On behalf of
Gaming Client #1
, SD Solutions is looking for a talented
Senior UI / 2D Artist.
We are looking for a
Senior UI / 2D Artist
with exceptional visual craft and a strong understanding of UX to create premium, highly polished interfaces for a
mobile social casino game
.
This is a hands-on artistic role for someone who can take a game feature from an initial idea or UX flow to a
fully realized, production-ready visual experience
. The ideal candidate combines strong UI thinking with outstanding 2D execution and understands how to make casino features feel intuitive, exciting, valuable, and visually rewarding
.
SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally. Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.
.
We are looking for an artist who can consistently push the final result toward
premium social casino quality — bold, rich, exciting, and more visually spectacular than reality.
Responsibilities:
Design complete
UI solutions for game features
, from UX structure and interaction logic to final polished visual execution.
Create premium
pop-ups, win screens, reward screens, feature screens, buttons, panels, frames, icons, badges, banners, promotional elements, and other game UI assets
.
Translate Game Design and Product requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling player experiences.
Apply strong
UX thinking
when defining information hierarchy, user flows, interactions, CTA priority, and overall feature clarity.
Create highly polished, dimensional UI with a strong sense of
depth, lighting, materials, contrast, composition, and visual hierarchy
.
Work confidently with
typography and advanced text treatments
, including dimensional lettering, gradients, bevels, shadows, highlights, glows, and premium title treatments.
Create convincing luxury materials and effects such as
gold, polished metal, glass, gems, glossy surfaces, reflections, illumination, glow, and rich decorative details
.
Maintain excellent readability and usability even within visually rich and highly detailed casino compositions.
Explore visual solutions quickly and turn concepts into
high-quality, production-ready assets
within project timelines.
Collaborate closely with the
Art Director, Game Designers, Product, and Development teams
, while taking ownership of UI quality and visual execution.
Requirements:
Senior-level portfolio
demonstrating exceptional game UI and 2D visual design skills.
Strong experience in
mobile games
, ideally social casino, slots, casino, or other highly polished game products.

Adobe Photoshop
and professional 2D art workflows.

, with the ability to create expressive, highly polished game titles and messaging.
Strong
icon design and rendering skills
, including clear silhouettes, dimensionality, material definition, and premium finish.
Solid understanding of
UX principles
, player flows, interaction design, information hierarchy, and feature usability.
Ability to independently think through how a game feature should work — not only how it should look.
Advanced understanding of
composition, color, lighting, contrast, materials, depth, and visual hierarchy
.
Strong ability to create
realistic and semi-realistic rendered UI
rather than relying primarily on flat or vector-based design.
Ability to work
quickly, independently, and consistently at a high quality bar
, including under changing production requirements.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to push artwork from a good first pass to a truly polished, premium final result.
Advantage:
3D knowledge or experience
with tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or similar.
Ability to use 3D as part of the UI art workflow for
icons, objects, materials, lighting, perspective, or base renders
, followed by high-quality 2D paint-over and polish.
Experience creating assets and visual systems specifically for
slot or social casino games
.
Understanding of animation/VFX principles for UI, including glows, light sweeps, particles, reward reveals, and win celebrations.
Visual Quality & Style
The UI should feel
rich, dimensional, glossy, illuminated, tactile, and highly polished
. Reflective gold, luminous gems, dramatic lighting, premium materials, bold typography, strong contrast, and theatrical effects are key parts of the visual language.
Special attention is given to
pop-ups, win screens, rewards, promotional features, and major player moments
— these should feel like visually impactful events rather than standard interface screens.
The goal is to create UI that is not only beautiful, but also
immediately readable and intuitive
: the player should quickly understand what happened, what is valuable, and what action to take next.

Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll turn a growing stream of key partners requests for marketing campaigns into a clear, managed process — from brief to launch — as the team builds a more structured and manageable calendar of partners marketing activities. You'll also lead end-to-end promotional campaigns, from planning and cross-functional coordination through execution and launch.
What you'll do:
- Own promo and communication requests end-to-end, from brief to launch and result confirmation.
- Own the marketing workflow itself — the Jira board, task breakdown, statuses, deadlines, SLAs, templates, automation, and documentation — not just individual projects.
- Work at the intersection of marketing and project/operations management: brief creative functions directly while structuring a complex process with many stakeholders.
What you'll own:
- Run the Jira board as the single entry point for promo and communication requests, checking brief completeness, timeline realism, and task accuracy.
- Break requests into subtasks for design, copywriting, CRM, SMM, website, procurement, legal/permits, and other functions, assign owners, and track dependencies.
- Manage each request end-to-end from brief to delivery/publication and closure, including verifying the actual outcome.
- Track deadlines and real task status, flag risks early, and escalate stalled tasks.
- Maintain a single marketing calendar and keep it in sync with Jira to avoid conflicts across timelines, resources, and overlapping campaigns.
- Develop and improve cross-functional processes: SLAs, request templates, checklists, workflows, escalation procedures, documentation, and Jira automation.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Experience in marketing, marketing operations, or marketing project management, with a working understanding of how marketing campaigns and communications get launched.
- End-to-end experience managing projects or marketing requests with many parallel tasks and stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — experience working with creative, business, legal, procurement, CRM/SMM, or similar functions.
- Strong structural and process mindset: able to turn a chaotic stream of requests into a clear workflow with defined ownership, timelines, and rules of engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar task/project management systems, including boards, statuses, workflows, and task breakdown.
- Strong stakeholder management: able to gather missing information, manage expectations, hold deadlines, and escalate or redirect requests with clear reasoning.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
Relocation and family support
- Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia

About the Role
We're hiring an Ops & Marketing Project Manager to be the organization backbone of a small, fast-moving team. Plans get made in Slack, work gets briefed in Notion, and the gap between those two is where things quietly die. You're the person who closes that gap.
This role sits primarily on the operations side of our home fragrance brand. You'll own wholesale operations end to end, and you'll be the one keeping product development, inventory, and production moving: chasing suppliers, holding timelines, building the project boards, and making sure nothing sits waiting on an answer nobody asked for.
You'll also own the marketing calendar and the project flow behind it. Our marketing team moves fast across website, paid, email, and creator work, and it needs someone who makes sure that once something is decided it has an owner, a date, a dependency map, and someone chasing it. You're not deciding what we launch. You're the person who knows the status of everything, without being asked.
We're an AI-forward company, and this is an AI-forward role. Claude is part of how this team works every day, not a side experiment. We expect you to build your systems, SOPs, trackers, and reporting with AI in the loop, and to keep finding the places where it takes busywork off your plate and off the plates of the people around you. You don't need a technical background. You do need real curiosity and the willingness to make it part of how you work.
What You'll Do
Own wholesale day to day: processing orders, charging payments, creating shipments and inbounds, and the customer service that comes with it
Create 3PL orders for suppliers, samples, and anything else needed
Write the SOPs as you go, so the function can be handed to a dedicated coordinator over time. Designing your own replacement here is part of the job, not a threat to it
Product Development, Inventory, and Production
Supplier follow-up, cost comparisons, timelines, and project boards across new products and packaging
Stay closely on top of production status and timelines, and flag slippage early enough that we can do something about it
Support inventory operations and learn the fundamentals of production from the team, with room to take on more here over time
The Marketing Calendar
Own a single calendar across brands and channels: website, paid creative, email and SMS, creator and UGC, promotions, and product launches
Hold the dates. Work backwards from the launch date rather than forwards from today, so creative, approvals, and builds land in the right order
Turn strategy into briefed work. When a plan arrives as ten line items with five names attached, you break it into owned tasks with real dates and confirm who has what
Catch collisions before they cost a day: duplicate briefs, two designers on the same asset, work blocked on an approval nobody requested
Run the weekly cadence. What shipped, what slipped and why, and what's at risk next week, published without being asked for it
Systems, Notion, and AI
Own Notion as the system of record for these areas: structure, templates, status hygiene, and getting people to actually use it
Build real systems where only informal structure exists today, then keep them alive. A board nobody updates is worse than no board
Use AI to build and run those systems, from drafting SOPs and briefs to pulling together reporting and tracking what's outstanding
Keep creator and partnership records, contracts, and payments accurate and moving, in step with finance and the partnerships team
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Exceptional organization. This is the single most important quality for this role
3+ years managing multiple concurrent projects across teams
Operations experience in e-commerce, consumer brands, wholesale, or supply chain
Direct marketing experience, ideally owning or running a marketing calendar across channels
You already use AI seriously in your own work, and you can show us how. We care more about how you think with it than which tools you've touched
Hands-on Notion experience. You've built databases and views that other people relied on, not just filled in someone else's
Experience working inside a CRM and keeping it clean and current (Folk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar)
Strong follow-through. You're persistent with suppliers, vendors, and teammates until you get an answer
The instinct to surface problems early, with a recommendation attached
Strong written communication. Most of this job happens in writing, across time zones
Strong English communication skills
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, and comfort across Word, PowerPoint, and Google's suite of tools
Nice to Have
Wholesale or B2B operations experience, including basic customer service
Familiarity with Shopify, Cin7, Klaviyo, or Figma
Experience with product development or packaging timelines

