Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
We’re seeking a Customer Solution Architect Team Lead to captain a high-performing team of Customer Solutions Architects and help drive the adoption of Supabase across a diverse range of customers: from agile startups building towards their first launch to established brands with highly scaled workloads. This role will support the East Coast region across the Americas.
As the CSA Team Lead, you will be responsible for both people management and customer outcomes - supporting team execution while developing repeatable best practices across pre-sales discovery, proof-of-value onboarding, and technical success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
At Supabase, CSA Leads oversee a portfolio of high-value customers by empowering their team to deliver technical excellence and long-term customer success. You'll work directly with the team to:
- Hire, coach, and grow a global team of CSAs who serve as trusted technical advisors to our customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to define and scale the CSA motion across the full customer journey—from discovery through adoption and renewal.
- Create structured onboarding, training, and development plans for CSAs to level up in technical storytelling, Postgres optimization, and customer success strategy.
- Ensure CSAs consistently deliver successful outcomes, unblock adoption, and drive value for paid Team and Enterprise accounts.
- Work directly with strategic customers when needed—especially during complex escalations, architectural deep dives, or critical onboarding milestones.
You'll be joining our team to support Supabase Team & Enterprise customers, where you will be expected to lead and innovate around the following areas of responsibility:
PRE-SALES DISCOVERY:
- Lead and review technical discovery led by CSAs to uncover business and technical objectives, set appropriate expectations of the Supabase platform, and define the criteria for success.
- Guide CSAs in designing and presenting platform demonstrations tailored to high-value customers, helping them clearly articulate the value of the Supabase platform and team.
- Collaborate with Growth team members to size deals, provide anticipated usage estimates, and identify potential workloads supported by the Platform.
PROOF-OF-VALUE ONBOARDING
- Support your team in defining and executing proof-of-value scopes that balance business outcomes with low-friction onboarding.
- Ensure CSA-owned timelines, success criteria, and engagement tactics result in a high proof-to-conversion success rate.
- Build reusable onboarding flows (email sequences, docs, templates, webinars) that accelerate time-to-value for new customers.
CUSTOMER SUCCESS & EXPANSION
- Help your team build detailed account plans focused on both short-term adoption and long-term expansion opportunities.
- Provide ongoing technical coaching for CSAs conducting architecture reviews, schema design evaluations, and performance tuning for production workloads.
- Partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer feedback, share emerging customer needs with Product & Eng, and communicate roadmap milestones back to customers.
TRUST & PLATFORM ADVOCACY
- Coach CSAs to act as internal and external champions of Supabase, building trust with customers through consistency, clarity, and deep product expertise.
- Uphold a standard of excellence in customer engagement, ensuring Supabase becomes embedded in the way our customers build.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or Database Engineering.
- 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth, technical startup environment.
- Strong background with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), with a deep understanding of schema design, indexing, and query performance.
- Hands-on experience building modern web applications using frameworks like React, Svelte, Vue, or Node.js.
- Clear, confident technical communicator and storyteller. Must be able to distill complex technical topics into actionable outcomes for customers and team members alike.
- Experience navigating stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, and collaborative problem-solving across teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, BigQuery, and internal BI dashboards.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.

Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites

- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.

Ubuntu is the most widely used Linux distribution in the world, delivering kernels across a vast matrix of versions, architectures, and configurations – with up to 15 years of security and maintenance commitments for Long Term Support (LTS) releases. Ensuring the quality and reliability of these kernels demands a dedicated, systematic approach to testing at scale.
The Canonical Kernel Team is looking for a Test Engineer to take ownership of our kernel testing strategy and infrastructure. You will design and maintain test plans covering functional correctness, stability, performance, and security. You will build and evolve automated test frameworks – including stress testing, fuzzing, code coverage analysis, and regression detection – that not only must remain effective across many concurrently supported kernel versions spanning years of maintenance, but must be able to scale with the high demand for Ubuntu kernels (currently more than 160 under active support).
The successful candidate will bring strong Python skills, familiarity with Linux kernel internals, and experience building test infrastructure that scales. You will work closely with kernel engineers to catch regressions early, validate fixes, and ensure every kernel we ship meets the highest standards of reliability.
Location:
This role will be based remotely in the APAC region, except for Taipei, Taiwan, and Beijing, China, which are office-based locations.
