An overview of this role
As Director, Social Media, you'll lead GitLab's global social media strategy and help people understand how GitLab is co-creating the future of software development. The role shapes how GitLab shows up across social channels, connecting our company, product, and employer stories, to build meaningful engagement with customers, users, contributors, candidates, and industry audiences. Expect to set clear priorities, guide execution, and use insights to strengthen GitLab's voice and business impact. You'll own the outcomes of GitLab's social function — strategy, budget, team development, tooling, and results — and serve as GitLab's senior-most voice on social strategy with executive stakeholders.
This is a player-coach role. You'll set the strategy and stay close enough to the work to write, build, and ship alongside the team. Two Social Media Managers report to the head of corporate communication and work with you on a dotted-line basis. You'll set their strategic direction, raise the editorial and craft bar, and develop them as practitioners, including goal-setting, feedback, and career development in partnership with their manager. Influence matters in this role, which is why it calls for someone who has already led and grown social practitioners.
What you’ll do
Own the performance of GitLab's social function and its contribution to marketing and business goals.
Lead GitLab's global organic social media strategy, channel plans, and editorial priorities.
Own GitLab's YouTube strategy end to end — channel architecture, programming and series development, long- and short-form video, packaging (titles, thumbnails, metadata), search and recommendation optimization, and subscriber and watch-time growth.
Partner with Growth Marketing on paid social, including briefing creative, aligning organic and paid on shared audiences and messaging, informing boosting and amplification decisions, and connecting paid performance back to organic strategy.
Develop clear, audience-focused campaigns that support company, product, brand, and talent goals.
Guide content planning and publishing across social channels while maintaining a consistent GitLab voice.
Own the social media budget, tooling stack, and agency, freelance, and production partner relationships.
Partner with teams across Marketing, Communications, Product, Sales, Talent Acquisition, and other functions to plan and deliver social programs.
Build processes that support effective collaboration in GitLab's all-remote, asynchronous environment.
Use social listening, audience insights, and performance data to improve content and inform broader marketing decisions.
Lead the measurement framework for social — KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence — and report performance and learnings to marketing and executive leadership.
Partner with DevRel on community engagement to help GitLab participate in relevant industry conversations with a clear, useful point of view.
Build and run creator, influencer, and advocacy programs, including developer creators, GitLab community contributors, and team member advocacy.
Own GitLab's employee advocacy program — grow participation across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Talent, equip team members with content worth sharing, and measure reach, engagement, and contribution to brand and talent goals. Partner with Communications and Talent Acquisition on enablement, and manage the advocacy platform and its adoption.
Support executive and expert social presence, partnering with Communications to help GitLab leaders and technical experts show up credibly on social, including constructive conversations with C-suite executives about proposed content.
Apply AI tools thoughtfully across the social workflow to help GitLab model what an AI-native marketing team looks like.
Prepare for and guide responses to sensitive or fast-moving issues in partnership with the appropriate teams.
What you’ll bring
10+ years in social media, including at least 5 years leading social strategy for a global brand at the senior manager level or above, and accountable for the function's results.
Experience owning a social function end to end, including strategy, budget, headcount, tooling, and results as the accountable leader.
Experience leading teams, agencies, and cross-functional programs, with clear ownership of and accountability for outcomes.
Depth in YouTube strategy, including owning and growing a brand or business channel, and can speak to programming decisions, video formats, packaging, and the metrics that actually move a channel.
Hands-on experience growing LinkedIn and X as primary channels, with judgment about what content, format, and cadence work on each.
Experience with paid social programs and how organic and paid social reinforce each other, including creative for paid, audience strategy, and interpreting paid performance data.
Experience connecting social media programs to broader brand, communications, product, or business priorities.
Strong editorial judgment and the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content.
Fluency with short-form and long-form video as core social formats, including working with production partners and creators.
Experience defining a measurement framework for social, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence, and presenting performance, learnings, and recommendations to executive leadership on a standing basis.
Experience building or scaling an employee advocacy program, including driving adoption across multiple functions, sustaining participation beyond launch, and reporting attributed reach and business contribution
Fluency with an enterprise social stack for publishing, listening, and advocacy. Ours is Sprout Social, Meltwater, and EveryoneSocial.
Experience running social programs across multiple regions and languages, and judgment about what to localize versus centralize.
Skill in managing multiple priorities and making sound decisions in fast-moving situations.
A collaborative, inclusive approach and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
Passion about GitLab's mission and the future of software development, open source, artificial intelligence, and DevSecOps.
About the team
This role is part of GitLab's Marketing organization and works across teams to present a clear, consistent company voice on social media. The team collaborates asynchronously with partners across regions and functions, balancing planned campaigns with timely engagement. Together, you'll help audiences understand GitLab's platform, mission, values, and impact.

