OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.

We are looking for a product-first marketer who understands cycling, knows what makes a great bike compelling beyond a spec sheet, and can turn technical differentiation into clear consumer value. You will help shape X-LAB’s product narrative, manage go-to-market execution across our growing portfolio, and build the systems that ensure every launch is coordinated across our global organization.
This role reports to the Global Head of Marketing, and is based onsite in Los Angeles 5 days a week.

- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including product specifications, pricing, positioning, technology, and emerging category trends.
- Work directly with dealers, riders, media, athletes, and internal teams to gather market feedback and translate insights into actionable product recommendations.
- Support media launches, product reviews, demo programs, trade shows, dealer events, and other product-focused activations.
- Establish and maintain the product marketing calendar, launch processes, asset requirements, and cross-functional go/no-go milestones.
- Help define how X-LAB’s broader product portfolio fits together, ensuring each model has a clear role, audience, value proposition, and reason to exist.
You’re a Great Fit With:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles within cycling, sporting goods, outdoor, mobility, or another product-driven industry with heavy consumer touchpoints (MANDATORY).
- Proven experience bringing physical products to market and coordinating complex cross-functional launches by building and project managing a world-class product launch engine.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical product features into clear, differentiated consumer benefits and compelling storytelling.
- Strong understanding of positioning, pricing, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Experience developing product marketing materials across ecommerce, retail, sales, PR, and dealer channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple products, launches, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working directly with product designers, engineers, sales teams, creative teams, retailers, and senior leadership.
You’re a Spectacular Fit With:
- A genuine passion for cycling and the ability to speak credibly with everyone from a first-time rider to a bike shop owner, engineer, journalist, or WorldTour mechanic.
- Experience working with international product development or manufacturing teams, particularly across Asia and North America.
- Fluency in Mandarin or experience collaborating closely with China-based teams.
- An instinct for identifying not only what makes a product better, but why that difference should matter to someone.
Success Metrics
- Establish a repeatable, cross-functional product launch process with clear ownership, timelines, deliverables, and go/no-go milestones within the first 90 days.
- Ensure every X-LAB product has clearly defined positioning, target rider, competitive set, key differentiators, and consumer-facing value proposition.

- Build a comprehensive competitive intelligence system covering key products, pricing, specifications, technologies, and market movements.
- Create an effective feedback loop between U.S. dealers and riders and X-LAB’s global product and engineering teams to influence future product development.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Our team, Consolidation, owns the first mile of the Wealthsimple relationship: onboarding, the homescreen + first layer of the app, and our Tiers program (Premium and Generation). Our job is to get new clients in the door, funded, and consolidating more of their financial life with Wealthsimple.
Our fastest-growing segment this year were high-net-worth clients. We're seeing real organic pull, and continuing to grow net deposits at the rate we have means winning larger, more complex relationships. Clients who today are typically served by private bankers and expect a level of service, product depth, and recognition that we need to meet and then beat.
That's the mandate for this role: continue to expand Wealthsimple’s growth upmarket. It means evolving our Tiers program into something a high-net-worth client would choose over their bank, and it means using what we know about a client to make a sharper, more personal case for bringing the rest of their financial life here. Convincing millions of Canadians to consolidate their financial lives at Wealthsimple is the mission we've been on for over 10 years, and we're looking for someone who can lead the next phase of this work and own it end to end.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help define the product vision and strategy for how Wealthsimple wins and serves high-net-worth clients, and own the roadmap to bring it to life.
- Lead the planning, development, launch, and iteration of a step change in our Tiers program. The service, product depth, and recognition that makes a client choose us as their primary financial institution.
- Build the personalized experiences that compel clients to consolidate: understanding a client's current financial life and making the case, in-product, for moving it to Wealthsimple.
- Working across the funding and consolidation funnel end to end, from a client's first session through to a fully consolidated relationship. Crafting the right incentives, onboarding journey, and product experiences along the way.
- Support a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists as we collectively explore new ways of working.
- Partner deeply with other product teams and departments across the company (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Client Experience, Legal and Compliance, and more). You'll own a meaningful piece of this directly and influence a much larger piece through others.
- Help elevate the Product Management practice at Wealthsimple and create an inclusive and supportive team culture.
SKILLS YOU BRING
- Years of shipping products people actually love — across both customer-facing and platform work. You've owned a product (or a big chunk of one) and know how to lead complex, cross-functional projects without losing momentum.
- A bias to ship. We don't do endless debate. The fastest way to know if something works is to put it in front of clients — so we ship, learn, and iterate.
- Enough technical fluency to keep up with engineers — you can talk architecture and tradeoffs, and you're hungry to learn what you don't know yet so you can make better calls.
- A real belief in financial inclusion — you want to build things that give more people access to financial freedom, not fewer.
- Bonus: Experience building, shipping, iterating and growing products from 0 to 1 over multiple years. We know building new client experiences that client love will require a sustained multi-year effort.
WHO YOU ARE
- A systems thinker. You can take a messy pile of use cases and distill them into one simple, elegant solution.
- A strong technical partner. You work hand-in-hand with engineering to turn a logical design into a real technical architecture.
- Comfortable in the grey. You can take raw, messy data (qualitative or quantitative) and pull out the actual problem, the real insight, the requirement that matters.
- A rigorous thinker. You don't skip steps. You work through problems systematically, and you know the difference between a good answer and a fast one.
- Scrappy, and happy to wear different hats. Sometimes that means building a business case. Sometimes it's mapping a workflow. Sometimes it's sitting across the table from a vendor or regulator and negotiating the details.
- A clear communicator. You can take something complicated and make it simple, without losing what matters.
- A collaborative, empathetic leader. You know how to work with a wide range of stakeholders and make sure everyone's voice actually gets heard.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
The Partner Team at Vercel is charged with creating mutual success for Vercel, our partners, and our customers. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Programs to build and scale the programs, infrastructure, and operating model that turn Vercel's partner strategy into repeatable, high-leverage execution across our entire partner ecosystem, including SIs, GSIs, ISV co-sell, and product partners.
Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, this person owns how partner strategy gets operationalized: designing the shared systems, journeys, and enablement that every partner type moves through, so partner leadership and partner managers can focus on strategy, relationships, and growth rather than rebuilding infrastructure partner-by-partner.
This is a hybrid position, with a required 3 days per week in one of our San Francisco, Austin, or New York City offices.
What you'll do
Own the partner journey framework: design and continuously improve the shared journey every partner moves through, from Acquisition to Onboarding to Activation to Acceleration, including eligibility criteria, intake paths, incentives, tiering, and agreements.
Lead partner enablement & certification: own the roadmap and delivery model for partner onboarding, training, certification, and badging programs, partnering with PSE and GTM Enablement on technical training content.
Establish governance & standards: define tiering, KPIs, and rules of engagement across partner types, and drive consistent standards across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Design repeatable GTM plays: build co-sell, pipeline-generation, and joint go-to-market motions that scale successful partner plays rather than reinventing them per relationship.
Run partner communications & community: own ongoing partner comms, news, meetups, summits, self-serve co-marketing kits, and the Partner Advisory Board with its feedback loops.
Use data to evolve programs: evaluate program and partner performance using data and partner feedback, and recommend where programs should expand, simplify, or retire.
Act as the execution arm of partner strategy: translate partner leadership's priorities (enterprise, agentic pipeline, scale) into clear, resourced programs and roadmaps.
What you need
6+ years in partnerships, partner programs, ecosystem enablement, or GTM strategy roles, in AI / Developer tooling.
Proven experience and results building and scaling partner programs.
Strong understanding of the developer, modern web, and AI agent ecosystem.
Experience with PRM systems, marketplaces, or partner ecosystem tooling.
Ability to translate ambiguous strategy into concrete, scalable programs and measurable execution.
Strong cross-functional leadership; comfortable driving alignment across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success without direct authority.
Data-driven approach to evaluating program performance and partner feedback.
Clear, confident communicator capable of building tools, content, and playbooks that other people can execute consistently.
Bonus if you have
Experience designing governance, tiering, or certification frameworks for multiple partner types simultaneously (SIs, ISVs, GSIs, resellers).
Exposure to AI/ML, devtools, cloud, or SaaS startup ecosystems.
Experience standing up or migrating PRM/marketplace infrastructure.

The San Francisco, CA on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $175,000 - $230,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. The Customer Success Team
The Customer Success Team owns full project lifecycles and client deliveries end-to-end; keeping Security Research, Secure Development, Engineering, Sales, Solutions, Executive team and clients aligned on a shared plan throughout the entire delivery. Core responsibility of the Customer Success team is client satisfaction as well as supporting any renewal discussions and ongoing partnership. The type of deliveries span across the security services work (audits, reviews, applied research), smart contract library development, web3 tooling as well as marketing and developer relationship engagements.
What you'll be doing
Own the Engagement:
Own the full lifecycle of strategic ecosystem accounts, from kickoff through delivery, renewal, and expansion. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for each client.
Drive Delivery:
Lead client kickoffs, manage scope through a structured change-order process, oversee end-to-end audit delivery, coordinate quality review and publishing, and proactively escalate risks to internal leadership.
Administer Program Governance:
Operate the day-to-day governance framework for each engagement — RASCI matrices, workstream structures, and engagement models — and keep the program's working cadence and reporting metrics current. Maintain core program artifacts (milestone plans, scope/MVP definitions, RAID logs) as the definitive source of truth, and formulate executive-level status reports for client and internal leadership.
Orchestrate Technical Delivery:
Coordinate architecture and requirements sessions with client engineering teams and translate outcomes into actionable delivery milestones. Oversee delivery across audit and engineering teams — backlogs, sprints, and stage gates — to ensure high-quality, on-time releases, and provide formal go/no-go recommendations at key milestones. Manage technical dependencies including repository access, audit cycles, and vendor onboarding, collaborating with legal on contractual or SOW-related blockers.
Coordinate Third-Party Infrastructure:
Synchronize delivery timelines and technical specifications with third-party infrastructure providers and partners, supporting senior leadership in commercial and contractual decision-making where needed.
Facilitate Dependency Mapping & Risk Management:
Facilitate stakeholder coordination and dependency mapping across cross-functional teams, resolving operational blockers at the working level and escalating critical decisions to senior stakeholders. Maintain the program's risk and compliance register and drive a regular cadence for regulatory-readiness governance and mitigation.
Build Account Intelligence:
Maintain deep, current knowledge of each ecosystem's goals, tech stack, governance, roadmap, and funding landscape. Anticipate client needs and surface opportunities before they are asked for.
Grow the Account:
Partner with Sales, Secure Development, Security Services, and Growth to identify upsell opportunities, build compelling renewal narratives tied to value delivered, and contribute directly to the business unit's recurring revenue and subscription targets. Coordinate on target-state and go-to-market use cases, monitoring GTM execution and flagging slippage to program leadership.
Engage Technically:
Review codebases at a high level for estimation purposes, hold meaningful technical conversations with client engineering teams, and translate between the client's technical context and OpenZeppelin's delivery teams.
Operate with Rigor:
Monitor team performance against key delivery metrics including resource utilization, allocation, and on-time delivery. Use our internal tooling (GitHub, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, and our internal automation system) to streamline workflows and reduce operational overhead.
Deliver Unreasonable Hospitality:
Every interaction should exceed expectations. You set the standard for exceptional client care across all account touchpoints, and the judgment calls that AI tooling cannot replicate are yours to make.
You have
5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Engagement Management, Solutions Architecture, or a closely related customer-facing technical role.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical delivery on time and within scope, and managing a book of business with renewal and expansion responsibility.
Technical background sufficient to review code at a high level for estimation and to hold credible conversations about smart contract architecture. You do not need to write Solidity, but you should not be lost in a code review.
Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, L1/L2 infrastructure, and the dynamics of open-source business models. Genuine passion for the space.
Solidity or Rust reading proficiency, or hands-on cybersecurity experience.
Exceptional relationship-building skills. Clients call you first because they want to, not because they have to.
Strong commercial instincts: experience managing renewal cycles, negotiating change orders, and building account expansion narratives.
Superb organization and the ability to manage multiple complex engagements concurrently across many stakeholders and time zones.
Advanced English; excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable presenting to a CTO and a CFO in the same meeting.
Advanced knowledge of project management and collaboration tools including GitHub, Notion, Linear, Slack, and HubSpot.
Comfort working in a fully remote, async-first, globally distributed environment.
Nice to have
Prior experience working directly with protocol teams, L2 ecosystems, or blockchain foundations.
Familiarity with OpenZeppelin's product suite (Contracts, Open-Source Tools, Audits, AI Auditor).
Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
Background in solutions consulting, technical pre-sales, or professional services delivery.