What your day will look like
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans covering functional correctness, stability, performance, and security for Ubuntu Linux kernels
Build and improve automated test infrastructure for continuous kernel quality validation across multiple kernel versions and architectures
Maintain long-lived test suites that evolve alongside Ubuntu’s many concurrently supported kernel versions spanning years of maintenance
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous kernel quality validation
Conduct performance benchmarking and regression detection across kernel releases
Measure and improve kernel code coverage, identifying gaps in test coverage and creating tests to address them
Execute and analyze stress tests covering CPU scheduling, memory management, I/O subsystems, networking, and filesystem workloads
Develop and maintain fuzzing harnesses to discover kernel vulnerabilities and reliability issues using tools such as syzkaller, Trinity, or custom fuzzers
Collaborate regularly and proactively with a globally distributed team
Contribute to upstream test suites and testing frameworks
Document test methodologies, results, and coverage gaps
What we are looking for in you
Significant programming experience in Python
Experience with test frameworks such as LTP, kselftest, xfstests, stress-ng, fio, or similar
Experience designing and executing system-level tests: functional, stress, performance, or regression testing
Familiarity with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub CI, or similar)
Experience maintaining test suites over long periods, adapting to evolving software across multiple supported versions
Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu or Debian preferred but not required), Linux kernel internals and subsystems
Experience with Linux systems administration and automation
Solid background with git
Well-organized, self-starting and able to deliver to fixed schedules
Professional written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
Ability to travel twice a year, for company events up to two weeks each
Additional skills that you might also bring
Familiarity with kernel fuzzing tools and techniques (e.g. syzkaller, Trinity, AFL, or custom harnesses)
Experience with code coverage instrumentation (e.g. gcov, kcov, LLVM source-based coverage)
Knowledge of kernel tracing and observability tools (e.g. ftrace, perf, bpftrace, eBPF)
Familiarity with static analysis tools (e.g. sparse, smatch, Coccinelle) as part of a testing workflow
Experience with fault injection frameworks (e.g. failslab, fail_make_request) for reliability testing
Prior experience with test infrastructure at scale (provisioning, orchestration, result aggregation)
Experience with Ubuntu/Debian packaging or Snap
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (KVM, QEMU) and container runtimes
Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenStack)
Prior involvement with open source testing communities or projects

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talents with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.
Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
About the company
Our client is an innovative AI-driven media agency at the forefront of the creator economy and digital marketing space. Specializing in cutting-edge generative technology, the team develops sophisticated AI digital twins for high-level business owners, coaches, and consultants. Their proprietary systems automate the entire content lifecycle—from video production to multi-channel distribution—enabling global leaders to scale their online presence and lead generation without the need for constant filming.
With over 1,000 successful implementations, this fast-growing company is redefining how professional expertise is packaged and delivered across social platforms and digital education. The team is driven by a mission to eliminate the friction of content creation through advanced automation and realistic synthetic media. Candidates will join a results-oriented, forward-thinking environment that thrives on innovation, technical excellence, and high-impact digital transformation for a diverse range of international industries.
Job Summary
We are looking for a high-caliber Client Success Manager to become the operational heartbeat of a rapidly growing creative agency. Our team is at the forefront of the AI revolution, producing hyper-realistic digital clones for high-profile business owners to scale their social media presence. As we expand, we need a seasoned professional to take full ownership of the client journey. This isn’t a support role; it is a leadership position where you will bridge the gap between clients and our production team, and build the processes that will define our future. If you are an experienced CSM who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments and is excited by AI-driven content, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary, proactive point of contact for all clients via WhatsApp, Slack, and email, ensuring no query goes unanswered.
Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, setting clear expectations and establishing trust from day one.
Manage high-volume content delivery schedules, coordinating between internal virtual assistants, editors, and copywriters to meet deadlines.
Perform rigorous quality control on all AI-generated video outputs to ensure brand consistency and technical excellence before delivery.
Oversee social media scheduling across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Identify operational bottlenecks and create SOPs to move the business toward a more mature, scalable infrastructure.
Proactively monitor account health, identifying and resolving potential retention risks before they escalate.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Delivery Manager, specifically within a marketing or creative agency.
Exceptional professional English (written and spoken) with the ability to manage client expectations with authority and empathy.
High-level organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables across 20+ active accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to a full-time, dedicated role; we are looking for a long-term partner, not a freelancer with multiple projects.
Technical comfort and curiosity; you must be willing to dive into AI tools like HeyGen and ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow.
A "builder" mindset—the ability to take ownership of an operationally immature business and implement structure without constant direction.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and de-escalate client concerns independently.
Direct experience with AI video generation tools or short-form video content agencies.
Proficiency in Notion for project tracking and documentation.
Experience working directly with founders in early-stage, fast-moving companies.
Background in personal branding or social media strategy for professional sectors (e.g., Real Estate, Medical, Finance).

