What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Consultant Relations VP, you’ll be embedded in the Strategic Alliances team and report directly to the Vice President of Consultant Relations.
As VP of Consultant Relations, you’ll own Garner’s most strategic relationships with the largest national broker and consulting firms and set how Garner shows up with advisors. You’ll be a known, trusted name to practice leaders across the industry, define the business-development plan for a national portfolio, and be accountable for turning those relationships into closed distribution at scale. It’s a role for someone with an existing rolodex who is seen as an educator and thought partner in the space.
What you will do
Own Garner’s relationships with the largest, most complex national broker and consulting firms, becoming the trusted, go-to name for practice leaders and SMEs and setting how Garner shows up with top distributors.
Define and drive the business-development plan for a national portfolio, consistently converting consultant relationships into closed distribution and firm-level data-licensing deals.
Orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale — Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Operations — behind the biggest partnerships, and channel consultant insight into Garner’s go-to-market strategy.
Design the data-driven approach for the whole portfolio — contracting targets, timing, and closure rates — and use it to steer where the team invests.
Bring deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader benefits ecosystem, reframing Garner’s value to each firm’s priorities as a credible educator and thought partner in the market.
What we're looking for
8+ years in employee-benefits consulting / broker or channel-alliances roles with national-firm scope, and your own senior rolodex across the major firms — you build and own trusted relationships end-to-end and set how Garner shows up with top distributors.
You operate with data rigor at portfolio scale: you design the goals, metrics, and tooling that track contracting targets, timing, and closure rates and steer where to invest.
You know the benefits-consulting and broker landscape cold — deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader ecosystem — and are seen as an educator and thought partner to sophisticated buyers.
You orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale (Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Ops) behind the biggest partnerships and channel partner insight into go-to-market strategy.
You drive national business development — targeting the right firms, generating and advancing pipeline across the portfolio, and closing distribution with little hand-holding, accountable for the number.
You influence at the executive level, synthesizing a market point of view and securing buy-in from senior external and internal leaders for cross-functional bets.
You bring hunger and a roll-up-your-sleeves bias at scale in a fast-moving environment, operating with accountability and authentic feedback.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. You will also support the development, coordination, and tracking of responses to regulators, working directly with Legal and Local Compliance teams on regulatory inquiries, escalated complaints, and related supervisory matters. This requires strong regulatory judgment, excellent written communication, and the ability to coordinate complex matters across multiple teams and jurisdictions.
What You’ll Be Doing

Maintain global regulatory alignment by partnering with local Heads of Compliance to identify changes in jurisdictional requirements and ensure global policies, standards, procedures, and local requirements remain current and appropriately implemented.

Turn complaint data into actionable compliance and conduct-risk intelligence by monitoring trends, recurring issues, root causes, regulatory complaints, overdue cases, customer outcomes, and potential systemic issues requiring broader investigation or remediation.
Own complaints governance and executive reporting, including reporting to compliance committees and serving as the standing owner of the complaints agenda for compliance leadership meetings.
Maintain the complaint management database, service level agreement adherence, and escalation thresholds across all regions.
Serve as the central Compliance point of contact for material complaint matters, including complaints or inquiries escalated to regulators, ensuring consistent governance, appropriate escalation, and defensible documentation.
Drive continuous improvement of the framework, using QA results, regulatory developments, complaint trends, and lessons learned to strengthen controls and improve customer outcomes globally.
What We Look For In You
Strong experience developing and managing responses to regulators is required, including regulatory inquiries, information requests, examinations, escalated customer complaints, and other supervisory matters. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs, develop clear and defensible written responses, manage regulatory deadlines, and track resulting commitments and remediation through closure.
Significant experience in regulatory compliance, conduct risk, consumer protection, complaints oversight, or a related discipline, ideally within a highly regulated and globally distributed organization.
Demonstrated experience owning or overseeing a multi-jurisdictional compliance framework, including translating regulatory requirements into scalable global standards, controls, monitoring, and governance while appropriately incorporating local requirements.
