About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to shape where Alchemy invests growth: full-funnel, from self-serve signup all the way through the enterprise sales funnel. This is a high-ownership, strategic seat. You'll decide, each cycle, where our marketing dollars and headcount go for the highest return, and you'll have real influence over the tactics we run to get there.
This role has real breadth. You'll own the channel mix we run today, paid search, paid social, SEO, AEO, a lifecycle program we're just getting off the ground, and our website, and you'll decide where each of those gets more or less investment based on what's actually driving signups and pipeline. You'll also go looking for what's next: new channels worth testing as the audience and the industry evolve, and product-led signals worth turning into a marketing motion. And you'll bring visibility to parts of the funnel we can't see well today, both self-serve and the enterprise sales flow, so the whole company can make better calls on where to spend.
This is a senior, strategic role. We're looking for someone who's already built full-funnel growth measurement from scratch at a developer-focused B2B company, and who knows how to rank channels by ROI and act on it. You won't be building a growth program from zero, you'll be evolving one: an AI-powered SEO/AEO system already in production, a defined tool stack, and agencies already engaged. You'll decide what stays, what goes, and where you build a team to get us to the next level of growth maturity.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-funnel visibility for Alchemy's growth motion, from self-serve signup through the enterprise sales flow, including the quality of leads reaching the sales team, so the company can see how every channel performs end to end.
- Set the channel investment strategy each half: given current resourcing and goals, decide where marketing dollars and efforts go, and defend that call with data.
- Own and continuously re-rank channel ROI, paid search, paid social, SEO, AEO, lifecycle/email, website, ecosystem/partner-driven channels, and any new channel you stand up, identifying the highest-ROI area each cycle and reallocating toward it.
- Evaluate and evolve the existing tool stack and agencies: keep, renegotiate, or replace based on what's actually driving signups and pipeline.
- Identify, pitch, and test new channels and signals, including product-led growth signals you pick up working with Product, as Alchemy's audience and the industry evolve, then scope and delegate what you find to the right owner: a product marketer, an ecosystem marketing manager, an agency, or your own hire.
- Build and lead a team over time: propose and open headcount as the highest-ROI areas demand dedicated ownership, and directly manage the specialists and agencies you bring on.
- Represent growth and channel performance in the twice-yearly marketing planning cycle and retro, as a primary voice in where the company focuses its tactics next half, backed by your own data.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years in growth or performance marketing at a B2B company with a developer-focused audience and both self-serve and enterprise motions.
- Track record of owning full-funnel measurement: connecting top-of-funnel spend to signups to pipeline, and using that to make investment calls, not just channel-level reporting.
- Proven ability to rank and reallocate spend + efforts across channels based on ROI, and to kill or scale channels based on evidence.
- Experience evaluating and managing agency relationships and a marketing tool stack, with the judgment to know what to keep versus replace.
- Comfortable identifying, testing, and standing up entirely new channels rather than only running the established playbook.
- Strong cross-functional operator: able to work with Product on in-product growth signals, with Sales/SDR on lead quality and funnel handoff, and with Product Marketing and Ecosystem Marketing on execution you delegate out.
- Efficiency-obsessed: instinctively pressure-tests where a dollar or a headcount is going before committing to it.
- Familiarity with AI-powered or AI-assisted growth initiatives.
- Ability to be in office in SF or NYC 3x a week.
Nice to Haves
- Startup experience building a growth function from 0 to 1, standing up measurement and channel testing where little existed, not just optimizing an established program.
- Has built and led a team, or is ready to hire and manage one as the highest-ROI areas justify dedicated headcount.
- Experience in crypto/Web3 or blockchain infrastructure marketing.
- Experience marketing an API-first or infrastructure product.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Account Abuse team is tasked with ensuring Anthropic's computing capacity is allocated fairly, minimizing resources available to bad actors and preventing them from coming back. As a software engineer on this team, you will build the machine learning systems that help us detect and stop abuse at scale. The ideal candidate can see things from opponents' perspectives, understand their means and motives, and anticipate their responses to countermeasures.
We're looking for full stack machine learning engineers with experience across model training, productionization, and evaluation. You'll also look for ways to use Claude to speed up how these models get built and maintained.
