About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Our Account Management teams create and build our relationships with restaurant-partners. Together, we help restaurant brands and neighborhood restaurants grow through our platform. We’re constantly launching new cities and products, so there are always new opportunities to expand your skills and progress your career. We are looking for an Account Development Manager based in Astana, Kazakhstan, to manage a portfolio of restaurant partners in the 2 largest cities across Northern Kazakhstan. As our new Account Development Manager, you’ll help a mix of enterprise and SMB restaurant-partners grow with Wolt. You’ll build strong relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and turn performance insights into practical actions that help your restaurant-partners succeed.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the primary point of contact for your portfolio, working with restaurant owners, central teams, and local venue managers. You’ll adapt your approach to each restaurant-partner’s needs, balancing growth opportunities with day-to-day operational performance.
You’ll develop growth plans for restaurant-partners, run promotional campaigns, and lead commercial discussions. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll make sure plans are delivered and restaurant-partners receive the support they need.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own and develop a portfolio of restaurant-partners across Northern Kazakhstan.
Build strong relationships with restaurant-partners through regular check-ins and business reviews, aligning on priorities and following up on agreed actions.
Create and execute growth plans that help restaurant-partners increase sales, attract customers, and improve performance on Wolt.
Identify opportunities to grow adoption of Wolt’s advertising and promotional solutions based on each restaurant-partner’s goals.
Lead commercial negotiations and renewal discussions to support sustainable growth for both Wolt and our restaurant-partners.
Use performance data to identify trends, understand challenges, and recommend practical improvements.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver campaigns, resolve issues, and improve the restaurant-partner experience.
Prioritize your time across restaurant-partners of different sizes, balancing commercial impact with the needs of your wider portfolio.
Our humble expectations*
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial curiosity with strong relationship-building skills and enjoys taking ownership of restaurant-partner growth.
Experience:
You have 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, business development, or a similar commercial role. Experience working with SMB or enterprise restaurant-partners is a plus.
Commercial understanding, upselling, and negotiation skills:
You understand how to grow a restaurant-partner’s business, identify and convert upselling opportunities through advertising and promotional solutions, and confidently lead commercial negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Analytical skills:
You’re comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets and translating performance insights into clear recommendations.
Communication and relationship-building:
You communicate clearly and confidently, adapting your approach to restaurant owners, operational teams, and enterprise stakeholders.
Adaptability:
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and stay focused on delivering results.
Ownership and autonomy:
You roll up your sleeves and get things done, proactively identifying what needs attention without waiting to be told. You’re comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and following through on your commitments.
Ownership and organization:
You manage competing priorities, follow through on commitments, and take a proactive approach to solving problems.
Tools and curiosity:
You’re comfortable learning new tools and open to using AI to improve your daily work and analysis.
Languages:
You’re fluent in Kazakh and Russian and have a working proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
Experience working with restaurant-partners, restaurant chains, or within the food delivery industry.
An understanding of marketplace or platform businesses.
Experience growing a portfolio of restaurant-partners across enterprise and SMB segments.
Advanced skills in data analysis or business intelligence tools.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-forward product marketer to grow our Observability products by boldly positioning them and running campaigns to attract, convert and retain customers. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning for a broad product area. Then you’ll work closely with product managers and the marketing team to deliver campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers buy (and sellers sell) our value.
Product Marketing lives within the Product org rather than the Marketing org at Grafana Labs, and we think differently about the job. Rather than purely executing launches or campaigns, we want PMMs to teach product managers and engineers in our org how to think about growth and demand, and to codify product marketing knowledge into AI-forward tools and processes that anyone in the organization can use. For example, we all contribute product information to a shared knowledge base, which we use to generate enablement materials and decks.
Grafana Labs is a fast-paced and growing organization. As such, this role requires strategic skills, an interest in teaching, and hands-on tactical execution (blogs, webinar outlines, video scripts, etc). Our team is full of people who crave impact and independence - if you are seeking a role with narrow scope where you run a defined playbook, this is not the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Actively partner with and teach product managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information and more.
Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.
Conduct market and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities.
Teach go-to-market and sales teams our products’ capabilities and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
4+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate messaging and workflows
Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional writing and communication skills
A high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is looking for ambitious generalists who want to turn difficult customer and business problems into better products and better ways of working.
