About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, you'll have the opportunity to help build one of our newest business areas at a fun, fast-scaling global company. As part of the DoorDash team, we're building a global logistics platform that can deliver almost anything in your city within minutes. Today, our products are used by 55+ million registered users who order from 200,000+ restaurants and retail stores across 30+ countries.
As we continue to expand in Greece, we’re looking for a Sales Specialist to help grow a new business line from the ground up. This is a
hands-on hunter role
: you’ll identify high-potential restaurant and retail partners, build your own pipeline, run negotiations independently, and close new partnerships.
You’ll spend significant time meeting prospective partners in the field, while working closely with internal teams to make sure each partnership is set up for a successful launch.
What you’ll be doing
Own the full new-business sales cycle: identify prospects, create opportunities, pitch the value proposition, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Build and manage your own pipeline of restaurant and retail merchants across Greece.
Proactively source new leads through outbound outreach, market mapping, referrals, and in-person meetings.
Meet decision-makers regularly and lead commercial discussions with both independent merchants and larger organisations.
Turn market feedback and merchant needs into clear commercial opportunities and practical solutions.
Work closely with Operations, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure partners are ready to launch successfully.
Coordinate key onboarding topics, including operational setup, integrations, payment-related flows, and go-live readiness.
Maintain accurate CRM data, keep a clear view of your funnel, and take ownership of progressing opportunities forward.
Share market insights, partner feedback, and learnings that help shape the development of the new business line.
Our humble expectations
A few years of relevant experience in hunter sales, business development, or a similarly new-business-focused commercial role.
A proven track record of proactively sourcing, developing, and closing new commercial opportunities.
Comfortable owning negotiations independently and building trust with decision-makers.
Strong commercial judgement, persistence, and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
Highly proactive and self-directed: you can prioritise your time, create momentum, and move deals forward without waiting for instructions.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Structured approach to pipeline management and confidence using CRM tools.
Professional fluency in both Greek and English.

About the role
🤓
We’re looking for a
Senior Product Builder
who wants to own product problems, not just engineering tasks.
You’ll work across the full lifecycle of B2B initiatives:
understand → shape → build → ship → measure → iterate
This is not a frontend or backend-specific role. Our main stack is Ruby on Rails and React, but we care more about strong engineering fundamentals, product judgment and the ability to work across the stack when needed.
You won’t receive a perfectly specified backlog. You’ll be expected to help create the work: understand merchants and the business, challenge assumptions, work through ambiguity and decide with the team what is worth building.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
About the Merchant Experience team
🧩
We build the B2B product experiences that help merchants manage and grow their business with seQura.
The team owns merchant-facing products and the platform behind them, including order management, analytics, self-service capabilities, growth initiatives and platform features used by other B2B teams.
We are a small team of senior Product Engineers and a Product Designer, with
no dedicated Product Manager by design
.
Engineers are expected to contribute beyond implementation: understanding problems, shaping opportunities, making product and technical decisions, shipping solutions and checking their outcomes.
Initiatives are led by engineers who take ownership of a problem, gather context, define the hypothesis and success criteria, shape the work, drive delivery and follow up after launch.
AI-assisted development is part of our daily workflow. As implementation gets faster, we expect engineers to spend more of their judgment on
what to build, why it matters and what we learn from it
.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Own product initiatives end-to-end, from problem understanding to outcome validation.
Act as Champion for initiatives: gather context, define hypotheses and success criteria, shape the work and drive it forward.
Work directly with merchants, business stakeholders, Product Design and other engineering teams when needed.
Build and operate production software across backend and frontend.
Make pragmatic product and technical decisions with incomplete information.
Use data, feedback and experiments to decide whether to iterate, change direction or stop.
Contribute to evolving Merchant Portal into a platform other B2B teams can build on.
Use AI throughout your workflow, including exploration, implementation, testing, debugging and learning unfamiliar systems.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1
Learn the B2B domain, Merchant Portal, codebase and current initiatives. Shadow a Champion, meet key stakeholders and start contributing.
