About You
You are a detail-oriented self-starter with a strong interest in regulatory compliance, digital assets, and AI. You are comfortable researching unfamiliar regulatory topics, organizing complex information, and producing clear first drafts. You are eager to learn how licensing applications and compliance reviews work in practice and can support both structured audit requests and fast-changing client-facing needs.
About the Role
You will support the Engineering team in regulatory research, licensing analysis, AI output review, and client-deliverable preparation. You will work with client-facing teams, compliance reviewers, and Engineering to organize regulatory knowledge, prepare initial drafts, and convert recurring compliance work into reusable mappings, templates, and workflows. All material regulatory conclusions and client deliverables will be reviewed by an experienced compliance professional.
Responsibilities
Research and summarize regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements.
Support licensing and regulatory-readiness projects, including applicability research, gap analysis, evidence requests, policy review, and application-document preparation.
Organize regulatory requirements into structured modules, evidence categories, checklists, and mappings.
Review AI outputs for factual consistency, source traceability, missing information, and formatting issues.

Interest in digital-asset regulation, financial compliance, licensing, or AI-assisted compliance workflows.
Familiarity with digital-asset regulation, VASP licensing, or similar regulatory frameworks is preferred.

About the Opportunity
OKX’s Internal Audit function has an early-stage, working AI-native capability: live dashboards, agentic workflows, and AI-powered apps that let a very small team punch far above its weight. Your job is not to rebuild it at today’s maturity. Your job is to take it to a
regulator-grade production standard and well beyond
, and to drive AI Enablement across the department. You own the products people touch: the real-time dashboards that drive
Chief Audit Executive and board reporting
, the computer-assisted audit technique (CAAT) and continuous-monitoring surfaces auditors work from, and the agentic, AI-powered apps that make the team faster, and you get auditors to adopt them. You build on the platform’s runtime and harness rather than reinventing them. We hire on
demonstrated building
, not on claims or credentials. We expect you to be more capable than the hiring manager in your domain: you will co-own and challenge the tooling strategy, not just implement it. This is a two-person engineering team: you deploy, debug, and hotfix your counterpart’s stack when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Environment
Cloud on
AWS or GCP
.
Claude
as the starting point in a deliberately multi-model architecture: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, using the right model for each job, including plugins you build.
Google Workspace
for reporting and evidence.
JIRA
for the audit team’s workflow. Lark for team communications and alert bots. Today’s executive product ships largely as API-rendered Google Docs/Slides and branded PDF; you evolve that toward real applications without dropping the document standard. React / Next.js front-end, with testing and observability throughout. Treat this stack as the starting point, not a constraint: you build production-grade products end to end on what exists today, and you are expected to propose, prove, and adopt better tools as demand and capabilities evolve.
In your first year
A live, real-time Chief Audit Executive and board dashboard is in use for actual reporting.
CAAT and continuous-monitoring surfaces are used by auditors in multiple real audits, with full-population testing live in at least two audit domains.
Agentic, human-in-the-loop applications are part of the team's standard workflow: several in production, adoption measured and growing, and at least two demonstrably cutting cycle times, one in audit reporting and one in a board-cycle deliverable.
The hiring manager is out of the delivery loop for dashboards, reports, and rendering pipelines: each has a runbook and an owner who is not him.
How we assess demonstrated building
We assess demonstrated building in ways that respect your time and your confidentiality obligations to current and former employers: a portfolio deep-dive (walk us through applications you built and kept running, at the level of detail your obligations allow; we want architecture, decisions, and trade-offs, never proprietary code, data, or documents), a short, time-capped build exercise on a synthetic dataset unrelated to OKX's business (a live dashboard with drill-through, used for assessment only, never put to use by OKX, and the work remains yours) that you defend live, walking us through your design decisions and extending it on the spot, a working session on how you drove adoption with non-technical users, and references focused on whether you built and maintained applications in production.
Trust and compliance
This role handles highly sensitive audit data at a global crypto exchange. Expect background checks, confidentiality obligations, and personal-trading and material-non-public-information restrictions consistent with OKX policy.
What We Look For In You
6+ years building
and maintaining
full-stack web applications in production, owning them over time.
Strong engineering fundamentals
: data structures and algorithms, fluent
Python
(or a comparable backend language), and strong
SQL and data modeling
.
True full-stack
: from the data layer and SQL through resilient APIs to the UI, wired into the cloud (AWS or GCP).
Strong
front-end
(React / Next.js and TypeScript, with real design and UX sense) and proven
real-time / streaming data visualization
with drill-through to underlying evidence.
Agentic AI features with responsible-AI practice
: multi-step workflows, human-in-the-loop review, output validation, red-teaming, and honest handling of hallucination and error.
Data protection at the app layer
and audit-trail thinking (access controls, evidence, defensible handling), backed by automated testing and documentation. You build applications that could withstand external audit, by design. You ship inside locked-down enterprise environments (TLS-intercepting proxies, endpoint detection and response tooling, restricted installs, security guardrails) without treating security as someone else’s problem.
Experience integrating third-party systems (
JIRA
,
Google Workspace
, SaaS APIs) and
partnering with non-technical users
to drive adoption.
Nice to Haves
Model tooling across the Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google ecosystems; Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and plugin development; agent-based apps.
Business-intelligence (BI) and analytics tooling and executive or board reporting, including continuous-monitoring dashboards.
Crypto and blockchain literacy; regulated financial-services, fintech, or crypto experience.
Document and presentation rendering pipelines: programmatic Google Docs/Slides/Sheets APIs or OOXML generation to an executive brand standard. Much of audit's product ships as board-grade documents, and this is trainable on the job.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

- Support general corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating intercompany agreements, advising on corporate structuring, and handling other corporate legal needs as they arise.
- Collaborate across the legal team: partner with colleagues focused on licensing, compliance, and regulatory matters to align corporate transactions with Rain's regulatory obligations and licensing requirements.
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in corporate law, with meaningful M&A transaction experience (law firm, in-house, or a combination).
- Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, investment documents, and related ancillary agreements.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, entity management, and Delaware corporate law.

AI Solutions Experience:
Direct experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying AI tools or solutions in a business context, with a solid technical understanding of how they work and where they add value. An overview of this role
As a Lead People Systems Engineer, you'll drive how GitLab's People systems evolve through an AI-first transformation mindset, putting AI to work across everything we build. You won't just support our people systems, you'll build them: owning the code, pipelines, and integrations that keep GitLab's People automation ecosystem running reliably at scale across Workato, Google Cloud, Claude, Workday, and the tools that power our global workforce. This is a strong fit if you think like a software engineer first, write clean and maintainable code, and thrive at the intersection of people systems, AI, innovation, and automation engineering.
In this role, you'll be the technical backbone of our People Technology team, designing, building, and maintaining the automations, agents, and integrations that connect Workday, Greenhouse, Slack, and internal tools. You'll be the go-to technical thought partner for the people group on complex engineering decisions, and your work will compound over time: fewer manual processes, stronger system reliability, and a People technology foundation that scales without friction.
What You’ll Do
Own the design, development, and maintenance of people system automations and integrations across Workato, Google Cloud Platform, Claude, Workday, Greenhouse and GitLab, writing reliable, well-tested code that runs at scale.
Build and maintain integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, Slack, and internal tools using Workday Web Services (WWS) and Slack's API and Bot SDK, diagnosing failures proactively and driving uptime and reliability improvements across the automation stack.
Write, version, and maintain automation code in Ruby (or comparable scripting languages) stored in GitLab, with clear documentation, code reviews, and disciplined change management practices.
Develop and manage Slack apps and bots that deliver intuitive, automated workflows, reducing friction for People teams and employees across a globally distributed workforce.
Move past surface-level requests to diagnose root problems, challenge assumptions, and co-design automation solutions that are durable, scalable, and built to last.
Serve as subject matter expert on Workato automation architecture, driving standardization, reusability, and scalability across the People technology integration layer.
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices for People system automation, ensuring changes are tested, reviewed, and safely deployed using GitLab.
Leverage AI tools, large language models (LLMs), and Model Context Protocol (MCP) frameworks, including Claude, to accelerate automation development and identify opportunities to eliminate manual work across the People Group.
Provide technical guidance to teammates and stakeholders, proactively communicating context and decision-making, partnering closely with InfoSec, AI Engineering, and IT, and raising the bar for how automations, agents, and integrations are built, documented, and maintained.
Exercise independent judgment on methods and evaluation criteria to obtain quality results, leading others by sharing solutions and problem-solving approaches.
What You’ll Bring
Hands-on experience writing and maintaining code in Ruby or a comparable scripting language (Python, PHP, etc.), you're comfortable in a codebase, write code others can read and maintain, and are willing to learn Ruby if you haven't already.
Deep expertise in Workato or a comparable enterprise automation/integration platform, with a track record of building reliable, scalable automation workflows in production environments.
Strong experience integrating with Workday using Workday Web Services (WWS), with the instinct to build integrations that are durable, observable, and handle edge cases well.
Experience building Slack apps and automations using Slack's API and Bot SDK, with an eye for delivering workflows that actually get used.
Proficiency with Git and GitLab for version control, code review, and CI/CD workflows, you treat automation code like production software, not scripts on someone's laptop.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS; experience with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE is a bonus) for running and maintaining automation services.
Experience connecting HR systems including Workday, Greenhouse, and internal tools, with strong instincts for where integration points break and how to keep them reliable.
