MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
European governments, research institutions, and public bodies are investing in large-scale AI, analytics, and data infrastructure. MinIO's software-defined, S3-compatible, cloud-native object storage is built for the performance and scale these workloads demand.
We are seeking a technical, creative, and entrepreneurial Sr Regional Sales Manager to lead MinIO's growth in the public sector across EU Region. You will sell to national and regional government, research and HPC centres, universities, healthcare bodies, defence and security agencies, and EU institutions. You will combine technical depth in storage, data lake/lakehouse, AI/ML, and HPC with a real understanding of how the public sector buys, so you can shape and win complex, multi-stakeholder deals of €250K+.
What You Will Do
Drive Public Sector Business Development:
Identify and develop opportunities across ministries, agencies, research organisations, and public institutions. Engage early, before requirements are written, to influence strategy, architecture, and budget planning.
Lead Technical and Vision Selling:
Articulate how MinIO delivers transformational outcomes for data infrastructure, AI/ML, analytics, and HPC, not just incremental improvements. Translate technical capabilities into mission outcomes and public value.
Navigate Public Procurement:
Manage the full cycle from early engagement through tender, evaluation, and award. This includes EU and national procurement rules, framework agreements, and dynamic purchasing systems. Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and ITTs with Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Contracts.
Close Complex Deals:
Own opportunities with longer, committee-driven sales cycles, from first contact through to award.
Compete and Win Against Legacy Vendors:
Position cloud-native, S3-compatible object storage against traditional storage vendors by demonstrating its advantages for modern workloads. Make the case on cost, flexibility, and performance.
Support Security Reviews:
Work with customers and internal teams to respond to security questionnaires and architecture reviews, involving Product and Legal as needed.
Build the Business Case:
Develop ROI and total-cost-of-ownership models that speak to public-sector priorities: value for money, risk reduction, and long-term sustainability.
Partner-First Territory Strategy:
Build and run co-selling plans with resellers, system integrators, and alliance partners, including those holding public-sector frameworks, to extend coverage and reach buyers who purchase through partners.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work with Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, and Marketing on tailored solutions, successful POCs and pilots, and a smooth path from award to deployment.
Forecast with Discipline:
Maintain accurate pipeline management, realistic forecasting that reflects procurement timelines and budget cycles, and clear account plans.
Your Skills and Experience
Public Sector Sales Expertise:
7+ years of enterprise or public-sector sales in the EU, with consistent quota attainment and average deal sizes of €250K+.
Procurement Fluency:
Hands-on experience with public tenders and frameworks, and with working through procurement officers, technical evaluators, and budget holders.
Technical Acumen:
Strong knowledge of storage, data infrastructure, data lakehouse, AI/ML, and HPC environments. You can engage architects and researchers and connect technical concepts to mission and policy outcomes.
Public Sector IT Awareness:
Working knowledge of the data protection and security requirements that shape European public-sector IT purchasing.
Partner-Led Approach:
Track record of building co-selling strategies with channel, SI, and alliance partners.
Competitive Selling:
Proven ability to displace entrenched vendors with a differentiated value proposition.
Consultative, Challenger Mindset:
You teach, tailor, and challenge customer thinking, and you shape requirements rather than just responding to them.
Startup Mindset:
Comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up in a fast-moving company.
Network:
Established relationships within UK/EU public institutions, research communities, and the partner ecosystem.
Communication:
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with technical and executive stakeholders. Fluency in English and other relevant local languages is required.
Education:
BA/BS in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Own execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives across ML, experimentation, and data platform domains.
Lead 2–3 high-priority initiatives during the first 3 months: define scope, align stakeholders, establish ownership, and drive delivery to measurable outcomes.
Ensure predictable execution through clear planning, coordination, and delivery management.
Unblock stalled or ambiguous projects by clarifying ownership, resolving dependencies, escalating risks early, and driving initiatives through completion.
Build and operate an effective execution framework: monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, retrospectives, project reviews, and escalation processes.

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across ML, backend, product, and analytics functions.
Experience managing risks, dependencies, escalations, and multiple parallel initiatives.
High technical literacy with the ability to dive deep into data and ML topics, understand system constraints, and work closely with engineering and data teams.

About the Role
This position is 100% remote and will be based in the United States and Canada.
The Pipeline Programs Manager turns GitLab's pipeline targets into programs the field can run. You'll own execution of pipeline generation programs, including sales plays, PipeGen days, and run the hygiene checkpoints that keep pipeline data trustworthy. You'll also help surface the risks and upside behind our pipeline plan working across Sales, Marketing, Field Enablement, Sales Strategy, and RevOps.
What You'll Do
Execute global and regional pipeline generation programs, including codified sales plays and PipeGen days, against an established program calendar.
Coordinate in-quarter program delivery across regions and segments: timelines, owners, communications, and follow-through on action items.
Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline hygiene checkpoints, and report on adherence and trends with RevOps and Sales Strategy.
Partner with Marketing and Enablement to bring pipeline generation programs to the field with the right messaging, content, and training.
Work with the team on the GTM plan by identifying the drivers, risks, and upside that could move the pipeline numbers, and making them visible to decision-makers.
Give input on the design of sales plays, hygiene standards, and related incentives from what you see during execution.
Track program performance against success measures, and summarize what worked, what didn't, and what to change next time.
Coordinate global outbound program execution with Sales Development and sales leaders, and help bring it to regional and team levels at scale.
Identify process and systems improvements in Salesforce and reporting that increase metric visibility and reduce manual work, and work with RevOps and Systems to land them.
What You'll Bring
5+ Years experience in Sales, Sales Programs, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Field or Sales Enablement, or Marketing Operations, with a record of delivering programs on time and with quality.
Experience running cross-functional programs with operational rigor: multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and clear follow-through.
Comfort working with pipeline data. You can use Salesforce and BI dashboards to spot gaps and explain what they mean. Basic SQL (Snowflake or similar) is a plus.
Understanding of the B2B sales funnel: pipeline creation, conversion, velocity, and hygiene.
Clear communication and presentation skills. You can explain a program or a risk to Sales leaders and to cross-functional partners.
Ability to influence without authority, earning trust and moving work forward across teams you don't manage.
Good judgment in a fast-moving environment. You move quickly, keep quality high, and know when to escalate.
Curiosity about how AI and automation can improve go-to-market execution.
Ownership mindset. You carry programs through to outcomes, not just activity.
Experience in a quota-carrying or sales role is a plus.
About the Team
The Pipeline Excellence team builds the pipeline engine that turns GitLab's growth targets into predictable, repeatable revenue outcomes. We set pipeline targets and the GTM plan, run the programs and cadence that keep the field moving, and turn pipeline data into recommendations on where to invest.
We work with Speed with Quality, so our cadence and standards let go-to-market teams move fast without sacrificing forecast accuracy. We hold an Ownership Mindset, meaning every stage of the funnel has a defined owner and standard. We measure ourselves on Customer Outcomes: pipeline health exists to drive real bookings and real customer relationships, not just activity. We work closely with Sales leadership, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Field Enablement, Sales Development, Finance, and Analytics, and we're scaling that engine for the agentic era.

At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world.
As a Senior Backend Engineer on
Tenant Controls
, you'll design, implement, and evolve backend capabilities for a global platform that millions use. You'll solve problems of high scope and complexity, influence technical and product direction, and improve system quality, reliability, and performance beyond assigned feature work. Working across product, frontend, infrastructure, data, and security, you'll make pragmatic architectural trade-offs and partner with product managers and designers to deliver value to users in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
What you’ll do
Design and ship moderate to complex backend features with minimal guidance, choosing between modular-monolith code, shared components, and independently operated services.
Influence team objectives, technical direction, and long-range goals, partnering with product managers and designers to shape requirements around user needs.
Define backend standards for style, maintainability, testing, application programming interfaces (APIs), and operational readiness, advocating for quality, security, availability, and performance.
Mentor associate and intermediate engineers, remove technical blockers, and improve delivery practices through code and design reviews.
Diagnose and prevent performance and reliability issues at scale, participate in incident response, and act as a technical owner where appropriate.
Experiment with and integrate agentic AI into production engineering workflows, evaluate its effectiveness, and coach others on responsible use and sound judgment.
What you’ll bring
Strong command of backend architecture, APIs, data systems, and performance tuning in a complex product or service environment.
Proficiency in modern backend languages and a deep understanding of systems programming, with the ability to learn and adapt rather than mastery of a single language.
Experience designing or evolving modular backend boundaries, bounded contexts, and migration-safe architectures.
Ability to lead through influence, technical judgment, and clear asynchronous written communication, connecting product needs with technical decisions and directing your own work.
Experience building or operating agentic AI systems in production, including loops, tool use, and error-handling strategies that support reliability at scale, beyond prompt engineering alone.
Helpful, but not required: experience with high-throughput distributed systems, concurrency or profiling; containerized production operations (such as Kubernetes); database performance (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, schema evolution or partitioning); large-scale modular monoliths or event-driven systems; public technical communication, open source maintenance or developer-focused software as a service (SaaS).

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
This is a partner marketing role built for pipeline. You'll turn a small number of high-potential partnerships (think AWS, Deloitte, and Carahsoft) into real, measurable revenue channels. You'll also be our enterprise marketing lead for regulated industries, specifically life sciences and government, where trust, compliance, and the right partner relationships decide who wins.
The objective is clear, but the playbook is yours to define. Some weeks you'll build an account plan with an AWS demand gen partner. Other weeks you'll plan a field event for healthcare or federal buyers, or work with sales on a named account list. The goal is to leverage partner channels to generate Enterprise, public sector and life sciences pipeline.
🗓️ THE DAY-TO-DAY
Partner Marketing That Generates Pipeline (the core of the job)
- Run joint programs with a small number of select partners (AWS, Deloitte, Carahsoft, and others as we prove what works) that move Enterprise and Gov pipeline.
- Make AWS work harder. Partner with our AWS demand gen resource by supplying what's been missing: target account selection, strong assets, account intelligence, seller engagement, tracking, and a packaged pitch AWS sellers can use.
- Use partner relationships to open doors at named ABM accounts, through formal partner workflows and one-off introductions, and build a repeatable process around both.
- Work closely with the Partnerships team on joint planning, co-funded activity, and accountability on timelines and lead commitments.
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced attribution with RevOps so we know what's working and where to invest.
Field Events
- Plan and run field events that put us in front of enterprise buyers, including Supper Clubs and partner co-hosted dinners, roundtables, and executive gatherings.
- Work with partners to co-fund and co-host events, with registrant targets and clear roles agreed up front.
- Partner with AEs, BDRs, and partner managers before and after every event so meetings, follow-up, and pipeline actually happen.
- Support our presence at industry events (for example, HR Tech, Unleash, DevLearn, and GovLoop) and turn them into pipeline.
Regulated Industries: Healthcare and Government
- Own the enterprise marketing approach for healthcare and public-sector buyers, where long cycles, compliance requirements, and buying committees shape everything.
- Build account-based programs for healthcare systems and government agencies using intent data and buying signals.
- Support federal campaigns alongside product marketing and the gov sales team: content syndication, event execution, targeted account lists, and partner-led plays (such as Carahsoft).
- Develop messaging and programs that speak to the real concerns of regulated buyers, like security, compliance, procurement paths, and contract vehicles.
Account-Based Execution and Sales Partnership
- Build account-based programs that reach full buying committees, including expansion into new teams inside existing accounts.
- Partner with enterprise AMs, AEs, and BDRs through structured cadences on targeting, messaging, and pipeline reviews.
Measurement & Iteration
- Use AI to scale what works.
- Measure everything: pipeline created, influenced, and accelerated, with clear attribution across new business, expansion, and partner-sourced.
- If something isn't working, whether a channel, an event, or a partner, you say so and change course. No sunk-cost loyalty.
💪 YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Pipeline-obsessed marketer: 4–6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years targeting enterprise buyers (5,000+ employees). You've driven measurable pipeline and revenue, not just lead volume.
- Partner builder: You've made partnerships produce pipeline, not just co-branded content. You know how to get a partner's sellers to care about your accounts.
- Field event operator: You've planned and executed events that turned into meetings and opportunities, and you know how to get sales and partners in the room.
- Buying-committee thinker: You're fluent in intent data, buying signals, and account engagement, and you use them to decide where to focus.
- Sales trust-builder: You win as a team with sales, through in-the-weeds collaboration and shared accountability.
- Ruthless about scope: You orient around what gets results and can stay focused on a few partners and programs without losing sight of the goal.
- "I can figure this out" mindset toward tools: UserGems, Influ2, ReachDesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Claude. Bonus points if you've used some, but curiosity matters more than a checklist.
- Active AI practitioner: You're already applying AI anywhere and everywhere.
🎁 BONUS POINTS
- Experience marketing to healthcare, government, or other regulated or public-sector buyers.
- Experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), co-sell, or global systems-integrator partnerships (Deloitte-style) where you made the relationship produce pipeline.
- Experience with government channel partners or reseller/contract vehicle models (Carahsoft-style).
- Familiarity with compliance and procurement considerations in healthcare or federal sales.
- Experience in learning, HR tech, or skills-focused technology.

Artificial Intelligence. Actual Impact.
At Docebo, we’re using AI to change how people learn at work—and we mean actually change it. We’re an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. But our real mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result? Better experiences for learners and real results for businesses.
We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you’ll feel right at home here. And it’s not just what we build, it’s how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren’t just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive.
So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops.
Docebo is a hybrid workplace, with employees expected to work 3 days per week from our offices. However, due to the niche skill set required for this role, we are opening this position to remote candidates as an exception to our standard workplace policy.
🌟 THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
At Docebo, we win in the enterprise segment by knowing our customers and running programs that generate real pipeline — full stop. This role exists for one reason: more enterprise pipeline, by any means possible. Not "this channel." Not "the approved playbook." Just whatever moves Enterprise accounts closer to a deal.
You’ll deploy strategic campaigns and activations to ensure our existing accounts expand. If you find yourself protecting a channel instead of the outcome, you're doing it wrong.
The objective is clear; however, the playbook to get there is yours to define. You'll run upsell and cross-sell programs, you'll make an underperforming enterprise partner a revenue generating channel, and you'll support some Enterprise federal focused activities. Every week or day will look a little bit different, but the goal and focus areas remain the same.