THE ROLE
As a Platform Engineer (AI & Automation) at OnePay, you are the technical force responsible for transforming AI strategy into production reality. You will embed within cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy the agentic systems and intelligent tooling that automate complex workflows and 10X their impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Operate as an AI-native engineer, utilizing tools like Cursor and Claude Code to rapidly prototype, deploy, and ship production-grade AI agents and automation workflows that solve high-stakes business problems in cross-functional organizations.
- Lead structured discovery sessions with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to surface requirements, assess feasibility, and translate manual processes into clear, performant technical specifications and agentic architectures.
- Build, maintain, and secure robust integrations between the core SaaS stack and custom AI services, instrumenting monitoring, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks to ensure all AI-driven workflows are accurate, compliant (including PII handling and audit logging), and resilient at scale.
- Act as a technical force multiplier by empowering and educating internal partners to adopt AI-first mindsets, and create reusable playbooks, architecture decision records, and handoff documentation to enable teams to maintain and extend what you build.
YOU BRING
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience shipping production code to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Hands-on expertise with modern AI tooling, including LLM APIs, agent frameworks (LangGraph, Claude SDK), developer tools (Cursor/Claude Code), MCP server development, and familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques (prompt regression testing, human-in-the-loop review, and automated eval pipelines).

- A "Product Mindset"—proactively finding friction points, designing solutions, and presenting trade-offs to all audiences—along with the drive and proactivity to "walk across org lines" to get things done.
TOOLS WE USE
We use Typescript front to back, with node and NestJS frameworks for server code and React Native for our iOS, Android, and Web clients. We also embrace agentic development, so engineers have their choice of a variety of models and agent harnesses, including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and more to fit their workflow. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly.

Evaluate when established market or SIE precedent should be followed, challenged or evolved, balancing the requirements of individual projects with the potential implications for future transactions.
Partner with Finance to understand project economics, valuations, value drivers and financial guardrails, translating those inputs into commercial strategy, deal structures and negotiating positions.
Partner closely with Legal to ensure negotiated commercial positions are appropriately reflected in agreements, providing clear business direction and resolving commercial issues that arise through long-form negotiations.

Identify and develop creative solutions to complex or novel commercial issues, balancing creative ambition, partner objectives, economics, risk and SIE’s long-term interests.
Assess the broader implications of significant deal terms and structures across the PlayStation Productions portfolio, identifying potential precedent, opportunities and risks beyond an individual transaction.
Build and maintain senior relationships across the entertainment ecosystem, including studios, platforms, agencies, producers, representatives and other strategic partners.
Maintain a sophisticated understanding of entertainment industry economics, market practices, competitive dynamics, emerging business models and evolving deal structures, using those insights to inform SIE’s commercial positions.
Provide subject matter leadership and expertise across PlayStation Productions and the broader organization, serving as a trusted resource on entertainment deal-making and business affairs matters.
Drive cross-functional alignment on deals, synthesizing perspectives from relevant internal stakeholders and escalating material commercial decisions where appropriate.

Strong working knowledge of intellectual property, licensing, development, production and distribution arrangements and their commercial implications.
Demonstrated ability to develop commercial and negotiation strategy, evaluate deal economics and value drivers, and structure solutions to complex or novel business issues.
Exceptional negotiation skills and commercial judgment, including the ability to assess leverage, determine appropriate trade-offs, navigate impasses and recognize when individual deal terms may create broader precedent.
Demonstrated ability to operate with significant independence, authority and discretion, including in high-stakes or sensitive negotiations involving senior internal and external stakeholders.
Strong executive presence, with the ability to establish credibility and effectively influence executives and counterparties at all levels of seniority.
Ability to provide clear, pragmatic recommendations to senior leadership, distilling complex commercial issues into actionable choices and articulating the implications of different paths.