Strong regulatory and customer-outcome judgment, with the ability to distinguish individual service issues from matters presenting potential regulatory, conduct, consumer-harm, reputational, or systemic risk.
Demonstrated experience with root-cause analysis and systemic remediation, including assessing whether broader customer populations may be affected and driving appropriate corrective action.
Strong second-line oversight and challenge capabilities, with experience designing or operating risk-based monitoring, QA, issue escalation, remediation tracking, and governance processes.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, trend analysis, SLA monitoring, management information, and executive reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with regulators, Legal, Compliance, senior executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven ability to influence geographically dispersed teams and senior stakeholders.

Familiarity with complaints-handling and customer protection expectations across major global regulatory regimes, including those established by the FCA, CFPB, MAS, European Supervisory Authorities (EBA, ESMA and EIOPA), and other relevant national competent authorities and dispute-resolution bodies.
Relevant professional certification or advanced qualification such as CAMS, CFE, CRCM, CCEP/CCEP-I, ICA compliance qualifications, CIA, CRCMP, JD or equivalent legal qualification, or a comparable compliance, risk, or audit credential.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to serve as a founding member of our go-to-market expansion into Southeast Asia, based in Singapore. You will drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with the region's leading digital-native companies—from high-growth startups to established unicorns and super-apps—across Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Owning the full sales cycle from first outbound to launch, you'll act as a trusted partner to customers as they embed Claude into their products and operations. As a first mover in ASEAN, you'll shape our regional strategy from the ground up, building the playbooks and market insight that will scale as our team grows.
Key responsibilities
Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic across ASEAN, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through deployment with digital-native customers
Design and execute sales strategies tailored to the region's distinct markets, accounting for differences in market maturity, regulatory environment, language, and buying behaviour across Southeast Asian countries
Spearhead market expansion by identifying high-potential customer segments and use cases within the region's startup and scale-up ecosystem, including fintech, e-commerce, super-apps, gaming, SaaS, and logistics
Establish foundational go-to-market practices as a first mover in ASEAN, creating playbooks, templates, and frameworks that scale with the team
Inform product roadmaps by gathering customer feedback and conveying market needs specific to Southeast Asian enterprises, including multilingual and localisation requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, marketing, solutions, and partnerships—including regional cloud and channel partners—to differentiate our offerings and sustain a competitive edge
Serve as a market expert on ASEAN's digital-native landscape, providing strategic insight to global leadership on regional trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities
Minimum qualifications
12+ years of enterprise sales experience driving adoption of emerging technologies with digital-native businesses in Southeast Asia, with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
Deep understanding of the ASEAN startup and scale-up ecosystem, including familiarity with leading digital-native companies across multiple markets in the region
Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing strategic deals by translating multifaceted technical requirements into tailored solutions
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced organisations while managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
Extensive experience negotiating complex, customised commercial agreements in Southeast Asian market contexts
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships from ICs to C-level executives and cultural fluency across ASEAN business environments
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity as a founding team member building processes and strategy from scratch
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications
Experience selling AI/ML, developer platforms, cloud, or API-based products to technical buyers
Existing relationships with founders, CTOs, and product leaders at prominent Southeast Asian technology companies
Experience working with hyperscaler or channel partners to co-sell into regional accounts
Working proficiency in a Southeast Asian language in addition to English (e.g. Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai)
Experience establishing a new market or region for a high-growth technology company
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems, and a strong interest in ensuring frontier AI is developed safely
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join the team responsible for the accounting for Hasbro's global network of licensees across categories such as merchandising, publishing, digital gaming, casino, and location-based entertainment. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Royalties, you will own core royalty accounting, close, and control activities — and, just as importantly, help build a stronger, more efficient way of running them.
This is a role for a strong accountant who is not content to run the process as-is. We are actively modernizing how royalty accounting works — strengthening controls, simplifying processes, and raising the bar on accuracy and efficiency — and you will be a driving force in that effort. Success in this role means seeing a manual, repetitive, or fragile process and making it better, pairing that instinct with disciplined, reliable execution.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.
