ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
About the Role: We are looking for an GTM Engineer where you won’t just be using our tools—you’ll be the "First Customer," building the AI-native systems that power our technical support, onboarding, and customer success engines.
You will own the technical roadmap for how LangChain supports its users. Your goal is to drive massive case deflection and a premium onboarding experience by building autonomous agents that solve complex technical problems before a human ever needs to step in. This is a role for a builder-operator who can identify a friction point in the customer journey and ship a production-grade agentic solution to fix it.
YOU WILL:
- Architect Customer Agents: Design and deploy production-grade agents (using LangGraph and LangSmith) that handle technical support queries, troubleshoot integrations, and guide users through complex onboarding flows.
- Drive Case Deflection: Analyze customer friction points and build self-service AI systems that significantly reduce support volume while improving the quality of the customer experience.
- Own the Domain: Act as the product owner and the technical muscle proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, propose architectures, and own the full lifecycle of the systems you build.
- Dogfood the Stack: Be a key member of the feedback loop for our product team. As you build complex systems for our customers, you’ll identify gaps in our frameworks and contribute back to the LangChain and LangGraph open-source ecosystem.
- Build Onboarding Workflows: Develop "AI-native onboarding" experiences that help enterprise customers move from prototypes to production faster by automating documentation retrieval and code generation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- AI-Native Developer: You have a deep understanding of the LLM stack: prompting, retrieval (RAG), cognitive architectures, and agentic loops. You have likely already built with LangChain or LangGraph.
- Engineering Foundation: You are a strong software engineer (typically 3+ years) with at least 1 year of experience specifically shipping LLM systems in production.
- Self-Directed "Founder" Mentality: You don't need a ticket to tell you what to fix. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying high-impact problems, and driving them to completion autonomously.
- Full-Stack Capability: Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript (ideally both) and the ability to build end-to-end applications.
- Customer-Centric: You enjoy the intersection of high-level engineering and direct customer impact. You can translate a customer's technical pain point into a scalable system architecture.
Nice to Haves:
- Expertise with LangSmith for evaluation and monitoring.
- Experience building or maintaining open-source projects.
- A background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or high-growth GTM teams.
Compensation:
- We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. Benefits include things like medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance.
- Salary: $160K - $180K
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

Why you should join Fin today
AI is transforming everything—fast. We’re at the forefront, shaping the AI Agent category and redefining customer service with Fin. Soon, Fin will handle the vast majority of customer interactions, setting a new standard for support.
This shift isn’t just changing what we build—it’s changing how we work. Our team is constantly evolving, integrating AI into design, development, and go-to-market strategies.
At Fin, design is in our DNA. With 60+ designers across R&D and Brand and two co-founders from design, you’ll never have to fight for your place at the table.
Here, designers lead from the start, shaping products that millions of people interact with daily. If you want to work on cutting-edge AI experiences that push the boundaries of product design, there’s no better place to be.
Why this role exists
In a world where it’s easier and easier to get software off the ground and to 75% built, it’s the last 25% that really matters. We need deep craft specialists—people who will raise the quality bar, bring a spark of creativity, drive best-in-class interaction and visual design, and push execution excellence across our most strategic product areas.
This is not a strategy-only or people-management role. We need a maker, a doer, a leader in craft.
If you have a deep passion for interaction design, product thinking, and pixel-perfect execution—and the leadership and autonomy to drive impact without waiting for direction—this is the role for you.
Must Have Experience
We’re looking for a world-class IC designer who:
Has shipped complex, high-quality software products.
Designs for multiple surfaces—desktop, mobile, chat interfaces, AI first and emerging experiences.
Balances speed and detail—knows when to move fast and when to obsess over the last 1%.
Thinks end-to-end—from big-picture systems thinking to the smallest interaction detail.
Understands engineering and can build prototypes to communicate ideas (Framer, Loveable, Windsurf, Vercel, Figma, code etc...).
Has taste. You know what great design looks and feels like, and you push to get there.
Can tell a compelling story—articulating your decisions with clarity and conviction.
Operates with agency, ownership, and autonomy—doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
Who This Role Is Not For
This role is not for you if:
● You prefer strategy, research or system design over execution—this is a craft-heavy role.
● You need a lot of direction or structured processes—you should thrive in open-endedness and ambiguity.
● You don’t obsess over details—we’re looking for someone who sweats the pixels.
● You primarily work on marketing sites—this role is about designing deep, functional software experiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
● Owning end-to-end design for high-impact product areas from concept to execution.
● Defining new interaction patterns and design paradigms for Fin, our automation, and AI-powered tools.
● Sketching, prototyping, and testing ideas at different fidelities to validate decisions.
● Working closely with engineers and PMs to define problems, move quickly, and deliver high-quality solutions.
● Maintaining high standards of craft while balancing speed and execution.
● Contributing to design culture—mentoring others, pushing for greatness in a team, refining processes, and sharing knowledge inside and outside Fin.
What Success Looks Like
You’ll know you’re successful if:
1. You’ve raised the design bar. Your work is referenced as an example of exceptional craft and taste.
2. You’ve shipped product with major business impact. The areas you own are visibly better because of you.
3. You operate autonomously. You don’t need direction—you see what needs to be done and do it.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Product Manager to join OKX's Growth team and own the programs that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention at scale. You will design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns, referral mechanics, and incentive systems that directly move our core business metrics.
OKX is one of the world's leading crypto exchanges, serving over 50 million users globally. As we scale our US and European presence in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, our Growth team sits at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market. If you want to do the most impactful growth work in crypto right now, with real budget, real data, and real users, this is the seat.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define the growth product vision and own the roadmap and set the strategic direction for where we invest, what we build, and how we win across key markets.
Design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns and features with clear hypotheses, rapid experimentation cycles, and measurable outcomes.
Read data like a native: independently conduct funnel analysis, cohort segmentation, and channel ROI modeling to identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities and make fast resource allocation decisions.
Build fraud-resistant growth systems by design — model abuse vectors proactively, architect product-level guardrails against bot attacks, multi-accounting, and reward farming, and balance acquisition scale with cost quality as a P&L owner.
Drive cross-functional execution cross-functionally in a fast-moving, globally distributed org.
Champion AI-native product development, leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and decision-making across the team.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize growth strategies and adapt playbooks across different regulatory and market environments.
What We Look For In You
5–10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years directly owning growth, user acquisition, or activation — ideally at a crypto exchange, fintech platform, or hyper-growth consumer company.
Proven track record of designing and shipping growth campaigns or referral/incentive programs that drove significant user or revenue growth, with quantifiable results.
Sharp product instinct for user experience, you can spot friction in a signup flow, a poorly positioned CTA, or a broken incentive loop from the user's perspective, and you fix it fast.
Strong understanding of fraud and abuse patterns in growth programs
Thrives in ambiguity and speed: you're comfortable operating with incomplete information, making fast calls, and course-correcting.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-native workflows to multiply your output and are excited about integrating them into product development processes.
Excellent communication skills, can distill complex data and tradeoffs into clear recommendations for leadership, and can align diverse stakeholders without heavy process overhead.
Experience with multi-market or multi-region growth is a strong plus.
Crypto-native or fintech background is strongly preferred.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