Month 2
Own a small initiative with support from the team, from understanding the problem to shipping it.
Month 3
Act as Champion for an initiative: frame the problem, define the hypothesis and success criteria, ship a solution and check the outcome.
What you’ll need 🤝
Must have:
7+ years of experience building production software.
Strong software engineering fundamentals.
Experience owning work beyond implementation.
Comfortable working across backend and frontend when needed.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information.
Strong product and customer curiosity.
High autonomy, ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and other teams.
Experience using AI meaningfully in your software development workflow.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or React.
Strong full-stack experience.
Experience building platforms or capabilities used by other teams.
Experience with product discovery, experimentation or success metrics.
Spanish fluency.

About Paired
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
About our Client
They're a
direct-to-consumer subscriptio
n brand that has gone from
zero to a multiple nine-figure run
rate in under
three years
— completely bootstrapped, with a small, lean team spread across the globe. No outside capital, no board, no bureaucracy. We sell across our own D2C site, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, with a subscription retention engine underneath it all.
They grew fast enough that structure never caught up with scale. That is the problem this role exists to solve.
The role
The CEO currently has roughly 25 people, agencies, and suppliers reporting to him across Customer Service, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Operations, Retention, and Finance — plus a running list of ~20 ad hoc growth projects. There is no layer between him and the work. Every decision, follow-up, deadline, blocker, and loose thread routes to one inbox.
The Chief of Staff is that layer. You will own the operating system of the company: who owns what, how they're measured, what they committed to, and whether it actually happened. You'll also own a rotating portfolio of high-leverage projects end to end, and you'll handle the CEO's calendar, inbox, and meeting follow-up so his time goes to product, partnerships, and P&L.
This is not a coordination job.
You are expected to get into the weeds
, do the work yourself, push people, and
raise the standard
. You start reporting directly to the CEO with influence rather than formal authority — and as you prove you can handle it, you'll be given the authority to escalate, reassign, and put underperformers on a plan.
Where this goes:
if you crush this role, the path is C-suite or President within two years. That is a real offer, not a recruiting line.
What You'll Do
Own accountability and urgency across every function.
Each person and agency has KPIs, deadlines, and commitments. You track them, follow up individually, unblock what's stuck, enforce urgency, and make sure the owner knows they own the outcome. Functions include TikTok Shop (8 people), Amazon (agency of 5), Operations (3 suppliers, 3 in-house), Retention (email agency, in-house dev, media buyer), and Finance (3 in-house, 1 agency).
Build the process map of the entire business
. Every role titled and defined, every responsibility documented, every recurring workflow written up as an SOP, every doc and tracker findable, a clear reporting and ownership structure, and clear written criteria for how someone earns a bonus, earns a promotion, or gets let go.
Triage everything currently flowing to the CEO
. For each item: handle it yourself, route it to the right manager, automate it, or kill it. The goal is that it stops reaching him.
Own high-leverage projects end to end.
You'll be handed ad hoc projects — growth initiatives, new channel tests, vendor negotiations, systems builds — with a goal and little else. You scope them, run them, hire or coordinate whoever is needed, and report meaningful progress in a weekly check-in without being managed step by step.
Turn conversations into tracked action
. Sit in on calls, capture decisions and action items from meetings, Slack, and WhatsApp, assign owners and dates, and chase them to done.
Run the CEO's calendar, inbox, and meeting prep.
Full ownership — scheduling, prioritization, prep material, follow-up.
Raise the bar on the people around you. Give direct feedback, flag underperformance early, and help managers hold their own teams accountable rather than
doing it for them forever.
Requirements
Must-Have
Demonstrated ability to learn fast and independently. If we hand you ClickUp on a Friday and say "know it by Monday," you find YouTube tutorials, book a consultant call, and figure it out yourself in a few hours. We don't care what tools you've used — we care that you can teach yourself anything.
You're smart and hands-on. You need to reason through complex business problems and handle people well enough that they want to deliver for you.
Genuine humility. Zero ego. You take direct feedback well, ask for more of it, and are never "above" the work. If a spreadsheet needs cleaning at 11 PM, you clean it.