So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops.
🚀 THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
As our Technical Product Manager for Connectors, you are the master orchestrator of the enterprise ecosystem, ensuring Docebo talks seamlessly to the tools our customers love most. You aren’t just managing a list of integrations; you are building the mission-critical bridges between HRIS, CRM, and Productivity suites that power global learning at scale. Your mission is to define "what good looks like" for native integration quality and hold the organisation accountable to it through clear, measurable outcomes.
🛠️ THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Architect the Roadmap: Strategically prioritize our native integration portfolio by balancing customer demand, ARR impact, and competitive benchmarks across the HRIS and CRM landscapes.
- Deep-Dive Discovery: Lead technical reconnaissance by interrogating vendor APIs, testing authentication models, and inspecting payloads to ensure our PRDs are airtight before a single line of code is written.
- Own the Lifecycle: Manage the full "cradle-to-grave" journey of every connector, including proactive versioning, deprecation strategies, and navigating upstream vendor changes.
- Measure What Matters: Define and track the heartbeat of our portfolio through connector adoption rates, sync reliability, and SLOs that prove our impact to GTM leadership.
- Eliminate Ambiguity: Write precision-engineered specifications—covering field mapping, conflict resolution, and error handling—so Engineering and QA can execute with total clarity.
- Enable the Field: Partner with Technical Writers and Sales to create "field-ready" guides and represent Docebo as the technical authority in high-stakes enterprise deal cycles.
- Evaluate the Build: Make the high-level call on whether to build, co-build, or partner for new categories, using a blend of technical depth and commercial savvy.
⚡ YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Integration Specialist: You have a black belt in enterprise APIs (REST, OAuth, SCIM) and understand why webhook reliability varies and how data model gaps create sync chaos.
- Hands-on Explorer: You don’t wait for a demo; you jump into Postman, call sandbox APIs, and prototype sync flows yourself to answer the tough questions.
- Precision Architect: You thrive in the details, crafting requirements that leave zero room for interpretation and ensuring our connectors are as reliable as they are functional.
- Metric-Minded Leader: You speak the language of SLOs and ARR, translating technical performance into commercial evidence that resonates with executive stakeholders.
- SaaS Savant: With 4+ years in Technical PM or Integration Engineering, you’ve managed complex portfolios and know the HCM or LMS ecosystem inside and out.
- Commercial Navigator: You know exactly which integrations protect revenue at renewal and which ones unlock new market segments, and you can explain the "why" to anyone.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is building the connected workspace that teams everywhere use to think, plan, and ship — and our partner ecosystem is central to how we grow in the DACH market. As Regional Partner Manager for DACH, you'll own our partner relationships across the region, working closely with our Munich sales team to drive revenue through value-added resellers, hyperscaler ecosystems, and local services partners.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be the architect of Notion's DACH partner motion — standing up programs, forging relationships, and converting partner activity into measurable pipeline. You'll operate across multiple partner types simultaneously and serve as the connective tissue between our ecosystem and our sales team.
The ideal candidate brings a hunter's instinct to partnerships: proactive, commercially sharp, and energised by the challenge of building something meaningful in a market with real momentum. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and regional leadership — and you'll be a visible face of Notion in the DACH partner community.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own and grow Notion's DACH partner ecosystem across value-added resellers, cloud/hyperscaler partnerships, and local services partners
- Build and execute joint go-to-market programs with regional VARs and solutions partners
- Manage Notion's hyperscaler partnerships in DACH, overseeing cloud marketplace deal flow and co-sell motions
- Align partner activity directly to the DACH sales team's pipeline — facilitating introductions, mapping accounts, and driving resell and co-sell opportunities to close
- Coordinate joint initiatives that bring together reseller partners and hyperscaler ecosystems for combined enterprise programs
- Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with partner leadership across the region, becoming a trusted extension of their go-to-market teams
- Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; present program performance to internal stakeholders and EMEA regional leadership
- Support services delivery by local partners on an ad-hoc basis, helping maintain quality and partner satisfaction
- Identify and qualify inbound partnership opportunities, and proactively surface new partner relationships that can expand Notion's reach in DACH
- Collaborate with Notion's global and EMEA partner teams to adapt programs to the local market and share learnings across regions
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances in the enterprise SaaS or cloud software industry
- Demonstrated experience managing both VAR/reseller programs and at least one cloud or hyperscaler partnership — comfort across both partner types is essential
- A builder's track record: you've stood up partner programs and can point to outcomes you drove
- Strong demand generation orientation
- Commercially sharp with the ability to connect partner activity to revenue outcomes
- Highly collaborative and effective working alongside direct sales teams — you understand what reps need, and you make their lives easier
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills; you're as comfortable presenting to a partner CRO as you are coordinating logistics with a partner marketing manager
- Experience working in or alongside hyper-growth or startup environments — you're comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast without a complete playbook
- Based in Munich with existing knowledge of the DACH technology market; willingness to travel across EMEA and occasionally across EMEA
- Strong organisational and operational discipline — you manage multiple active partner relationships without dropping balls, and you communicate proactively
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with cloud marketplace programs and hyperscaler co-sell motions
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or bottoms-up SaaS go-to-market models
- Existing relationships with DACH-based VARs, systems integrators, or hyperscaler partner teams
- Cross-market EMEA experience — e.g. managing partnerships across EMEA regions simultaneously
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €179,000 - €200,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We believe that there is a better healthcare world – one powered by data. Our platform transforms complex, diverse data into a unified foundation for health, helping organizations deliver better care, boost revenue, and lower costs.