You'll take features from technical design through release, contribute to the shared application architecture, and ensure the experience remains polished, accessible, performant, and reliable across different devices and browsers.
How you can make an impact:
Develop and ship customer-facing features across the Android and web builds of Aave App using React Native, TypeScript, and React
Build responsive, accessible interfaces and reusable components that behave consistently across devices, form factors and web surfaces
Integrate consumer blockchain functionality such as wallet connectivity, transaction preparation and signing interfaces, onchain data reads, gas estimation, and transaction-status updates
Work with backend and protocol engineers to integrate onchain and offchain data, savings and withdrawal flows, funding options, notifications, and analytics
Write well-tested, maintainable code and contribute useful reviews that improve consistency without slowing delivery.
Partner closely with design to deliver precise UI, refined interactions, and a cohesive cross-platform design system
Let's connect if you have:
4+ years building consumer mobile or cross-platform applications, including strong production experience with React Native and TypeScript
Deep React fundamentals with a strong focus on performance, including render cost and re-render behaviour, with experience using profiling and data-driven approaches to identify and resolve performance issues
Hands-on experience with Reanimated and Gesture Handler, with fluency across the React Native toolchain, including Metro, Hermes, EAS, and native module integration and debugging
A track record of shipping polished consumer experiences with close attention to UX, accessibility, and design detail
Experience with secure storage, authentication, encryption, permissions, and sensitive user data on mobile devices
Strong testing and debugging skills across unit, integration, end-to-end, device, and browser environments