Willingness to do the work yourself. This role manages and executes. Delegating without getting your hands dirty is a disqualifier.
Comfort with ambiguity and total ownership. Given a problem in a domain you know nothing about, your reaction is excitement, not fear.
Directness. You give and receive blunt feedback without it becoming personal or political.
Real work capacity. This is a 50-hour minimum role with frequent nights and weekends. We're a startup that moves quickly and we're honest about what that costs.
Availability during US Eastern hours within the 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM ET window.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice-to-have
A track record of excellence in a competitive environment. Top marks academically, a strong university, high-level competitive sports or esports, elite early-career roles, a company you built — something that shows you've been in a room full of winners and held your own.
E-commerce experience — D2C, Amazon, or TikTok Shop especially.
Subscription or retention business experience.
Prior Chief of Staff, founder's associate, consulting, or investment banking background.
Experience building SOPs, process documentation, or operating cadences from scratch.
Experience managing agencies and offshore contractors.
Note on weighting:
soft skills outrank hard skills here. A candidate with less e-commerce experience but smart, hands on, humble, faster learning speed, and a stronger record of excellence beats a domain expert who's rigid or ego-driven. Hire for the athlete.
Benefits
Base: $6,000 – $8,000 USD/month, depending on experience (negotiable for the right fit!)
Bonus: 20% of base annually, tied to project completion and KPI attainment
Structure: W-2 or 1099 — your choice
Remote: Work from anywhere, as long as you cover Eastern hours
Growth: Direct, stated path to C-suite or President within two years for the right performer
The Culture
They move fast, communicate directly, and don't sugarcoat feedback. There are no politics, no vanity titles, and no tenure — you don't get status here for having been around. You keep what you kill: results drive promotions, bonuses, and authority.
Everyone here holds absurdly high standards for themselves and the people around them, and the standard keeps going up. Good is never the finish line. If that sounds exhausting, this isn't the right fit. If it sounds like the environment you've been looking for, it's rare that you get it at this scale with this little bureaucracy.

We are looking for a product-first marketer who understands cycling, knows what makes a great bike compelling beyond a spec sheet, and can turn technical differentiation into clear consumer value. You will help shape X-LAB’s product narrative, manage go-to-market execution across our growing portfolio, and build the systems that ensure every launch is coordinated across our global organization.
This role reports to the Global Head of Marketing, and is based onsite in Los Angeles 5 days a week.
What You’ll Do

- Translate technical specifications, engineering innovations, materials, and manufacturing advantages into compelling rider-facing and dealer-facing product stories.
- Lead cross-functional product launches from initial planning through market introduction, coordinating Product, Marketing, Design, Ecommerce, PR, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.
- Develop product marketing assets including product briefs, launch materials, sales tools, dealer education, FAQs, comparison guides, catalogs, and website/PDP content.
- Partner closely with the China product and engineering teams to understand the product roadmap, identify key differentiators, and ensure U.S. market needs and feedback inform future development.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including product specifications, pricing, positioning, technology, and emerging category trends.
- Work directly with dealers, riders, media, athletes, and internal teams to gather market feedback and translate insights into actionable product recommendations.
- Support media launches, product reviews, demo programs, trade shows, dealer events, and other product-focused activations.
- Establish and maintain the product marketing calendar, launch processes, asset requirements, and cross-functional go/no-go milestones.
- Help define how X-LAB’s broader product portfolio fits together, ensuring each model has a clear role, audience, value proposition, and reason to exist.
You’re a Great Fit With:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles within cycling, sporting goods, outdoor, mobility, or another product-driven industry with heavy consumer touchpoints (MANDATORY).
- Proven experience bringing physical products to market and coordinating complex cross-functional launches by building and project managing a world-class product launch engine.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical product features into clear, differentiated consumer benefits and compelling storytelling.
- Strong understanding of positioning, pricing, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Experience developing product marketing materials across ecommerce, retail, sales, PR, and dealer channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple products, launches, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working directly with product designers, engineers, sales teams, creative teams, retailers, and senior leadership.
