Since day one, we’ve been focused on giving modern enterprises the ability to innovate quickly, stay competitive, and earn customer trust by respecting data privacy and complying with consent guidelines. Our products help organizations operate confidently in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technological landscape.
About the Role
Osano is looking for a
Demand Generation Manager
to help build and execute programs that create awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
This is a
hands-on individual contributor role
for someone who enjoys both the strategic and executional sides of demand generation. You'll own campaigns from idea through execution and measurement, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to reach the right audiences with the right message at the right time.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable digging into performance data, experimenting with new approaches, and continuously improving how we generate and convert demand. You'll have meaningful ownership over your programs without direct people-management responsibilities.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns and programs end to end to drive qualified pipeline against Osano's revenue goals.
Build multi-channel programs across email, paid media, content syndication, sponsorships, webinars and events, content, organic channels, and account-based marketing.
Own Osano's in-house paid media program across core and emerging channels like Google/Bing search, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and ChatGPT
Partner closely with Sales to ensure campaigns align with target accounts, pipeline priorities, and the needs of the go-to-market organization.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to develop compelling campaign messaging, offers, and assets for key audiences and stages of the buyer journey.
Work with Revenue Operations to ensure campaigns, lead flows, attribution, and reporting are set up accurately within our marketing and CRM systems.
Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution, using data to identify what's working, what isn't, and where we should invest next.
Analyze funnel performance across lead generation, conversion, pipeline creation, and revenue to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop audience segments and targeted programs based on industry, persona, account characteristics, intent, and buyer behavior.
Test and optimize messaging, channels, creative, audiences, and conversion paths to continually improve campaign performance.
Help develop and refine Osano's account-based marketing strategy and execute programs targeting high-value accounts.
Manage campaign budgets and make recommendations on how to allocate spend based on performance and business priorities.
Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain strong campaign tracking, reporting, and attribution.
Stay current on demand generation trends, channels, and tools, bringing new ideas and experiments to the team.
Share campaign insights and results with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders, translating performance data into clear recommendations and next steps.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, integrated marketing, or a related B2B marketing role, preferably within SaaS or technology.
Demonstrated experience building and executing integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how marketing programs influence prospects from initial awareness through opportunity creation.
Experience working across multiple demand generation channels, including email, paid media, content, webinars/events, and ABM.
Hands-on experience running paid search and LinkedIn campaigns in the platforms yourself, not through an agency, with a track record of scaling spend efficiently.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and funnel data and turn insights into action.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
Familiarity with campaign attribution, funnel metrics, lead management, and pipeline reporting.
Comfortable owning projects independently and moving between strategy and hands-on execution.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities at once.
Collaborative mindset and experience partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Content.
Curious and experimental approach—you enjoy testing ideas, learning from the results, and continuously improving performance.
Clear communicator who can explain both campaign strategy and performance to stakeholders across the organization.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success isn't measured simply by the number of campaigns launched or leads generated. You'll help Osano build a demand generation engine that consistently reaches the right audiences and translates marketing investment into meaningful business results.
You'll be successful when you're:
Generating qualified pipeline that supports company revenue goals.
Improving conversion throughout the marketing and sales funnel.
Building repeatable, scalable campaigns rather than relying on one-off tactics.
Giving the team clear visibility into campaign and channel performance.
Using data and experimentation to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
Building strong alignment between Marketing and Sales around audiences, campaigns, and pipeline.
Who You Are
You're equal parts
marketer, operator, and problem solver
. You can zoom out to think about campaign strategy and the buyer journey, then zoom in to build, launch, analyze, and optimize the program yourself.
You're comfortable with numbers but don't lose sight of the people behind them. You understand that great demand generation isn't just about producing more leads—it's about creating the right engagement with the right buyers and turning that engagement into sustainable pipeline and revenue.
Most importantly, you're someone who likes to own your work. You don't need a large team beneath you to make an impact; you're energized by rolling up your sleeves, collaborating across the business, and seeing your ideas translate into measurable results.
Why Us
A well-defined career path that’s not just “climbing the ladder” - learn different competencies, skills, and concepts as you progress and get recognized for it.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Hardware is becoming critical to how AI gets built, and the legal questions are as new as the technology. We're hiring a Commercial Counsel, Hardware to help Anthropic's product teams move fast, build safely, and get the legal calls right.
In this role, you'll negotiate a high volume of fast-moving deals for hardware, components, software, and emerging technology procurement needs. This role will also lead multifaceted technology, data, and partnership deals, many of them the first of their kind at Anthropic.
You'll be the legal and risk partner that technical and business leaders turn to when they need a fast, practical read on a deal or purchase. You'll clear low risk transactions quickly, spot the ones that deserve a closer look, and build scalable solutions as new complexities come up, all while working alongside Procurement and Finance and Legal colleagues in areas like privacy, IP, and trade. Along the way, you'll also support partnerships with major tech companies, universities, and media organizations, which gives you a view across much of the business.