What You Will Do as a Senior Accountant:
Own royalty accounting, close, and reconciliations — prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring royalty revenue and associated balances are recorded completely, accurately, and on time.
Strengthen controls and process — build, improve, and stand behind the controls and checks that keep royalty accounting accurate and well-documented, closing gaps and making the process more reliable quarter over quarter.
Drive continuous improvement and lean process change — actively identify manual, repetitive, or fragile steps and redesign, automate, or streamline them; measure the impact and make the improvement stick.
Account for licensee guarantees and overages — ensure minimum guarantees, overages, and related true-ups are tracked, calculated, and recorded accurately, and that issues are surfaced and resolved.
Partner across the business — work closely with the offshore royalty operations team, Finance, Legal, and business partners to keep royalty accounting aligned to operational reality and to move issues to resolution.
Support audits — prepare documentation and respond to internal and external auditor requests, and help ensure the control environment holds up to scrutiny.
Read and apply contract terms — review licensing agreements and amendments to ensure royalty accounting reflects the terms of the deal, partnering with Technical Accounting on complex judgments.
Complete ad hoc projects — support special analyses and process or system initiatives as the function evolves.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
Minimum 3 years of public accounting and/or public company experience; Big Four experience preferred.
A genuine bias toward continuous improvement — demonstrated success identifying a manual or inefficient process and redesigning, automating, or streamlining it, with measurable results.
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls / Sarbanes-Oxley concepts.
Comfort and curiosity with systems and technology, and eagerness to use tools to work more efficiently and reduce manual effort.
Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts; knowledge of the licensing industry or royalty accounting is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and BlackLine preferred.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
WHO WE ARE:
This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for Germany, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution.
- Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
- Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to German customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
- Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
- Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across Germany.
- Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger “build with the customer” motions.
- Make agentic transformation central to the German GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption.
- Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value.
- Build “sell with” partner motions in Germany, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning.
- Establish Notion as a visible force in the German ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy.
- Represent the voice of German customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics.
- Create a talent destination in Germany by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in Germany and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one. You have led through managers, owned complex revenue outcomes, and created local market momentum through customers, partners, community, and talent.
You combine second-line leadership with builder energy. You can set a crisp country strategy, install the operating system to execute it, and step into the field when needed — whether joining an executive customer conversation, sharpening a pipeline plan, coaching a manager, or helping the team translate a customer problem into an AI-powered, agentic workflow.
You are excited by Notion’s shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model and believe the best GTM teams will increasingly be builders: BDRs who identify transformation opportunities, Solutions Consultants who build with customers in the room, Outcomes Architects who turn early workflows into durable adoption, and Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers who design the technical systems behind complex agentic workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in Germany.
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
- Deep knowledge of the German enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics.
- Experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.
- Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
- Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process.
- Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
- Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building.
- Fluency in German and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes.
- Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.

Our platform supports more than 200 organizations and 40 million attributed lives across value-based care, risk adjustment, population health, and life sciences programs.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Arcadia's commercial team depends on consistent process, clean pipeline data, and forecasts to help manage and grow the business. As a fast-growing company, we need to scale our infrastructure, systems and operating model to one that aligns to the pace of the growth. This role owns the systems, tools, and cadences that make pipeline reviews, forecasting, and reporting consistent and accurate across the entire commercial team.
Part of the initial mandate is understanding the current ecosystem of tools and technology that support commercial and revenue operations today, and making recommendations on the optimal tech stack for the function going forward — one that is AI native. This person will be the accountable owner of that stack and roadmap, partnering closely with Product and Tech to build the AI-native operating system rather than building it in isolation.
This person will run point on sales operations and the forecasting cadence, and will build the AI-powered operating layer (dashboards, briefings, and workflow tools) that gives the entire commercial organization — not just its leadership — real-time visibility and leverage.
