ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on Senior CRO Manager to drive conversion growth for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will be fully responsible for a continuous pipeline of A/B tests - from hypothesis and prioritisation through launch, analysis, and documented verdicts - working with the CRO Lead to grow the number of statistically validated winners across the funnel.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who treats experimentation as a system, not a list of ideas. Tests without a clear hypothesis, verdicts called before the evidence supports them, and results that are not documented are not acceptable. You are expected to know the funnel numbers, segment before you conclude, and work closely with the data team, product, and engineering. The bar is high and so is the upside - performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experiment Pipeline: Own the A/B test backlog from hypothesis to launch. Prioritise ideas by expected impact, confidence, and effort, and keep the pipeline full so live traffic is always being used to learn.
- Funnel Analysis: Analyse the funnel in Mixpanel to find drop-offs, friction points, and segment-specific opportunities across devices and locales, and turn them into testable hypotheses.
- Test Analysis & Verdicts: Read results with statistical rigour, separate winners from directional trends and noise, and prepare clear verdicts for sign-off with the data team.
- Test Specification & QA: Write test specs and variant briefs that developers can build without follow-up questions, and check every variant before and after launch.
- Conversion Copy & Layouts: Produce conversion-oriented copy and layout variants that stay within compliance constraints on product claims.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep every test documented in Notion with hypothesis, setup, result, and learning, and contribute to regular experimentation reporting for leadership.
- Mentoring: Support a junior CRO specialist on test design, analysis, and documentation standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must-Have Experience
- CRO / Experimentation: 3+ years running A/B tests on a D2C subscription or consumer web product, with results you can attribute to your own work.
- Product Analytics: Hands-on proficiency in Mixpanel or a close equivalent - building funnels, segmenting by device and geography, and reading cohort behaviour without analyst support.
- Statistics: Working knowledge of significance, power, sample size, and common pitfalls such as peeking and sample ratio mismatch.
- Experimentation Platforms: Experience with a feature-flag or A/B testing platform (GrowthBook, Statsig, or close equivalents).
- Conversion Copy & UX: Ability to write and critique conversion copy and page layouts, grounded in behavioural psychology.
- AI Tooling: Active daily use of AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to accelerate concept, analysis, and prototype work.
- Compliance: Familiarity with consumer protection rules for subscription products and marketing claims is a bonus.
Leadership Attributes
- Holds a high bar for their own work and the team's - tests ship clean, documented, and correctly called
- Constantly learns and adopts new tools and methods
- Ambitious - driven to build large-scale products used by millions
- Explains decisions clearly in writing - a hypothesis, a verdict, or a prioritisation call can be understood without a meeting
- Communicates clearly and proactively in a remote, async environment
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

- Recruiter Screening (40 minutes)

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Sales to join our Finance team. You will be a key partner to Sales and RevOps leadership, helping shape metrics-driven decision making across Sales budget and headcount, commissions, SLG bookings, quota planning, capacity, and productivity. This role will have high cross-functional visibility and will be central to building the financial discipline, operating cadence, and scalable reporting needed to support Vercel’s next stage of growth.
What you'll do
Serve as the trusted Finance partner for the CRO by delivering actionable insights through forecasting, scenario analysis, business reviews, and resource allocation recommendations
Own Sales budget and headcount planning, including bottoms-up workforce models that connect hiring plans, ramp timing, productivity assumptions, commissions, and compensation costs to bookings and revenue goals
Support SLG bookings and quota planning by partnering with Sales and RevOps on quota capacity, ramp, attainment, coverage, territory design inputs, and productivity assumptions
Support commissions planning, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with Accounting, RevOps, and Sales leadership, including commission expense, accruals, plan changes, and performance insights
Lead Sales BvA reviews and operating cadences, translating financial results into clear variance narratives, risks, opportunities, and recommendations
Improve Sales Finance reporting and tooling by building scalable dashboards, templates, and processes that reduce manual work, improve forecast accuracy, and surface key risks earlier
What you need
Commercially sharp and analytically rigorous
– You understand how Sales and RevOps teams operate and can connect SLG bookings, quota planning, pipeline, capacity, attainment, productivity, commissions, headcount, and spend to the company’s financial plan.
Anti-bureaucracy, pro-speed
– You streamline workflows, remove drag, and make decisions with clarity. You believe a 3-bullet Slack post with a clear recommendation is better than a 20-slide deck.
Tech-forward operator
– You go beyond Excel. You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to automate, clean, and generate insights. You treat Finance like a product—always shipping improvements.
Detail-obsessed
– You know that a single error in quota capacity, ramp timing, commission logic, or start dates can swing the forecast by millions. You sweat the details so the CFO and Sales leaders don’t have to.
Strong cross-functional partner
– You can build trust with Sales leadership while maintaining financial discipline, communicating tradeoffs clearly, and driving decisions with data.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.

