An overview of this role
As a Migration Engineer for GitLab Dedicated, you'll partner with customers to plan and deliver migrations from self-managed GitLab to GitLab Dedicated. You'll use GitLab Geo to replicate customer data and move customers onto fully managed, isolated GitLab environments with minimal disruption. You'll balance hands-on technical delivery with clear communication and project ownership, translating each customer's goals, timelines, and constraints into a practical plan and guiding them through cutover and validation.
You'll use infrastructure as code and configuration as code practices, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and network design to work within existing GitLab Dedicated environments. You'll also improve the tooling, scripts, and runbooks that make migrations repeatable and reduce manual work, while sharing insights from customer engagements with GitLab's Product and Engineering teams.
Lead migrations from self-managed GitLab to GitLab Dedicated using GitLab Geo to replicate customer data
Design migration runbooks and automation for repeatable cutovers, and validate target environments built with Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
What you’ll do
Deliver customer migrations from initial assessment through planning, replication, cutover, and post-migration validation.
Use GitLab Geo to replicate customer data, debug synchronization issues, identify root causes, and keep migrations on track.
Design customer network connectivity within GitLab Dedicated constraints, including virtual private clouds, private connectivity, Domain Name System configuration, and firewall rules.
Apply infrastructure as code and configuration as code practices to interact with and validate existing GitLab Dedicated environments.
Advise customers on migration sequencing, cutover windows, integration requirements, risks, and clear next steps.
Improve migration tooling, scripts, and runbooks to make delivery more reliable, repeatable, and efficient.
Partner with Professional Services, Environment Automation, Product, and Engineering to resolve blockers, share field feedback, and keep delivery consistent.
Manage multiple customer engagements while balancing customer outcomes, delivery priorities, and share technical knowledge with other engineers.
What you’ll bring
Experience delivering customer-facing migration, installation, training, or technical advisory engagements.
Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab, with a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
Experience with infrastructure as code or configuration as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
Hands-on experience running Kubernetes workloads in production, including deployments, rollouts, and debugging crash loops, failed health checks, and scheduling issues.
Experience with a major cloud provider such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure, along with working knowledge of network design and connectivity.
Ability to read, understand, and modify infrastructure tooling, with familiarity in languages such as Go, Python, or Ruby.
Ability to independently lead multiple customer projects, communicate clearly in written and spoken English, and build agreement in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
PubSec/Federal experience a plus.
A solution-oriented approach, effective cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to GitLab's values. Experience with GitLab Geo and replication is helpful, but deep expertise can be developed in the role.
About the team
Migration Engineers are part of GitLab's Dedicated Infrastructure organization. We work with Sales, Professional Services, Environment Automation, Product, and Engineering to coordinate delivery, resolve customer needs, and share field feedback that improves GitLab features and delivery practices. We work remotely and largely asynchronously across regions and time zones, with a focus on reliable delivery and long-term customer success.

We’re a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there.
For more information, visit arcadia.io.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
At Arcadia, the Enterprise Implementation Manager (EIM) is the customer's primary point of accountability from contract signature through the life of the relationship. The EIM manages a portfolio of enterprise accounts, leading each customer through onboarding and the technical work required to bring them live — including project managing new data connector builds — but the role exists to protect and grow the value the customer realizes from Arcadia's platform. EIMs proactively build the client relationship, drive adoption, resolve risk before it threatens retention, and act as the customer's trusted advisor long after go-live, ensuring customer value is clearly tracked & regularly reviewed.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-first operator: someone who can run a technical delivery workstream competently, but who is just as comfortable owning a client conversation, coaching a teammate, or spotting an account risk before it becomes a retention problem.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
Complete onboarding and current product and enablement certifications; build a working understanding of the platform, data model, and Arcadia's customer success playbooks. The optional Arcadia Certified Professional program is available for continued growth. Shadow tactical client touchpoints and status conversations to learn how EIMs build trust and manage expectations across a client relationship
Take ownership of a defined workstream — for example, project managing a new data connector build — with support from your manager and technical partners
In 6 months
Independently manage cross-team workflows (data integration, configuration, connector builds) while keeping priorities visible and surfacing risk early
Lead tactical client conversations and standing touchpoints, delivering clear, timely updates that keep stakeholders aligned and confident
Proactively identify and escalate delivery or account risk, applying established playbooks to resolve issues efficiently and maintain momentum
Begin building trusted relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their unique technical and business priorities
Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), or steering committees for your accounts, and become fluent in maintaining account health scores in Planhat
Build fluency with Arcadia's customer feedback channels, including the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), as part of engaging your accounts
In 12 months
Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts as the primary point of contact — coordinating delivery, connector project management, and ongoing value acceleration & account health under one roof
Drive accountability for on-time, high-quality delivery of commitments, from new data connector implementations to platform adoption milestones
Independently lead recurring QBRs, EBRs, or steering committees, and own the Planhat health score and NPS trajectory for your portfolio, working toward a consistently green status
Partner effectively with the Customer Growth and Retention (CGR) team on renewal and expansion conversations, providing account context and continuity while CGR owns the commercial process
Identify and document process or value improvements, contributing refinements that strengthen delivery consistency and customer outcomes
Share lessons learned and best practices with peers, informally mentoring newer EIMs and Project Associates
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Relationship & Trust
Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, serving as the customer's primary point of contact throughout the engagement.
