About Improvado
Improvado is a marketing data and AI analytics platform for enterprise brands and agencies. We connect 500+ marketing and sales data sources, normalize them through a governed data model, and put an AI agent on top so marketing teams can ask questions of their own data without going through BI or IT.
What we sell:
extraction and 500+ connectors; data transformation (SQL and dbt-compatible); Marketing Data Governance — taxonomy, naming, data-quality rules; warehouse and storage; dashboards; AI agent and MCP access to live marketing data; DECS, data engineering as a service on a 2 to 4 week SLA.
Who buys it:
Economic buyers:
CMO, VP Marketing, VP Demand Gen, agency COO and ops leadership
Technical evaluators:
VP or Director of Marketing Analytics, marketing analysts, data engineering, sometimes IT and security
Segments:
enterprise brands, mid-market, agencies
Verticals:
pharma and healthcare, financial services, retail and eCommerce, gaming, agencies
Why this role, now
Our messaging is not aligned.
Positioning, web, sales pitch, product and content each carry a different version of what Improvado is. The market categorizes us as "marketing ETL" while we position as an AI marketing analytics platform. That gap costs us deal quality and price.
The category is crowded and moving fast.
Battlecards exist but decay, and nobody owns keeping them true.
Attribution, incrementality and causal measurement is where deals are won and lost
— and it is the hardest thing to argue credibly without hand-waving.
Analyst firms are a silent blocker.
When an enterprise buyer asks Gartner or Forrester about Improvado, there is no briefed narrative waiting for them.
You would not start from a blank page. We already have a positioning registry, roughly 11 documented buyer personas, a pain-point and value-prop library, competitor intel reports and about 10 battlecards. They are inconsistent and under-used. Your first job is to make one version true and make people use it.
What you'll own
Positioning and messaging.
Core positioning, category framing and message hierarchy across ICPs and personas. ICP and persona documentation that is used, not filed. The messaging layer of new product and feature launches, including the internal rollout that makes the field able to sell it.
Competitive intelligence and win/loss.
A structured win/loss interview program with quarterly readouts. Living battlecards. Monitoring competitor positioning, pricing and product moves, and driving our counter-positioning.
Sales enablement.
The core pitch narrative, demo storyline and objection-handling framework. The messaging components of new-rep onboarding. A standing weekly cadence with Sales leadership — not quarterly check-ins. Direct support on competitive and enterprise deals: RFPs, security and technical evaluations, displacement plays.
Market and analyst relations.
The Improvado narrative for Gartner, Forrester and category influencers, so that a buyer's analyst call becomes an accelerator rather than a blocker. Feeding structured market and buyer insight back into product prioritization.
What we're looking for
4 to 8 years in product marketing, or an equivalent blend of product marketing with marketing analytics, marketing or data ops, sales engineering, analytics consulting, or product management on a data product.
Category fluency in marketing data and measurement: attribution models, incrementality testing, MMM, data governance and taxonomy, warehouses and ETL/ELT — including where each is honestly weak.
B2B SaaS sold to marketing or data buyers. Marketing analytics, martech, measurement, CDP, BI and data-infrastructure vendors are the reference profile.
Proof you have shipped, not just documented: positioning that changed the website and the pitch, battlecards reps actually opened, a win/loss program that survived past its second quarter.
Writing that survives contact with a skeptical technical buyer — claim and evidence, not adjective stacking.
Comfort operating close to Sales: weekly cadence, deal reviews, live calls, direct feedback.
Nice to have:
hands-on SQL, dbt or BI, enough to validate a claim yourself. Experience marketing AI capabilities without hype. Analyst-relations experience. Agency-side or enterprise-brand background. Vertical depth in pharma and healthcare, financial services, retail and eCommerce, or gaming.
Not a fit if:
your product marketing has been mostly launch logistics and content calendars; you need a fully staffed team and a finished brand system to be effective; you are uncomfortable being told in a deal review that your messaging did not work.
How we measure success
Win rate in competitive deals against our top 3 named competitors, baseline set in month 1.
Stage-to-stage conversion on open opportunities, particularly discovery to demo to proposal.
Time-to-first-deal for new reps.
Field adoption of enablement assets — measured, not assumed.
Win/loss program running on cadence, with themes that visibly change product and GTM decisions.
Message consistency: a quarterly audit across web, deck, product UI and content.
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Strong product/market fit: marketing data product for US-based enterprises
20 working days of PTO per year
US holidays and additional days off
Professional development reimbursement

More than 30,000 subscription apps run on Adapty: $5B in revenue tracked, 4B users served, 80B API calls a month. That's one of the richest datasets in the app economy. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Adapty's Flow & Paywall Builder lets app teams generate onboarding flows and paywalls with AI, test them, and ship without an App Store release. In 2026, Adapty split marketing by product, and the Builder got its own small GTM team, budget, and targets. The goal: make it the first builder app teams think of when they want to change a paywall without waiting for a release.
You'll lead that. You own positioning, the funnel from first touch to a lead from our target list, and every campaign and launch in between. You set priorities for a content marketer and a designer, run paid with a performance marketer, and hand leads to SDR and Sales. Small team, fast tests, clear numbers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Builder's positioning: find the hooks that win with the people who run onboarding and paywalls, test them in market, hand the winners to the website team
- Build and run the funnel to a lead: ABM on our target list, paid, webinars, events, lead magnets
- Run every campaign as a bet: a hypothesis and a lead target before launch, a result after
- Ship every Builder release with a GTM package: messaging, launch comms, product page input, sales enablement
- Build the middle of the funnel: comparison and migration pages, case studies, proof
- Review the funnel weekly with SDR and make sure leads get worked
- Set the quarterly plan and weekly priorities for the content marketer and designer
ABOUT YOU
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS product or growth marketing, with a lead or pipeline target you owned
- You've repositioned a product or a segment and can show what moved
- You know conversion at every stage of your funnel and which channel brings the right accounts
- You've run account-based campaigns together with SDR or Sales
- You write the copy yourself: landing pages, ads, emails
- You use AI across your work: research, copy, analysis
- Strong written English
NICE TO HAVE
- Mobile apps, subscriptions, ad tech, MMP or dev tools background
- You know paywalls, onboarding and A/B testing from the inside
- You've positioned a product against a well-known competitor
- You've led a small team or contractors
- Hands-on with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, or Google Ads
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.
- Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.

We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

Within Membership Services, we bring that mission to life by transforming every touchpoint into a catalyst for progress, so members feel equipped to rise to the moment, every moment.
WHOOP is seeking a Change Management Specialist to help Membership Services successfully adopt, embed, and sustain operational change. This role will help shape and operate the team’s change management framework, supporting changes to products, policies, processes, tools, and ways of working. This includes change intake, impact assessment, sizing, governance, implementation planning, adoption measurement, and reinforcement.
You will partner closely with Learning & Training, Quality, Knowledge Management, Support Operations, and Readiness to translate upcoming changes into coordinated, practical plans. You will help ensure Membership Services leaders and representatives understand what is changing, why it matters, how their work will be affected, and what support they need to confidently serve our members.
Through structured planning, frontline engagement, data, and feedback, you will identify adoption risks, coordinate the right support, and help ensure changes are clearly understood, effectively implemented, and sustained over time - enabling Membership Services to consistently deliver the distinguished service our members expect.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Membership Services change intake, assessment, and sizing process, evaluating the impact on both members and internal teams to determine the appropriate path.
- Build and execute right-sized change plans that define the intended member experience, impacted audiences, communications, enablement needs, milestones, dependencies, risks, ownership, and success measures.
- Coordinate with Learning & Training, Quality, Knowledge Management, and Support Operations to ensure representatives have the guidance, skills, processes, and resources needed to provide accurate and consistent member support.
- Assess the impact of upcoming changes on AI-enabled support and automation, coordinating updates to knowledge, workflows, guardrails, testing, and escalation paths to ensure accurate and consistent member experiences from launch.
- Manage assigned changes through implementation, adoption, and reinforcement, anticipating potential member friction and ensuring teams are prepared to support the experience from launch.
- Partner with Launch Readiness Specialists on complex initiatives, leading or supporting the employee impact and adoption workstream while bringing frontline and member insights into readiness decisions.
- Engage Membership Services leaders and frontline teams to validate impacts, identify adoption barriers, gather feedback, and ensure change plans reflect the realities of the member experience.
- Track adoption and outcomes using employee feedback, training and knowledge indicators, quality trends, process adherence, operational performance, and member contact data; coordinate targeted action where gaps emerge.
- Provide clear stakeholder updates, facilitate post-implementation reviews, and apply lessons learned to reduce member friction and continuously improve how change is delivered across Membership Services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in change management, project coordination, enablement, operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting change from planning through implementation, adoption, and reinforcement.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical guidance.
- A member-first, data-informed approach to identifying risks, measuring outcomes, and improving the experience.
- Fluency with AI-enabled tools and the judgment to use them responsibly while maintaining high standards for accuracy and quality.
- Demonstrated passion for performance, health and wellness, and the WHOOP mission.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The Ireland base salary range for this full-time position is €40,000 - 55,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

You know how to build relationships that matter and understand the US enterprise tech landscape. You enjoy creating spaces where senior leaders actually want to connect and learn. If you’re ready to shape how a major developer brand grows its B2B footprint from the ground up, keep reading.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
The US is our largest market, and we already have a strong customer base here. Now, we need to build a more focused, relationship-driven field marketing presence to drive our next phase of B2B growth. You’ll take the lead on shaping this approach from the ground up. Working closely with our US Sales and global marketing teams, you’ll design programs that engage enterprise decision-makers and strengthen strategic customer relationships. You’ll have the autonomy to prioritize target accounts and geographic markets, activating agencies and partners to scale your execution across the country.
Day to day, you will:
Partner with Sales to map out target accounts, industries, and regional priorities, turning global strategies into focused US programs.
Design and run executive roundtables, customer events, and industry programs that bring senior technology leaders together.
Select and manage a network of agencies, event organizers, and partners to help execute your strategy across the US.
Collaborate with global account-based marketing (ABM) teams to generate qualified leads and build meaningful business opportunities.
Translate our broader narrative around agentic software development into relevant field initiatives that resonate with enterprise tech leaders.
What you’ll bring
An entrepreneurial mindset. You are comfortable building programs from scratch and navigating ambiguity.
A hands-on approach to your work. You take ownership of the strategy while also handling the details.
Exceptional communication skills. You engage confidently with senior executives and stakeholders.
A collaborative spirit. You build strong working relationships with global, cross-functional teams across different time zones.
Deep industry insight. You understand exactly how software engineering organizations evaluate and adopt new technologies.
What you’ll need
Proven success in US B2B field marketing, ideally within enterprise software or SaaS.
A track record of attracting senior technology decision-makers to targeted events and account programs.
Experience coordinating multiple external partners and agencies while maintaining strategic control.
Practical experience running account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives in close collaboration with sales teams.
Location in the United States and the ability to travel domestically as needed.
What success looks like
In your first few months, you’ll establish strong alignment with US Sales and global marketing, identifying key regional priorities. Long-term, you’ll build a predictable, high-impact field marketing engine that deepens our relationships with enterprise decision-makers, generates qualified business opportunities, and establishes JetBrains as a trusted partner for AI-driven software development in the US.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
Fin.ai is building the AI agent that resolves customer support conversations autonomously — and our partner ecosystem is central to how we scale adoption in the EMEA market. As a Principal Partner Manager for EMEA, you'll own our partner relationships across a defined set of priority markets, working closely with our direct sales team to drive revenue through systems integrators, value added resellers, and local implementation partners.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be the architect of Fin.ai's EMEA partner motion — standing up programs, forging relationships, and converting partner activity into measurable pipeline for AI-driven customer support deployments. You'll operate across multiple partner types simultaneously and serve as the connective tissue between our ecosystem and our sales team.
The ideal candidate brings a hunter's instinct to partnerships: proactive, commercially sharp, and energised by the challenge of building something meaningful in a market with real momentum around AI adoption in customer service. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and regional leadership — and you'll be a visible face of Fin.ai in the EMEA partner and CX community.
What will I be doing?
Take ownership of Fin's partner portfolio across a defined set of priority EMEA markets, spanning systems integrators, cloud resellers, and local consulting partners
Design and run joint go-to-market motions with regional consulting firms and CX implementation partners
Connect partner-sourced activity directly into the regional sales team's pipeline through account mapping, warm introductions, and active deal support
Bring together cloud reseller and consulting partners teams around shared enterprise opportunities, orchestrating joint plays where it makes sense
Build durable, senior-level relationships with partner leadership, positioning yourself as a de facto member of their go-to-market org
Own the reporting on partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline, and represent program results to internal leadership and the broader EMEA team
Jump in on partner-led implementations when needed to protect delivery quality and keep partners bought in
Vet inbound partnership requests and go hunting for new relationships that open doors for Fin in your markets
Partner with Fin's global and EMEA teams to localize programs for your region and feed regional learnings back into the broader partner strategy
What skills do I need?
8+ years in partnerships, channel, or alliances roles within enterprise SaaS, cloud, or CX/customer support software
Hands-on experience managing cloud resell & consulting partnerships — you're not a one-partner-type operator
Strong pipeline-generation instincts — you think in terms of sourced and influenced revenue, not just relationship health
Commercial fluency — you can draw a straight line from partner activity to closed revenue
A natural collaborator with direct sales teams — you know what makes a rep's life easier and you build for that
Range across levels — equally credible in a room with a partner CRO and coordinating day-to-day logistics with a partner marketing manager
Comfort operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments where the playbook is still being written
Familiarity with the EMEA market landscape; open to regular travel across the region
Operational rigor — you can run multiple live partner relationships in parallel without anything slipping, and you over-communicate rather than under
Genuine curiosity about AI and a willingness to use AI tools to work smarter
