ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
TEAM
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry.
The Voodoo Ad-Network is an autonomous product group of around 60 highly driven professionals with an ambitious mission: building top-tier ad network services. Our primary goal is to leverage Voodoo's massive first-party data ecosystem to optimize and scale monetization. We are in a rapid growth phase, expanding into new ventures such as opening to external inventory, penetrating the external advertiser market, and driving social network monetization following our recent acquisition of BeReal. To support this incredible trajectory and promising early results, we are scaling our team.
The Models team is a core element of the targeting performance. It leverages machine learning and a strong business understanding to directly impact the product's financial performance. It's composed of mostly senior Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers and Data Scientists/ML Engineers that iterate together on finding and building the next performing iteration.
This role can be either Paris or Helsinki based and done in a hybrid setup.
ROLE
We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join our Models team. You will be joining a dedicated squad of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers focused on building and maintaining the ML training infrastructure that powers our ad-targeting models from data preprocessing through model deployment to production monitoring.
In this role, you will be leading the following topics:
- Architectural Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of highly visible projects from ideation to production release. This includes feature scoping, timeline estimation, architecture design, and benchmarking new technologies.
- Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain quality data and ML pipelines to align with ever-evolving business and machine learning needs. Optimize training pipelines for performance, memory efficiency, and cost (e.g. spot instance strategies, efficient data loading, preprocessed artifact reuse).
- Data Scientists Enablement: Enable Data Scientists to iterate faster by providing reusable, well-tested pipeline components (transformers, dataloaders, training utilities) and reviewing their contributions to shared code. Extend dataset capabilities: integrating new data sources, scaling feature windows, and increasing training data volumes without breaking pipeline constraints.
- Deep Learning Development: Contribute to deep learning development: GPU workload orchestration, custom PyTorch training loops, and model architecture support.
- ML Lifecycle & Reproducibility: Maintain reproducibility and consistency across the ML lifecycle: versioned configs, experiment tracking, and online-offline consistency tooling.
- Scalability & Reliability: Collaborate with infrastructure teams on scalability — node pools, resource monitoring, CI/CD migrations. Participate in weekly rotation to triage and resolve alerts from Airflow, dbt, and related systems.
- Agile Collaboration: Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment with rapid decision-making processes. You will collaborate daily with back-end developers, data scientists, infrastructure engineers, and product managers.
- Mentorship & Team Culture: You will actively contribute to our engineering culture, share knowledge, and ensure every team member feels comfortable, supported, and empowered to grow in their role.
PROFILE
We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer who deeply understands both the ML training lifecycle and the specific challenges of putting machine learning models into production at scale.
- 5+ years minimum of experience as an ML Engineer or a similar role
- End-to-End ML Ownership: Problem framing, baselines, experimentation, deployment, and iteration
- Python Proficiency: Extensive knowledge for ML pipeline code: preprocessing, training/evaluation workflows, experiment utilities, and reproducible configs
- Training Mechanics: Comfortable implementing training mechanics where needed (custom steps/metrics, dataloading patterns, performance-conscious preprocessing), not only notebook-level prototyping
- ML Frameworks: Practical experience training and evaluating models with scikit-learn, LightGBM, PyTorch for deep learning
- Performance Optimization: Experience optimizing memory usage during data preprocessing and model training
- Experiment Management: Hyperparameter tuning, experiment tracking, and reproducible training (configs, seeds, versioning)
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with Amazon Web Services. Familiarity with scalability, reliability, and security topics
- ML Production Awareness: Understanding of the challenges involved in running ML models in production (familiar with topics such as feature store, training-serving skew, etc.)
- Model Serving: Experience with model serving infrastructure (real-time or batch inference, latency/throughput optimization) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
OUR STACK
Python · Scikit-learn · LightGBM · PyTorch · DBT · Spark · MLflow · Prometheus · Terraform · Airflow · Kubernetes · Amazon Web Services

Help Us Build The Future of Travel
At Airalo, we're making it easier for people to stay connected wherever they travel. As the world's first eSIM store, we help millions of travelers access affordable mobile data in 200+ countries and regions around the world.
Today, we're a team of 400+ people across 60+ countries, building a product used by travelers every day. We've grown quickly, but we've worked hard to keep what matters: trust, ownership, and the freedom for people to do great work without unnecessary layers or bureaucracy.
We're fully remote by design, genuinely global, and united by a shared mission to make travel simpler for everyone.
Your Next Destination
Location: Remote.
Contract: Full-time, permanent.
Benefits: Learn more about our benefits here in this link - https://airalo-public.notion.site/Benefits-25396a97ffca81fb9bc1f0be479f1be3?pvs=74
Languages: English is our main working language day to day, so you'll need to be comfortable communicating in it both in meetings and async.
We're looking for a Staff Data Scientist, Pricing to build the analytical and machine learning capability that pricing runs on, from demand modelling through to the systems that recommend price.
You won't be starting from zero. We've invested in the foundational data and infrastructure that pricing decisions depend on. What's missing is the capability on top: models the business trusts, experiments that settle pricing questions with evidence, and economics defined once so they hold consistently across Commercial, Product and the customer experience.
The arc of the role runs from measurement to prediction to prescription - understanding how demand responds to price, forecasting how it will respond, and ultimately building the models that recommend the price itself.
What You'll Do:
Build and own the demand and elasticity modelling capability, quantifying how price affects volume across destination, duration, data tier, and customer segment.
Develop machine learning models for demand forecasting and willingness-to-pay, and take them from exploration through to production with the monitoring and retraining that keeps them honest.
Move us from predictive to prescriptive by building the optimisation layer that turns forecasts and elasticities into recommended prices under margin, competitive and partner constraints.
Design and analyse pricing experiments with statistical rigour, and apply causal methods where clean randomisation isn't possible.
Define pricing within our data ecosystem, owning the governed definitions of price, cost and package economics that reporting, analysis and product surfaces all read from.
Partner with Commercial and Finance to connect pricing decisions to margin and revenue, and to size opportunities before we commit.
Set the analytical standard for pricing at Airalo, from what counts as evidence through to how a model or recommendation gets validated before it influences live pricing.
What You'll Bring:
7+ years in data science, quantitative economics, or applied research, including pricing, monetisation, or marketplace economics work that demonstrably changed decisions.
Experience with dynamic or algorithmic pricing systems in production.
An advanced degree in Econometrics, Statistics, Operations Research or similar, or equivalent applied depth in demand estimation and the identification problems that make naive price-quantity regressions wrong.
Hands-on machine learning experience across the full lifecycle, from feature engineering and model selection through to deployment
Familiarity with optimisation and decision-science methods that turn predictions into recommended actions, whether through constrained optimisation, bandits, or reinforcement learning approaches.
Proven experimentation expertise, having designed and defended experiments with a clear view on decision frameworks and common failure modes.
Experience building analytical capability where none existed before, turning raw data and a business question into something a commercial team uses repeatedly.
Strong data modelling instincts, thinking in reusable definitions and single sources of truth rather than standalone analyses.
The ability to move comfortably between financial, product and operational data and connect the analysis to a financial outcome.
Genuine partnership instincts, translating between analytical rigour and commercial reality so that Commercial and Product come to you early rather than after the decision.
Fluency in the Python ML stack alongside strong SQL, with the engineering hygiene to hand over code that others can run and maintain.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to make a methodological argument to people who won't check your standard errors.
A self-starter mindset that thrives in ambiguity and brings structure without waiting for permission.
Comfort using AI tools to augment analytical work, with a point of view on where they help and where they don't
Nice to have:
Experience in marketplace, telecom, travel, or subscription/usage-based businesses.
Bayesian or hierarchical modelling for sparse segments and long-tail SKUs.
Competitive price response modelling, or working with scraped competitor pricing data.
Familiarity with dbt, LightDash, or similar semantic/BI layers.
Experience designing semantic or metric layers consumed by both analytics and production systems.
Experience working in cross-functional teams spanning commercial, finance and product disciplines.
If you are interested in this position, please apply via the link.

AMC Studio is a world-leading 3D art and game development studio based in Bucharest, Romania, and part of the Keywords Studios international group. Founded in 1996 and with nearly 30 years of activity, AMC has provided 3D art services for major Triple-A titles such as The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Call of Duty, Dead Space, World of Tanks, and the Mafia franchise. At the core of the studio is a passionate team of artists whose adaptability across art styles - from stylized to photorealistic - brings game worlds to life.
Right now, our team is porting one of the most atmospheric game universes of the 21st century to a modern engine. You will be working with a dark aesthetic, where art meet madness, rust, and decay.
We are looking for a Lead Props/Environment 3D Artist to head our team, set a high quality bar for props and environment art, and perfectly capture the spirit of the original in modern AAA graphics.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Prop Artists, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
Quality Control: Ensure all assets meet the specific artistic and technical requirements of our AAA partners, maintaining a "Gold Standard" output.
Pipeline Management: Develop and optimize efficient modeling and texturing workflows (PBR) to meet demanding production schedules.
Project Oversight: Manage the distribution of tasks within the team and ensure deadlines are met across various active projects.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Art Directors, Technical Artists, and Project Managers to identify potential risks and solve production bottlenecks.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical briefs, style guides, and best-practice documentation for the props department.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of experience in game art, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Supervisory role.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expert-level skill in creating high-quality hard-surface and organic props (please include examples of various styles).
Software Mastery: Expert knowledge of Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender, as well as ZBrush and the Substance Suite (Painter/Designer).
Engine Proficiency: Deep understanding of Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) or proprietary AAA engines.
Technical Knowledge: Complete mastery of PBR workflows, UV optimization, baking, and LOD management.
Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate artistic feedback clearly.
Adaptability: Proven ability to switch between different art styles and technical constraints without losing quality.
What We Offer:
Professional Diversity: The opportunity to work on multiple high-profile AAA IPs across different genres (Realistic, Sci-Fi, Stylized).
Stable Growth: A permanent position in a growing company with a steady pipeline of world-class projects.
Flexible Work: Competitive remote work options and a focus on healthy work-life balance (minimal crunch culture).
Community: A supportive, international team of industry veterans who value knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
Benefits
Competitive remuneration
Projects aligned with your expertise and interests
Collaboration with industry leaders on AAA titles
Professional growth opportunities
Flexible work arrangements
An environment dedicated to diversity and inclusion

- Identify and own opportunities for continuous process and product improvement minimizing downtime and improving test/repair efficiency.
- Contribute to robust feedback loops across design, build, and test, driving first-pass yield and manufacturability.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrated experience in rapid physical prototyping, hands-on debug of custom hardware, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems in robotics or similar domains.
- Working knowledge of low-voltage and mixed-signal circuits, connectors, sensors, and compact electromechanical systems.
- Track record communicating concisely via documentation procedures, test plans, diagnostics, and lessons learned.
- Adept collaborating across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering boundaries to solve urgent, ambiguous issues.
- Comfortable in a high-velocity, high-ambiguity startup setting where priorities shift fast.
PREFERRED
- Experience designing for manufacturability and reliability in the context of human-sized or mobile robotics.
- Familiarity with automated test and diagnostic tools used in modern hardware labs.
- Prior mentoring or technical leadership responsibility within a prototyping or field engineering team.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier: collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.
