You will be expected to distinguish between legal or regulatory constraints that cannot be crossed, risks that can be addressed through proportionate controls, and residual risks that require documented escalation or risk acceptance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and deliver day-to-day compliance reviews of new products, features, market expansions and material changes to existing products across OKX's global business and product suite.
Review product requirements, technical documentation, user journeys, onboarding flows, trading or transaction mechanics, reward structures, disclosures and operational processes.
Apply a risk-based waterfall that distinguishes hard legal or regulatory blockers from risks that may be addressed through controls, product conditions, jurisdictional restrictions, monitoring or escalation.
Conduct and document product compliance risk assessments covering areas such as regulatory perimeter and licensing, AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC, consumer protection, financial promotions, trading and market conduct, asset safeguarding, data privacy and third-party risk.
Produce clear, concise and evidence-based and solutions-based compliance recommendations setting out identified risks, required mitigants, residual exposure and the proposed approval or escalation route.
Work directly with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Central Compliance and local Compliance teams to develop practical and scalable solutions to identified compliance requirements.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation and audit trails for product reviews, decisions, conditions, exceptions, approvals and subsequent changes.
Support post-launch monitoring, control testing and assurance in partnership with Audit, Product and other Compliance teams, and drive remediation of identified issues.
Promote a compliance-by-design culture within the product lifecycle; communicate the Product Compliance framework and program requirements to relevant stakeholders and deliver targeted training or guidance to Product, Engineering and business teams as required.
Support special projects and priority product launches in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment.
What We Look For In You
At least 8 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Legal or Risk within financial services, fintech, payments or the cryptocurrency industry.
Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business, economics, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Significant hands-on experience in product compliance, regulatory advisory or product risk assessment, including advising on new products and material product changes.
Strong understanding of the digital-asset industry and the products offered by crypto platforms, including trading, custody, payments, staking or earn products, lending, structured products, wallets or DeFi.
Strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, including licensing and regulatory-perimeter considerations, AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC, consumer protection, financial promotions and trading or market-conduct requirements.
Demonstrated ability to analyze products or initiatives involving significant complexity and risk and translate regulatory requirements into practical product requirements and controls.
Experience in and demonstrated success in leveraging AI-enabled technology to maintain risk assessment standards, including ongoing tuning of agentic skills aligned with the Company’s risk appetite.
Excellent risk judgment and the ability to balance compliance rigor with a pragmatic, risk-based approach that supports responsible commercial outcomes.
Proven ability to develop and deliver repeatable product compliance solutions, controls and review processes aligned with broader group requirements.
Strong project-management and execution skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent reviews, maintain accurate documentation and meet product-launch deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear recommendations and lead discussions with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, senior management and other Compliance stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to influence product decisions and constructively challenge proposals without compromising Compliance rigor.
Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable operating independently within a fast-paced, globally dispersed team.
High personal integrity and sound professional judgment, including the ability to identify when an issue requires escalation.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

- Minimum 3 years of experience building and leading successful, high-performing sales teams
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS companies, and history of consistently performing above quota in an outbound sales environment

The Vault by Tría Finance
is a Swiss and EU-regulated fintech group delivering institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure and services.
Bringing together a software vendor and a licensed Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP), The Vault combines deep domain expertise with a strong foundation of transparency, security, and regulatory compliance.
We develop and operate a comprehensive suite of crypto-native solutions, powered by proprietary technology, enabling institutions to execute digital asset strategies across both custodial and non-custodial models.
We're building a security-first platform for digital asset operations. Our product is API-driven, highly auditable, and engineered for reliability. We're looking for a
Senior Full-Stack Engineer
who can own features end-to-end — from clean domain modeling in Go or Node.js to a polished, crisp React UI.
Responsibilities:
Build end-to-end product features across Go and Node.js/Express backends and React frontend
AI-assisted development: use Cursor/Copilot/ClaudeCode (or similar) daily to accelerate delivery, refactoring, and test generation—while verifying outputs and keeping code clean
Design backend services using DDD patterns (bounded contexts, aggregates, domain events), clean layering, and pragmatic architecture
Implement data models and migrations across PostgreSQL and MongoDB, using GORM, Mongoose, or raw queries where appropriate
Build and maintain REST APIs (and webhooks/event-driven workflows where needed) in both Go and Node.js/Express
Implement frontend flows in React (TypeScript): dashboards, admin workflows, status lifecycles, audit views
Ensure correctness and observability: structured logging, metrics, tracing, and production-ready error handling
Contribute to security fundamentals: RBAC, least-privilege access, safe secrets handling, and audit trails
Own quality: unit/integration tests, contract tests, and CI pipelines
Requirements
Must-have
7+ years building production systems with Go and/or the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), plus solid React experience
Strong backend fundamentals: concurrency, APIs, reliability, debugging
Hands-on with DDD (not just buzzwords): can model domains and keep boundaries clean
Strong database skills across PostgreSQL and MongoDB: schema/collection design, indexing, query tuning, migrations
Experience with GORM and/or Mongoose (or similar ORMs/ODMs) plus comfort dropping to raw SQL or aggregation pipelines when needed
Frontend proficiency in React (TypeScript preferred), including state management and form-heavy admin UIs
Good testing discipline (Go testing, Jest/Vitest, integration tests; frontend testing basics)
REQUIRED: confident daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor/Copilot/etc.) with disciplined verification and secure practices
Nice to have
Event-driven patterns: outbox, retries, idempotency, background jobs
Experience with RBAC/policy engines, audit logs, fintech/compliance workflows
Docker/Kubernetes familiarity
CI/CD ownership (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI), release workflows
Experience with high-security systems (custody, payments, identity)
Soft skills
Ownership mindset: deliver features end-to-end with high quality
Clear communication and ability to work across teams
Pragmatic: balances long-term design with shipping
Comfortable in ambiguity and fast iteration
Benefits
Competitive salary;
Annual performance bonus;
Fully remote position — work from anywhere in the world (team operates on CET);
Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and public holidays;
Multiple projects within the company — the opportunity to discuss different projects during the interview and choose the one that's the best fit for you.