This is classical ML on structured and behavioral data. You do not need a deep learning background or knowledge of LLM internals. What matters is that you have trained and shipped models where the stakes are real, and that you care about building robust production systems as much as the model itself. A false positive here is a legitimate customer locked out, so measurement, precision, and safe rollout are part of the job.
Key responsibilities
Build and operate a feature computation platform that serves both model training and real-time scoring, with point-in-time correct training data and low-latency online retrieval
Train, evaluate, and deploy models that detect account-level abuse and fraud, running them both offline and online
Build tooling that automates more of the model development lifecycle, including using Claude to speed up feature development, training, and evaluation
Make backtesting, shadow deployment, and staged rollout the default path to production, with monitoring for training / serving skew, drift, and adversarial adaptation
Work with our data scientists and our Policy & Enforcement team to improve label coverage and quality
Partner with product and platform teams to gather signals and integrate model decisions with minimal impact on their systems' latency, stability, or overall architecture
Minimum qualifications
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Experience training machine learning models and deploying them to production
Experience building data pipelines with a batch processing engine (e.g., Spark, Beam) and a workflow scheduler (e.g., Airflow)
Working understanding of point-in-time correctness and training / serving skew, and how to prevent both
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
Experience building or operating a feature platform such as Chronon, Feast, or Tecton
Experience with stream processing engines such as Flink, Beam / Dataflow, or Kafka Streams
Experience training ML models in a production setting with demanding serving requirements, such as fraud, risk, or ranking
Experience with tree-based models on tabular data
Experience building unsupervised, clustering-based or graph-based detection systems to surface coordinated account abuse
Experience in integrity, spam, fraud, or abuse detection
Experience working with scarce, delayed, or noisy labels
Experience with AutoML or other approaches to automating the ML workflow
Care about the societal impacts of AI and want your work to make powerful systems safer

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy and execution across Garner's product portfolio and priority customer segments. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will own the strategy, messaging, and launch execution for a book of product lines while helping set the operating model and standards for the broader product marketing function.
You will drive the narrative around Garner's differentiated approach to healthcare economics - translating complex data and clinical insights into compelling value propositions that resonate with benefits leaders and health systems. You will serve as a senior strategic partner to Sales, Product, and executive leadership, mentor other product marketers, and have direct, measurable impact on revenue generation and market positioning.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy across a portfolio of product lines - including market segmentation, value prop development, competitive positioning, and messaging architecture. You’ll translate complex healthcare economics and data insights into narratives that drive customer acquisition and expansion
Lead major product launches and feature releases, owning a repeatable launch process and working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure market readiness, sales enablement, and customer adoption
Set the standard for data-driven marketing plans with clear KPIs (pipeline generation, win rates, deal velocity, positioning lift) and run regular business reviews to measure impact and drive iteration
Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to analyze revenue processes, develop segment-specific go-to-market approaches and competitive playbooks, and equip external-facing teams with tools that directly improve close rates and deal velocity
Mentor and develop product marketers, raising the bar on craft, and help shape the structure, priorities, and operating rhythm of a growing product marketing team
Build and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare benefits and provider landscape - including buyer personas, economic drivers, regulatory landscape, and key decision-making criteria
Collaborate with Product leadership to inform product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and feature differentiation based on market insights, customer needs, and competitive gaps
Own thought leadership and content strategy, working with internal and external resources to establish Garner as the authoritative voice on healthcare economics and benefits optimization
The ideal candidate has:
8+ years in B2B product marketing, including 3+ years leading product marketing strategy at scale
A track record of launching products and leading strategic repositioning initiatives at companies with high-caliber customers (Fortune 500, sophisticated tech buyers, etc.)
Exceptional analytical skills — you are comfortable building and interpreting financial models, conducting cohort analysis, and using data to drive marketing decisions and validate assumptions
Deep comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; you thrive in fast-growing environments where you must move quickly while maintaining intellectual rigor
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences (executives, clinicians, benefit managers)
A demonstrated ability to lead and partner across functions — you influence without authority, synthesize diverse perspectives, and build credibility with Sales, Product, and Executive teams
Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in healthcare economics, benefits design, and/or data-driven decision making; you ask the right questions and never accept surface-level explanations
A desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Runway is looking for a Marketing Manager to help build and scale high-impact marketing programs across our creator, partner, sponsorship, and growth ecosystem.
