, real-world assets (RWAs), or onchain financial infrastructure.
Familiarity with decentralized exchanges, wallets, smart contracts, or blockchain transaction flows.
Experience designing for both sophisticated and first-time financial users.
Experience working closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations, or market-structure teams.
Experience in a strong product and design culture.
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom
Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Few people get to start their product career in space. You will.
ICEYE's Rotational Product Manager program develops early-career talent into product leaders in the space industry. You don't need product management experience to apply. We're looking for people with an outstanding academic record, ideally in a technical field, and a track record of standing out at work, who are deeply curious and learn fast.
Over 24 months, you'll work in two product teams on our hardware or software products. A senior product leader will mentor you through each rotation, and you'll go through the program with a cohort of peers. You'll work closely with engineers, scientists and senior leaders, and you'll travel to meet customers and our local teams, working on some of their toughest problems.
This program is fast and demanding, and it will stretch you. It may also be the most rewarding experience of your early career. When the program ends, you will have the opportunity to move into a permanent product manager role, or to explore roles in other domains at ICEYE.