🗓️ THE DAY-TO-DAY
PIPELINE GENERATION (THE CORE OF THE JOB)
- Drive net-new enterprise pipeline through multi-channel programs — partner marketing, ABM, digital, field events, direct mail, coordinated outbound, or whatever works. The channel is secondary. The pipeline is the point.
- Build account-based programs using intent data and buying signals to prioritize in-market accounts and reach full buying committees, not just ad hoc contacts.
- Partner with enterprise AMs, AEs and BDRs through structured cadences on targeting, messaging, and pipeline reviews. You build trust and collaboration with the sales team.
ENTERPRISE EXPANSION — CROSS-SELL / UPSELL (YOU OWN THIS)
- Own the enterprise cross-sell and upsell motion: identify new buying groups inside existing accounts, get in front of the teams not yet using Docebo, and help accelerate in-flight expansion opportunities.
FEDERAL / GOVERNMENT SUPPORT
- Support enterprise federal campaigns. This includes content syndication, event execution, targeted account lists, and campaign support alongside product marketing and the broader gov motion. This is a support function within your book of work, not a standalone track.
ENTERPRISE PARTNER MARKETING
- Run partner campaigns with a small number of select partners that move ENT/Gov pipeline (think Deloitte, AWS, Carahsoft) — joint programs and co-hosted events. If it generates measurable, Enterprise pipeline, it’s in scope.
MEASUREMENT & ITERATION
- Using AI to scale what works.
- Measure everything — pipeline created, influenced, and accelerated, with clear attribution across new business, expansion, and partner-sourced.
- If something isn't working, you say so and change course. No sunk-cost loyalty to a channel or a partner.
💪 YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Pipeline-obsessed generalist: 3–4 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, at least 1 year with enterprise buyers (5,000+ employees). You've driven measurable pipeline and revenue across new business, expansion, and cross-sell — not just lead volume.
- Buying-committee thinker: Fluency in intent data, buying signals, and account engagement scoring informs how you prioritize and what you build.
- Sales trust-builder: You understand you win as a team with sales — in-the-weeds collaboration, pipeline reviews, and shared accountability, not just campaign reporting.
- Ruthless about scope: You orient around what gets results, full-stop. You can hold a lever without losing sight of the end goal.
- "I can figure this out" mindset toward tools: UserGems, UserLed, Influ2, ReachDesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Claude, Outreach — bonus points if you've used some of them, but curiosity and aptitude matters more than a checklist match.
- Active AI practitioner: you're already applying AI anywhere and everywhere.
🎁 BONUS POINTS
- Experience running or collaborating on field events as part of an enterprise GTM motion.
- Experience targeting government or public-sector accounts.
- Exposure to AWS Marketplace or systems-integrator partnerships (Deloitte-style relationships) — specifically where you've made the partnership produce pipeline, not just co-branded content.

An overview of this role
This is an overnight shift role with working hours of 12:00am - 7:00am EST.
As a Support Engineer on our U.S. Government Support Engineering team, you operate at the critical intersection of Support and Engineering, enabling public sector organizations and United States government agencies to run GitLab in some of the most secure and constrained environments in the world. Your work directly supports national security missions, including customers operating within FedRAMP-authorized, air-gapped, and classified or semi-classified environments where traditional troubleshooting approaches are not always possible.
In this role, you will engage deeply with GitLab through the command line; analyzing logs, system behavior, and application performance with strong Linux fundamentals and an understanding of how GitLab’s components interact end-to-end. You may partner with Product and Engineering to reproduce and document edge-case defects using sanitized or redacted data, or contribute directly to the product by opening merge requests that resolve customer-impacting issues. Beyond resolving individual cases, you’ll help strengthen GitLab by improving documentation, support workflows, and institutional knowledge, ensuring that lessons learned in highly regulated environments benefit the broader platform; all while working in a fully remote, highly collaborative environment built on trust, autonomy, and shared ownership.
Some examples of our projects:
A tool to quickly analyze strace output
A solution to capture the state of a customer’s server for easier troubleshooting
A functionality to ChatOps to make it easier to identify user accounts on GitLab.com
What you’ll do
Collaborate closely with public sector customers, including U.S. government agencies, the Department of War, and Intelligence Community organizations, to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in GitLab deployments operating under strict security, compliance, and operational constraints.
Perform deep, hands-on technical investigations using Linux command-line tooling and GitLab internals to analyze logs, system performance, and application behavior, often with limited telemetry or incomplete datasets. You will trace issues across infrastructure, application, and code paths to identify root causes, recommend mitigations, and drive durable fixes; frequently partnering with GitLab Product, Development, and Infrastructure teams to ensure outcomes that meet both mission and platform reliability requirements.
