Order Experience
– the area responsible for the user experience from the moment an order is placed: payment and the user’s journey in the app after purchase.
Here, analytics directly affects both the user experience and the business economics: how easy it is to pay for a purchase, how quickly a customer’s issue gets resolved, and how much that resolution costs the company.
You’ll work with the Product, Payments, Billing, and Support teams: together with managers, engineers, support specialists, and the finance team, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement, test hypotheses, and see them through to implementation. To do this, we have a mature internal A/B testing platform, a set of MCP tools and AI agents for analytical tasks, high-quality data in BigQuery and Spark, and transparent data preparation processes built on Airflow and dbt.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys proactively proposing changes, taking part in setting priorities, and seeing the results of their work in the product and in business metrics.
Responsibilities
Improving checkout and the post-purchase experience.
Identifying the reasons that prevent users from completing payment, and testing hypotheses that make this journey simpler
Developing AI support.
Working with the team to improve AI Chat: finding scenarios for automation, and assessing the quality of user problem resolution and the impact on the business
Improving the support contact experience.
Researching the user journey from ticket creation to problem resolution, agent performance, and refund decision-making
Increasing operational efficiency.
Forecasting support workload, improving the automatic refund model, and finding opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service quality
Designing and analyzing A/B tests.
Helping teams choose metrics and experiment designs, interpret results, and automate analysis.
Developing the metrics system.
Making payments, billing, and support metrics clear and useful for decision-making, and investigating changes and anomalies
Influencing team priorities.
Identifying growth opportunities, estimating the potential impact of initiatives, and helping decide where it’s worth investing time
Enabling teams to work with data independently.
Preparing data for AI tools and automating repetitive analysis so that colleagues can answer basic questions on their own
Requirements
Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis and automation
A solid understanding of mathematical statistics and hands-on experience with A/B testing – from forming a hypothesis to drawing conclusions and making recommendations
Experience applying AI in analytical work: the ability to integrate it into everyday tasks, verify its outputs, and find new opportunities for automation
Independence and an interest in the business: the ability to dig into a problem, propose hypotheses, and connect analysis results to a specific decision
The ability to explain complex topics clearly to colleagues with different backgrounds — from engineers to support, finance, and legal specialists
The ability to manage work for multiple stakeholders: making priorities transparent, agreeing on scope and timelines, and justifiably deprioritizing less important tasks
Preferred
Experience in e-commerce, payments, support, or operations automation
Building your own AI tools and agents for data analysis
We offer
Compensation package: base salary and performance-based bonuses

What the Role Is
Babylist is hiring a
Senior Experiential Producer
for a 6-month engagement who's comfortable leading the strategy, creative direction, and production of events — from marquee Registry Weekend events to partner-sponsored showroom takeovers and brand pop-ups. You'll take a loose brief and own it end to end: concept, creative, vendors, budget, and show-running inside our NYC showroom in Soho. You own how each individual event is conceived and brought to life. Expect several events moving at once, each at a different stage, from early concept through post-event recap.
This is a hybrid role based out of NYC with required presence at the NYC Showroom at least 3 days a week with the occasional weekend. On event days, hours could stretch earlier and later to cover load-in (as early as 7am) and breakdown (as late as 9pm), but that's specific to event days, not the norm.
Events you’d be responsible for and expected to be on site for:
Overview of Events, Pop-ups and Brand Activations
October
10/27 Venue Rentals:
A partner-rented panel discussion hosted in our owned-and-operated space. The producer serves as the primary venue point of contact — leading walkthroughs, sharing our approved vendor list, and handling the logistics that let the outside team produce smoothly on their own.
November
11/9 and 11/10 Venue Rentals:
Two partner-rented activations in our owned-and-operated event space. The producer serves as the primary venue point of contact — leading walkthroughs, sharing our approved vendor list, and handling the logistics that let the outside team produce smoothly on their own. With back to back events, producers will need to ensure that load in and break down is done seamlessly.
December
12/5–12/6 Registry Weekend:
Babylist's signature two-day consumer event welcoming 2,000 people in our showroom featuring approximately 8–10 brand partners, educational programming, product demonstrations, gifting, food and beverage, and immersive guest experiences.
12/9: Social Impact Event:
A custom partner-sponsored showroom experience featuring branded storytelling, product education, curated guest experiences, décor, food and beverage, gifting, and influencer programming.