This is a generalist marketing role for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution. Some immediate areas of focus include influencer creator partnerships, sponsorships, and partnership marketing.
The right person is commercially minded, highly organized, creative, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. We are looking for someone who can build repeatable programs, manage relationships, and execute campaigns to turn marketing ideas into measurable growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will own and support marketing programs that help Runway reach priority audiences, grow demand, and deepen our presence among our target audiences.
- In the near term, this will include managing creator and influencer partnerships including affiliates, evaluating sponsorship opportunities, and building co-marketing programs with customers, technology partners, model providers, vendors, and ecosystem partners.
- You will work across the full program lifecycle: identifying opportunities, developing briefs, managing outreach, coordinating execution, tracking performance, and recommending what to scale, change, or stop.
- You will partner closely with growth, creative, comms, events, PMM, sales, business development, legal, and finance to make sure programs are clear, on-brand, operationally sound, and connected to business outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- We’re looking for a marketing generalist with strong executional judgment and enough strategic range to work across multiple types of programs for a range of B2C and B2B audiences.
- Experience managing creator partnerships with a clear view of how long-form content performs differently from short-form and other social channels.
- 4+ years of experience building marketing campaigns, influencer, affiliate, or growth programs from 0 to 1.
- Experience managing external relationships: creators, sponsors, agencies, freelancers or vendors.
- Experience writing briefs, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and translating broad goals into concrete plans.
- Strong taste, communication skills, and judgment around brand, audience fit, creator quality, partner value, business impact, and operational tradeoffs.
- You should be comfortable with ambiguity and able to build from scratch. This role requires someone who can create structure where it does not yet exist, but without slowing the team down with unnecessary process.
- You should care about measurement and be able to connect marketing programs to outcomes such as subscriptions, ARR, and enterprise pipeline influence.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in AI, SaaS, subscription products.
- Experience creating partner-facing materials such as briefs, sponsorship packages, or co-marketing materials.
- Familiarity with Runway, AI video, creator communities, internet culture, and the broader creative technology ecosystem.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that.

We are looking for a State and Local Affairs Lead to lead Anthropic's engagement with state and local governments across the Midwestern United States, advancing AI policy, legislation, and regulation that supports Anthropic's mission of ensuring that the world safely makes the transition through transformative AI.
In this role, you will work closely with Anthropic's other Regional State and Local Affairs Leads, as well as coordinate with our Policy leadership, Communications, and Legal teams. You will own Anthropic's relationships and legislative and regulatory work across the Midwest — engagement with state legislatures, governors' offices, attorneys general, state agencies, and local governments. You will travel regularly across the region.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of political strategy and execution — with specific examples of how you have contributed to complex policy campaigns, built durable relationships with elected officials and community leaders, supported legislative and regulatory outcomes, and executed with accountability and focus in fast-moving environments.
Anthropic is equal parts research lab, policy think-tank, and technology startup. We care deeply about safe development of AI systems, and build partnership with governments through proactive, opinionated, substantive policy conversations. We recognize that our approach to AI policy is distinctive — grounded in honest assessment of technological trajectories and authentic concern for safe scaling — and we need a regional lead who can bring that positioning to life at the state and local level.
This role offers an opportunity to be part of building a high-impact state affairs operation at a critical moment for AI policy. You will be responsible for executing on strategic priorities across your region, building relationships with government stakeholders, and contributing to the broader state affairs function.
