Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from top-tier investors.
Here, you get real ownership from day one, high standards, and direct communication. You'll work alongside a team that combines deep local knowledge and experience scaling regulated financial companies from scratch.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and directly impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll build and own Salmon's Frontline Employees Database — the internal system that runs HR and operational processes for around 4,000 frontline employees.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Start with Frontline DB, which brings together employee and candidate profiles, access and account data, time-off information, shift planning, and selected operational results — with a backlog of initiatives across development, integrations, data mapping, documentation, and process improvement.
- Own solutions end to end: dig into the business need, clarify requirements with stakeholders, propose a practical approach, and turn it into a working MVP.
- Work directly with HR, Operations, People Partners, and Support, and over time extend scope into integrations with HiBob, Ashby, and other internal systems.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Design, build, and maintain automation and integration workflows in n8n.
- Develop and improve PostgreSQL data structures for custom internal solutions.
- Build internal applications, forms, and user interfaces in Retool.
- Integrate HR and enterprise systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods, with custom logic in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Test, troubleshoot, document, and maintain what you build — and handle internal support requests for existing tools and workflows (about 20% of the role).
- Grow MVP solutions into reliable internal products as processes and needs evolve.
WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, or another low-code automation platform.
- Confident SQL skills and experience with relational databases — you can query, validate, and interpret data independently.
- Experience with Retool or another platform for building internal applications and forms.
- Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript for scripting and automation.
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns, plus a basic grasp of testing, debugging, and error handling.
- A proactive working style — you read incomplete requirements, make reasonable technical decisions independently, and know when to escalate — with good English for working with international stakeholders.
WHAT WE OFFER
Build what's next in Southeast Asian fintech.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Corporate Network Engineering team owns Anthropic's corporate network: the wired, wireless, and edge infrastructure in our offices and research facilities around the world, and the standards, management systems, and telemetry that let a small team run them. We hold that network to the bar of a production service — designed for failure, managed as code, observable end-to-end, and secure by default — while delivering reliable connectivity to the people who depend on it every day.
You'll set the technical direction together with your engineers and own the final decision on it and on the architecture standards, review and guide designs and the hard trade-offs, and lead vendor and platform decisions. You'll lead and grow a small team of network engineers: set priorities, drive decisions to closure, hire, and develop people. The team is small and the scope is broad, so this role needs real depth in campus and edge networking, judgment about what to standardize, automate, buy, and build, and the range to go from a wiring-closet decision to a budget defense in the same afternoon.
You'll report to the head of IT Engineering and partner closely with our Buildouts, AV, and Endpoint teams; with Security Engineering on network security, authentication, and detections; with Physical Security, whose systems are critical for protecting Anthropic employees and depend on a reliable network; with Workplace, Real Estate, Procurement, and external logistics and integration partners on new site buildouts; and with our production networking teams, whose bar for reliability and automation is the one we hold ourselves to. Your work will directly shape how we scale to AI Safety Level 4 and beyond.
Responsibilities
Lead and grow the Corporate Network Engineering team — hiring, development, performance, planning, and prioritization
Set technical direction with the team and own the final call on architecture standards across edge, campus switching, wireless, segmentation, out-of-band management, and telemetry; review designs and risky changes, and step in on the hard problems
Own reliability and operations: monitoring people act on, incident response and post-incident reviews that produce changes, an on-call and escalation model a small team can sustain, change safety, and lifecycle currency
Move the fleet toward network-as-code: templated configuration with change control, staged rollouts, drift detection, and automation that removes operational toil
Partner with Security Engineering and Detection & Response on network authentication, segmentation, and the network as a detection source
Deliver networks for new offices and research facilities and upgrade existing sites through live migrations — with Buildouts, AV, Physical Security, Workplace, Real Estate, and our logistics partners — while keeping interruptions to employees minimal
Own vendor, carrier, and integrator relationships and the network hardware budget: evaluations, contracts, lead times, and multi-year refresh
You may be a good fit if you
Have 10+ years designing, building, and operating enterprise campus and edge networks, including at least one environment with dozens of sites across regions
Have 5+ years leading engineers, including at least 3 years as a people manager
Lead through technical judgment: whether or not you've been hands-on-keyboard lately, you can go from architecture to protocol behavior to failure modes with your engineers, and your reviews make their designs better
