Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About The Role
As Director of Autonomy at Humanoid, you will lead the team that teaches our bipedal platform to perform locomanipulation tasks in homes and service environments: tidying a room, loading and unloading a dishwasher, putting groceries away, folding laundry, and similar tasks. The output of your team is capabilities that run reliably on real robots and pass our evals, not papers or one-off demos. This is a player-coach role: you own the roadmap, hiring, and delivery, while also training policies, curating data, and debugging failures on the robot yourself. That hands-on work is how you lead: it's how you find what slows the team down and fix it for everyone.
This role sits at the intersection of applied deep learning, robotics, and people leadership, working closely with the Controls team on whole-body teleoperation and combining RL controllers with learned policies, and with the Core Technology team on foundation model pre-training for five-finger dexterity and RL methods. If you have hands-on experience with real robot hardware, a track record in applied deep learning, and have led engineers doing this kind of work, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Own The Capability Roadmap: Work with product to identify use-case priority, choose the execution strategy, define the evals, and deliver on the agreed timeline.
- Lead The Team: Hire, develop, and manage a team of robot learning engineers; set engineering and experimental standards; run day-to-day prioritization.
- Co-Own The System 0/1 Interface: Agree with the Controls team on what the policy commands (end-effector targets, root velocity, pelvis height, foot targets, hand joint targets), debug failures across that boundary, and push requirements into the whole-body control roadmap.
- Partner On Data Strategy: Specify what good data looks like for bipedal locomanipulation with data collection and external acquisition organizations, ensure diversity and coverage, iterate on operator instructions, and supervise collection on the biped.
- Drive Sim-To-Real Transfer: Work with the Simulation team to set up RL training on the digital twin for bipedal tasks, then iterate on reward and simulation quality to ensure transfer to the real world.
- Shape Base Model Development: Feed bipedal requirements — embodiment coverage in the pretraining mixture, action representations, latency budgets — into the VLA Core Technology team's base model development, and adopt new base models as they land.
- Inform Hardware Design: Interface with the Hardware Design team so findings about hands, arms, and legs on the current generation are reflected in future designs.
- Report On Progress: Communicate progress to leadership in terms of capabilities working on the robot, eval results, and failure analysis.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years working on robots (industry or research) with shipped artifacts to show for it, including learned manipulation or locomanipulation policies deployed on real hardware.
- Experience leading a team of 5+ engineers doing applied robot learning, including hiring and people management, with capabilities delivered to a deadline.
- Hands-on today: you've trained and debugged policies within the last year and intend to keep doing so, and can curate data, post-train a policy, and diagnose failures without delegating that work.
- Experience post-training VLA-class policies (autoregressive, diffusion, or flow-matching based) via behavior cloning and/or RL.
- Solid understanding of the modern teleoperation and low-level control stack — whole-body control, inverse kinematics, RL locomotion controllers — and the ability to tell whether a failure lives in the policy, the controller, or the data.
- Familiarity with deep learning infrastructure: streaming datasets, checkpointing and state management, distributed training, PyTorch or JAX.
- Strong grounding in modern software engineering practices, with the ability to document experiments clearly and communicate trade-offs crisply to engineers and leadership.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with multi-fingered dexterous hands: teleoperation and retargeting, tactile sensing, in-hand manipulation.
- Experience with legged platforms: bipedal locomotion, whole-body control, humanoid teleoperation.
- Experience applying RL to robotics problems in simulation or on real robots.
- Familiarity with Physical Intelligence (π) models, NVIDIA GR00T, or similar open VLA frameworks.
- Publications at top-tier robotics or deep learning conferences (CoRL, RSS, ICRA, NeurIPS) or equivalent open-source contributions.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
For this role in California, the expected base salary range is $300,000-$450,000 USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how experience maps to our internal leveling.

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Caitlin, Senior Manager, Technical Support at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist to join our deliverability program within Technical Support. You'll help customers reach the inbox by diagnosing sending issues, advising on best practices, and guiding senders through an email ecosystem that keeps changing.
You'll be one of several deliverability experts on a team that shares knowledge across Technical Support, so your work reaches well beyond your own queue. You'll partner with Customer Success, Technical Support, and Engineering: taking customer calls, equipping CSMs for customer conversations, working through complex technical cases alongside Engineering, and turning what you see in tickets into documentation, training, and better processes.
