Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
The Storage Team at Honeycomb is the backbone of our platform, responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of storing and querying billions of events. We design and own the architecture that powers correct and dependable query results — enabling every product experience from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs. As a senior engineer on Storage, you’ll work on high-impact systems where our customers may never see your code directly, but they’ll rely on it every time they use Honeycomb.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build and deliver high-quality solutions. You will design and implement solutions that power Honeycomb’s query and data storage infrastructure. Whether it’s improving query performance, evolving the Retriever service, or making our storage layer more reliable, you’re eager to jump in and add value where the team needs it most.
Scope and deliver projects independently. You’re comfortable breaking down complex storage and querying problems into achievable steps, surfacing trade-offs, and pulling in teammates when needed. You take ownership end-to-end — from design to production support — reducing toil and ensuring our systems deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners. You’ll work closely with Product Management and other engineering teams to connect technical solutions to product needs, from problem discovery through solution design and delivery. Much of our work is behind the scenes, but it enables every Honeycomb product experience, from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs.
Support our services in production. We believe in owning the software we build. Every engineer on Storage participates in on-call rotations, helps define team KPIs and SLOs, and proactively reduces toil by addressing reliability challenges before they reach customers.
Learn new ways to solve complex problems. As Honeycomb grows, so do the challenges of scaling our systems. You will explore new technologies, data storage techniques, and query optimization strategies to keep performance and reliability strong at scale.
Thrive on collaboration. You enjoy pairing, reviewing code, and offering constructive feedback. You model strong ownership and help your teammates grow, while keeping conversations forward-looking and focused on business value.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Technical leadership in storage and querying. You’ve led the design of patterns and guidelines that improve performance and reliability, and you bring expertise in writing Go along with experience working on high-throughput or complex systems. Prior experience with database engineering is a plus, as is comfort with Kubernetes.
Curiosity and experimentation. You learn by digging in — individually, in pairs, or as a team. You ask questions to better understand complex systems, explore trade-offs, and believe in learning from incidents as a way to improve both technology and practices.
Focus on business outcomes. You tie technical decisions to customer and company impact, weighing whether work is necessary now or later, and considering how projects affect the broader business.
Strength in mentorship and teamwork. You guide engineers through code reviews and help spread knowledge across a team with diverse skillsets so that ownership of critical paths is shared, not siloed.
Resilience in collaboration. You thrive in a senior-heavy team, giving and receiving feedback with grace, and contributing to a culture where tough problems and hard conversations lead to better outcomes.
Execution with impact. You can scope and deliver complex, multi-team projects while balancing production realities, proactively reducing toil, and ensuring systems deliver measurable customer value.
Deep debugging expertise. You’re trusted to diagnose and resolve the toughest production issues across the stack, restoring reliability where others may be stuck.
Influence beyond your team. You multiply impact by sharing knowledge, guiding adoption of new technologies, and driving foundational work that benefits Honeycomb engineering as a whole.

Location: Minsk; Tbilisi; Chișinău
Workplace: hybrid
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our distributed engineering team.
IDT/NRS builds the Point of Sale platform that runs tens of thousands of independent retail stores across the United States.
We are now expanding that platform into restaurants.
If you like challenges where the hard part is getting it right at scale rather than getting it working once, this is that job!
Primary location - Minsk, Belarus (hybrid - 3 days/week in the office)!
What you will own:
Architecture and delivery of new restaurant facing services, from data model to API to the screens merchants actually touch.
The merchant facing restaurant surfaces: kitchen display and everything staff touch across the life of an order.
Extending and hardening existing production services without destabilizing them.
Correctness under concurrency: transactional integrity, isolation levels, idempotency, race conditions, retries, and honest tradeoffs where perfect guarantees are not available.
Behavior when the connection drops. A store keeps serving whether or not the network is up, which means offline capable clients, local state, sync on reconnect, and reconciling what happened while the system was split.
Queueing and asynchronous processing, background jobs, and event driven flows.
Safe rollout of releases that reach tens of thousands of users.
Working directly with product managers and designers to shape what gets built, not just receiving requirements and implementing them.
Technical direction and code review for other engineers, including the judgment to say when a design is wrong and the credibility to make that stick.
Required Qualifications:
6-8+ years building full-stack products
, including time as the senior person on the work.
Deep Node.js and TypeScript experience across the full-stack
, with production services you designed and still stand behind.
Deep understanding of REST API design and microservices.
Strong relational database skills, Postgres or MySQL
: schema design, indexing, query tuning, transactions, and what actually happens under load. Comfort with non relational stores such as Redis or MongoDB, and with caching and invalidation.