Default to the secure design, then do the creative work to make it painless for the people using it — and can walk an executive or an engineer through the trade-off and make a recommendation
Have run the operational side, not just designed it: out-of-band access, monitoring people act on, an on-call model a small team can sustain, and change safety
Are pragmatic about what to build, buy, or automate, have run vendor evaluations with real money at stake, and chase problems across organizational boundaries to the actual root cause
Communicate clearly with engineers, executives, contractors, and landlords, and can bring a room of senior engineers with strong opinions to a decision they'll commit to
Want real technical ownership with a small team — including if you've led a larger organization before — and care about building infrastructure for an organization trying to get AI right
Strong candidates may also
Have led corporate networking at a company that added offices faster than it added network engineers
Have implemented certificate-based network authentication (802.1X/EAP-TLS or equivalent) and identity- or device-based segmentation at scale
Have shipped network configuration as code and built telemetry pipelines that security and support teams actually use
Have designed dense wireless for large event spaces and high-occupancy floors
Have been through multiple office builds with real estate and construction teams — including networks that physical security systems depend on — and know what to ask for before the walls close
Have managed integrators, MSPs, or smart-hands providers as an extension of a small team while keeping design authority in-house
Technical Skills
We're looking for deep, hands-on experience in each of these — not surface familiarity:
Enterprise edge: firewalls and routing (HA design, routing protocols, policy management across a fleet)
Campus switching and high-density enterprise wireless (L2/L3 design, redundancy, RF design, 6 GHz, high-density venues)
Segmentation and access control (certificate-based 802.1X, dynamic segmentation, guest and IoT isolation)
Out-of-band management and secure, auditable administrative access
Network automation and configuration as code (Python, templating, vendor APIs, source control, CI)
Network observability (streaming telemetry, flow and log pipelines)
Physical infrastructure for buildouts (MDF/IDF design, structured cabling, power and cooling, carrier and path diversity)
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude serves millions of individual users alongside enterprise clients. Safeguards Engineering develops the foundational infrastructure that ensures its safe use: robust access controls, active abuse detection, real-time probes and classifiers within the inference pipeline, offline monitoring for review, and the underlying systems powering it all. Operating at scale and velocity, we continuously adapt to technology whose capabilities and risks evolve weekly.
The Safeguards Data team owns the data lifecycle for Safeguards—routing user data and safety metadata from online systems into offline storage and enabling access for downstream teams. Our goal is to provide privacy-safe access to sensitive data for approved uses while ensuring performance, reliability, and minimal blast radius. We prioritize security by design, embedding controls directly into systems operating across AWS, GCP, Azure, and customer-managed environments.
This is a systems engineering position within a small, newly established team. Rather than managing an existing backlog, you will have the autonomy to own a problem domain, establish its technical vision, and shape the team's trajectory.
Key responsibilities
Design, build, and operate the stores, pipelines, schemas, and APIs that Safeguards' detection, evaluation, investigation, and review systems read from.
Build privacy-safe interfaces that allow ML training, evaluation, and investigation workflows to utilize sensitive data without requiring broad access to raw records, ensuring access is tied to purpose and built-in lineage.
Scale the distributed storage, ingestion, and processing systems operated by Safeguards, maintaining cost efficiency, reliability, and portability across deployment environments.
Collaborate with investigators, researchers, legal, privacy, and security teams to translate operational requirements into functional mechanisms and systems for safe data utilization.
Uphold a high operational bar by participating in the on-call rotation, leading incident reviews, and continuously reducing manual operational overhead.
Lead through technical design by authoring foundational proposals and conducting cross-team architectural reviews.
Minimum qualifications
Have strong systems fundamentals (processes, threads, RPC, storage, and how systems fail) and have built and operated large-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems
Have built and operated systems that handle sensitive or high-value data, with access, privacy, retention and security controls designed in from the start
Have a track record of building platforms or internal tooling that other teams widely adopt
Have led the technical design of projects that span several engineers or teams
Learn quickly and adapt: you're comfortable with ambiguity, a fast pace, and systems or languages you haven't used before
Care about the impact of your work and about making AI safe, use good judgment about what matters most, and can explain technical trade-offs to non-technical partners
Preferred qualifications
Proficiency in one or more systems languages (e.g., C, C++, Rust, Go)
8+ years of experience as a software engineer, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable professional experience
Experience building data infrastructure for ML: training datasets, offline batch inference or evaluation
Experience with data governance requirements in a regulated or high-sensitivity domain
Fluency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code

Anthropic's consulting and systems integration partners now sell and deliver Claude work at growing volume, and selling alongside partners is working. What matters next is delivery: whether the partner completes the work, whether the customer's Claude usage grows and holds, and whether the outcome is good enough that the customer asks for that partner again.