Create and update clear, reusable documentation and support content based on real customer interactions to improve self-service and reduce repeated issues.
Participate in regular
pairing sessions
with other Support Engineers and act as a
stable counterpart
to cross-functional teams to share knowledge and improve support processes.
Contribute to building and refining internal support tools and workflows, including automation and troubleshooting utilities, to make diagnosing and resolving issues more efficient.
Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations, providing timely emergency support for self-managed customers operating in restricted and compliance-focused environments.
Support the growth of the team by reviewing applications and assessments, and participating in interviews and hiring decision discussions.
What you’ll bring
Due to government security requirements, you must be a United States Citizen (defined as any individual who is a citizen of the United States by law, birth, or naturalization) to be eligible for this position
Experience managing customer-facing cases across the full support lifecycle, from initial inquiry and triage through reproduction, escalation, and resolution
Strong Linux systems administration knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot performance and configuration issues in complex environments
Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered developer tooling and gateway architectures (for example GitLab Duo, AI gateway configurations, or similar model-serving/proxy layers), including how they're deployed and troubleshot in self-managed or air-gapped environments
Ability to use scripting languages (preferably Ruby or Bash) and work within model-view-controller frameworks (preferably Ruby on Rails) to investigate and resolve issues
Practical experience with Git and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows
Skill in creating and maintaining clear, accurate support content and technical documentation
Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, empathetic way to customers and coworkers with varying technical backgrounds
Familiarity with DevOps practices and container-orchestration technologies such as OpenShift and Kubernetes
Understanding of common information security and compliance concepts and controls (for example DISA STIG and SELinux), and eligibility to work on United States federal customer environments as required for this role
About the team
At GitLab Federal, LLC, the U.S. Government Support Engineering team partners with public sector organizations and United States government agencies to support GitLab in highly secure, mission-critical environments. Our work directly enables national security outcomes, supporting customers across the Intelligence Community, Department of War, and other federal, state, and local government entities operating within regulated and restricted boundaries.
We are embedded within Support Engineering and work closely with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and Sales to solve complex, high-impact technical challenges. Our team frequently dives into code, logs, and architectural behavior to understand not just what is failing, but why; especially in environments with sanitized data, limited visibility, and strict compliance controls such as FedRAMP. We collaborate asynchronously across time zones and through structured pairing and discussion to share knowledge, strengthen solutions, and continuously improve how GitLab supports secure, air-gapped, and regulated deployments, while upholding GitLab's standards for rigor, transparency, and technical excellence.

What this role is about
You'll manage a team of Assigned Support Engineers who provide relationship-based technical support to GitLab's biggest enterprise customers. ASEs work proactively with customers to find root causes and prevent repeat issues, which is different from working a ticket queue. They also turn their actions and activity into outcomes and deliverables that show customers the ROI they get from GitLab.
You'll build a team that works independently, owns issues from start to finish, and knows when to ask for help. When a customer relationship is in trouble, you'll work alongside the account teams to bring it back to health. You'll also help improve the ASE program in ways that matter to customers and to the company.
What you'll do
Hire, coach, and develop ASEs. Hold regular 1:1s, give direct feedback, deal with performance issues early, and build a team where people feel safe raising problems.
Pay attention to engagement and retention, and coach the team on GitLab's values and operating principles.
Train ASEs to run technical interviews so the hiring pipeline doesn't depend on you.
Set clear goals and expectations, track progress across onboarding, relationships, escalations, and KPIs, and connect the team's work to company priorities. Help ASEs prioritize across accounts when everything feels urgent.
Lead escalations from start to finish. Work with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to get the right people moving, and keep the customer informed and confident in the plan.
Work alongside the account teams to bring at-risk customers back to health, including renewal and expansion risk driven by support concerns. Build the recovery plan, drive the technical side, and report on progress until the customer is stable.
Help ASEs translate their actions and activity into outcomes, deliverables, and ROI, and present that to customers and executives in clear decks that cover what happened, what you're doing about it, and what comes next.
Work with the ASE leadership team on initiatives that improve the program and customer outcomes, and see yours through to results.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, CSMs, Product, and Engineering to push for what customers need, and contribute utilization and onboarding data to capacity and headcount planning with Finance and sales leadership.
Document how the team works and find ways to make it more efficient through tools, process changes, and automation. Use AI well in your own work and coach ASEs to do the same.
What you'll bring
5+ years in technical support, with at least 2 years managing customer-facing technical teams.
Experience with high-touch or assigned support for enterprise customers. Professional services delivery counts. Experience across Self-Managed, GitLab Dedicated, and GitLab.com is a plus.
A strong record of handling escalations with both internal teams and customers. You stay calm, keep people aligned, and know when to bring in leadership.
The ability to turn a complicated or nuanced situation into a clear written story and tie activity to outcomes with numbers.
