Together, we’re building tools that help people move faster without sacrificing quality, precision, or craft — a platform where AI supports creativity instead of flattening it.
As one of our founding Technical Quality Specialists on the Product Support team for Figma Weave, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to help define, build, and elevate this new support function. This team will be responsible for troubleshooting complex bugs and working closely with our internal teams to elevate the Figma Weave experience for all of our customers. You will be delivering the kind of experiences that build trust throughout the Figma community, from customers to key internal partners, such as Product and Engineering.
We are looking for a Technical Quality Specialist who is an advocate for quality improvements that enable great end-to-end experiences for the people and businesses using Figma Weave. An ideal candidate will have a background with strong testing experience, be comfortable collaborating when priorities move quickly and the path forward is often ambiguous, while demonstrating leadership, technical competence, and a passion for quality.
This is a full time hybrid role based out of our Singapore hub.
What you’ll do at Figma Weave:
Develop expertise in Figma Weave’s products and the journey of our customers—from Product Designers to Developers—to accurately diagnose sophisticated bugs
Interact with Figma Weave customers daily via email and the forum, taking ownership over complex problems
Troubleshoot complex customer inquiries to identify root causes, effectively communicate, and report bugs to our Engineering teams
Serve as the designated point of contact for critical technical issues raised by customers and internal teams, proactively engaging partners like Engineering and Product, and owning customer communication through to resolution
Make recommendations for tooling and process improvements that help the team better manage and diagnose bugs within Figma Weave
Work with the Product Support Learning and Performance team as a subject matter expert to develop documentation and training materials for future Technical Quality Specialists
Act as the voice of the customer by identifying trends and communicating insights to partners across Product and Engineering to advocate for bug fixes, process improvements, and feature enhancements to Figma Weave
Keep the broader Product Support team up to date on current high-priority bugs and fixes that have been implemented in Figma Weave
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
2+ years of experience working in a QA or Support environment for a technical SaaS product
Troubleshooting and debugging experience across multiple platforms
Consultative communication skills with the ability to tailor a message for your audience - translating complex technical concepts into concise explanations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Resilience and adaptability—you’re motivated by experimenting, building, and working across teams, and are confident navigating times of change and ambiguity
Japanese a plus, but not essential

Build and present dashboards and business updates on backlog, aging, turnaround time, approvals, pipeline, attribution, data quality, compliance, and process health. Share trends, risks, blockers, and recommended actions in regional and global partner team meetings.
Investigate recurring friction and manual work, document root causes and operational requirements, test process or system changes, and support automation and scalable self-service improvements.
Maintain process documentation, how-to guides, and best practices, and deliver office hours, operational training, and communications when processes or systems change.
What you'll bring
Relevant experience in partner operations, sales operations, deal desk, order management, finance operations, or a similar revenue operations environment, including direct support for sales or partner sales teams, distributors, and partners, along with an interest in GitLab and open source software.
Experience with enterprise quote-to-cash processes and configure, price, quote tools or other commercial systems in a channel or partner context.
Experience with Salesforce and partner-management systems or portals.
Strong analytical skills, including advanced spreadsheets, dashboard building in Salesforce or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, and turning data into clear recommendations.
Hands-on experience using generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve operational productivity, quality, or scale, including writing effective prompts, judging when outputs need human review, and sharing useful approaches with others.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize requests, investigate issues, identify exceptions, and escalate decisions to the appropriate owner, along with experience contributing to process improvement and automation.
Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining operational requirements to technical and non-technical audiences, documenting processes, creating enablement materials, and collaborating across Sales, Ecosystem, Programs, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Billing, and Systems.
Preferred experience includes Impartner or similar tools, SQL, or Snowflake.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
About the role
The AI conversation is happening on X. We want Nebius at the center of it.
We're looking for a creative, culturally fluent, and highly engaged Social Media Specialist to build Nebius's presence and influence on X. You'll help shape how developers, researchers, founders, and industry leaders discover, talk about, and engage with Nebius.
This isn't a role focused on filling a content calendar. You'll help define the conversations we participate in, build relationships with the people shaping the AI industry, and create content that earns attention and drives growth.
You'll have the freedom to experiment, move quickly, and bring your own ideas to life. One day, you might be turning a technical breakthrough into a compelling thread. The next, you'll be engaging with a leading AI researcher, jumping into an industry debate, or finding a creative way to make Nebius part of a trending conversation.
You'll work closely with product marketing, design, engineering, and the broader marketing team to bring Nebius's story to life. We're looking for someone who knows the platform, loves the pace, and is excited to help make Nebius a recognized and respected voice in AI.
What you'll do
Own our presence on X. Drive Nebius's X strategy and daily execution, building an engaged audience and growing our influence within the AI ecosystem.
Shape the conversation. Identify emerging trends, industry debates, and cultural moments where Nebius can contribute a compelling perspective. Know when to jump in, how to stand out, and when to let a conversation go.
Build relationships that matter. Engage with influential developers, researchers, founders, creators, and industry tastemakers. Make Nebius a brand that people in the AI community know, trust, and want to engage with.
Create content people actually want to read. Develop original posts, threads, replies, and creative formats that are insightful, relevant, and native to X. Bring personality and creativity without sacrificing technical credibility.
Bring Nebius's story into the spotlight. Partner with product marketing, engineering, design, and content teams to turn launches, technical achievements, customer stories, and company milestones into conversations that resonate.
Experiment, learn, and grow. Test new formats, ideas, and approaches to expand our reach and deepen engagement. Use data and community feedback to continuously improve performance.
Stay ahead of what's next. Keep a pulse on the AI ecosystem, from model releases and infrastructure breakthroughs to emerging voices and industry conversations. Bring fresh ideas and insights back to the team.
Move fast and take initiative. Spot opportunities, develop ideas, and execute independently. Use AI and other tools to work smarter while maintaining a high bar for quality and authenticity.
What you'll bring
1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, startup, or creator, with a strong focus on X.
A genuine passion for X. You're an active participant in the platform, understand its culture and dynamics, and can point to content or conversations you've helped grow.
Strong creative instincts and excellent writing skills. You know how to capture attention, communicate complex ideas simply, and adapt your voice to different conversations.
An understanding of the AI ecosystem. You follow the companies, technologies, people, and debates shaping AI and are excited to deepen your expertise.
A natural ability to build connections. You understand how communities form, how influence works, and how to turn authentic engagement into meaningful relationships.
A bias for action. You're resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking an idea from concept to execution without extensive direction.
An experimental mindset. You use performance data, audience signals, and your own judgment to understand what's working and find new ways to grow.
Strong editorial judgment. You know the difference between joining a conversation and forcing your way into one—and how to make a brand feel like a credible participant rather than an advertiser.
Bonus points
Experience working in AI, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or another technical industry.
Active participation in AI, machine learning, developer, or open-source communities.
Experience creating short-form videos, graphics, memes, or other social-first content.
Familiarity with X analytics, social listening, publishing tools, and automation.
A sense of humor and a strong understanding of the personalities, trends, and culture of the AI community.