Experience with queues and streaming, whether Kinesis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, BullMQ, or similar, including the failure modes that come with them: ordering, duplicates, replay, and consumer lag.
Front- end skill that matches the environment:
our team use these screens during a rush, on a terminal or a tablet, with no time to think and no tolerance for a bad interaction.
We use Vue.
Experience with React or Angular is fine
, as long as it includes component architecture, state management, and progressive web apps.
Real time interfaces built on websockets, ideally socket.io. Order flow and kitchen display depend on it.
Excellent debugging. You can take an unfamiliar production failure and reason your way to root cause instead of guessing.
Parts of the existing platform are PHP.
Working effectively in unfamiliar code, with AI, is part of this job.
Experience deploying services that scale horizontally, tolerate a failed instance or a slow dependency, and automatically add or shed capacity.
Comfortable on Linux, and fluent with Git and CI and CD workflows.
Excellent written and spoken English.
You will be in daily conversation with teams in the United States and Israel, and will often be the person explaining a technical decision to people who did not attend the design discussion.
How you work:
AI first.
You use AI tooling as a core part of how you engineer: mapping an unfamiliar codebase in hours instead of weeks, pressure testing your own designs, moving faster without lowering the bar.
You apply it across the whole lifecycle: shaping a design before any code exists, writing and refactoring, reviewing your own work, as well as automated PR reviews.
You jump in.
Handed a large, complex, unfamiliar repository, your instinct is to open it and start reading. Complexity and sensitivity are reasons to be careful, not reasons to wait for someone else.
You build services that stay maintainable.
Clear boundaries, readable code, tests that earn their keep, observability that makes production legible. The next engineer should be able to operate what you built without a tour guide.
You think about the person on the other side.
During a rush, a confusing screen or one extra tap is not a cosmetic problem. It is a slower line and a worse night for the staff.
You go the extra mile.
You follow a problem to its actual end, including the parts nobody assigned to you. You take pride in the work and you care how it lands for the merchant on the other side of the screen.
What We Offer:
Remote B2B (Georgia) or
On-site in Belarus and Moldova work opportunity!
Stable job with long-term growth perspective.
Competitive salary with annual performance review.
Top-tier hardware to support your productivity.
An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.
Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences.
Referral program – get rewarded for helping us grow the team with talented people.
Company-supported English classes to enhance your professional growth.
More perks for the Minsk and Chisinau office employees.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Training and serving frontier AI models requires data center capacity at a scale and pace that conventional delivery models were not built for. Anthropic's Data Center Capacity Delivery team embeds with developers, general contractors, and third-party partners to take leased and partnered sites from deal close through floor access and operational handover as fast as they can safely be built.
As the Reporting and Controls Lead, you'll own the single view of where every project in the delivery portfolio stands: consolidated milestone tracking from early floor access through floor access and ready-for-service, the integrity of the data behind it, and the capacity projections leadership plans against. You'll build and run the reporting the delivery team and executives rely on, and chase down the schedule and data discrepancies it surfaces.
This is a highly cross-functional role: you'll work with Senior Delivery Managers and Regional Managers in the field, our third-party project-management partners, and the planning, transaction, design, and deployment teams whose inputs and outputs the portfolio schedule depends on.
MOC (Mission + Outcomes + Competencies)
Mission
Give the delivery team and leadership one trustworthy view of where every project stands.
Outcomes
Consolidated milestone tracking (early floor access, floor access, RFS) current across all projects.
Schedule and status data reconciled at the source.
Portfolio capacity projections and variance to plan maintained.
Delivery-review and executive reporting built; data-quality checks automated where possible.
Competencies
Project controls / scheduling on large capital programs.
Portfolio-level, not single-job, reporting.
Scheduling, spreadsheet, and BI tooling fluency.
Identifying, qualifying, and packaging data driven insights that define project and portfolio health.
Responsibilities
Own consolidated milestone tracking across all active and upcoming delivery projects — early floor access, floor access, ready for service — and keep it current
Validate schedule and status data from developers, GCs, and third-party partners; challenge what doesn't reconcile and fix it at the source
Maintain portfolio capacity projections and the variance to plan behind them
Build and maintain reporting for delivery reviews and executive updates
Define the data standards and integrated-schedule and tooling conventions projects report against, with the Program Management Lead
Automate reporting and data-quality checks where possible, including with AI-assisted tools
You may be a good fit if you
Have [7+] years in project controls, scheduling, or program reporting on large capital construction programs — data center, energy, or industrial
Have run consolidated reporting across a multi-project portfolio, not a single job
Are fluent in scheduling, spreadsheet, and BI tooling [e.g. Primavera P6, Excel, Power BI — confirm]
Communicate clearly, in writing and in charts, to technical and executive audiences
Are comfortable building the process while running it
Strong candidates may also have
Hyperscaler, colo, or developer-side program-controls experience
Owner's-side cost controls or earned-value reporting experience
Built planning or reporting tools leveraging AI-assisted development
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Anthropic is building its own servers, racks, and accelerator systems with contract manufacturers and ODM partners, and deploying them across our fleet of data centers. We are seeking experienced engineers to own how well that hardware gets built.