About us
OpenZeppelin is the security standard onchain finance is built on. Founded in 2015, our mission is to accelerate the world's transition to an open financial system, built on open standards and secured by rigorous research.
Our open-source Contract Libraries have facilitated over $35 trillion in onchain value and are used by 10 of the top 10 tokenized money market funds and 9 of the top 10 stablecoins by market cap.
We combine AI-native security tooling with deep research and a decade of audit expertise to support leading institutions and crypto-native teams shaping the next generation of digital assets like DTCC, Fidelity, Coinbase, Uniswap, Aave, the Ethereum Foundation, and many more across the full secure development lifecycle.
Please note:
Always refer to OpenZeppelin's official job page for the most accurate information about our open roles, as we have seen multiple third party job sites posting inaccurate information.
The IT & Security Team
The Information Security function operates independently under our Legal team and owns everything that keeps the OpenZeppelin organization secure. That means managing our Security, Privacy & IT Program end-to-end: our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 posture, vendor and privacy risk, incident response, our bug bounty programs, and the identity, endpoint, and access systems the whole company depends on. It is also the team our customers meet during security diligence. As our enterprise relationships deepen, increasingly with banks and other regulated institutions, our own program must be as credible as the security we deliver to customers.
Today that program is established and audit-ready. The next chapter is turning it into an enterprise-grade security function that stands up to the scrutiny of the most demanding enterprise customers, partners, and regulators, while safely accelerating our adoption of AI across the company.
What you'll be doing
You will own the strategy, design, and continuous maturation of OpenZeppelin's Information Security Program, and be accountable for managing the team executing it. You can issue-spot security and privacy risks before they materialize, explain the principles behind security and compliance controls to auditors and enterprise security teams, and calibrate our security program proportionate to risk.
IT and infrastructure:
Oversee identity and access management, provisioning and onboarding/offboarding, end-user security (MDM, endpoint protection, security training), physical security, disaster recovery, business continuity, and data backup, using automation and AI-powered workflows to make IT and security operations scale faster than headcount.
Strategy, governance and budget:
Set the strategic direction, multi-year roadmap, and risk posture of the Information Security Program; deliver on department OKRs; and own the IT and technology budget, with ultimate responsibility for technology procurement.
AI security and governance:
Own the secure adoption of AI across the company: evolve our AI governance framework, review and approve AI tools and agentic workflows, and secure our agentic infrastructure (identity, least-privilege tool and data access, secrets handling, monitoring, auditability). Manage frontier model providers as critical vendors, covering security and data-handling diligence, retention and training-use commitments, DPAs and subprocessor flow-downs. Meet emerging obligations such as the EU AI Act, so we can make transparent, defensible commitments to enterprise customers about how our products and internal AI usage handle their data.
Compliance, audit and enterprise trust:
Own our audit, certification, and attestation strategy and execution (penetration testing, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO/IEC 27001, successor frameworks) alongside internal security audits; run a third-party and vendor risk management program; and serve as the external face of our security program with customer security teams, regulated financial institutions, and auditors.
Privacy and data governance:
Maintain a comprehensive data map of how data flows into, through, and out of the organization, including flows to model providers and through agentic workflows, with data classification, records of processing, and a vendor/subprocessor inventory. Own privacy compliance in partnership with Legal: GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPAs and contractual security commitments, and privacy-by-design reviews of new products and features.
Security operations and incident response:
Own the incident response program end-to-end, including playbooks, tabletop exercises, post-incident reviews, and breach-notification obligations in partnership with Legal. Manage our bug bounty programs, and partner with development teams to embed security best practices in the SDLC and our software offerings.
You have
10+ years of Security and IT experience, including 3+ years leading a IT Security and GRC function (not solely IT operations) in a high-growth tech company, with demonstrated ownership of strategy, not just execution.
A demonstrated trajectory toward CISO: you have owned a security program end-to-end, presented to executives or boards, and can articulate the "why" behind every control you have implemented.
Experience securing or governing AI/LLM-enabled products or enterprise AI adoption including agentic systems and third-party model-provider risk, with an ability to apply privacy and data-protection laws and practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) in the AI context.
Nice to have
5+ years working in blockchain or a FinTech with an enterprise client base (e.g., financial services), including navigating rigorous third-party security diligence.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI https://higgsfield.ai is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We’re building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn’t just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
A very large share of Higgsfield’s capital goes into compute. GPU procurement, deal economics, the financial planning around it — today that entire function effectively sits on one person’s desk.
We’re not hiring someone to explain the business to the board. We’re hiring someone to drive $100M+ strategic deals end to end: find them, model them, negotiate them, close them, and own what happens after. The financial work matters because it’s how you win a deal and how you know it was worth winning — not because someone needs a deck.
This is the largest line in our cost base and the surface area is enormous, so you’re in company-level decisions from week one. What the role demands is energy and complete ownership. Nobody hands you a process, a pipeline or a mandate here. You take them.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own GPU and compute economics
- Engage and maintain relationships post-deal close, leading delivery of strategic, co-owned initiatives (e.g., co-marketing, case studies, presence at events/conferences, etc.
- Become one of the most knowledgeable people in the world on the GPU and AI-compute market: pricing, supply, contract structures, who is building what and at what cost. Through research, and through showing up in person.
- Source, structure and negotiate compute and infrastructure agreements — capacity commitments, long-term supply, colocation, energy-linked deals.
- Build the cost models that say whether a deal is good, and challenge the ones that say it is.
Build and challenge the financial picture
- Build and stress-test P&L and FP&A models at company level.
- Own forecasting for the largest line in our cost base.
- Work directly with the CEO and the co-founders on the development strategy and financial planning.
Shape major strategic deals
- Model the economics of large partnerships and identify where the value actually sits.
- Translate commercial decisions into a financial story leadership, the board and investors can act on.
REQUIREMENTS
- McKinsey / BCG / Bain-type background, or equivalent depth from corporate finance, investment banking, infrastructure PE, or a strategic-finance role at a fast-scaling company. Consulting alumni at Engagement Manager / Principal level and above.
- You can build a three-statement model, an FP&A forecast and a deal case yourself — and find the error in someone else’s.
- You understand the economics of large strategic deals: capacity, offtake, TCO, capex versus opex, contract structure.
- At least 3 years working in international markets — at a global company, or in a role where you owned deals or operations across multiple countries.
- Able to become a genuine domain expert fast, from a standing start, on something technical.
- Heavy international travel. The GPU market is a relationship market and it does not happen online.
- Fluent English and Russian.
Nice to have
- A technical or quantitative undergraduate degree — engineering, physics, applied maths, CS — underneath the commercial track.
- Procurement, supply-chain or capacity-planning exposure at real scale.
- Time at a cloud, GPU, data centre, semiconductor or energy company, including on the commercial side.
- You’ve already made the jump from consulting or banking into an operating role at a startup.
COMING FROM THE COMPUTE SIDE INSTEAD?
If you’ve bought or sold GPU capacity at a cloud, neocloud, data centre or hardware company and you can hold your own on the numbers, this is your role too. We care that you know the market and can move a deal, not which chair you sat in while you learned it.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, and other office benefits.
Location: Almaty or San Francisco (onsite), with heavy international travel and regular trips to the other hub. Our team works from the office six days per week. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.
Also hiring: GM, International Partnerships — same seniority, focused on enterprise B2B partnerships and commercial execution across verticals. If your background is commercial rather than analytical, apply there https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/higgsfieldai/a89ac4c2-176b-44c0-9192-f6c16d786ea7 instead.