Preferred qualifications
10+ years of transactional IP experience at a nationally recognized law firm, a technology company, or both

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Have managed litigation matters with significant independence, including setting case strategy, managing discovery, writing and improving legal briefs, and directing outside counsel
Write and communicate clearly, with the ability to explain litigation risk and strategy, particularly for non-legal audiences at all levels of seniority

Preferred qualifications

Experience managing regulatory responses or investigations, including both first-party and third-party responses
Creativity and openness to novel solutions when advancing business priorities while addressing legal risk
Ability to think and work quickly, have a flexible risk tolerance, and a good sense of humor
Low ego and a real willingness to roll up your sleeves to solve problems whether mundane or complex
A thoughtful and empathetic colleague who works well with legal colleagues, outside counsel, and business partners
A genuine interest in the development of AI that is both innovative and trustworthy, including the opportunities it creates and the risks and limitations that must be addressed

(Hybrid, full time)
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead who makes quality visible to everyone who needs it - producers, developers, management and our platform partners. You will lead a highly skilled international QA team in a partly remote environment. As a lead you stay close enough to the work to make the hard calls yourself, and help shape what testing looks like in an AI-assisted world.
About CoolGames
At CoolGames, we’re proud to be a leading international HTML5 game studio, working with some of the world’s biggest ‘Big Tech’ game platforms, such as Netflix, Discord, Facebook and Microsoft Play. We also work with famous games IP such as Battleship, Angry Birds and Monopoly.
CoolGames is part of Keesing, the world’s largest Braintainment company. Keesing is a financially strong publisher of engaging sudokus, crosswords and many other puzzles & games with a presence in over 20 countries headquartered in The Netherlands.
With the CoolGames HQ in Amsterdam, supported by our global remote teams, we offer market-competitive salaries, the chance to contribute to successful casual games that are played by millions and work directly with some of the biggest brands in the world. We believe in creativity, collaboration and delivering world-class gaming experiences, while giving you the choice to either join our Amsterdam studio or become part of our remote teams.
If you want to grow your career in a profitable, internationally recognized company, work closely with world-famous partners and be part of a highly professional international team. CoolGames is the right place for you.
About the role
Our QA team is highly skilled, with real depth in test design, methodology and the theory behind them. We are rethinking how we test now that AI is part of the daily picture, and we want a lead who is curious about that shift.
You are the interface between QA and the rest of the company. The person who makes sure quality is understood, not just measured. That means staying hands-on, though not by taking over the routine work. You step in where your experience changes the outcome, a release under pressure, a problem nobody can pin down, an experimental approach worth trying, test cases that need a second pair of eyes. That is where we want you.
You will work closely with our QA Lead Specialist, who brings deep expertise in testing practices and techniques. You will each have your own lead role, bringing complementary expertise and perspectives to the team. Line management and reporting are split between you, and you cover each other’s blind spots. That is also what gives the team headroom: you can both stay close to the work instead of disappearing into management, we can scale with what the projects demand, and there is room to grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
Bridging QA, production, development and management. You turn test results into risk, status and clear go/no-go advice;
Being the voice of QA inside and out. Making sure other disciplines understand what we do and why, and holding our standards in front of external partners and platform holders;
Line management of the team - 1-on-1s, growth, workload and hiring;
Weighing quality risk against business objectives: backing a calculated risk when it is the right trade-off, putting your foot down when it is not;
Planning QA capacity across parallel projects and releases, and raising the flag early when quality is at risk;
Owning quality reporting: release readiness, coverage, bug trends and what they mean for the roadmap;
Challenging the team and finding the opportunities they are too close to the work to see;
Helping the team find where AI genuinely accelerates testing, and where it does not, without giving up the fundamentals that make our QA strong.
Requirements
About you
You are comfortable being the person who says out loud where a product actually stands. In the language of whoever is asking: producer, developer, partner or director. You think in trade-offs rather than absolutes, and you hold the line when it matters. You have led people before and you like it, but you would be unhappy in a role that kept you away from the work itself.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English. You can turn a messy test result into a clear decision for a non-technical audience;
At least 7 years in software testing, including leading or coordinating a QA team (gamedev is a strong plus);
Solid grounding in SDLC and STLC, test design techniques and testing types and levels.
Experience planning QA across parallel projects and platforms (mobile, desktop, web, social) in an Agile setting;
Experience with Jira and TestRail or similar software, including reporting out of them;
A pragmatic, evidence-based view on AI in testing. you can tell a real productivity gain from a demo;
Will be a strong plus:
Certification like ISTQB;
Test automation experience - writing, reviewing and debugging end-to-end tests, ideally with Playwright/Cypress/WebdriverIO and JavaScript/TypeScript;
Experience with version control and CI integration (Jenkins/GitHub/GitLab);
Experience working directly with external partners or platform holders;
Experience introducing AI-assisted workflows in a QA team.
Benefits
What we can offer you (for studio HQ roles):
An international team of 50+ professionals from almost 20 different countries;
Work closely with some of the biggest (upcoming) game platforms in the world (netflix, facebook, microsoft, samsung, discord and more) on high-quality casual games that are played by millions of gamers;
Competitive remuneration, including health care insurance, travel costs compensation, a company pension plan and a sport allowance;
Market salary;
A flexible remote working environment for parts of the week;
A very open, informal and international company culture where everyone can make a difference