Comfort working with AI tools and MCP frameworks to accelerate development, automate repetitive work, and push the boundaries of what people technology can do.
Strong communication skills, you can translate technical architecture into clear decisions and stakeholder updates, and you know when to surface a risk versus just fix it.
An engineering mindset applied to people systems: you treat reliability, observability, and maintainability as first-class concerns, not afterthoughts.
People system fluency, you understand how HR data flows, why it matters, and how to build automations that handle it with care and accuracy.
Intellectual curiosity and a bias for action, you don't wait to be told what's brittle; you find it, frame the fix, and drive it forward.
About the team
The People Technology team is building the systems foundation that allows GitLab to scale as a global, all-remote company. We don't just keep the lights on, we push the bar on what people technology can do, constantly improving reliability, usability, and intelligence across the platforms that power our People organization. We work across core systems, integrations, automation, and compliance, partnering closely with stakeholders across time zones to move fast, build with purpose, and create an experience where technology enables people to do their best work.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
With flexible, distributed-first ways of working, you'll have the support to do your best work, wherever you are. As the
Lead Identity & Access Management Specialist
you will be the primary architect and team leader driving our cloud application security posture. Your mission is to balance business agility with absolute data protection across our sprawling SaaS ecosystem (including M365, Slack, Salesforce, etc).
In this role, you will bridge the gap between user enablement and risk management by owning Identity and Access Management (IAM), deploying SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools to prevent configuration drift, and governing the entire lifecycle of our business applications. Crucially, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of IT engineers with a strong security mindset, fostering a collaborative culture rooted in automation and proactive risk reduction.
Your Impact:
By building and automating robust Identity pipelines:
You will design, configure, and maintain our Identity Providers (IdP) using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0. You will leverage SCIM to automate provisioning and ensure immediate, airtight offboarding to prevent orphan accounts.
By hardening our SaaS posture against configuration drift:
You will deploy and manage SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools. You will establish and enforce security baselines (such as CIS benchmarks) across our key tools, catching unauthorized administrative changes in real time.
By governing the security of third-party integrations:
You will audit, restrict, and manage OAuth permissions granted to third-party add-ons and AI extensions, ensuring our enterprise data remains inside approved boundaries.
By mitigating Shadow IT and assessing third-party risk (TPRM):
You will analyze CASB, proxy, and endpoint logs to discover unauthorized SaaS usage. You will partner with Procurement to assess the security profiles of new software vendors by auditing SOC 2 reports, ISO certifications, and CAIQ sheets.
By championing technical leadership and team growth
: You will build, mentor, and guide a dedicated team of IT professionals. By establishing engineering best practices, leading agile workflows, and promoting continuous learning, you will multiply your impact across the entire organization and cultivate the next generation of cloud security talent.
Your Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Cloud Security, IAM Administration, or IT Security Operations, including 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or acting as a technical coordinator for other engineers.
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
Hands-on administration experience with modern IdPs (Okta or Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD).
Scripting capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate security workflows and interact with SaaS APIs.
Soft Skills: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to explain complex security practices to non-technical stakeholders, combined with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset and proven leadership capabilities to unblock and motivate team members.
Standout Qualities:
You hold an industry-recognized Cloud Security certification like CCSP or CCSK (Cloud Security Alliance).
You hold a specialized identity certification like Microsoft SC-300 or an Okta Certified Professional/Administrator credential.
You have direct experience deploying and running enterprise-grade SSPM or DSPM solutions (e.g., Wiz, AppOmni, Reco, or Defender for Cloud Apps).
Leadership Excellence: You have a proven track record of designing technical roadmaps, translating business objectives into actionable engineering sprints, and successfully leading a small-to-midsize IT or Security team through complex migrations or infrastructure overhauls.
Team Dynamics:
Reporting: You will report directly to IT Ops Lead, joining a team that values proactive protection and automated operations.
The Neighborhood: You will collaborate daily with IT Operations, HR Ops (for automated onboarding/offboarding workflows), Security, Procurement (for vendor assessments), and departmental leads across the company.
Our Work Style: We operate in a highly flexible, remote-friendly, and data-driven environment. We live in Wrike for project management, utilize Okta / Entra ID, and scripting (Python, PowerShell) for API-driven automation.
Our Philosophy: We follow a Zero Trust security approach. We believe in securing through smart automation and user education rather than simply "blocking" productivity tools.
Benefits & Perks:
25 calendar days of paid vacation
Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)
Parental Leave: 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
2 Volunteer Days
Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents)
Hybrid Working Model
School Allowance (Up to €600/month for school aged kids)
Simcard w/ Unlimited Internet Access for active employees
Office Lunch Allowance (via Wolt) on Wednesdays / Thursday