You’re a Spectacular Fit With:
- A genuine passion for cycling and the ability to speak credibly with everyone from a first-time rider to a bike shop owner, engineer, journalist, or WorldTour mechanic.
- Experience working with international product development or manufacturing teams, particularly across Asia and North America.
- Fluency in Mandarin or experience collaborating closely with China-based teams.
- An instinct for identifying not only what makes a product better, but why that difference should matter to someone.
Success Metrics
- Establish a repeatable, cross-functional product launch process with clear ownership, timelines, deliverables, and go/no-go milestones within the first 90 days.
- Ensure every X-LAB product has clearly defined positioning, target rider, competitive set, key differentiators, and consumer-facing value proposition.
- Deliver coordinated, on-time product launches across website, media, dealer, sales, creative, and operational channels.
- Build a comprehensive competitive intelligence system covering key products, pricing, specifications, technologies, and market movements.
- Create an effective feedback loop between U.S. dealers and riders and X-LAB’s global product and engineering teams to influence future product development.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Product / Web Designer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working with our HQ Design team. This role is the design half of a two-person build pair: you and the Partnerships Backend Engineer take an inbound partnerships inquiry and turn it into something a player actually sees — a co-branded web shop, a campaign landing page, a creator or affiliate destination page — and ship it together.
You will design conversion-oriented commerce surfaces for the Traffic Source Partners we onboard, adapt Xsolla and partner brand systems into one coherent look per campaign, and build a reusable component library so the next campaign launches faster than the last one. You will hand off to engineering with real specs and then review the implementation until it matches.
This is an entry-level design role with a live audience. We care more about your portfolio and your eye than your years of experience — recent graduates and self-taught designers with strong work are welcome. If you like designing things that get measured, and you want to see your work convert real traffic in APAC markets, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design partner-facing surfaces
Design the frontend surfaces created for Traffic Source partnerships: co-branded web shop themes, campaign landing pages, affiliate and creator destination pages, promotional banners, and in-shop merchandising.
Design responsive, mobile-first layouts with the purchase funnel in mind — clarity, hierarchy, trust signals, and a short path to checkout.
Adapt Xsolla brand guidelines and each partner's brand into a single coherent visual system per campaign, without breaking either.
Localise and adapt designs for APAC markets, accounting for language length, local conventions, and regional payment and merchandising context.
Ship with engineering
Work directly with the Partnerships Backend Engineer to take designs from Figma into working frontend — provide specs, states, breakpoints, tokens, and exported assets, then review the build until it matches the design.
Build and maintain a reusable component and template library so new partner campaigns can be assembled rather than designed from scratch.
QA implemented pages across browsers and devices and raise the gaps.
Supporting work
Create supporting collateral for partnerships inquiries: pitch visuals, one-pagers, deck slides, and social or creator kit assets.
Collaborate with HQ Design, follow and contribute to the Xsolla design system, and keep design files, naming, and handoff documentation organised.
Take feedback constructively from HQ Design, Partnerships, and partners, and iterate quickly.
Track work in Jira and keep design documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in product, web, or UI design, or a strong portfolio of personal, freelance, or academic work. A portfolio is required for this application.
Proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
Solid grounding in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, colour, and responsive / mobile-first design.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset production.
An understanding of what makes a landing page convert, and a willingness to have your design judged on that.
Able to work within an existing design system and brand guidelines rather than around them.
Attention to detail and a high standard of quality in design execution.
English sufficient for daily collaboration with the HQ Design team; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Basic HTML and CSS — enough to spec accurately and QA an implementation.
Motion and micro-interaction work (After Effects, Framer Motion, Rive, Lottie).
Experience designing e-commerce, storefront, or checkout flows.
Experience with marketing landing pages, A/B testing, or conversion optimisation.
Illustration, 3D, or custom asset creation skills.
Familiarity with the gaming industry, creator and influencer marketing, or affiliate campaigns.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Professional education in design or a related field.