January
1/14 and 1/28: Babylist-produced Event:
Two custom partner-sponsored showroom experiences featuring branded storytelling, product education, curated guest experiences, décor, food and beverage, gifting, and influencer programming.
February
2/6–2/7 Registry Weekend:
Babylist's signature two-day consumer event welcoming 2,000 people in our showroom featuring approximately 8–10 brand partners, educational programming, product demonstrations, gifting, food and beverage, and immersive guest experiences.
Who You Are
Comfortable leading strategy, concepting, and production of an event, start to finish — this isn't a role where someone else hands you the concept.
Deeply plugged into the brand activation + experiential world — you know what the coolest brand activations out there look like, you know what's trending, and you have impeccable taste to bring it to life.
Able to originate the concept yourself — you can build a mood board and a full concept deck from scratch, not just execute someone else's vision.
Track record producing design-driven brand experiences and pop-ups — you know the process of turning a brief into a full-blown event, from décor to negotiating with vendors to custom fabrication.
Able to run large and small-scale event productions — you feel just as comfortable executing a 500+ person event at the Babylist Showroom as back-to-back 10–15 person influencer gatherings on consecutive weekends.
Comfortable holding several events at overlapping stages at once — one in planning, one in production, one in recap — without dropping a thread.
Experienced building and managing vendor budgets (catering, rentals, florals, fabrication, AV, photography) and keeping production on time and on budget.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Set the strategy and concept for individual events — mood boards, decks, layouts, décor, spatial planning — then produce them yourself, concept through strike.
Produce Babylist's signature Registry Weekend events in New York and lead partner-sponsored showroom experiences, from 15-person influencer gatherings to 500+ person multi-programming events.
Turn concepts and approved briefs into real production plans, timelines, and workbacks, and lead the planning meetings that keep internal teams and vendors aligned.
Source and manage production vendors — rentals, florals, fabrication, AV, photography, signage, catering — and oversee logistics from delivery through installation and breakdown.
Run load-in, show, and strike onsite, owning the run of show and troubleshooting in real time.
Wrap up production post-event, document learnings, and feed them into Babylist's internal recap process and the next event's planning.
Keep a rolling calendar moving — often conceiving the next quarter's Registry Weekend while still executing the current one

Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 million units already sold in 200 countries.
The team:
Join our Customer Success department as a Salesforce & Tooling Lead, where you will own the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of our Salesforce ecosystem – spanning both Enterprise and consumer environments. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role in which you will line-manage a small team of Salesforce Administrators while serving as the primary technical expert for our Agentforce deployment and broader Salesforce architecture.
Based in London or Paris and on-site five days a week, you will work closely with Operations, Quality Assurance, Knowledge, Enterprise and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive scalable, high-quality tooling solutions that enable our global customer base to receive best-in-class support.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead, mentor and line-manage a team of Salesforce Administrators, setting clear objectives, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional development.
- Own the strategic direction and operational health of Ledger’s Enterprise and consumer Salesforce environments, acting as primary system administrator for objects, flows, security and overall org health.
- Act as the subject-matter expert on Agentforce, owning its maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancement.
- Design and build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce-native tooling, working with Customer Success leadership and cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Own and scale Service Cloud (including Omni-Channel), Experience Cloud portals and integrations with external enterprise systems, evaluating third-party tooling where it extends Salesforce.
- Own release management, CI/CD and the development backlog in JIRA, keeping releases stable and secure and prioritisation transparent, and lead technical projects from discovery through deployment.
- Drive platform governance: define best practices, enforce data protection and retention policies, and maintain technical documentation.
- Lead AI initiatives, beyond Agentforce, that improve efficiency and customer experience across Customer Success.
What we’re looking for
- Able to work on-site five days a week in our London or Paris office.
- A minimum of five years’ hands-on Salesforce experience in high-volume B2B and/or B2C environments, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, API integrations and CI/CD.
- Proven experience operating and troubleshooting Agentforce (core requirement; general AI chatbot experience is not a substitute).
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce architecture.
- Demonstrated experience leading a Salesforce team, with the confidence to coach, delegate and hold others accountable.
- Salesforce certified as Administrator, Platform App Builder and Platform Developer; Service Cloud Consultant and Agentforce Specialist are a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