This is role is for someone who is execution oriented. You'll work in the tools yourself — not just direct others to — while also setting the strategy, systems, and rigor that let Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance move as one aligned, predictable engine.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the revenue operating system, designing and scaling the processes, metrics, and infrastructure that drive consistent, predictable performance across the business
Partner with Systems Engineering to drive end-to-end improvements and scalability in Salesforce, including structure, data hygiene, workflow automation, and adoption across the sales org
Evaluate the current ecosystem of tools and technology supporting commercial and revenue operations, and make recommendations on the optimal, AI-native tech stack for the function
Serve as the accountable owner of that tech stack and roadmap, partnering closely with Product and Tech to build the AI-native operating system rather than building it in isolation
Own pricing strategy, SKUs, and the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, ensuring pricing structures and deal execution are clean, consistent, and scalable
Own the forecasting cadence and develop robust, repeatable forecasting models (pipeline, bookings, ARR) that improve accuracy and predictability
Build the AI-powered operating layer — automated briefings, pipeline intelligence, meeting prep, and reporting dashboards — that gives the commercial organization real-time visibility
Establish and maintain a unified KPI framework, ensuring alignment on definitions, visibility, and accountability across the funnel
Act as connective tissue across live opportunities, coordinating Marketing, Finance, the RFP team, Value Enablement, and Sales Engineering so they're effectively leveraged
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to align execution with company goals and financial plans
Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales efficiency to identify opportunities and drive improvements
Design and manage sales compensation and incentive plans that align with business objectives and drive desired behaviors across GTM teams
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
Build a deep understanding of Arcadia's GTM model, revenue streams, and key SaaS metrics (ARR, NDR, GDR, pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycle)
Assess current RevOps infrastructure, CRM configuration, reporting, and forecasting methodologies
Map the current ecosystem of tools and technology supporting commercial and revenue operations, and begin forming a point of view on the optimal, AI-native tech stack
Establish trust across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership
In 6 months
Own the CRM and forecasting cadence end-to-end, with a unified KPI framework giving clear visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and GTM efficiency
Ship the first version of the AI-powered operating layer (automated briefings, dashboards, and reporting tools) that reduces manual reporting burden for commercial leadership
Improve forecast accuracy through enhanced pipeline modeling and data-driven insights
In 12 months
Operate a scalable revenue operating system — process, CRM, forecasting, and AI tooling — that enables predictable growth and aligns planning across GTM and Finance
Deliver consistent, high-confidence forecasts and actionable insights that directly inform the executive team's decisions
Improve key performance metrics (e.g., pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales productivity, retention) through data-driven optimizatio
What You'll Bring
The Role, Done Before
You have held this exact role — Head/Director of Revenue Operations or equivalent — at a company of similar growth stage, and can point to what you built and owned.
Growth-Stage Fluency
Track record of operating at growth-stage speed and ambiguity — scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable building infrastructure from scratch rather than administering something already built. Candidates whose experience is exclusively at large, mature organizations without growth-stage exposure are not a fit for this seat.
Deep SaaS Metrics Expertise
Strong command of key SaaS metrics including ARR, NDR, GDR, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, and sales productivity, and how they connect to business performance.
Forecasting & Modeling Rigor
Proven ability to build and operationalize forecasting models (e.g., pipeline velocity, ARR forecasting) that improve accuracy and predictability.
CRM & Systems Ownership
Deep, hands-on experience owning a CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and the broader GTM tech stack — configuration, data integrity, and workflow design, not just consumption of dashboards.
Pricing & Quote-to-Cash Experience
Hands-on experience owning pricing strategy, SKU structure, and the quote-to-cash process, ideally in a company that scaled or restructured its pricing model.
AI-Forward
Comfortable using AI tools to build operational leverage — automating reporting, briefings, and workflows rather than relying solely on headcount to scale.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Track record of partnering effectively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and executive leadership to drive alignment and results.
Operator Mindset
Ability to move between strategy and execution, translating insights into action and driving measurable impact.
Would Love for You to Have
8–12+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM analytics in a SaaS environment
Experience supporting a high-growth SaaS company through key milestones (e.g., post-acquisition integration, scale-up, or M&A)
Familiarity with modern BI, AI, and planning tools (e.g., Sigma, Adaptive, Salesforce ecosystem, AI-native reporting/agent tools) and building self-service analytics environments
Experience designing and optimizing sales compensation plans at scale
What You'll Get
The mandate to build a consistent, predictable commercial engine — including its AI-powered tooling — rather than inherit and maintain one
A growth path from individual contributor to leading the people and functions that support sales operations as Arcadia scales
A mission-driven culture where your work supports better healthcare outcomes
Competitive compensation and strong benefits, including Flexible Time Off
A collaborative, data-driven environment focused on impact, ownership, and continuous improvement

As the Manager of Commercial Applied AI Architects at Anthropic, you will drive adoption of frontier AI across our mid-market and SMB customers by leading a team of technical architects who help companies build and deploy with the Claude API, Claude Code, the Agent SDK, and Claude for Enterprise. Commercial is one of Anthropic's largest and fastest-moving books of business: thousands of companies, a rapidly growing sales team, and a small group of architects whose job is to change deal outcomes where technical depth matters most. Your team's leverage does not come from being everywhere. It comes from choosing the right accounts to go deep on, then turning what they learn there into blueprints, demos, tooling, and enablement that reach the rest of the book.
You will bring your own builder credibility and technical judgment to the role. Our architects ship working code: prototypes, eval frameworks, near-production examples that customers extend, and internal tooling that scales the team itself. You do not need to be the strongest engineer in the room, but you should expect to be in the work with your team, not just reviewing it from above. When an architect is deep in a hard engagement, you will often be right there alongside them, unblocking, pairing, and pressure-testing, while the account itself stays theirs.
This is a first-line leadership role reporting to the Head of Applied AI, Commercial. You will start by managing a team of architects and are expected to help grow it well beyond its current size, partnering with Commercial sales leadership on coverage, qualification, and where technical investment pays off. You will co-own the strategy for how Applied AI shows up in the Commercial segment, and you will be judged on your team's outcomes and growth, not your own.
Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and grow a team of Commercial Applied AI Architects, setting a high bar for technical credibility, customer impact, and speed
Own hiring for your team as it scales, defining the profile, running the loop, and building onboarding that gets new architects into customer conversations quickly
Set goals and run reviews for your team, and develop each architect's career with clear, direct feedback
Decide where your team's depth goes. Own the qualification and prioritization framework for Applied AI engagement across a very large book, and be comfortable saying no
Work alongside your architects on their most consequential engagements, from technical discovery through deployment and expansion, and model what great looks like without taking the work off their plate
Build and own the segment's technical playbooks for Claude API integrations, Claude Code rollouts, agentic architectures on the Agent SDK, and Claude for Enterprise deployments, and turn account-level wins into reusable assets that scale one-to-many
Partner closely with Commercial sales leadership and Account Executives to co-build segment strategy, tighten the AE-to-architect operating model, and drive adoption across mid-market and SMB
Ensure your team consistently surfaces how mid-market companies are building with Claude, and translate that signal into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering
Represent Anthropic technically at customer sites, workshops, roadshows, and events, and contribute to thought leadership through content and speaking
Stay ahead of the AI engineering landscape, including agentic architectures, eval design, context engineering, and developer tooling, and keep your team operating at the frontier
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or similar), with 3+ years managing pre-sales or technical go-to-market teams
Know how to hire well, coach effectively, give hard feedback kindly, and create an environment where builders do their best work
Have led technical teams in a high-velocity, high-volume sales motion, where the constraint is your team's capacity rather than pipeline, and have a real point of view on how to allocate scarce technical talent across a large book
Bring builder credibility. You have built and deployed LLM-powered applications, you understand what separates a prototype from a production system, and you can hold your own with a customer's engineering leadership
Have hands-on familiarity with agentic architectures, LLM evaluation, and modern AI developer tooling, and can coach architects through the design decisions their customers face
Have a systems mindset. When you see a problem, your instinct is to build one thing that serves ten customers rather than ten things that serve one
Are comfortable in ambiguous, early-stage environments where the playbook does not exist yet, and have a track record of building structure as you go
Have strong executive presence and can build trust with technical and business leaders alike
Have a genuine passion for making powerful technology safe and societally beneficial
Strong candidate may have:
Scaled a technical pre-sales or forward-deployed team from a handful of people to a mature function, including defining the hiring bar, onboarding programs, and coaching systems from scratch
Sold to and built for mid-market companies, with a clear understanding of how technical buying decisions differ between a 500-person company and a Fortune 500
Rolled out AI coding assistants or developer tools inside engineering organizations, and know how those teams evaluate, adopt, and measure them
A visible technical presence through conference talks, written content, or open-source contributions

Anthropic trains and serves Claude across multiple cloud providers and accelerator platforms. The Platform Portability team owns the abstractions, tooling, and deployment infrastructure that make this possible without every engineering and research team needing to become experts in different clouds.