We’re a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there.
For more information, visit arcadia.io.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Arcadia's data platform powers population health analytics for health plans, ACOs, and provider groups across the country. As a Lead Analytics Engineer — Data Modeling & Quality, you sit at the intersection of data quality ownership and analytical data modeling. You'll own the SQL and DBT layer that transforms raw clinical and claims data into trusted, production-grade datasets, while also serving as the quality authority for the data those models produce.
This is a hybrid role — deeper SQL and DBT expertise than a traditional Data Health Professional, with a more analytical and model-focused scope than a Data Engineering role. You're less focused on pipeline infrastructure and more on the logic, shape, and trustworthiness of the data itself.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
Independently triage and resolve pipeline data quality issues
Author at least one new DBT model or refactor an existing one to meet current modeling standards
Understand the end-to-end pipeline from ingress through silver and gold, and be able to trace a data quality issue to its root layer
In 6 months
What You'll Be Doing
DATA MODELING & DBT DEVELOPMENT
Author, review, and maintain DBT models using Spark/Hudi from ingest through bronze and silver
Help clients understand their data model, assumptions, and limitations through intentional validation
Troubleshoot and fix issues, then write DBT tests to catch issues proactively
Optimize SQL performance for slow-running jobs
Partner with Data Engineering on table design, partition strategy, and incremental patterns
DATA QUALITY OWNERSHIP
Triage and classify data quality alerts, distinguishing source-level issues from transform-layer failures
Design and maintain volume monitors and DQ monitors (null rate, distribution, future-date checks)
Author and apply clinical DQ rules (entity volume, field coverage, LOINC coverage, referential integrity) and claims validation rules across silver and gold layers
Conduct quality reviews for connector promotions — evaluating silver entity coverage, validation rule pass rates, and bronze-to-silver transformation correctness
Own the ticket queue for DQ, attribution, hierarchy, and customer-specific data quality issues, writing clear customer-facing findings
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL QUALITY COLLABORATION
Lead data quality reviews during connector installation and promotion (UAT → PRD), including claims validation playbooks and null analysis
Partner with Data Engineering on root-cause triage for errors, ingress anomalies, and silver table issues surfaced through data quality monitoring
Coordinate with the Measure Implementation Team (MIT) when data quality issues affect quality measure scores
Contribute to and enforce data modeling standards across teams
TECHNOLOGIES
Data modeling: DBT-Spark, SQL, Claude
Warehousing: Amazon Redshift, Apache Hudi, AWS Athena
Data quality: volume/DQ monitors, DBT tests
Orchestration: Argo Workflows, Airflow
Source control: Git / GitHub, PR-based review workflows
Observability: Grafana, Jira
Healthcare data: Claims (plan/professional/pharmacy), EHR (clinical entities), MPI
What You'll Bring
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field
Experience:
Advanced SQL: window functions, complex CTEs, aggregation patterns, performance tuning on columnar databases
DBT: hands-on experience authoring models, tests, macros, and yml documentation; familiarity with incremental strategies
Healthcare data literacy: working knowledge of claims data (professional, institutional, pharmacy), clinical data (EHR entities), and common quality dimensions (member months, coverage rates, null patterns)
Data quality mindset: ability to differentiate source data issues from transform issues, design systematic validation checks, and communicate data quality findings clearly
Skills:
Clear communicator — able to translate technical findings for clients and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical judgment — you can look at a distribution and know when something is wrong
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, leveraging AI tooling to stay organized and efficient
Genuine desire to learn and apply AI tools for operational efficiency
Would Love For You To Have
Experience with Spark SQL and Hudi table format
Familiarity with data quality monitoring tools