Key responsibilities
Serve as Anthropic's lead for state and local government affairs across the Midwestern United States, working in close coordination with the other Regional State and Local Affairs Leads
Build and maintain relationships with state legislators, legislative staff, governors' offices, attorneys general, and state agency leaders across your region
Engage directly with local officials whose decisions affect Anthropic's work — mayors, city councils, county commissions, and economic development boards
Track state and local legislation and regulatory proceedings affecting AI and the technology sector, provide analysis and intelligence to inform company strategy, and represent Anthropic's positions
Build durable partnerships with local and regional organizations, including chambers of commerce, economic development groups, labor organizations, universities, and school districts
Represent Anthropic at legislative hearings, regional events, and public forums, including with audiences who are skeptical of AI
Work with the Communications team to develop clear, accurate messaging for regional policy campaigns
Translate Anthropic's technical research and policy positions into engagement strategies tailored to Midwestern state political environments
Manage the outside advisors and registered lobbyists who support Anthropic's work in your region
Coordinate with Anthropic's policy, communications, legal, and executive teams to ensure that regional activity aligns with company-wide positioning
Minimum qualifications
Align with our mission and embrace the imperative of policy impact and change
Have experience in state and local government affairs, political strategy, or legislative roles, with demonstrated success contributing to legislative and regulatory outcomes
Have existing relationships with state and local leaders in the Midwest, including legislators, governors' offices, attorneys general, or county and municipal officials
Understand how state legislatures and executive branches work — committee processes, legislative and regulatory procedures, and how to move policy forward — and understand where local authority begins and ends
Have a track record of executing on strategic objectives and delivering measurable outcomes in government affairs roles
Are prepared to travel regularly across the region
Preferred qualifications
Have 8+ years of experience in state and local government affairs, political strategy, or legislative roles
Have experience building partnerships with external organizations including chambers of commerce, economic development groups, labor organizations, and universities
Have exposure to technology policy or emerging technology regulation; understand the unique challenges of navigating policy for rapidly evolving technologies
Demonstrate understanding of how to build coalitions and identify aligned constituencies to advance shared objectives
Can manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships across different states and adapt to different political environments
Can work well under time pressure and manage competing demands
Can translate complex technical topics into clear, accessible language for policymakers and residents alike
Have experience working with communications teams to develop effective messaging for policy campaigns
Are comfortable being honest about tradeoffs, including in rooms where people disagree with us
Are drawn to working with an organization that approaches AI policy with intensity and intellectual honesty
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$230,000
—
$265,000 USD

Your safety matters to us.

About the job
As a member of our AI model team, you will drive innovation in model serving and inference architectures for advanced AI systems. Your work will focus on optimizing model deployment and inference strategies to deliver highly responsive, efficient, and scalable performance across real-world applications. You will work on a wide spectrum of systems, ranging from resource-efficient models designed for limited hardware environments to complex, multi-modal architectures that integrate data such as text, images, and audio.
We expect you to have deep expertise in designing and optimizing model serving pipelines and inference frameworks as well as a strong background in advanced model architectures. You will adopt a hands-on, research-driven approach to develop, test, and implement novel serving strategies and inference algorithms. Your responsibilities include engineering robust inference pipelines, establishing comprehensive performance metrics, and identifying and resolving bottlenecks in production environments. The ultimate goal is to enable high-throughput, low-latency, low-memory footprint, and scalable AI performance that delivers tangible value in dynamic, real-world scenarios.
Responsibilities
Design and deploy state-of-the-art model serving architectures that deliver high throughput and low latency while optimizing memory usage. Ensure these pipelines run efficiently across diverse environments, including resource-constrained devices and edge platforms. Establish clear performance targets such as reduced latency, improved token response, and minimized memory footprint.
Build, run, and monitor controlled inference tests in both simulated and live production environments. Track key performance indicators such as response latency, throughput, memory consumption, and error rates, with special attention to metrics specific to resource-constrained devices. Document iterative results and compare outcomes against established benchmarks to validate performance across platforms.
Identify and prepare high-quality test datasets and simulation scenarios tailored to real-world deployment challenges, specifically those encountered on low-resource devices. Set measurable criteria to ensure that these resources effectively evaluate model performance, latency, and memory utilization under various operational conditions.
Analyze computational efficiency and diagnose bottlenecks in the serving pipeline by monitoring both processing and memory metrics. Address issues such as suboptimal batch processing, network delays, and high memory usage to optimize the serving infrastructure for scalability and reliability on resource-constrained systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate optimized serving and inference frameworks into production pipelines designed for edge and on-device applications. Define clear success metrics such as improved real-world performance, low error rates, robust scalability, optimal memory usage and ensure continuous monitoring and iterative refinements for sustained improvements.
A degree in Computer Science or related field. Ideally PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D (with good publications in A* conferences).
Must have knowledge of Metal Shading Language (MSL). You should be comfortable writing custom compute shaders from scratch.
Proven experience in low-level kernel optimizations and inference optimization on mobile devices is essential. Your contributions should have led to measurable improvements in inference latency, throughput, and memory footprint for domain-specific applications, particularly on resource-constrained devices and edge platforms.

Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:

This role is Fully Remote (US only), or can be based in New York or San Francisco (where it is open to those who are able to be in-office 3 days per week on a hybrid work model.)
About the Team
Patreon’s security team works to protect Patreon creators and their fans. The team deals with all facets of Patreon’s security, including application security, infrastructure security, and internal/corporate security. We’re a small but effective team. We write code to solve security problems and work closely with our partners across the engineering organization. We also understand the importance of balancing security risks against business needs. We strive for honest and effective communication and focus on pragmatically reducing risk over checking boxes. The security team is part of Patreon’s Risk Engineering org, which also includes our Safety Engineering and Identity and Access teams. Collectively, the risk org tackles a range of problems including content moderation, internal tooling, identity verification, access control, and account security.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be a member of our Security team. You’ll split your time between contributing to security projects and responding to security investigations, vulnerabilities, or questions. The work spans application security, infrastructure security, and internal/corporate security. It includes both proactive and reactive security work. You’ll be part of an on-call rotation and help respond to security incidents and investigations. You’ll write code – both to support security work and to improve the security of the Patreon platform. You’ll work closely with other members of the security team, the wider Risk engineering org, and cross functional partners in engineering, legal, and IT. Your work will help reduce known risks and will protect the security, privacy, and trust of Patreon creators and their fans.
What you’ll need:
- You have two or more years of experience reducing security risks in the application, infrastructure, or corporate security spaces. You can create a threat model and to explain why a given risk matters and what we might do to reduce it.
- You have deeper knowledge (three or more years) in at least one security or security-adjacent domain (infrastructure security, application security, cloud security, corporate/IT security, cryptography, privacy, etc.)
- You can develop software (Python, Rust, Golang, or a similar language). You have experience working in a modern software development environment (git, CI/CD, LLM coding tools, etc.)
- You have experience using AI tools (LLMs, ML models, etc) to identify and address security issues (software vulnerabilities, detection and response, etc.)
- You’re energized by fast iteration: shipping MVPs, testing hypotheses, and evolving products based on what creators and fans respond to.
- You take pride in creating elegant solutions to messy, real-world problems and balancing pragmatic trade-offs between security risks and business needs.
- You believe in Patreon’s mission: giving creators control over their work and building communities that feel good to be in.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent
Bonus if you have:
- Experience working on large scale Internet platforms that allow users to upload content.
- Past contributions to large scale, production code bases.
- Experience responding to security incidents, investigating incident impact, and building out incident mitigations.
We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you’re a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we’d love to hear from you.

We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Millions of people rely on Notion to do their most important work, and protecting that trust is foundational to everything we build.
We’re looking for a hands-on Detection Engineer to build and operate the systems and workflows we use to detect and respond to attacks across Notion’s cloud-native environment. You’ll ship high-signal detections, improve the platform that powers them, participate in incident response, and help shape how detection and response engineering scales at Notion.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, Corporate Security, and Infrastructure, with broad latitude to identify gaps, prioritize investments, and build what’s needed next.
We view detection and response as a software engineering discipline: detections are code, platforms are products, and measurement matters
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Build and tune high-signal detections across cloud, identity, endpoint, and SaaS environments, with review and mentorship from senior teammates as you ramp up.
- Contribute to the detection platform, including rule lifecycle management, tuning, measurement, and rollout safety.
- Build tooling and automation that speed up triage, enrichment, investigation, and detection authoring, including LLM-based workflows where useful.
- Turn threat intelligence and adversary TTPs into detections, telemetry requirements, and response improvements.
- Take part in investigations, incident response, and postmortems, and help turn what we learn into lasting fixes.
- Help define and track metrics such as coverage, MTTD, and alert quality.
- Join a shared on-call rotation for incident response.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- We're hiring across a range of experience levels. If you have some of these skills but not all, we'd still like to hear from you.
- 3+ years of experience in detection engineering, security operations, incident response, threat hunting, or a closely related security or software engineering role.
- Have written or tuned detections that run in production, and care about signal quality and cutting noise.
- Working knowledge of at least one detection or query language (Sigma, KQL, SPL, YARA-L, EQL, or Panther), or strong SQL or Python skills and the drive to learn one quickly.
- An understanding of how attackers operate (for example, MITRE ATT&CK), and the ability to use it to decide what to detect.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, ideally including identity and access logs.
- Have used SIEM, EDR, or SOAR tools in any size of environment.
- Write clearly in runbooks, design docs, and incident notes, and can own well-scoped projects end to end.
NICE TO HAVE
- Have led purple team, blue team, or adversary emulation exercises that improved detections or telemetry.
- Experience running SIEM, EDR, or SOAR platforms at large scale.
- Experience building or maintaining detection-as-code workflows (version control, CI, and tests for detections).
- Experience applying LLMs or agent-style tooling to security workflows.
- Experience securing AI-enabled systems or endpoint tooling.
- Kubernetes or container detection experience.
- Background in threat intelligence, malware analysis, or digital forensics.
- Contributions to the security community through research, tooling, CTFs, or talks.
- Experience at a high-growth startup or AI company.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
WorkOS has a strong bottom-up, developer-focused GTM motion. Our growth team sits at the center of it, running the campaigns, events, and demand programs that put WorkOS in front of technical buyers. As those programs have grown, so has the volume of work that makes them happen, and we're looking for a Growth Marketing Generalist to own it.
This is a hands-on execution role. You'll work across campaign management, events, and content, taking programs from brief to live and getting the details right. One week that means running a developer event in San Francisco; the next, pulling together campaign assets. You'll get clear direction and real ownership.
This is a great fit if you like variety, move fast, and want to build range across every part of a growth function. You'll work directly with the Growth lead and partner closely with sales, design, and product. You don't need to have marketed to developers before, though it's a plus. What matters is that you come from a technical or B2B software environment where you understood what the product did and who was buying it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Events and Field Marketing: Support with logistics and execution of our developer events, conferences, and dinners, including venue and vendor coordination, invite and registration flows, on-site support, and follow-up.
- Project Management: Own timelines for creative assets and copy for growth programs (e.g. newsletter sponsorships), keeping designers and campaigns on schedule so deliverables are ready and submitted on time.
- Copy and Content: drafting variations of email copy, social posts, invites, and event materials, keeping it clear and on-brand for a technical audience
- Reporting: Track performance across programs and report on what worked, surfacing what we should do more or less of.
- Measurement & Tracking: A clean tracking foundation across UTMs and campaigns so we can confidently measure performance.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Work with sales on event follow-up and pipeline handoff, and with design and product on assets and messaging.
- Continuous Learning: Build real knowledge of WorkOS products, our developer audience, and the AI-native companies we sell to.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: a marketing role at a B2B software or technology company, ideally one selling to a technical audience.
- Executional Strength: A track record of reliably shipping marketing work end to end, on time and with the details correct.
- Project Management: Run several programs at once, keep track of the moving pieces, and follow through without needing to be chased.
- Writing Ability: Clear writer who can adapt to a brand voice and write for a smart, skeptical, technical reader.
- Events Experience: Hands-on experience running or supporting events, from small dinners to conferences.
- Tooling: Comfortable in a modern marketing stack, including marketing automation or email tooling, a CMS, and analytics.
- Domain Understanding: Enough technical context to understand what a developer tool does and why someone would buy it.
- Self-starter: Previous startup experience, particularly in high-growth PLG organizations.
- AI-Native: Hands-on experience building with AI-native tools, using LLMs, agents, and automation in your own marketing workflows.
- Bonus: Experience marketing developer tools, infrastructure, or API products.
