The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build n8n's Deal Desk function from scratch, AI- and automation-first: intake, approval workflow, and pricing guardrails.
- Advise Sales on deal structure and pricing to protect margin without slowing down the sales cycle.
- Maintain a simple set of discount and pricing rules that Sales can apply on their own, without escalating every deal.
- Run a monthly and quarterly deal war room to keep deal velocity high, especially around month-end and quarter-end close.
- Handle contract redlines and non-standard terms directly, keeping most negotiations out of Legal's hands.
- Build a redline clause library of accepted and rejected language, so AI can suggest fallback terms on routine deals.
- Automate approvals and quoting in CPQ, and use AI to triage incoming requests and flag which deal changes actually need re-approval.
- Own Salesforce data quality and executed-contract hygiene for every deal.
- Support Customer Success on non-standard renewal and expansion structuring.
- Coordinate security and compliance requests (DPA, SOC 2, security addenda) between Sales, Security, and Legal.
- Report monthly on deal desk performance: cycle time, discounting, and exceptions.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 📈 Deal desk knowledge: You have in-depth experience developing and operating a deal desk function, not just executing a process someone else fully designed.
- 📐 SaaS commercial fluency: You have a strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, revenue recognition and ARR reporting principles, and enterprise contract structures.
- ⚖️ Contract negotiation and redlining: You can negotiate and redline order-form-level terms directly with a customer and know when to involve Legal.
- 🛠️ CPQ/ Salesforce hands-on: You've configured and operated both a CPQ and Salesforce yourself, not just used what someone else set up.
- 🤖 AI-native working style: You default to AI and automation in your own work, with concrete examples of deal or approval workflows you've automated.
- 🤝 Stakeholder management: You have outstanding communication skills and can influence and manage complex stakeholders such as Sales, Legal, RevOps, and Finance.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🏗️ 0-to-1 builder: You've spun up a deal desk or similar function from the ground up, defining the underlying processes and policies yourself.
- 🔧 Modern CPQ/billing exposure: You've worked with Salesforce CPQ or modern platforms like Hyperline or Solvimon.
- 🧩 Product curiosity: You're curious about n8n and ideally have already successfully built a workflow.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.

• Demonstrated technical acumen with the ability to upskill and enable the team — fostering confidence in navigating product capabilities, integrations, and data insights to strengthen customer outcomes.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience — managing AMs, driving team quota, and developing talent through coaching and enablement. Passion for developing people and building a high-performance, feedback-driven culture grounded in accountability, learning, and customer impact.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for an exceptional marketing leader to drive Notion’s growth across EMEA— the team responsible for both the fuel that powers our regional go-to-market and the engine that converts it into pipeline and revenue. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary group of marketers across digital, demand, content, and campaigns, and you'll own the end-to-end system that turns regional narratives into measurable growth across markets.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Manage and grow a cross-functional team of marketers spanning digital, demand generation, content strategy, and campaign execution. Foster a culture of craft, speed, and accountability.
- Own the EMEA content and campaign narrative
- Develop messaging houses grounded in real customer problems, use cases, and outcomes. Build modular, deployable content bills of materials (BOMs) — stories, assets, templates, talk tracks, proof points, and examples — that travel across channels and markets.
- Lead regional demand generation
- Leadership over the EMEA demand engine—across self serve and sales assist audiences, with repeatable programmes that have clear positioning, modular assets, and measurement plans that connect directly to pipeline and revenue.
- Orchestrate market launches and flagship campaigns
- Translate global narratives into market-ready messaging, toolkits, and channel plans. Lead the content and toolkit workstream for product launches and flagship regional campaigns. Keep cross-functional plans, assets, and timelines aligned and deployable across EMEA.
- Enable the wider regional team
- Partner with Country Marketing, Storytelling, Sales, and global Product Marketing to ensure consistent storytelling, proof points, and talk tracks across every market and channel. Your team's output is what others build from.
- Scale with AI
- Build and apply AI-driven workflows to accelerate research, drafting, localisation, and asset iteration at speed — without sacrificing accuracy or customer relevance. Model this capability for the broader team.
- Measure and sharpen
- Use funnel insights — engagement data, customer feedback, and business metrics — to continuously refine messaging, content, and programmes. Report on what's working and make the case for change when it isn't.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years in B2B marketing — with meaningful time owning both content/narrative and demand generation in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven people leadership — experience building, managing, and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams. You know how to hire for craft and lead through ambiguity.
- Narrative and content mastery — you can write a compelling messaging house, build a scalable toolkit, and coach others to do the same. Customer empathy is instinctive, not a checklist item.
- Demand generation depth — hands-on experience running and optimising paid, email, webinar, and outbound programmes, with a strong grasp of funnel metrics and revenue attribution.
- AI fluency — you actively use AI tools to accelerate your work and can design workflows for your team to do the same. Not a curiosity — an active working practice.
- EMEA market knowledge — experience running multi-market programmes across EMEA with an understanding of localisation needs, cultural nuance, and go-to-market variation across the region.
- Cross-functional influence — able to align and work effectively across global and regional stakeholders in Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and Country teams — without always having formal authority.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €140,000 - €165,000 per year.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Notion user: you're comfortable and familiar with Notion's value to businesses
- Business level proficiency in French or German
- Experience with freemium business models

ABOUT THE ROLE
Imagine yourself in the 1970s or 80s thinking through how computing should look and feel for people who had never seen one before. That's what we're trying to do at Notion — make software that feels timeless, with the craftsmanship of German cameras, playfulness of Japanese toys, and mass appeal of Coca-Cola. We have no end of fascinating challenges that can only be solved by someone with innate product & UX sense, technical aptitude, great taste, and impeccable craft.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business potential.
- Craft every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution.
- Run projects end to end with engineers to drive your vision to the ship line.
- Partner closely with our Customer Experience, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand what each of our diverse user segments need, want, and love about Notion. Use this data and acquired intuition to prioritize, plan, and scope our product roadmap.
- Work with Marketing to devise new ways to tell great stories throughout the user lifecycle, and across our site, product, help guides and other channels.
- Create new patterns that are intuitive, practical, and convergent. Evolve our design system intentionally as we scale.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- You have well-rounded skills and experience to run projects independently end to end. 5+ years of working experience.
- You seek to understand the needs of customers then explore and advocate for the strongest user experiences to solve their problems
- You enjoy untangling vague conceptual problems and have a sharp intuition for the most accessible mental models and flows, so users can immediately start gaining value out of the product.
- You create clear, intuitive, and visually appealing human interfaces.
- You care about business needs, implications, and practicality of your designs. You don't get stuck on pretty UI or deep abstractions and can balance between craft, speed, and the bottom line.
- You have strong beliefs, loosely held. You're a good listener who collaborates well with different stakeholders. You observe and internalize all inputs and feedback to help you reach an optimal decision.
- You understand how to tell stories using both words and visuals, and strategize the best ways to drive alignment.
- You value working cross-functionally with project management, engineering, research and data — as well as design peers.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You've designed and built great tools with small teams in the past.
- You bring unique strengths and perspectives to the team. We're looking to build a diverse team where our skills and experience can complement each other.
- You've experienced the pain of fragmented tools and information silos created by them, and have a strong urge to fix it.
- You're familiar with the work of computing heroes like Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, Bret Victor, etc. — and understand why we're big fans.
- You are a designer who can code!