The Partner Success Lead owns that outcome. You will hold a book of in-flight customer engagements across a set of managed partners in North America. From the day our Partner Delivery program matches a customer engagement to a partner in your book, you own it to a completed outcome: the work finishes on scope, the customer's Claude usage grows, and a stalled engagement gets diagnosed and unblocked before the customer disengages. You wake up every day on one question: what is each partner in my book doing, and is the work getting done.
Key responsibilities:
Own every customer engagement in your book from partner match to completed outcome. Know the state of each one every week: scope, timeline, blockers, and the customer's Claude usage trend.
Run the weekly delivery review across your book, and bring stalled or at-risk engagements to the weekly at-risk account review with a diagnosis, an owner, and a specific ask rather than a status list.
Unblocking. Partner capacity, scope creep, customer readiness, product questions, deal-registration conflicts, and customer dissatisfaction with partner work: get each issue to the right internal team and stay on it through resolution.
Own delivery quality and consumption across your book. Track engagements completed on time, time from match to completion, delivered consumption and weekly active use on the customer accounts your partners serve, and the accounts trending toward at-risk.
Build senior relationships with each managed partner's practice and delivery leadership. Together with the Partner Account Manager and other Anthropic counterparts, establish the executive-level trust that lets you ask a partner to restaff, escalate, or invest — and be taken seriously — when an engagement needs it.
Build each partner's Claude practice as the compounding work: certified bench depth, one repeatable offering in a chosen industry lane, and a published customer story from each completed engagement, so the next engagement needs less from you.
Turn what works into methodology. Convert the moves you prove in your book into named, reusable best practices — engagement review packs, unblocking plays, practice-building guides — written clearly enough to be shared at scale across partners, the Partner Success team, and the contract delivery team running the same loop.
Run the quarterly practice review with each managed partner's alliance and delivery leads: joint goals on completed customer engagements, customer adoption, certified practitioners, references, and industry positioning.
Present and persuade across audiences. Deliver partner executive briefings, practitioner enablement sessions, and internal reviews with equal command — this role is regularly the voice of Partner Success in front of a partner's leadership, a delivery team, a customer, or Anthropic's own leadership.
Steward funding requests from partners in your book. Recommend for or against co-investment and program funding requests against a stated outcome, and reconcile against milestones. The bar is outcomes, not consultant hours.
Work the handoffs cleanly: from Partner Sales when a partner deal closes, and from the Partner Delivery program when an engagement is matched to a partner in your book. Coordinate with the Partner Account Manager on any strategic partner that has one, with Customer Success Managers on customer-side account health, and with Anthropic's direct sales field on joint accounts.
Instrument your book and know its numbers: engagements in flight and completed, stall rate and days to unblock, delivered consumption per partner, certified practitioner counts, and partner health trajectory.
Run your book Claude-first. Telemetry drafts the diagnosis; you validate it and act. Claude drafts your review packs, status notes, and escalation briefs; you own the judgment, the exceptions, and the unblocking. Feed what you see in the field back into the packages, playbooks, tier rules, and health rubric the team runs on.
Minimum qualifications:
Experience owning a high-volume book of concurrent customer engagements, projects, or accounts (roughly 10 to 30 at a time) to completed outcomes, in a partner success, customer success, delivery management, or technical account management role.
Ability and appetite to build structure, clarity, and programmatic motions out of in-flight work, while delivering engagement by engagement. You have written something down — a review format, a checklist, a play — that others ran without you, and you want to do more of that; growing that into the operating playbook a wider team runs is the senior end of this role, not the entry bar. This role scales by what you write down, not by added hours.
Track record of a number tied to completed work and customer behavior (on-time delivery, adoption, retention, consumption, expansion) rather than contract signature, and an operating rhythm you built to hit it.
Judgment on delivery quality: you can review a partner's engagement plan or scope and tell whether it will finish on time and produce usage, and you ask the follow-up question that surfaces the real risk.
Escalation and unblocking judgment across a matrix (partner, customer, direct sales, customer success, product): you know which stall belongs to whom, you get help fast, and you stay engaged to resolution.
A convincing speaker and presenter to all kinds of audiences: partner executives, delivery practitioners, customers, and internal leadership. You can carry a quarterly practice review, an enablement session, and an executive escalation in the same week and land each one.
Deep understanding of how customer success works in a usage-based business; you have held a number tied to customer behavior and can read a consumption trend and act on it.