A customer-centric approach balanced with good judgment about what the service, the team, and the company can deliver, and experience working with account teams to bring struggling customers back to health.
A record of getting work done across teams through influence and strong working relationships. You can work with Sales, CS, and account teams to set clear expectations for the ASE service and find the right path for each customer.
Willingness to be available outside standard hours, including weekends, for the occasional critical escalation or customer-impacting incident.
Comfort with ambiguity and change. You keep a team steady while priorities, processes, and the program evolve, and you explain the reasons for changes so people stay engaged.
A strong technical foundation to guide engineers in complex, production-critical environments, including Linux system administration and web application development concepts. Familiarity with Git, DevOps practices, or GitLab is helpful.
A history of developing engineers at different skill levels through real feedback, mentoring, and clear expectations.
Process skills that make a team more efficient without adding bureaucracy, and comfort leading a remote, globally distributed team using metrics and customer feedback.
About the team
The ASE team is spread across AMER, EMEA, and APAC and works mostly async, with regular pairing sessions, 1:1s, and Slack. We support GitLab's largest and most strategic customers, who run GitLab in production-critical environments. We dig into code and logs, work across departments, and focus on root cause, trends, preventing repeat issues, and providing the technical acumen that helps customers get the most value out of GitLab for their business.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a member to join Financial Reporting team within Accounting. In this role, you will own some of the most important pieces of our external reporting: the consolidated statement of cash flows, subsidiary and other compliance-related reporting, and the peer benchmarking that keeps our disclosures clear and comparable.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who wants to shape how a financial reporting function works, not just run it. Our team builds with Claude every day, and you will help design the workflows and automation that make our reporting faster, more accurate, and more scalable. You will partner closely with Technical Accounting, Controllership, Tax, Legal, FP&A, Corporate Development, and our external auditors.
If you enjoy owning complex reporting end to end, have strong judgment on disclosure, and are excited to reinvent how financial reporting gets done with AI, we would love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Own the consolidated statement of cash flows end to end, including preparation, supporting schedules, classification analysis, non-cash disclosures, and review with our external auditors
Lead subsidiary and other compliance-related reporting, such as entity-level and special-purpose financial statements, lender and covenant reporting, and other regulatory or contractual reporting requirements
Lead the adoption of new accounting standards: impact assessment, data and system changes, disclosure drafting, controls, and review with our external auditors
Lead stock-based compensation reporting, including the expense and award-activity roll-forwards
Contribute to the preparation and review of periodic SEC filings (Forms 10-Q and 10-K) and related disclosures
Contribute to peer disclosure benchmarking, including frequent and proactive review of peer disclosures and assessment of Anthropic's disclosures in comparison to peers
Partner with valuation specialists, Technical Accounting, Tax, and Corporate Development on purchase accounting and post-close reporting for acquired entities
Identify opportunities to leverage Claude and automation tools to improve reporting processes, with a hands-on willingness to test and adopt new technologies as they emerge
Build and maintain Claude-powered reporting workflows (e.g., roll-forwards, tie-outs, disclosure drafting, benchmarking) and document them so the broader team can use and extend them
Design and maintain the process documentation and controls that support your areas, and serve as a primary point of contact for auditors on them
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on ownership of a statement of cash flows, including preparation, classification under ASC 230, and support for audit review
Experience with subsidiary, statutory, or other compliance-related reporting (e.g., entity-level financial statements, lender or covenant reporting, regulatory filings)
Experience using Claude or similar AI tools to build new financial reporting workflows or automation
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, including Regulation S-X and S-K
Clear, concise written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex accounting topics to non-accounting partners
Sound judgment and comfort owning ambiguous work, setting priorities, and meeting filing deadlines with minimal oversight
Passion for Anthropic's mission to build safe, transformative AI systems
Preferred qualifications
12+ years of experience in financial reporting, SEC reporting, or public accounting, including time at a public company or one preparing to go public
Have built or run a peer disclosure benchmarking program, including use of EDGAR full-text search or XBRL data
Have built reusable Claude or similar AI skills, agents, or processes
Experience with international statutory reporting or consolidation of special-purpose entities
CPA or equivalent certification
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$230,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Data Center Business Operations Manager is responsible for building, implementing, and continuously improving the operating frameworks, processes, and services that enable the business to operate consistently and effectively across locations and functions. This role owns the development of enterprise-level business operations standards, including processes, procedures, governance, taxonomy, naming conventions, documentation standards, tools, and operating expectations that teams use across the organization. The Business Operations Manager partners closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other corporate functions to translate company requirements into practical processes that meet the needs of the business and can be effectively implemented at the site and functional level.

The Business Operations Manager establishes the program strategy, standards, processes, and expectations, while onsite Program Managers and local teams are responsible for implementing and managing those programs at the site level.