As an engineer on Platform Portability, you'll design and build the systems that let us bring up new capacity, ship our platform to cloud provider platforms & marketplaces, and move workloads between providers with confidence. You'll work closely with our cloud partners on capabilities we need that don't exist yet, and with internal Compute, Inference, and Security teams to make "which cloud is this running on?" a question most engineers at Anthropic never have to ask. Your work directly determines how quickly and reliably we can put safe, frontier AI in front of users — wherever they are.
What you'll do
Our work splits into two workstreams, and we need your help across both.
Portable infrastructure.
We build the provider-agnostic abstractions for storage, messaging, and connectivity that let Anthropic's systems run on any cloud, and they have to hold up at the scale of frontier model inference. You'll design and build those abstractions, plus the tooling that lets internal teams provision, configure, and operate services across clouds through one consistent interface. You'll also hunt down the provider-specific assumptions hiding in our codebase and set the patterns that keep new ones from creeping in.
Claude on partner clouds.
We ship Claude onto third-party cloud platforms, and every launch has to be repeatable. You'll own that delivery end to end, including the build, release, and validation pipelines behind it. You'll work directly with engineering teams at our cloud partners and internal infrastructure stakeholders to land the features we need, debug platform issues, and influence their roadmaps. Expect to go deep on native integrations with each provider, and to do the cross-cutting work that keeps our platform consistent across all of them.
Across both, you'll shape how the rest of Anthropic builds for multiple clouds. You'll review designs with cloud-portability implications, mentor engineers across the org on multi-cloud patterns, and bring internal stakeholders into alignment through clear writing and conversation. You'll also take your turn in the on-call rotation, and you'll design the postmortems, runbooks, and incident response that help us never fail the same way twice.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience building and operating production distributed systems
Own large-scale infrastructure systems and lead ambiguous, cross-team technical projects from design through production
Run the same production workload across multiple cloud providers, including the migration or abstraction work that made it possible
Understand how cloud IAM models and networking primitives (VPC peering, private connectivity, service mesh) differ across providers
Write production code in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, Go, or Rust)
Work confidently with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi)
Understand ML infrastructure and supporting interconnects
Ship software through hyperscaler marketplaces or managed-model platforms
Bring a background in security, compliance, or data residency for regulated or sovereign cloud environments
Care about the societal impacts of your work and Anthropic's mission to build safe, beneficial AI

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp wins when our customers win. Ramp’s customer base is scaling rapidly, spanning more businesses, more users, and more use cases across increasingly complex finance operations. At the same time, our expanding product surface area — from cards and expense management to bill payments, procurement, vendor management, accounting automation, and emerging products — is creating more nuanced customer needs and more cross-functional support moments. AI is changing what is possible in parallel: giving CX new ways to route, resolve, and guide customers, while raising the bar for where human judgment, specialization, and consultative support matter most.