Lead tactical status conversations and standing project meetings, delivering clear, timely updates on progress, risk, and next steps.
Facilitate regular touchpoints to align priorities, answer client questions, and maintain stakeholder trust.
Prepare accurate, client-ready documentation and materials that support transparent communication.
Account Health & Governance
Serve as the customer's primary point of accountability for delivery outcomes and overall account health across your portfolio.
Lead recurring QBRs, EBRs, or steering committees with client leadership, tying progress to shared goals, ROI, and next steps.
Maintain each account's health score in Planhat, incorporating usage, engagement, and other signals; own the goal of moving accounts toward a consistently green status. Contribute to your segment's (Core, Enterprise, or National) Net Promoter Score (NPS), which factors into incentive compensation at the segment level rather than by individual account.
Build fluency with Arcadia's customer feedback channels — including CSAT — as part of the company's growing Voice-of-Customer program.
Partner with the CGR team on renewal and expansion conversations, providing account context, continuity, and delivery insight; CGR owns the commercial renewal and upsell process.
Proactively identify and escalate delivery and account risk; apply established playbooks to resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain project and account momentum through consistent follow-through and clear ownership of open items.
Drive accountability for commitments by managing dependencies and communicating progress across all workstreams.
Implementation & Data Connector Project Management
Project-manage new data connector builds and platform configuration workstreams from kickoff through validation and go-live.
Ensure smooth data orchestration through configuration validation, and maintain detailed documentation of process flows and integrations.
Partner cross-functionally with Data & Health Platform (DHP) teams and engineering to resolve data alignment issues and strengthen reporting reliability.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Manage workflows to maintain alignment and efficiency across internal teams, third parties, and the client.
Coordinate delivery activities and track interdependencies so priorities stay visible and risks surface early.
Ensure project team collaboration and escalate promptly if a workstream is tracking behind.
Value Realization & Continuous Improvement
Identify and document process or workflow enhancements that improve customer outcomes and internal efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing refinements and strengthening knowledge capture across projects.
Connect delivery and account activities to the customer's broader adoption and value-realization goals.
Coaching & Knowledge Sharing
Share lessons learned and best practices from client engagements with peers and newer team members.
Apply feedback to continuously refine your own skills and performance, modeling a growth mindset for the team.
AI & Technology Fluency
Thoughtfully leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve outcomes, increase efficiency, and enhance decision-making across your portfolio — for example, in health-score analysis, QBR preparation, and account documentation.
Apply sound judgment around risk, privacy, security, and quality when using AI tools, and continuously build fluency in evolving practices.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 3 years leading account implementation and customer success processes in software/technology, ideally in healthcare, with claims and clinical data integration experience.
In-depth knowledge of project management & customer success principles, tools, and methods; ability to identify and mitigate project- and account-level risk.
Extensive healthcare industry experience, including population health and value-based care; ability to master Arcadia's solutions, client strategic context, and industry trends well enough to advise clients as a trusted partner.
Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio of client relationships over time — not just a project — including retention-oriented communication and stakeholder management.
Willingness and ability to travel to client sites, executive business reviews, and industry conferences — typically quarterly, with increased frequency depending on client activity and event schedules.
Would Love for You to Have
Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to build client-ready materials in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and lead meetings with executive, operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
Experience with customer health/success platforms (e.g., Planhat) and account health-scoring methodologies.
Experience partnering with a growth, renewal, or account management team on commercial conversations without owning the commercial process directly.
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A team-first attitude and the ability to foster collaboration within and across project teams, including remote teams.
Experience coaching or informally mentoring less experienced teammates.
What You'll Get
Competitive compensation and strong benefits, including Flexible Time Off
Employee-driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development.
Membership in the talented, energized, diverse, and purpose-driven Arcadian Community

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
Merchant EMEA Engineering builds the technology that helps merchants join, grow, and operate successfully across our markets.
Our organization brings together the strengths of Wolt and Deliveroo and supports merchants across 37 countries. We work across the merchant journey, including onboarding, business growth and support, analytics and recommendations, menu and order management, integrations, and merchant applications.
Our teams sit close to the business. Rather than primarily building foundational platforms, we build products and features on top of our existing platforms to solve real merchant and market needs, including local business requirements, growth opportunities, and operational challenges.
📍This open role is based in our tech hubs in
Helsinki
or
Berlin
.
Please note:
This role requires being based in Berlin/Helsinki on a hybrid basis. We are currently unable to offer fully remote work, visa sponsorship, or relocation support for this opportunity.
What You'll Do
As a Fullstack Engineer, you'll contribute to products and services used across the merchant experience. You'll:
Build and maintain production software across backend services and user-facing applications.
Work on areas such as merchant onboarding, analytics, recommendations, menu and order management, integrations, or merchant-facing tools.
Develop reliable APIs, data models, services, and user-facing features.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, operations, and other engineers to turn business needs into practical technical solutions.
Own features from implementation through production and ongoing maintenance.
Contribute to technical design discussions and improve the quality, scalability, observability, and maintainability of our systems.
Use AI-assisted development tools effectively as part of your engineering workflow, while critically evaluating their output and taking ownership of the final solution.
Be willing to work outside your primary area of expertise when needed to solve the problem end-to-end.
How We Work
Ownership:
Engineers take responsibility for the features and services they work on, from development to production.
Collaboration:
We work closely across engineering, product, design, data, and operations.
Pragmatism:
We value simple and maintainable solutions that create business impact without unnecessary complexity.
Flexibility:
We care more about solving the problem than strict frontend or backend boundaries.
Our Tech Stack
Our backend services primarily use
Go and Kotlin
, while our frontend applications use technologies such as
TypeScript and React
.
We also work with technologies including Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, and modern cloud infrastructure.
Our Humble Expectations
We're looking for engineers who have:
An AI-first mindset, with a deep experience in leveraging modern AI tools and solid engineering principles to solve problems end-to-end, independently of any specific technology stack.
Proven experience building production software in backend, frontend, or fullstack environments end-to-end and at scale.
Strong expertise in at least one area of the stack, with a willingness to contribute outside that area when needed.
Experience with a modern backend language such as Go, Kotlin, Java, or similar, and/or modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript and React.
Good understanding of APIs, databases, testing, and software design fundamentals.
The ability to work independently on well-scoped problems and collaborate effectively with others.
Good communication skills and a pragmatic, collaborative mindset.
You do
not
need to be equally strong in frontend and backend. We welcome different balances of experience. You might be primarily a backend engineer who is comfortable making frontend changes when needed, or a frontend-focused engineer who is happy to work with APIs and backend services.
What matters most is that you are comfortable working across boundaries to deliver the right solution.
Nice to Have
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be a plus:
Merchant-facing or internal operational tools.
Analytics, recommendations, or decisioning systems.
Grocery, retail, restaurants, logistics, or marketplace technology.
Integrations with external business systems.
Kafka or other streaming technologies.
Cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Kubernetes, or Docker.
Why Join Us?
You'll work on products that directly affect how merchants interact with Wolt Deliveroo and DoorDash across Europe. The scope is broad and close to the business, giving you the opportunity to work on meaningful problems across different parts of the merchant journey while developing your skills across the stack.

An overview of this role
As an Intermediate Backend Engineer (Python) in GitLab's Agent Foundations stage, you'll go beyond using AI tools. You'll help build the foundations for GitLab's agentic AI experiences: the platform that lets AI agents work across the whole software delivery lifecycle, not just write code. That covers the reusable building blocks agents and flows are made from as well as our core harness, Duo Developer.
Most of your work will be backend engineering in Python, using libraries such as LangGraph to build secure, reliable and scalable features in our AI Gateway. You'll also work across the stack where needed. You'll work closely with engineers across the stage and other AI Engineering teams. This is a high-visibility area where GitLab's core platform meets its AI strategy.
What you'll do
Develop, ship and maintain features for the Duo Agent Platform in the Duo Workflow Service, the AI Gateway and, where needed, the GitLab monolith. Keep them secure, well-tested and performant.
Build and improve agentic flows and their reusable parts with LangChain and LangGraph, including the Flow Registry.
Work with Product Management, UX, frontend, backend and AI specialists to refine requirements and ship improvements in small iterations.
Design, implement and review APIs (including GraphQL and REST) and the backend logic behind them, with reliable, scalable and clear contracts for clients such as the GitLab monolith, IDE extensions and Duo CLI.
Improve and extend automated testing (pytest and other frameworks), including evaluations of agent and flow behavior, to strengthen quality and give developers faster feedback.
Share standards, patterns and learnings with other engineers to raise the bar for responsible AI integration and evidence-driven engineering.
Join Tier 2
on-call rotations
to troubleshoot production issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and improve observability and resiliency.
Keep an eye on the competitive landscape to help keep GitLab's agent platform best-in-class as more work becomes agentic.
What you'll bring
Experience building and maintaining production Python backend applications, including APIs, asynchronous or background processing, and data models.
Experience with LLM application frameworks such as LangGraph, or designing and shipping AI-powered backend features or harnesses.
Skill in designing or extending APIs (REST, GraphQL or gRPC) with attention to scalability, maintainability and backward compatibility.
Comfort working across the stack in a mature codebase. Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and/or JavaScript and Vue is a plus.
Experience finding and fixing performance bottlenecks in applications.
Clear written and verbal communication, including technical proposals and documentation, in a remote, async, cross-functional team.
Openness to learning and to applying skills from related technologies or fields.
About the team
The
Agent Foundations stage
builds the foundations for GitLab's agentic AI experiences. We provide the platform, catalog and execution features that help teams deliver resilient agents and flows to customers. The stage has three groups: Agent Developer, AI Catalog and Agent Execution. Between them, they own the GitLab Duo Developer foundational flow and the Flow Registry; the AI Catalog, including custom agents, custom flows and external agent integrations; and agent execution, agent tools and agent observability.
Our engineers work async-first across EMEA, AMER, and India timezones. We work with teams across AI engineering and the rest of GitLab so the Duo Agent Platform can power many of GitLab's AI features.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Engineering team tackles the toughest challenges, so our users never have to. Real-time infrastructure, AI-native architecture, and a frontend that feels effortless - all powered by a team that moves fast, thinks rigorously, and holds an exceptionally high bar for quality.
We’re looking for Staff Product Engineers that can solve our hardest technical problems, both individually and through technical leadership. You’ll design and build software that creates delightful, groundbreaking user experiences. You’ll play a key role in growing the talent in our engineering organization through mentoring, coaching and hiring, and you’ll resolve our most tricky product issues through an understanding of what’s important to our users and business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide technical leadership for a critical part of Attio’s engineering organization. You’ll work across teams to design significant parts of our infrastructure, aligning with Attio’s overall technical strategy. You’ll understand the world of distributed, cloud-native systems, and intuitively create the right interfaces to allow teams to innovate in parallel.
- Proven technical leadership credentials. You’ll have a track record of not just personal execution, but of delivering projects through others. You’ll be able to break down large, complex problems into smaller, independent goals that others can own. You’ll understand how technical architecture impacts ability to deliver, and to maintain systems for the long term, and be sensitive to the need to pick the right compromise.
- A growth mindset. Software engineering is changing rapidly in the age of AI, and you’ll understand the need to be open-minded and to experiment. You’ll be keen to teach, and to learn from the experience of others. You’ll relish the challenge of working in an area that’s new to you, and enjoy the discomfort that leads to personal growth.
- A passion for growing the skills of others. As you deliver projects through your technical leadership, you’ll be keen to grow the next generation of technical leaders. You’ll have demonstrated impact through mentoring and coaching, and be able to flex your style depending on the needs of your colleagues. You’ll also be passionate about hiring the right talent for Attio.
- A focus on the product and customer. You’ll have strong opinions on what makes a great product, and a keen desire to deliver the things which generate value for Attio’s customers.
