Location: Remote Workplace: Remote More than 30,000 subscription apps run on Adapty: $5B in revenue tracked, 4B users served, 80B API calls a month. That's one of the richest datasets in the app economy. Our mission is simple: make apps rich. We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Adapty's Flow & Paywall Builder lets app teams generate onboarding flows and paywalls with AI, test them, and ship without an App Store release. In 2026, Adapty split marketing by product, and the Builder got its own small GTM team, budget, and targets. The goal: make it the first builder app teams think of when they want to change a paywall without waiting for a release. You'll lead that. You own positioning, the funnel from first touch to a lead from our target list, and every campaign and launch in between. You set priorities for a content marketer and a designer, run paid with a performance marketer, and hand leads to SDR and Sales. Small team, fast tests, clear numbers. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the Builder's positioning: find the hooks that win with the people who run onboarding and paywalls, test them in market, hand the winners to the website team - Build and run the funnel to a lead: ABM on our target list, paid, webinars, events, lead magnets - Run every campaign as a bet: a hypothesis and a lead target before launch, a result after - Ship every Builder release with a GTM package: messaging, launch comms, product page input, sales enablement - Build the middle of the funnel: comparison and migration pages, case studies, proof - Review the funnel weekly with SDR and make sure leads get worked - Set the quarterly plan and weekly priorities for the content marketer and designer ABOUT YOU - 4+ years in B2B SaaS product or growth marketing, with a lead or pipeline target you owned - You've repositioned a product or a segment and can show what moved - You know conversion at every stage of your funnel and which channel brings the right accounts - You've run account-based campaigns together with SDR or Sales - You write the copy yourself: landing pages, ads, emails - You use AI across your work: research, copy, analysis - Strong written English NICE TO HAVE - Mobile apps, subscriptions, ad tech, MMP or dev tools background - You know paywalls, onboarding and A/B testing from the inside - You've positioned a product against a well-known competitor - You've led a small team or contractors - Hands-on with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, or Google Ads WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU - Strong product with industry-best metrics.