Enough technical fluency to be credible in a delivery review. You do not need to write code, but you can follow a partner architect's walkthrough of a real Claude engagement and ask the substantive second question.
Active daily use of Claude or another large language model as part of how you work: preparing reviews, drafting account plans, and analyzing your book. We will ask you to walk us through a recent deliverable.
Preferred qualifications:
5 to 8 years working with consulting and systems integration partners, or in delivery-facing customer success at a software company, cloud platform, or partner-led business.
Direct experience with systems integrators (global firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, or Wipro, or regional and boutique firms) and an understanding of how their delivery practices are staffed and run.
Experience running at-risk or red account reviews and turning stalled work around.
Experience anchoring a surge team: setting the playbook and the review pack that a group of contract or offshore delivery coordinators ran, and holding the quality bar across them.
Depth in a specific industry vertical (financial services, healthcare, public sector, retail, or manufacturing) where you have carried a book of partners or customers.
Experience stewarding co-investment funding or market development funding against specific outcomes, with formed opinions about what works and what does not.
Experience running quarterly business reviews with consulting firm practice leads, and a sense of what makes them productive rather than ceremonial.
Experience on a new team where the operating model was being written while you ran the book, and you shipped both.

Our Partner Experience team is building an AI-native operating model. We already run a growing set of partner-facing systems: a partner portal, CRM workflows, enablement and certification platforms, and the trackers that connect them. The systems lead on our team owns that foundation — the portal, the data model, and the integrations that keep partner records accurate and flowing.
This role is the other half of that build. As our AI Operations Engineer, you'll design, build, and run the agentic workflows that sit on top of those systems: Claude-powered agents and automations that triage partner applications, draft and send partner communications, sync data across tools, surface deal and enablement signals, and take routine operational work off the team entirely. Where the systems lead builds the rails, you build what runs on them.
This is a builder role, not an analyst role. You'll ship working automations weekly, own them in production, and continuously expand what the team can do without adding headcount.
Key responsibilities:
Design and build agentic workflows (using Claude, MCP connectors, and API integrations) that automate core partner experience operations: application triage, onboarding, deal registration, certification tracking, partner communications, and reporting
Partner closely with our systems lead to integrate these workflows with the partner portal, CRM, enablement stack, finance systems, and database systems — consuming and writing back to the systems of record rather than creating shadow processes
Turn recurring manual work into reliable, monitored automations: define the workflow, build it, test it against real cases, add guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints where decisions carry risk, and document how it runs
Own the operational health of what you ship: error handling, edge cases, escalation paths, and iteration when partner processes change
Prototype fast with the team: sit with partner managers, find the highest-friction workflows, and get a working v1 in front of them in days, not quarters
Establish reusable patterns (skills, prompts, connectors, playbooks) so each new workflow is faster to build than the last, and teach the broader team to self-serve on the simple ones
Minimum qualifications:
Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic tooling: prompt and workflow design, tool/function calling, MCP or comparable integration frameworks, and evaluating agent output quality
Experience working across APIs and business systems — CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), PRM/partner portals, LMS/certification platforms, spreadsheet-based tools, Slack, and email — and scripting the glue between them in Python or JavaScript
Strong judgment about automation risk: knowing which steps an agent can own outright, which need a human checkpoint, and how to design for graceful failure
Process instincts: ability to look at a messy manual workflow, find the actual bottleneck, and redesign it rather than just automating it as-is
Clear written communication; documents what you build so it outlives you
Preferred qualifications:
5+ years in operations engineering, solutions engineering, business systems, RevOps, or a similar build-heavy role, ideally supporting a partner, sales, or customer success organization
Experience in partner/channel operations specifically (deal registration, MDF/co-sell programs, partner tiering, certification pipelines)
Experience shipping internal AI tools or automations that are still running in production today
Familiarity with the Claude API, Claude Code, or agent frameworks; building custom MCP servers is a plus

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Impact-driven approach to technology: You see technologies as tools to achieve user impact rather than ends in themselves. You care more about building successful systems that solve real problems than about using specific tech stacks or following trends.
- You stay current with the latest tools like Codex, Claude Code, and other AI-assisted development environments. You're pragmatic about choosing the right tool for the job, focusing on what delivers the most value to users.

- Passion for web applications: You can work with others to build and maintain quality user interfaces for a big audience, using Web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern UI framework like React.
- Familiarity with backend systems: You understand how parts of a system fit together—from the user interface to the data model. Familiarity with database systems like Postgres, MySQL or MongoDB is a plus.
NICE TO HAVES:
