About the Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Platform to launch targeted campaigns across Alchemy's full platform, from product launches to new vertical and segment pushes, and to own the always-on content that fills the gaps in between. This is a high-ownership, high-influence seat with a long runway: you'll start as an executional hire, but there's a real path to Product Marketing Lead and to building a team under you if that's the direction you want to grow.
Alchemy isn't just infrastructure, it's a full platform: building blocks for reads, writes, launching custom chains, and more, spanning verticals from crypto-native builders to traditional finance moving assets onchain. Every campaign we run, whether it's a product launch, a new vertical push, or a piece of evergreen content, needs to tie back to one thing: Alchemy as the platform builders trust to build the future on. You'll own that positioning day to day, from the company-level narrative down to how a single launch is framed, working closely with Lisa (Product Marketing) especially early on as you build that domain authority.
You'll run point end to end: strategy, tactics, project management, measurement, and reporting, on everything from major campaigns to the product launches, newsletter beats, and social content that run continuously. You can and should delegate execution (design, technical content with DevRel, and more), but you own the outcome. When there's no active campaign, you're not idle: you own a pillar of Alchemy's always-on content, filling the gap with mid- and bottom-funnel work that drives activation and cross-sell across our existing platform.
What You’ll Do
- Launch targeted campaigns across product launches and new vertical/segment pushes, owning the strategy, the tactics, and the project management from kickoff to report-out.
- Own and evolve Alchemy's platform positioning: the throughline that connects every campaign back to Alchemy as a frontier leader built for reliability and performance, backed by real customer stories.
- Own a pillar of Alchemy's always-on content cadence, mid- and bottom-funnel work, product launch beats, and activation/cross-sell content, whenever there isn't an active campaign in market.
- Go deep on individual product areas and wide across the full platform, building the kind of product and audience understanding that lets you spot the next campaign or market opportunity before anyone asks for it.
- Generate and pitch ideas for breaking into new markets and verticals, backed by a real read on the audience and the competitive landscape.
- Partner with DevRel to produce the technical content (docs-adjacent explainers, videos, tutorials) that supports a campaign or fills a content gap.
- Bring creative, visual thinking to launches that could otherwise be a dry API announcement, pushing for the campaign concept, not just the campaign checklist.
- Delegate execution to design, agencies, and other specialists as needed, while remaining accountable for the outcome, the timeline, and the numbers.
- Build stakeholder trust across Product, Engineering, and DevRel, so that partner teams want to work with you again.
What we’re looking for
- Experience selling to developers on a technical, API-first product with a developer dashboard, not a B2B SaaS platform candidates sign up for and self-manage. This is a hard requirement.
- A track record of owning a campaign end to end: you can walk through, in detail, how you align stakeholders, launch, measure, and report on a campaign from a template through to results.
- Genuine curiosity and a love of learning: going deep on a single product area and wide across an entire platform both excite you.
- Creative instincts: you notice good brand and campaign work in the wild, and you bring visual or conceptual ideas that make a technical launch land.
- Experience leading a large, high-visibility project end to end, e.g., a website overhaul, a rebrand, or a sales enablement overhaul.
- Strong cross-functional operator: Product and Engineering partners trust you and want to work with you again.
- Bias for speed and pragmatism: you default to "how do I get this out the door as fast and sharply as possible," not "how do I make this perfect."
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and how it's changing marketing and the developer tools landscape.
Nice to Haves
- Experience marketing to enterprise customers, especially financial services.
- Breadth of experience marketing to developers across crypto/Web3 verticals.
- Experience as a software engineer prior to marketing.
- Leadership or management experience, or a clear interest in growing into it.

Docker is looking for a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to own internal and external partner enablement and drive aligned GTM outcomes across our partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement, you will design and deliver the training, certification, and enablement programs that connect Docker’s partner community — Channel partners, Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), Global System Integrators, and Technology ISVs — to a shared, coordinated go-to-market motion.
Every program you build, every piece of content you ship, and every internal enablement session you run exists to accelerate GTM outcomes: more partner-sourced pipeline, stronger co-sell execution, and faster revenue through the ecosystem.
Docker’s partner ecosystem is a strategic growth lever, and AI Governance (AIG) is our primary co-sell motion. You’ll ensure every partner type understands Docker’s AIG value proposition, knows how to run joint sales plays, and is ready to engage customers alongside our field teams. Equally, you will serve as the internal GTM connector for Docker’s own sellers — equipping AEs, SEs, and CSMs with the partner playbooks, account mapping skills, and co-sell readiness they need to drive pipeline through the ecosystem. If you love building from scratch, orchestrating complex programs across diverse partner types, and making an entire ecosystem move toward a common GTM goal, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
External Partner GTM Enablement — Training & Certification
- Design, build, and continuously improve training and certification programs tailored to Docker’s partner community across Channel, Hyperscaler, G/SI, and Technology ISV partners — all anchored to enabling partners to execute Docker’s GTM motion.
- Develop role-based learning paths that give partners the product knowledge, messaging fluency, and technical depth they need to sell and support Docker effectively — with AI Governance as the primary GTM anchor.
- Leverage and extend Docker’s Accreditation Platform to scale partner certification, track completion, and recognize partner expertise across the ecosystem.
- Manage certification tracks end-to-end — from curriculum design and facilitation to assessment, badging, and ongoing recertification — tying completion to measurable GTM readiness.
External Partner GTM Enablement — Content & Programs
- Develop and maintain a library of partner-specific GTM content including joint sales plays, co-sell decks, competitive positioning, product overviews, and objection handling guides — all built to activate partners in the field.
- Partner with the Partner team to identify enablement gaps across each partner segment and build scalable programs to close them in service of shared pipeline goals.
- Own and administer Docker’s partner enablement infrastructure, with Impartner as the primary partner management and learning platform.
- Establish Impartner as a world-class partner portal — driving adoption, improving the partner experience, and continuously optimizing the platform for discoverability and GTM engagement.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate new launches and messaging — especially around AIG — into partner-ready GTM materials that are accessible, timely, and field-tested.
Internal GTM Enablement — Enabling Docker’s Field to Win with Partners
- Own the internal side of partner GTM: equip Docker’s AEs, SEs, and CSMs to confidently work alongside partners and drive joint pipeline.
- Build and maintain “How to Win with Partners” resources for Docker’s field teams — covering account mapping, co-sell cadences, joint pipeline management, and partner engagement models tied to GTM outcomes.
- Build co-sell plays and joint sales materials that connect Docker’s AIG story to each partner type’s unique value proposition (e.g., Hyperscaler integrations, G/SI delivery models, Channel resell motions).
- Develop and deliver enablement on how to run effective account mapping sessions with partners — including preparation, joint prioritization, and follow-through.
- Support account mapping in Salesforce (SFDC) between Docker AEs and partner sales teams, ensuring the right structure and training exists to make joint pipeline sessions productive.
- Run internal enablement sessions on partner engagement models, referral and resell programs, and co-marketing strategies to drive joint pipeline and GTM velocity.
GTM Velocity & Impact
- Drive velocity in Docker’s partner program by ensuring partners are enabled, certified, and ready to engage customers at every stage of the sales cycle.
- Track partner readiness KPIs — including pipeline contribution, certification completion, co-sell engagement, and account depth — and tie every enablement investment to measurable GTM outcomes.
- Use partner performance data, completion metrics, and field feedback to identify gaps and continuously sharpen programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel enablement, or partner programs in a SaaS or technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable partner training and certification programs anchored to GTM outcomes — not just content management.
- Proven experience managing a partner portal or LMS — Impartner experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics, co-sell motions, and partner ecosystem economics across Channel, Hyperscaler, and G/SI partner types.
- Experience building or supporting account mapping processes and joint pipeline programs between a vendor’s field team and partner sales organizations.
- Excellent communicator — able to engage and build credibility with both external partners and internal field stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset — you use metrics to prioritize, measure, and connect enablement investment to GTM results.
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Experience building partner enablement programs from scratch in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with Command of the Message or other structured sales methodologies.
- Exposure to AI, containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms — Docker experience a significant plus.
- Experience enabling partners around a primary GTM motion or strategic product category (e.g., AI/ML, security, cloud infrastructure).
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to align enablement with go-to-market priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage external relationships with partner stakeholders and influence GTM execution without direct authority.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
FIRST 30 DAYS — LEARN & LISTEN
- Ramp on Docker’s platform, partner ecosystem strategy, and the current state of partner enablement across Channel, Hyperscaler, G/SI, and ISV segments — with a specific eye toward GTM alignment gaps.
- Audit existing partner programs, content, and the Impartner platform — understand what exists, what’s missing, and what partners actually need to execute Docker’s AIG GTM story.
- Build relationships with the Partner team, Sales leadership, and key partner stakeholders to understand the ecosystem’s GTM motion from the inside out.
FIRST 90 DAYS — TAKE OWNERSHIP
- Take full ownership of the Impartner platform — establish governance, improve the partner experience, and begin driving adoption tied to GTM engagement.
- Deliver the first partner training or certification module (with AIG as the GTM anchor) and gather field feedback to iterate.
- Launch at least one “How to Win with Partners” internal enablement resource and one account mapping framework for Docker’s field teams.
FIRST YEAR — DRIVE GTM IMPACT
- Operate a fully functioning partner enablement program with measurable readiness scores, certification completion rates, and partner-sourced pipeline contribution.
- Be recognized by the Partner team, partner community, and Docker’s field teams as the go-to resource for partner GTM enablement, co-sell readiness, and joint pipeline execution.
- Demonstrate clear linkage between partner enablement investment and partner-driven GTM outcomes — pipeline generated, quota retired, and account depth increased.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Cloud Inference team scales and optimizes Claude to serve the massive audiences of developers and enterprise companies across AWS, GCP, Azure, and future cloud service providers (CSPs). We own the end-to-end product of Claude on each cloud platform, from API integration and intelligent request routing to inference execution, capacity management, and day-to-day operations.
Our engineers are extremely high leverage: we simultaneously drive multiple major revenue streams while optimizing one of Anthropic's most precious resources: compute. As we expand to more cloud platforms, the complexity of managing inference efficiently across providers with different hardware, networking stacks, and operational models grows significantly. We need product-minded backend engineers who can navigate these platform differences, design the services and abstractions that work across providers, and make architectural decisions that keep us reliable and cost-effective at massive scale.
Your work will increase the scale at which our services operate, accelerate our ability to reliably launch new frontier models and innovative features to customers across all platforms, and ensure our LLMs meet rigorous safety, performance, and security standards.
Key responsibilities
Design, build, and own backend services and infrastructure that serve Claude across multiple CSPs, accounting for differences in compute hardware, networking, APIs, and operational models
Work cross-functionally with internal inference, product API, systems, and security teams, among others, and with CSP partners to stand up the full serving stack on new cloud platforms, resolve operational issues, and influence provider roadmaps
Build and evolve CI/CD automation systems, including validation and deployment pipelines, that reliably ship new model versions to millions of users across cloud platforms without regressions
Design interfaces and tooling abstractions across CSPs that enable cost-effective inference management, scale across providers, and reduce per-platform complexity
Contribute to capacity planning, autoscaling, and workload routing strategies that match supply with demand and direct requests to the most cost-effective accelerator and region
Analyze observability data across providers to identify performance bottlenecks, cost anomalies, and regressions, and drive remediation based on real-world production workloads
Minimum qualifications
Have significant software engineering experience, with a strong background in high-performance, large-scale distributed systems serving millions of users
Have experience building or operating services on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure), with exposure to Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, or container orchestration
Are curious about LLM serving; prior inference or ML experience is not required
Thrive in cross-functional collaboration with both internal teams and external partners
Have experience working with external partners to align goals and deliver impact
Are a fast learner who can quickly ramp up on new technologies, hardware platforms, and provider ecosystems
Are highly autonomous and take ownership of problems end-to-end, including work that falls outside your job description
Preferred qualifications
Direct experience working with CSPs to scale infrastructure or products across multiple platforms, navigating differences in networking, security, privacy, billing, and managed service offerings
Hands-on experience with capacity management, cost optimization, or resource planning at scale across heterogeneous environments
Solid understanding of multi-region deployments, geographic routing, and global traffic management
Proficiency in Python or Rust

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research.
Within Cloud Inference, the model & inference launch team owns the validation pipeline for our inference server and load balancer on these platforms. We're responsible for every inference change — model launches, performance improvements, safeguard integrations — landing on cloud platforms with correctness, performance, and reliability intact.
This is high-leverage infrastructure work: validation has to be fast and cheap enough to run on the same accelerators that serve customers, trustworthy enough to replace manual checks, and consistent enough that a change working on Anthropic first-party means it works everywhere. This directly determines how fast frontier models and features ship to every cloud platform, and how quickly performance wins reach production — reclaiming capacity at a time when compute is our scarcest resource.
Key responsibilities
Be on the critical path for frontier model launches, bringing up inference for new model architectures and shipping them to cloud platforms in lockstep with our first-party platform
Work with the core inference team to bring new inference features (e.g. structured sampling, prompt caching, and more) to cloud platforms, owning the platform-specific integration that gets them to production
Identify and dive deep on the gaps that make inference behave differently across first-party and CSPs — config drift, observability, deployment patterns, hard cross-platform bugs — and fix them at the source rather than building platform-specific workarounds
Design, build, and own the CI/CD infrastructure for the inference server and load balancer across cloud platforms, with shadow traffic, performance baselines (throughput and latency), and correctness checks that catch regressions before production
Drive down merge-to-production cycle time by making validation faster, more parallel, and cost-effective enough to run on the same constrained accelerator pool that serves customers, without trading away reliability
Analyze observability data across providers to identify performance bottlenecks, cost anomalies, and regressions, and drive remediation based on real-world production workloads
Minimum qualifications
Have a strong interest in LLM serving; prior inference or ML experience is not required
Have significant software engineering experience, with a strong background in high-performance, large-scale distributed systems serving millions of users
Have a track record of building automation or test infrastructure that measurably improved release velocity or reliability
Have experience building or operating services on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure), with exposure to Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, or container orchestration
Thrive in cross-functional collaboration with both internal teams and external partners
Are a fast learner who can quickly ramp up on new technologies, hardware platforms, and provider ecosystems
Are highly autonomous and take ownership of problems end-to-end, including work that falls outside your job description
Preferred qualifications
LLM inference optimization, batching, and caching strategies
Capacity-constrained scheduling or shared-resource test infrastructure
Solid understanding of multi-region deployments, request routing, load balancing, global traffic management
Working with CSP partner teams to scale infrastructure across multiple platforms, navigating differences in networking, security, privacy, and managed service
Proficiency in Python or Rust

Figma's Business Development & Partnerships team aims to advance our company goals by working with partners to augment product experiences, drive user engagement, accelerate user and revenue growth, distribute our products and services, and raise brand awareness. As Figma's product portfolio and user base continue to evolve, the team plays a critical role in connecting our platform to a broader network of builders, developers, and solution partners.
We're looking for a thoughtful people leader and product partnerships operator to help scale the impact of our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Product Partnerships, you will initially lead a small, growing team of Partner Managers responsible for product-area portfolios and scaled programs. You will translate Product Partnerships priorities into clear portfolio plans, coach the team to deliver excellent partner outcomes, and build the operating rhythms, standards, and cross-functional alignment that allow the organization to scale. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong people leadership with product judgment, operational rigor, and a track record of bringing complex technology partnerships to life.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead, coach, and develop an initial team of 3-5 Partner Managers who own product-area portfolios and scaled partnership programs; set clear expectations, provide actionable feedback, and support strong performance and career growth
Partner with the Director of Product Partnerships to translate organization-wide strategy and priorities into focused portfolio plans, resource allocation decisions, and measurable goals for the team
Create leverage across the organization by ensuring Partner Managers can independently drive day-to-day partner strategy, execution, communications, and decision-making, while maintaining a high and consistent quality bar and communication about their work
Oversee the health and impact of the team's partner portfolio, helping partner managers prioritize the highest-value opportunities and guide strategy, unblock complex workstreams, and navigate risks, tradeoffs, and escalations
Build strong relationships with leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Research, Operations, Finance, and Legal to align partnership priorities with company and product goals
Define and track portfolio-level success metrics, review progress with the team, and deliver concise business updates to Partnerships leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of escalation and step into the highest-leverage partner moments when leadership, negotiation support, escalation management, or cross-functional alignment is needed, while preserving clear ownership for the Partner Manager
Help evolve the Product Partnerships organization as it grows by improving processes, clarifying roles and decision rights, and supporting hiring and onboarding for new team members
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
12+ years of experience in partnerships with predominant focus in product partnerships or ecosystem partnerships, and 3+ years of direct people management experience, with a track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
The ability to define strategy, plan, prioritize, build cross-functional alignment, execute efficiently on long-term, cross-functional projects, and iterate alongside product, GTM, and executive teams
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to structure frameworks, initiate an action plan, and lead complex, first-of-their-kind, technical partnerships and negotiations
Technical depth; experience contributing to and influencing product strategy, roadmap, and execution as well as analyzing data to build and share insightful business recommendations
A demonstrated ability to execute on short term business needs in tandem with driving strategic decisions that align with the broader company and partnerships roadmap
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Proven ability to create and implement product partnership strategies in enterprise SaaS
Track record of building partnership processes, programs, or teams during periods of rapid company or product growth
Demonstrated success leading teams that manage both high-touch product partnerships and scaled ecosystem programs
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