You'll thrive here if you think about the health of the whole program, enjoy improving how work gets done, and are equally comfortable digging into a detailed case and having a direct conversation with a customer about acceptable use.
What we value
Empathy and curiosity:
You approach every customer with patience and a desire to dig deeper, especially when a conversation gets uncomfortable.
Clarity:
You explain complex technical concepts simply and help others do the same.
Collaboration:
You build strong partnerships across Support, Customer Success, and Engineering, and you treat customer outcomes as a shared goal.
Thinking at scale:
You look at how we do things today and see what could work better for the whole organization, then you help make it happen.
Continuous learning:
You stay ahead of evolving standards and see change as a chance to improve how we work.
What you'll do
Act as a trusted deliverability advisor to customers, handling complex cases through to full resolution and leading customer calls when a conversation needs it
Audit sender setup and monitor reputation across IPs and domains, using authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and BIMI, DNS configuration, and provider tools like Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, and Microsoft SNDS to diagnose blocklists, spam traps, and engagement drops
Work through highly technical issues with Engineering, taking ownership of the investigation first and sharing trends from customer cases with Product and Engineering
Identify acceptable use policy violations and spam complaints, hold clear and direct conversations with customers about compliance, and keep up with evolving standards (Gmail and Yahoo sender requirements, CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
Equip CSMs and Technical Support with the knowledge to handle deliverability conversations, through coaching, documentation, and training
Improve processes, tools, and one-to-many resources, such as help content, Academy course and proactive customer guidance, so deliverability support scales across the organization
What we're looking for
2-4 years of experience in email deliverability at a mid-size or large ESP, B2B SaaS company, or marketing automation platform, with exposure to deliverability at scale
Deep understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI) and infrastructure (SMTP, MTAs, DNS), with the technical comfort to work through complex issues with Engineering
Proficiency with provider data feeds (Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, Microsoft SNDS) and third-party deliverability monitoring tools like Everest, MXToolbox, or similar, and the analytical skill to turn bounce, engagement, and blocklist data into clear recommendations
Working knowledge of email compliance and acceptable use standards, and comfort having direct conversations with customers who are sending outside of them
Experience building or improving processes, documentation, or training that help a support or deliverability team scale
Excellent written and verbal communication, including comfort leading customer calls and simplifying technical concepts for any audience
Located in the United States or Canada
Bonus: participation in deliverability communities (M3AAWG, ESPC, or similar) and experience partnering with Customer Success teams
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $102,000 - $110,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and overall health of a book of 8–12 of Ramp’s largest and most strategic customers. You’ll own the long-term relationship and be accountable for maintaining and growing revenue, driving product adoption, and ensuring your customers achieve meaningful business outcomes on Ramp.
You’ll build deep relationships across all levels of your customers’ organizations, from day-to-day operators to C-suite executives, and be skilled at managing complex stakeholder dynamics and product configurations. Internally, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams at Ramp to strengthen our B2B relationships, coordinate strategic initiatives, and feed structured insights into our product roadmap and internal processes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own a portfolio of 8–12 strategic Enterprise customers, with clear accountability for retention, expansion, and overall account health
- Maintain and grow revenue and usage within your book of business by identifying, pitching, and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and execute detailed account and territory plans, including QBRs and executive reviews that highlight results, surface risks, and align on future growth
- Lead frequent customer conversations (status calls, roadmap discussions, upsell conversations, and QBRs) to ensure customers are achieving strong outcomes with Ramp
- Own end-to-end execution of renewals and expansions, from discovery and solution design through commercial negotiation and close
- Serve as a Ramp product expert, proactively uncovering workflow gaps and recommending solutions that save customers time and money, while guiding them toward deeper platform adoption
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, CSMs, and Solutions to coordinate customer initiatives and deliver tailored, enterprise-grade solutions
- Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams, translating customer needs and patterns into recommendations that shape Ramp’s Strategic and Enterprise roadmap
- Navigate and align internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, investors, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Use data and analytics to inform your strategy, monitor account performance, and communicate impact and opportunities in a clear, grounded way
WHAT YOU NEED
- 9+ years of experience as a Account Manager or Account Executive
- 3+ years managing strategic Enterprise accounts (2,500+ employees or Fortune 1000) with proven commercial ownership
- Strong familiarity with Fintech, Payments, Finance/Accounting, or B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated success negotiating and closing complex six-figure renewals and upsells
- Ability to understand and communicate complex product workflows, integrations, and technical configurations
- High fluency in financial value drivers — able to articulate ROI, payback periods, process modernization, and cost savings
- Deep sense of ownership with the ability to build processes, playbooks, and documentation from 0→1 as strategic customers push the limits of Ramp’s platform and require new, scalable solutions
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and at the C-suite
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced environments
- Operates with urgency, grit, and ownership; thrives in environments with innovation, change, and ambiguity
- Willingness to travel for customer on-sites, events, and internal team summits
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in financial services sales or selling to finance teams (e.g., Office of the CFO, accounting, controllers, expense management).