As a Product Engineer on the Manufacturing Operations team, you are the technical owner of a product at the factory. During development, you gather manufacturing, test, and yield concerns, get them fixed in the design before each build, and sign off that the product is ready to move to the next stage. Once a product is in mass production, you keep it healthy by delivering engineering changes with minimal disruption, qualifying new components and second-source manufacturers, and root-causing yield and field failures.
This is a hands-on role with up to 50% travel to partner factories in the US and abroad. You should be as comfortable debugging a test failure on the line as you are presenting a corrective action plan to leadership.
Representative projects
Take a new accelerator rack from early evaluation to mass production at an ODM: audit the assembly and test process, set yield targets, confirm test coverage, and approve the transition.
Scale manufacturing from one line to multiple and then to a second site or second manufacturer without yield or throughput regressions.
Run a cross-functional root cause on field failures traced to a manufacturing gap, drive corrective action with the ODM/CM, and close the loop with the design itself when required.
Lead an engineering change across manufacturers: BOM and PLM updates, cut-in planning, partner training, validation, and monitor field failures/RMA.
Bring manufacturing requirements and validation data into each development phase review so the engineering team has a single prioritized list of what to fix before the next build.
You may be a good fit if you
Have carried a hardware product from early builds through mass production at a contract manufacturer or ODM.
Have set up or improved assembly and test processes at a manufacturing partner and drove yield, quality, and schedule commitments.
Use structured manufacturing and root-cause methods (DFM, FMEA, SPC, 8D or similar) as a matter of habit, and are an expert at translating messy failure data into clear decisions.
Can write a product-specific test plan and judge whether test coverage is sufficient.
Communicate clearly with partner engineers and operations staff on the floor as well as with leadership in a readout.
Are willing to travel to partner sites up to 50% of the time.
Have a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong candidates may also
Have been the technical lead for a data center hardware program such as: server, storage, switch, rack, or accelerator.
Have stood up a new manufacturing line or site, or brought up a second CM for an existing product.
Have experience with liquid-cooled or high-power-density rack systems.
Possess a Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Have worked closely with sourcing and supply chain teams on component qualification and multi-sourcing strategies.

. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a product-driven marketing leader to accelerate the growth and adoption of OKX products across North East Asia.
This is not a traditional brand or events-focused marketing role. The role sits at the intersection of
Product, Growth, Marketing and Business
, with a strong focus on understanding CeFi products, identifying market opportunities, and translating them into measurable user and business growth.
The ideal candidate has strong product sense, understands crypto users and trading behavior, and is highly data-driven. You should be comfortable working closely with Product, BD, VIP, Affiliate and local market teams to identify growth opportunities, build GTM strategies, and continuously improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and monetization.
You will also need strong judgment when operating across different market and regulatory environments, ensuring that growth strategies, user targeting and marketing execution are appropriate for each market.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the
product growth marketing strategy for NEA
, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes, including user acquisition, activation, trading activity, retention and revenue.
Develop a deep understanding of
CeFi
products and crypto trading
, including Spot, Derivatives, Earn, Copy Trading, Trading Bots, VIP products and other key trading tools, and identify which products and features can become meaningful growth drivers in each market.
Build and execute
product-led GTM strategies
based on local user behavior, competitor dynamics and market opportunities rather than relying primarily on brand campaigns or offline events.
Work closely with
Product, Business, BD, VIP, Affiliate and regional teams
to translate product capabilities into user acquisition, conversion and monetization opportunities.
Use data to understand the full user funnel, identify growth bottlenecks and continuously optimize campaigns, product positioning, incentives, conversion journeys and user segmentation.
Understand and effectively use different
digital and growth marketing tools
, including performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, referral, affiliate, KOL/influencer channels, promotions and incentive mechanisms.
Develop clear user segmentation strategies across retail traders, active traders, high-value users and other relevant customer groups, and design differentiated product propositions and growth strategies for each segment.
Act as the
voice of NEA users
to global Product teams by identifying product gaps, competitive disadvantages and emerging user needs, and help prioritize opportunities that can materially improve growth.
Conduct structured analysis of competitors, including their products, pricing, incentives, campaigns, user journeys and growth mechanisms, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks for major marketing initiatives, with strong accountability for their impact on product adoption and business growth.
Develop market-specific GTM strategies with appropriate consideration for
local regulatory requirements, user targeting, communication boundaries and distribution approaches
, working closely with relevant internal stakeholders.
Build scalable growth playbooks that can be tested in individual NEA markets and expanded when proven successful.
What We Look For In You
Strong
CeFi
and crypto product knowledge is essential.
You should understand how centralized exchanges work and be familiar with major trading products, user journeys and the competitive landscape.
Strong
product sense
— able to understand why users choose one product over another, identify product-market gaps, and translate product capabilities into compelling growth propositions.
Highly
data-driven and commercially minded
. Comfortable using data to diagnose problems, prioritize opportunities and measure whether marketing initiatives actually contribute to user and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of
digital growth tools and mechanics
, including performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, referral, affiliate, KOL channels, promotions, incentives and conversion optimization.
Proven experience driving
measurable business or product growth
, rather than primarily managing branding, communications, events or community activities.
Strong understanding of crypto user behavior, particularly active traders and high-value users. Direct crypto trading experience is highly desirable.
Ability to work cross-functionally with
Product and Business teams
and influence priorities without relying on direct reporting lines.
Strong market judgment and awareness of how growth strategies may need to differ across regulatory and market environments.
Ability to balance
growth ambition with responsible execution
, including appropriate user segmentation, targeting, communication and channel strategies.
Strong analytical capability in market research, competitive analysis, funnel analysis and campaign performance.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to turn complex product and market insights into clear priorities and executable plans.
Experience in major North East Asian crypto markets is highly preferred.
Fluency in 1 or more NEA Language and English.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is not measured primarily by the number of campaigns, events or impressions generated.
We expect this leader to demonstrate measurable impact on:
Product adoption and active users
Trading activity and revenue
Acquisition and activation efficiency
User retention and reactivation
Conversion of high-potential user segments
Successful adoption of priority products in NEA
Identification and closing of meaningful product and market gaps
Effectiveness of collaboration between Marketing, Product and Business teams

Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ABOUT NORTH:
North https://cohere.com/north is Cohere's cutting-edge AI workspace platform, designed to revolutionize the way enterprises utilize AI. It offers a secure and customizable environment, allowing companies to deploy AI while maintaining control over sensitive data. North integrates seamlessly with existing workflows, providing a trusted platform that connects AI agents with workplace tools and applications.
WHY THIS ROLE?
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how enterprises harness the power of AI in real-world applications. As a bridge between our core North product and our clients’ engineering teams, you’ll be at the forefront of solving complex problems and securely integrating AI into critical sectors such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.
We’re looking for Software Engineers with Applied AI experience who can own the design, build, and deployment of agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), from early prototypes to production-grade AI agents, to deliver concrete business value in enterprise workflows.
You’ll work closely with customers on real-world business problems, often building first-of-their-kind agent workflows that integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and data sources. While our pace is startup-fast, the bar is enterprise-high: agents must be reliable, observable, safe, and auditable from day one.
Location: UK
Active DV clearance is highly preferred
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with our enterprise customers to translate high-value, ambiguous business problems into well-framed agentic workflows with clear success criteria and evaluation methodologies
- Lead the design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents that reason, plan, and act across tools, APIs, and sensitive enterprise data sources, with enterprise-grade reliability and performance
- Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform, working across the full product lifecycle from conceptualisation through production
- Take ownership of scoping and shaping use cases end-to-end, flexing into whatever technical area the problem demands (including frontend) to drive the most effective solution
- Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns that enable consistent, high-quality delivery across customers and teams
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations, build alignment, and raise engineering quality across the organization
- Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners
You may be a good fit if:
- You have hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python; you write clean, testable, observable, scalable code
- You've built and deployed highly performant RAG and agentic applications, including agents that plan and execute multi-step tasks using patterns like ReAct or Plan-and-Execute
- You're deeply familiar with the LLM stack: frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks
- You have a proven ability to build robust evaluation frameworks, moving well beyond trial and error, to measure agent accuracy, safety, and latency
- You’re experienced working directly with customers and can lead technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders, translating ambiguous business needs into concrete technical specs
- You have experience owning the full scope of a use case end-to-end
- You thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments and can execute well even when priorities are shifting
It's a bonus if you have:
- Experience setting architectural standards for AI and agentic systems across distributed teams
- Experience flexing into unfamiliar technical areas, such as frontend, when the problem calls for it
- Exposure to regulated or sensitive industry environments (finance, healthcare, telecoms)
- Experience with enterprise security, compliance, or auditability requirements for AI systems
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