This role requires someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution: designing scalable enterprise processes, partnering with corporate functions, building operational programs, and ensuring those programs can be successfully implemented in the field.

Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks that teams can use to execute work consistently across departments, projects, and locations.
Identify recurring friction, process gaps, unclear ownership, inefficient handoffs, and inconsistencies across the business and implement scalable solutions.
Monitor adoption and effectiveness of business operations processes and standards, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement as business needs evolve.
Cross-Functional Process & Project Support
Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other corporate functions to translate company-wide requirements into practical processes that appropriately support the needs of the business.
Partner with Finance and Procurement on the development and rollout of processes related to budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, vendor management, financial controls, and other requirements.
Support Legal with project management and cross-functional coordination for initiatives requiring structured planning, ownership, milestones, dependencies, and follow-through.
Workplace Services Programs
Build and oversee enterprise Workplace Services programs that support consistent, efficient operations across locations.
Establish the strategy, standards, processes, service expectations, and governance for programs such as vehicle fleet, uniforms, transportation services, culinary services, onsite office space and other shared workplace or operational services.
Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to establish appropriate vendor strategies, contracts, budgets, controls, and service-level expectations for Workplace Services programs.
Develop enterprise playbooks and implementation standards for Workplace Services programs, providing clear direction to onsite Program Managers and local teams responsible for execution.
Monitor program performance, service quality, cost, compliance, and business needs across locations and continuously improve programs as the organization evolves.
Identify opportunities to standardize services, improve the employee experience, reduce operational friction, create efficiencies, and appropriately leverage enterprise scale.
Standards & Governance
Establish enterprise program management standards, methodologies, tools, templates, and expectations that the team can apply across the organization.
Develop and maintain standards for work management systems, ensuring information is structured consistently and provides meaningful visibility across projects, departments, and locations.
Partner with PMO to establish appropriate reporting standards, dashboards, KPIs, portfolio reporting, and operating reviews to provide visibility into business priorities, execution, risks, dependencies, and capacity.Establish effective meeting, communication, and operating rhythms, including portfolio reviews, leadership updates, cross-functional operating reviews, and escalation mechanisms.
Establish priorities, expectations, and operating standards for regional Program Managers and ensure their work aligns with broader business priorities and enterprise operating practices.
Provide coaching, guidance, and development to regional Program Managers while creating accountability for execution and results.
Ensure regional Program Managers effectively support sites within their respective regions by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, resolving operational issues, implementing enterprise programs, and maintaining visibility into local priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Partner with site and functional leaders to ensure regional Program Manager resources are deployed against the highest-priority business needs.
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, program management, PMO operations, workplace operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable operating processes across multiple teams, functions, or locations rather than simply administering existing processes.
Experience developing enterprise standards, operating procedures, governance frameworks, playbooks, taxonomies, documentation standards, and common ways of working.
Strong understanding of how business operations interact with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other corporate support functions.
Experience translating corporate policies, controls, and functional requirements into practical operating processes that meet the needs of the business.
Experience building or managing shared operational or Workplace Services programs, such as fleet, transportation, food and beverage/culinary, uniforms, facilities-related services, or other enterprise services.
Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience establishing governance, accountability, reporting, and operating rhythms across complex organizations.
Experience with portfolio reporting, KPI development, dashboards, process documentation, and project/work management platforms.
Strong process-improvement mindset with the ability to identify root causes, simplify workflows, standardize where appropriate, and drive adoption of new ways of working.
Ability to influence and create accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, executable processes.
Comfortable operating at both the strategic and detailed execution levels—able to design enterprise operating models and programs while remaining close enough to execution to ensure they work in practice.
PMP or equivalent project/program management certification preferred.

Review and interpret cloud service provider and infrastructure contracts to ensure proper accounting treatment, commitment tracking, and compliance with contractual terms
Track and reconcile commitment-based agreements, ensuring proper recognition and disclosure of multi-year purchase obligations
Perform accounts payable and vendor statement reconciliations, working with cloud service providers to resolve discrepancies and ensure billing accuracy
Build scalable processes and controls that can grow with the organization, and develop reporting and monitoring systems to provide visibility into compute spending patterns and trends
Support internal and external audit requests on compute cost accounting and commitment disclosure matters
Work with Engineering and cloud service providers to investigate issues and see them through to resolution
Build monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership reviews
Drive process improvement and automation initiatives—redesigning close workflows, building automated data pipelines and reporting, and leveraging AI tooling—and contribute to cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of seeing issues through to resolution
Proficiency with modern ERP systems (Workday preferred)

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A Finance Integration to run the finance function's role in each transaction, from LOI through Day 1 readiness and post-close execution, and to own the program management of Anthropic's growing legal entity footprint.
This is a build-and-run opportunity. Reporting to the Director, M&A Finance Integration, you will be the day-to-day operator of the M&A Finance Integration program: you will scope and drive the finance integration plan for each deal, coordinate finance workstreams alongside Corporate Development, Legal, and People, and be the connective tissue between deal teams and the functions that execute. You will also own the end-to-end legal entity lifecycle (setup, migration, and wind-down) for acquired entities and newly formed subsidiaries, and turn what we learn from every deal and legal entity set up into a maintained playbook and template library.
The ideal candidate has operated in a similar function at a high-growth technology company, brings enough accounting fluency to know when a closing spreadsheet or entity plan looks wrong, and thrives on building rigorous, repeatable processes while deals are live.
Key responsibilities
Deal Integration Planning & Execution
Scope and own the finance integration plan for each transaction across every phase, from LOI and due diligence through signing, sign-to-close, and Day 90, spanning finance functions
Tailor the plan to the integration model (full integration vs. standalone subsidiary) and define each function's baseline activities and standalone-specific deltas
Ensure every function is engaged at the right phase, with clear owners, dependencies, and escalation paths
Run the integration operating rhythm: workstream check-ins, issue logs, risk registers, RACI matrices, decision logs, and status reporting to finance leadership
Negotiate deliverables and trade-offs directly with functional leads; escalate to the Director with a recommendation when priorities conflict
Day 1 Readiness & Post-Close Execution
Drive Finance Day 1 readiness: bank account control and signers, payroll cutover, AP/AR continuity, ERP entity, cost-center and project-code setup, chart-of-accounts mapping, and expense policy communication
Run the Day 1 checklist and 30/60/90-day follow-through, ensuring acquired entities are onboarded without disruption to the close cycle
Coordinate the closing spreadsheet, net working capital mechanics, and post-close true-up with Corporate Development, Legal and Technical Accounting
Serve as a primary finance point of contact for the target's finance team and Corporate Development's integration lead during transition
Scope, track, and manage external advisor engagements and unblock issues as they arise
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as a credible counterpart to Corporate Development, finance functional leads, and target finance leadership on integration substance
Communicate integration and entity status to leadership through clear dashboards and written briefings
Mentor team members and contractors as the function grows
Handle confidential deal information with discipline
Legal Entity Lifecycle Program Management
Build and run the end-to-end entity setup process: decision documentation, incorporation, tax registrations, banking, ERP entity creation, functional-currency assessment, payroll or employer-of-record bridge, and statutory / compliance calendar onboarding, with a named owner for each step across US and international entities
Own the entity wind-down process, including customer and vendor off-boarding, final payroll and employee transfers, account closure, intercompany settlement, and final statutory filings, in partnership with Legal, Tax, and the involved finance functions
Design and maintain a single entity tracker with per-entity, per-workstream implications and status, aligned with adjacent entity programs (e.g., infrastructure and special-purpose entities) so they share one backbone
Playbook, Templates & Infrastructure
Build and own the Legal Entity Playbook: a repeatable, end-to-end framework covering entity formation, migration, and wind-down for acquired entities and newly formed subsidiaries in the US and internationally
Own and maintain sections of the modular M&A Finance Integration Playbook: per-function deliverables by phase, standard operating procedures, and the template library
Lead post-deal retrospectives and drive the resulting changes into the playbook and templates
Identify and implement tooling and automation, including AI-assisted solutions, for recurring program work such as status synthesis, tracker updates, escalations and draft communications
Minimum qualifications
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of at least two finance integration projects or entity set up projects, from planning through post-close execution, including project plan ownership and executive reporting
Working accounting fluency across the areas your stakeholders own: the close calendar, chart of accounts, intercompany, statutory reporting, purchase accounting fundamentals, and the finance implications of common deal structures (asset vs. stock, acquihire vs. strategic, full integration vs. standalone)
Strong program-management capability: comfortable scoping ambiguous work, owning multiple parallel workstreams, and managing to milestones without extensive oversight
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) in an acquisition and migration context
Cross-functional credibility with Legal, Tax, People, Corporate Development, and Finance sub-functions, and the ability to drive outcomes across competing timelines and risk tolerances
Comfort operating under deal-environment time pressure and confidentiality, with sound judgment when processes are being defined in real time
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to distill complex operational issues into clear, decision-ready briefings
Preferred qualifications
10+ years in finance, accounting, or finance operations, with at least 3 years running cross-functional programs at a high-growth technology company, with a focus in M&A integration or legal entity programs
Have built or significantly contributed to a finance integration playbook, template library, or integration management office infrastructure from scratch
Bring international entity experience: new-jurisdiction setup, statutory audit and local GAAP obligations, employer-of-record bridges, transfer pricing and intercompany agreements
Have worked with standalone-subsidiary integration models, consolidation bridges, and equity-method investments
Be an active user of AI tools in their own workflow and excited to push program management toward automation
Hold a CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification
Be genuinely excited about AI safety and aligned with Anthropic's mission to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems