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote position. We are seeking candidates in US and Canada.
The Opportunity:
Application Core Services (AppCore) is a group within Platform, in the Foundations department. Foundations produces the Internal Engineering Platform (IEP) and partners closely with our Cloud, Enterprise, and Grafana teams. Our team develops the essential systems driving Grafana's business operations. We utilize the grafana.com platform to engineer bespoke integrations and solutions that unify the diverse technical ecosystem of a modern software enterprise.
The team owns important domain areas that help keep both our customer workflows and internal business processes running smoothly. AppCore is made up of multiple squads, each focused on one or more of these domains. Our work includes maintaining the billing engine responsible for customer usage calculations, automating provisioning after a customer signs a contract, integrating with cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and building and maintaining the user portal our customers rely on to manage their accounts.
This is a team working at the intersection of product, platform, and business operations. The systems we build are critical to how Grafana Cloud scales. We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex workflow and systems problems, improving reliability and developer experience, and building software that directly supports both customers and internal stakeholders.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a unique perspective to the software. Engineers at Grafana Labs also have the opportunity to contribute to Open Source communities and collaborate across teams beyond their immediate scope.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The Usage squad owns the essential systems driving Grafana's business operations and customer usage calculations. Our domain encompasses maintaining the billing engine responsible for customer usage calculation, cost management and billing applications, automating provisioning after a customer signs a contract, integrating with cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and building and maintaining the customer user portal.
Our work sits at the intersection of product, platform, and business operations. We build full-stack web applications, customer portals, backend services, APIs, and data integrations across internal Grafana platforms and third-party systems like NetSuite and Salesforce. When this domain works well, customers get clear usage visibility, reliable billing, and seamless account management workflows. This role is about 75% FrontEnd and 25% BackEnd.
Design, build, operate, and evolve reliable full-stack web applications, customer-facing account portals, and backend services that power core customer usage and billing workflows
Build and maintain backend APIs (Golang, Node.js) and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies (TypeScript, React)
Design and maintain integrations between Grafana systems and external business platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Develop and automate business logic for customer usage metering, pricing structures, promotions, and billing reconciliation
Collaborate across product management, DealOps, GTM, Support, and adjacent AppCore squads to deliver robust end-to-end features
Address technical debt, optimize CI/CD pipelines, strengthen test coverage, and improve system observability and operational resilience
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers while shaping pragmatic solutions for complex systems challenges
Contribute to roadmap planning, technical design, OnCall improvements, and long-term simplification of stack operations
You will help own the production behavior of the systems you build. That includes improving runbooks, dashboards, alerts, reconciliation safety, rollout controls, and recovery procedures. You should be comfortable debugging across service boundaries and making careful changes in systems that affect customer stacks
What Makes You a Great Fit:
At Grafana, we actively embrace AI-assisted and agentic development practices, integrating these technologies into both our engineering workflows and the systems we deliver. We encourage our engineers to thoughtfully leverage AI tools to enhance every stage of the lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, documentation, and operations. We also look for strategic opportunities to embed agentic capabilities within our services to eliminate toil, bolster reliability, and ensure that complex customer workflows remain resilient and safe.
We are seeking a Staff FullStack Engineer who thrives on building production systems where correctness, scalability, and user experience are paramount. As a remote-first organization, you should be comfortable collaborating asynchronously across time zones and taking full ownership of the critical systems powering Grafana Cloud. Our team is small and operates with a high degree of independence; you will be expected to lead major projects, coordinate across service boundaries, and help define the technical direction for our domain.
You will be particularly successful in this role if you enjoy solving challenges related to stateful systems, eventual consistency, and reconciliation loops. We value engineers who can take ambiguous lifecycle requirements and transform them into explicit, modular solutions. You should be adept at breaking down complex systems work into safe, iterative increments while clearly communicating technical tradeoffs to both internal stakeholders and adjacent product teams.
Some things you might be expected to do could include:
Writing efficient, readable, and easy to maintain code
Designing new microservices or systems
Collaborating with teammates and other departments to reach consensus on proposed solutions
Coordinating with product and UX when needed
Responding to customer requests and feedback
When ready, participating in our follow-the-sun OnCall rotation
Participating in team decisions, such as roadmap planning and prioritization
Requirements:
You have at least 1 year of fully remote work experience
You have worked on a big SaaS platform and dealt with common distributed systems problems (e.g. scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, HA, …)
Strong professional experience with backend technologies (Golang, Node.js) as well as modern frontend web development (TypeScript, React)
Care deeply about developer and user experience and the quality of the products that you work on
Have some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, and brainstorming ideas to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
You write clean, robust, well-tested software that other engineers can understand, operate, and maintain
Have experience with mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative but asynchronous environment
Can take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve tight learning loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and then progress iteratively
You are willing to work across teams. Your work has to be aligned with the needs of other squads and external stakeholders. You make your plans transparent, bring stakeholders on board, and are open to feedback and suggestions
Strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet, etc.)
Bonus Points For:
Experience with high-volume usage metering, billing engines, or customer-facing cost management applications
Experience designing, building, and maintaining integrations with third-party business systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Cloud Marketplaces)
Experience with frontend component libraries, design systems, and modern CSS-in-JS tooling
Familiarity with cloud marketplace integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS provisioning/tenancy patterns
Experience working on SaaS provisioning, tenancy, regional expansion, plugin rollout, or customer lifecycle systems
Experience with incident response involving configuration drift, partial failure, or cross-service state mismatch
In the United States, the compensation range for this role is $174,986 - $209,983 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