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Drive partner activation through onboarding, enablement, certification, governance, and operational support programs that help product, strategic, and channel partners become productive quickly.
- Build and continuously improve the systems, playbooks, processes, and partner-facing resources that enable Sierra’s partnership ecosystem to scale, including onboarding guides, enablement content, FAQs, and operational documentation.

- Build reporting and use data to improve partnership health, tracking partner activation, engagement, pipeline contribution, partner-influenced revenue, and overall performance while identifying friction and continuously improving how Sierra launches, activates, and scales partnerships.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 6+ years of experience in partnership management, partner programs, partner success, ecosystem operations, program management, or a related function within an enterprise SaaS company.
- Experience launching, activating, and scaling strategic partnerships, including partner onboarding, enablement, certification, joint GTM execution, technology launches, and ongoing partner success.
- Strong cross-functional operator with experience influencing Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, and external partners without direct authority, and exceptional organizational, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and technical product concepts, with the ability to collaborate closely with technical teams without needing to be an engineer.
- Fluent with modern AI tools and workflows, actively using AI to improve your work and understanding how AI is changing enterprise software, customer engagement, and partnership models; thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning strategy into repeatable execution.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience supporting and scaling strategic partnership programs across product and technology partnerships, cloud ecosystems, systems integrators, strategic alliances, or channel networks, ideally in a high-growth global environment.
- Experience working across enterprise software ecosystems and partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Stripe, Twilio, Snowflake, Databricks, or large global systems integrators, with familiarity across PRM, CRM, partner enablement, learning management, and collaboration platforms.
- Technical and AI ecosystem experience, including AI platforms, developer tools, or enterprise software, with prior software development, solutions engineering, or technical implementation experience a plus.

We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional
Staff Machine Learning Operations Engineer
to join our
Platform
Engineering team
. This role will report to the
VP of Platform Engineering
. As Garner's foundational dedicated MLOps Engineer, you will assume responsibility for the reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency of our production machine learning systems. You will lead the development of a robust platform designed to facilitate the secure and consistent deployment of models by our machine learning and data science teams. Given that these models directly influence health outcomes and cost-effectiveness for millions of patients, maintaining the highest standards of production quality is imperative.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own the reliability, performance, functionality, and cost-efficiency of Garner's production ML systems, including establishing SLOs, observability, and on-call responsibilities.
Architect Garner's ML platform including required data infrastructure (including feature store, model registry and CI/CD for models), and standardized service patterns.
Implement ML-specific CI/CD pipelines: Transition our deployment process from manual notebook hand-offs to automated, PR-driven CI/CD workflows that include automated data quality checks and statistical model validation prior to deployment.
Drive down cost and latency through improved architecture, hardware choices, and model optimization as appropriate.
Lay the foundation for a future Garner MLOps team, including workflows, standards, and KPIs that enables rapid teammate onboarding and helps stakeholders and teammates quickly identify the health of the team’s products, allowing engineers to focus on areas where issues reside
Establish Drift Monitoring: Design and implement automated data drift and concept drift monitoring systems that alert the team when models degrade, laying the groundwork for future Continuous Training (CT) architectures
The ideal candidate has:
7+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time spent operating ML or data-intensive systems in production at scale.
Deep experience with the modern ML production stack: model serving (e.g., Sagemaker, Triton, or equivalent), feature stores, model registries, and CI/CD for ML.
Strong infrastructure and platform engineering fundamentals: Kubernetes, containerization, cloud (AWS preferred), Terraform/IaC, observability, and incident response.
Experience designing ML platforms or significant components of one (not strictly consuming SaaS) and the judgment to know when to build vs. buy.
Strong collaboration with ML, data, platform engineers, data scientists, and product engineering teams, with the ability to set technical direction as the most senior MLOps voice in the org.
Healthcare, regulated-data, or other high-stakes production ML experience is a plus but not required.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