We are hiring a Director to lead a critical part of our omni-channel Customer Experience organization: the teams and leaders serving customers across Phone, Email, and Chat. You will lead within a 24/7 customer operation, ensuring the right coverage, leadership, and customer experience across channels. This role is accountable for the performance of its channel portfolio, helping customers get the right answer quickly and delivering consistent results across quality, speed, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
The role combines direct leadership of channel teams with close partnership across CX Operations, CX Specialized teams, CX AI Ops, and Product Operations. You will develop strong managers and frontline teams, create real accountability, and stay close enough to the work to understand where customers and teams are getting stuck. You will translate the department’s direction into clear priorities, stronger operating routines, and measurable improvements across Phone, Email, and Chat.
Because Ramp’s CX team sits within the Product organization, this role has close ties to the technical teams and products our customers use every day. That proximity gives CX a unique opportunity to turn frontline insight into better workflows, stronger product feedback loops, and an AI-powered way of working.
This role is a strong fit for a thoughtful, hands-on leader who learns quickly, raises the bar, and makes clear decisions in a fast-changing environment. You are comfortable owning the day-to-day, rolling up your sleeves to understand the work and the product deeply, developing people, setting high standards, and turning complex problems into clear plans that improve outcomes for customers and teams. You will help define how managers lead, how frontline teams use AI and automation, where human judgment matters most, how channels work together, and how CX scales through Ramp’s next chapter.
If you love building high-performing teams, solving hard operational problems, and helping customers win through rapid product, business, and AI-driven change, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own day-to-day channel execution — lead Phone, Email, and Chat teams, stay close to the work, and drive frontline performance across customer satisfaction, quality, service levels, resolution quality, and productivity.
- Develop CX leadership — coach Managers, set clear expectations, and build accountability for team performance and customer outcomes.
- Serve as an escalation point — help resolve high-priority customer and internal escalations, bringing sound judgment, urgency, and clear communication to complex issues.
- Improve tools, workflows, and channel execution — use product knowledge, customer feedback, quality findings, and performance data to improve operating routines, resolve cross-channel trade-offs, and partner with CX Operations, CX Specialized teams, AI, Product Operations, Product, Engineering, Risk, and other stakeholders on better workflows and automation opportunities.
- Challenge how we operate — evaluate whether our metrics, workflows, team structures, training, and operating model meet today’s customer and business needs. Bring a founder mindset by questioning assumptions, testing new approaches, and helping the organization evolve.
- Shape the AI-powered future of CX — define how CX should evolve as Ramp grows, including how managers lead, how frontline teams use AI and automation, where specialization improves the customer experience, and where human judgment should be elevated.
- Turn strategy and emerging opportunities into scalable operations — translate department priorities and new business areas into clear channel plans, repeatable processes, strong change management, and high adoption across Phone, Email, and Chat.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience as a leader who has managed large, complex operational teams in a fast-paced environment; traditional support experience is valuable but not required.
- Exceptional learning agility and horsepower, with startup or similarly high-ownership operating experience; you learn new domains quickly, move through ambiguity, and build structure without waiting for perfect information.
- A record of improving customer-facing operations through rigorous analysis, strategic problem solving, and strong execution, including finding practical solutions to complex problems others may miss.
- An empathetic, direct leadership style that develops people while holding a high personal and team bar for performance, quality, ownership, and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to align teams and cross-functional partners around difficult decisions.
- A builder mentality around technology and operations, with experience using AI, automation, or workflow tooling to transform the customer and team experience and drive changes from idea to adoption.
- Curiosity about the business behind the support motion, with the ability to connect customer needs, product complexity, frontline workflows, and company priorities.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience leading multiple customer-facing channels, such as Phone, Email, Chat, or other real-time and asynchronous support operations.
- Experience in FinTech, financial services, or another complex, highly regulated environment.
- Experience partnering with operations, product, or tooling teams to improve customer-facing workflows across multiple teams.
- Experience scaling customer operations at a high-growth startup.