- Manage key performance metrics defined within the team
- Respond to high-priority customer issues
- Create, refine, and scale support processes, working to improve overall support efficiency and effectiveness in handling complex, high-priority cases
- Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of both internal knowledge and customer-facing documentation, enhancing self-service support options for customers
- Participate in an on-call rotation to assist customers outside of normal working hours (once in a few months)
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years of experience in technical support, technical account management, or similar role
- You have experience owning and scaling support processes end-to-end to drive customer and company outcomes. This includes but is not limited to creating internal documentation, proposing and owning process changes, and advocating for specific customer outcomes
- You have a strong understanding of and experience with REST APIs
- You have experience advising customers on AI tool adoption
- You have knowledge of Single Sign-On including OAuth, SAML, and SCIM
- You have knowledge and experience troubleshooting desktop applications on Microsoft Windows and macOS
- You have experience advising both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and communicating complex issues with clarity

- You are able to analyze server and client application logs and identify the root cause of errors
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can work with both technical and non-technical audiences
- You are able to balance user expectations while understanding policies and compliance boundaries
- You are able to work under pressure and remain focused, confident and professional
- You are able to collaborate effectively with peers and across teams that are located in multiple offices
- You have experience mentoring more junior team members to deepen their technical expertise and drive outcomes for the business and customers
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
NICE TO HAVES
- Knowledge of Linux, APIs, NoSQL, MySQL, and similar open-source technologies
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
The Engineering Platform team helps 300+ Ramp engineers move faster without breaking things. We work across the full software development lifecycle, including local development, CI/CD, testing, service frameworks, reliability, architecture, performance, and maintenance.
Platform engineers on this team do not wait for a roadmap to be handed to them. They find high-leverage problems, validate them with engineers and data, ship solutions, and iterate until those solutions are trusted, adopted, and durable.
Agentic development has expanded our mission. We are building the systems that let engineers and AI agents work together effectively in Ramp’s large, complex codebases: clear abstractions, orchestration, reliable workflows, fast feedback loops, and strong guardrails are now even more important. These platform investments unlock agentic workflows that can plan, execute, test, review, and ship meaningful changes, helping every engineer and agent at Ramp maximize their impact.
What You'll Do
- Improve Ramp’s development workflows across CI/CD, testing, local development, code review, deploys, and remote environments.
- Design paved paths for high-frequency engineering tasks, including service creation, migrations, reliable background jobs, and safe production changes.
- Help Ramp’s codebase and infrastructure scale by improving modularity, performance, reliability, and maintainability across our Python monolith, internal libraries, and database systems.
- Identify repetitive or error-prone engineering workflows, then build automation that helps engineers and AI agents complete them faster, more consistently, and more safely.
- Turn recurring sources of friction or risk into reusable systems, workflows, and defaults that teams actually adopt.
What We're Looking For
- You think in systems across code, infrastructure, workflows, reliability, performance, and people.
- You have built and led improvements to systems that make other engineers more effective, including developer tooling, CI/CD, test infrastructure, service frameworks, or large-scale codebase architecture.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and ownership. You can identify problems, align stakeholders, make tradeoffs, ship useful solutions, and iterate. You dive into whatever part of the tech stack or process is necessary to solve problems.
- You understand that speed and quality go hand in hand: the best platforms make safe, high-quality engineering feel faster, not slower.