- Experience at a high-growth startup
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

About the role
Hi, I'm Aerie, Manager, Technical Support Tier I at
Customer.io
. I’m looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team based in Canada.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll communicate directly with our customers via our Support Center. Our team is especially excited to hear from folks with Technical Support backgrounds who have experience communicating technical tasks mostly over email—a strong ability to communicate in writing is more than nice to have.
On a day-to-day, you’ll triage a diversity of support tickets as well as work on process improvement, and conduct regular touch points with our Product and Customer Success teams. Our TSEs have contact with more customers than anyone else in the company, so you’re our secret sauce to ensure we provide a remarkable customer experience. Our customers are core to everything we do (it’s in our name!) - so it's key to bring your passion to customers and help solve their problems to advocate for product improvements.
Today, our Technical Support team is powered by Zendesk for ticketing, Linear for bug tracking, and Zapier for automating support team workflows. We support our customers through email and live chat. While we mostly interact with each other through Notion and Slack, it’s not uncommon for us to jump on a Zoom or Roam pairing session or a video call to clarify customer scenarios or share tips to remedy customer issues.
Are you interested in growth opportunities? So are we. Our Technical Support Team offers various career paths, such as our Engineering, Product, or Customer Success Teams. We're looking for folks who want to develop professionally as
Customer.io
grows.

Located in Canada
Working hours align with Central or Mountain time zone
This role includes rotating weekend support coverage
Experience in a technical support role and/or customer-facing role
Familiarity or comfort with offering live channel support
An understanding of basic programming concepts (API, variables, if-else statements, loops, etc.). If you know some Javascript, too, that's even better!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be motivated with a self-starter attitude
Previous work for a SaaS company or an understanding of technical platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Experience with the Marketing Automation industry a plus or supporting email marketing/business communication tools!
About you:
You love technical problem-solving and demonstrate curiosity.
You enjoy helping others with your technical knowledge and take pride in your work.
You see every support interaction as an opportunity to improve the customer experience.
You take ownership of delivering results and get satisfaction from getting things done.
You’re passionate about learning new things.
You’re not afraid to ask questions if you’re confused about how something works.
You understand written communication is not always flawless and assume the best intentions during interactions with customers and your team. Empathy is one of your strongest attributes.

We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is
$70,000 USD
(or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family.
You will serve as a front-line manager for a team of Enterprise Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across Ramp’s largest and most strategic accounts.
As Ramp expands its upmarket presence, you will help build and evolve the Enterprise go-to-market motion from the ground up. You will lead and develop high-performing SDRs who manage named books of business and navigate complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles.
Key responsibilities include coaching and developing SDRs, setting team strategy, and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and executive leadership to drive enterprise pipeline and business outcomes. As a member of the Sales Leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping, scaling, and refining Ramp’s Enterprise growth strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and scale the Enterprise SDR function, including team structure, playbooks, and processes for a named-account motion.
- Foster a high-performing team culture by managing daily activity, quota attainment, and key performance metrics.
- Hire, onboard, and train SDRs on Ramp’s products, enterprise buyer personas, competitive landscape, and sales tools.
- Create and execute career-development and leadership plans for direct reports, including regular 1:1 coaching on time management, objection handling, enterprise prospecting, and active listening.
- Coach SDRs through complex, multi-threaded enterprise outbound motions, including account research, executive-level messaging, and strategic pipeline generation.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute initiatives that advance company objectives.
- Report on team performance and forecast pipeline to senior leadership.
- Improve team output and efficiency by continuously optimizing systems, processes, and operating rhythms.
- Represent the Enterprise Sales Development team in cross-functional forums and with leaders across the organization.
WHAT YOU NEED
- At least 2 years of quota-carrying individual-contributor sales experience, with a consistent record of exceeding goals.
- At least 3 years of experience building and leading sales development teams, with a demonstrated record of exceeding team goals.
- Success in fast-paced, results-oriented go-to-market environments (ideally within SaaS) and a history of outperforming quota in outbound sales.
- Experience managing or selling into enterprise accounts with complex, longer sales cycles.
- A passion for hiring and talent development, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and career growth.
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value propositions to customers, including executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data-analysis tools, as well as familiarity with email and call-automation platforms.
- Ability to use data to inform decisions, build scalable systems, and identify process improvements that increase conversion and efficiency.
- Strong collaboration, communication, influence, and presentation skills.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience selling financial-services products in a full-cycle sales role.
- Experience building an Enterprise SDR function from the ground up or scaling a team within a new segment.
- Experience at a high-growth startup.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst who will drive the transition from manual, repetitive legacy work to more accurate, streamlined, and automated models, dashboards, and data feeds. Your work will change from week-to-week and month-to-month as you partner with FP&A to redesign how the team plans and forecasts, build new dashboards, and train AI agents to do the tedious stuff automatically. We need someone who combines financial acumen with technical know-how — translating model assumptions and drivers into the right long-term solution, whether that's a Pigment model, a Python script, or an AI agent. You'll also own the trustworthiness of the numbers Finance leaders rely on, building systematic data-quality checks and partnering with the Data/Analytics Engineering team to resolve upstream data issues. And because a fix that only you can maintain isn't really a fix, you'll document your models clearly enough that analysts without a Pigment or Python background can self-serve basic changes — empowering the team with tools that completely solve problems without manual workarounds.
This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Pigment, BigQuery, NetSuite, Omni, Sigma, Claude Code
What You’ll Do
Partner directly with FP&A business partners across Sales & Marketing, R&D, and G&A to understand how each team plans, forecasts, and reports today, then work together to identify manual, repetitive Finance work that Pigment integrations, Python scripts, and AI agents can streamline and automate.
Own the end-to-end build of new and migrated Pigment models — data blocks, formulas, workflows, dashboards, and views — turning fuzzy business asks from FP&A into technical solutions people actually want to use.
Collaborate on the design and maintenance of our Pigment architecture, ensuring we avoid a tangled mess of metrics, dimensions, and boards and keep our tools easy-to-navigate.
Team up with your peers on the Finance Systems team to build durable integrations between Pigment, BigQuery, and other finance systems, so the data everyone needs shows up accurately and automatically instead of through manual workarounds.
Put systematic data-quality checks in place — reconciliations, change monitoring, variance alerts — so business partners can trust the numbers without manual effort.
Document what you build clearly enough that a Finance analyst with no Pigment or Python background can self-serve basic changes.
Loop in the Data/Analytics Engineering team when a request needs a new data connection or you find an upstream data problem.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or analytics engineering, with hands-on work in an EPM platform (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar) — or an equivalent analytics-engineering background (SQL, dbt, Python) with a strong interest in moving into EPM/finance systems work.
Proven experience using AI agents/LLM tooling to automate finance workflows.
Ability to sit with a Finance stakeholder, listen to a messy description of “how we currently do this,” and come back with a well-scoped technical plan.
Working proficiency in Python — or willingness and ability to learn via Claude Code or Codex.
Strong SQL skills and comfort working in a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery or similar).
High attention to detail — this role will work on models that inform real business decisions, so the ability to audit models and build intuition on outputs matter as much as speed.
Strong communication skills — able to explain a data discrepancy or a modeling trade-off to someone without a systems or data background.
Bonus Skills
Prior experience inside an FP&A or corporate finance function (not just building tools for one from the outside), ideally supporting a Sales, R&D, or G&A finance function specifically.
Prior experience building a Sales Capacity/Planning model or a Supply Chain model in Pigment, Anaplan, or another similar planning platform.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or Omni.
Experience with dbt or another data-transformation framework.