Key responsibilities
Negotiate and close a high volume of agreements for hardware and components, including review of embedded firmware and companion software licenses
Structure and negotiate complex technology, data, and partnership agreements
Track legal and regulatory changes that affect hardware products and components, such as product safety rules and restrictions on foreign-made components, and explain what they mean for our plans
Identify trade, export control, sanctions, and supply chain concerns in cross-border sourcing, and work with our national security and compliance teams to resolve them
Build and maintain self-serve guidance, templates, and AI-assisted review tools so routine purchases don't wait on Legal
Manage outside counsel for specialist questions and overflow volume
Cover other technology or hardware transactions on the Legal team as needed
Minimum qualifications
JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (California preferred)
Hands-on experience buying hardware and firmware, components, and software in high volume, fast-paced environments
Deep experience leading complex deals, such as technology or data licensing, joint development, or supply partnerships
Working knowledge of international supply chains and how sourcing choices (and their associated risks) show up in contracts (lead times, single-source risk, warranties, country of origin, higher risk jurisdictions)
Working knowledge of trade and regulatory compliance for hardware, including export controls, sanctions, tariffs and customs
Clear, plain communication with scientists, engineers, and operators, so legal risk turns into a decision they can act on
A low-ego, "doer" attitude and real interest in taking on work outside your core practice area
Intense curiosity about AI and emerging hardware, and a commitment to responsible AI development
Preferred qualifications
At least 8 years of legal experience in hardware or a closely related technical space, with the judgment to run risk assessments and deals on your own from day one
In-house time at a hardware-intensive technology company (such as electronics, industrial automation, or complex devices) while it was scaling quickly
Experience supporting product or engineering teams as a dedicated counsel
Experience with facilities or on-site vendor services, including the insurance and safety questions
An engineering, product, or other technical background
Experience using AI tools to speed up your own legal work
Role-specific policy: For this role, we expect all staff to be able to work from our San Francisco office at least 3 days a week, though we encourage you to apply even if you might need some flexibility for an interim period of time.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$335,000
—
$385,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on both companies' strengths while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

We’re looking for a
Pricing & Order Operations Analyst
to join our Order Operations & Monetization team. This role restores dedicated capacity for pricing and order operations testing, quote-to-cash (QTC) release validation, and order execution support.
You’ll help ensure system changes are tested, validated, and operationally ready before they go live. You’ll provide Pricing and Order Operations subject-matter expertise and execute assigned business validation across signature packets, bookings, marketplace offers, and booking-to-order management handoffs. This role partners closely with Order Operations & Monetization, IT’s business systems team, Pricing Operations, Sales, and Deal Desk.
Reporting & Prioritization
Reports to the Order Operations & Monetization lead, Jamie Calkins.
The Senior Pricing Operations Manager may help prioritize pricing-related test cases and QTC issues tied specifically to pricing and quoting.
The Order Operations & Monetization lead owns final prioritization of the analyst’s workload across order operations, assigned non-pricing UAT participation, and pricing-related support work.
This is a hybrid role, 1-2 days in the office.
Technologies You’ll Use
Salesforce CPQ
Jira
Suger and marketplace user interfaces, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake

What You’ll Do
Pricing Operations & QTC Support
Support pricing operations changes through business requirement review, data validation, configuration checks, and documentation, helping ensure pricing logic is accurately reflected in QTC workflows.
Validate pricing-related QTC changes across quoting, approvals, discounting logic, product configuration, and downstream order execution.
Help confirm that pricing changes are operationally ready before launch, including impacts to Sales, Deal Desk, Order Operations, Billing, Revenue, and marketplace workflows.
Partner with the Senior Pricing Operations Manager to prioritize pricing-related test cases, identify gaps in business requirements, and document expected system behavior.
Help maintain documentation for pricing- and order-related system configurations, known dependencies, and release-readiness criteria.
UAT & Testing
Participate as a Pricing and Order Operations subject-matter expert in UAT project-managed by Technical Program Management (TPM) and executed under RevOps coordination, ensuring relevant business scenarios and expected outcomes are represented.
Execute assigned Pricing and Order Operations test cases and collaborate with the GTM subject-matter experts identified by RevOps.
Partner with RevOps and relevant subject-matter experts to develop and maintain Pricing and Order Operations test cases, including scenarios for quoting, approvals, signature packets, bookings, marketplace offers, billing, and order management.
Document test results and defects with clear traceability from business requirement to test outcome, and provide domain-specific readiness input through the established UAT sign-off process.
Maintain the Pricing and Order Operations portion of the regression test suite for recurring QTC changes.
Order Operations
Operate under defined business requirements for order operations rules within the QTC flow, validating execution across signature packet generation and e-signature routing, booking rules, marketplace offer configuration—including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake—and the booking-to-order management handoff.
Partner with IT’s business systems team and the Proposal-to-Order Lead to keep order operations rules aligned with upstream pricing and quoting logic and downstream billing and revenue systems.
Ensure signature packets and marketplace offers accurately reflect the underlying order and pricing terms before execution.
Identify and troubleshoot order operations issues across bookings, signature packets, and marketplace offers, escalating systemic problems to the appropriate system owner.
Skills We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in pricing operations, order operations, business systems analysis, or quality assurance within an agile environment, ideally involving quote-to-cash processes.
Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and order management or billing systems, with the ability to read and understand configuration logic without necessarily building it directly.
Strong attention to detail and comfort performing structured, repeatable testing work.
Comfort using conversational AI tools—such as Claude, ChatGPT, or internal chatbots—to support daily and project work, combined with sound judgment about when human review or decision-making is necessary.
Clear written communication skills, with the ability to document test cases, defects, and sign-off criteria for technical and business audiences.
A proactive and organized approach, with the ability to work across IT, Pricing and Order Operations, and Sales and Deal Desk without heavy oversight.
Bonus Skills
Exposure to Revenue Recognition or Professional Services systems and processes.