In Product Operations, you will own a problem space from investigation through execution and measurement. You might uncover why customers abandon a workflow, build an AI tool that removes hours of manual work, or help a product team bring a new capability to customers. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and customer-facing teams, combining analytical rigor with the willingness to do the work yourself.
This role is designed for people who want substantial responsibility. You will build customer understanding, product judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to lead across teams. Strong performance can create opportunities for broader ownership in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, or AI Operations, depending on your strengths and Ramp’s needs. Growth comes from sustained impact, demonstrated readiness, and available opportunities.
*Please note that this Product Operations role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/week*
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Ramp moves incredibly fast, and our specific Product Operations needs change regularly. Each Product Operations team member is assigned to a specific product, such as Bill Pay, Procurement, or Travel. Ramp moves incredibly fast, and our specific Product Operations needs change regularly. During the hiring process, we will discuss which product areas are hiring priorities and where you could make the greatest impact.
- Own customer and operational outcomes. Take responsibility for a defined problem, establish a baseline, and follow through until the experience improves.
- Find the underlying problem. Combine customer conversations, operational observations, and data to distinguish recurring causes from isolated symptoms.
- Make clear recommendations. Use your product sense and business acumen to size opportunities, compare tradeoffs, and help product partners decide where a process change, automation, or product investment will have the greatest effect.
- Build and improve workflows. Create practical tools and automations, including AI-assisted solutions, that reduce repetitive work and improve reliability. Validate outputs and measure whether people actually benefit.
- Bring changes into use with empathy. Own operational readiness, internal enablement, feedback collection, and follow-through after a launch or workflow change.
- Lead across teams. Define metrics, establish owners, resolve dependencies, communicate decisions, and keep important work moving when the path is unclear.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2-6 years experience in banking, private equity, consulting, or in product management or business operations roles at a demanding startup. Level and compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
- A record of taking personal ownership and delivering outcomes beyond the initial analysis or recommendation.
- Strong quantitative reasoning: you can work with messy data, check assumptions, and translate findings into a decision.
- Customer curiosity and practical judgment about which problems matter most and how to solve them. Willingness and instincts to go talk to a customer when something is unclear. Ability to prioritize well and work on the most important problems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to earn trust for your arguments across technical and business teams.
- Resourcefulness, receptiveness to feedback, and evidence that you learn unfamiliar subjects quickly.
- Experience using AI tools to build something or improve a workflow, with a thoughtful approach to checking quality.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building internal tools, using APIs or low-code platforms,
- Working with financial products, shipping software with AI assistance,
- Owning a launch can help you get started.
- We value the difficulty of the problems you have solved and the results you can explain.

Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Compute is one of the most capital-intensive and strategically important functions at Baseten. Every inference request we serve runs on capacity we have sourced, contracted, and financed, and the deals behind that capacity are growing in size and complexity.
As a member of the Strategic Compute Investments team, you will work on some of the largest and most complex compute investments. Working directly with our Head of Supply, Finance, and company leadership, you will structure, model, diligence, and help negotiate the large compute, data center, and infrastructure transactions that determine how fast and how profitably Baseten can grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the analytical and structuring work behind major supply transactions, including multi-year capacity commitments, data center and powered land opportunities, and strategic partnerships
- Build the financial models that underwrite each deal, from unit economics and TCO through return, risk, and scenario analysis, and turn them into clear recommendations for leadership
- Design deal structures that balance cost, flexibility, and risk, including commitment terms, payment timing, prepayments, and financing options
- Lead diligence on counterparties and opportunities, coordinating across Finance, Legal, Engineering, and external advisors
- Track market pricing, capital flows, and financing trends across the compute and infrastructure landscape to inform strategy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure or real estate investing, venture or growth investing, management consulting, or a comparable corporate finance or corporate development role
- Hands-on experience structuring, modeling, and executing complex transactions from first look through close
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with the judgment to turn analysis into a clear recommendation
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with senior leadership and external counterparties
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity: you want to build the process, not inherit one
- Genuine interest in AI infrastructure and the economics of compute
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience investing in or financing digital infrastructure, data centers, power, or energy
- Exposure to compute, cloud, or GPU markets, including capacity contracts or infrastructure financing
- Prior experience moving from a finance or investing seat into an operating role at a high-growth company
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Quality engineering team at Circle owns the foundation for measuring, diagnosing, and improving the quality of Circle's AI-powered features. This team focuses on building the infrastructure to measure, diagnose, and improve production AI systems, rather than ML research or model training.
We're looking for a Lead Engineer to help us build out the evaluation frameworks, observability tooling, and diagnostic infrastructure that tell us whether our AI Agents are working well, where to improve them, and how to make them faster and more cost-efficient.
This is a hands-on player-coach role. You’ll also lead and manage the AI Quality engineering team, with an ambitious and growing roadmap.
If you're excited about making AI systems work reliably, efficiently, and at scale, this is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Build and own our evaluation infrastructure. Design the CI/CD pipelines, scorers, and datasets that tell us whether Circle's AI agents (planners, tool-callers, and sub-agents) are actually working, from a single tool call to a full multi-turn conversation.
- Diagnose exactly where quality breaks down. Trace failures across the agent pipeline including plan creation vs. execution, tool selection, tool trajectory in complex areas like workflows, site builder, and analytics. Turn what you find into prototypes that solve the issue or identify priorities for AI core engineering can help.
- Grow the datasets that make evaluation possible. Stand up annotation workflows and build out AI-generated and simulated conversations so we can cover more of the product faster than manual labeling alone.
- Run structured experiments across prompts, models, and the agent harness. Evaluate new and open-source models against our production baseline, build the framework we use to decide when to shift models, and chase cost and latency wins through model swaps, caching, and routing by plan complexity.
- Lead and grow the AI Quality engineering team. Set technical direction and manage day-to-day priorities, all while staying hands-on in the code yourself.
- Partner closely with AI Core engineering. Work with the engineers building Circle's AI products so they have real confidence that their changes are actually improving quality, not just shipping.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software, ideally including LLM-powered agents that take real actions in a product. You've worked on complex, tool-using systems (multiple tools, planning or orchestration, sub-agents) not just simple, single-turn assistants, and you can walk us through something you shipped and how you knew it was actually working.
- Comfortable in Ruby on Rails / Python or ready to pick them up quickly. Ruby on Rails is our production system and the foundation that Circle’s AI Agents are built on and proficiency in Python is a strong plus, especially for the data and evaluation side of the work.
- Experience building evaluation or observability infrastructure for ML/AI systems. You've built eval pipelines, scorers, dashboards, or CI/CD for evals before and have experience with evaluation frameworks like Braintrust, LangSmith, or similar.
- Experience designing datasets, annotation workflows, or labeling pipelines for ML/AI evaluation. You know how to turn raw examples into a dataset you can trust through human annotation, AI-generated data, or simulation.
- Learn fast, experiment aggressively, and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. You’ll need to be comfortable running a lot of experiments and letting the results settle the argument, including the ones that don't work (which will be many of them in the beginning).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. You’ll need to learn and pick up new technologies when projects require it.
- Strong alignment with our company values https://circle.so/careers.
- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 https://magoosh.com/english-speaking/english-proficiency-levels-a-guide-to-determining-your-level/ / ILR Level 5 https://www.govtilr.org/.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to be a key analytical partner to our Customer Success organization and our product-led, digital customer journey. You’ll shape how the business understands what drives adoption, retention, and expansion, analyzing how customers move from sign-up to activation, engagement, conversion, expansion, and renewal, and turning that into clear, actionable insight on the growth levers leadership can act on. Sitting within our centralized analytics function, you’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product, Growth, RevOps, and Data Engineering, bringing strategic thinking, deep PLG expertise, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations that move the business forward. You’ll help define how digital and scaled success programs are measured, size opportunities, show where to invest next, and help shape the data foundations that underpin our AI and automation capabilities.
How we’re using AI today
On the Analytics team, we're thoughtfully embedding AI into how we work with data. That looks like using AI to accelerate SQL development, pressure-test interpretations, turn complex datasets into clear executive narratives, and increasingly, building Generative BI applications that let stakeholders explore and interrogate data on their own. We approach AI the same way we approach data quality: with clear standards, human accountability at every consequential decision, and a commitment to getting it right before it influences the business. Beyond our own workflows, our role is evolving to ensure 1Password has the data foundations, governance, and structure its broader AI transformation depends on.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in analytics within complex B2B SaaS environments, ideally in a product-led or self-serve motion. B2C or hybrid B2B/B2C experience is a plus
- Strong PLG and customer lifecycle expertise, including activation, PQLs, cohort analysis, retention, churn, expansion, and growth modeling
- Experience partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Growth stakeholders and translating open-ended business questions into analytical frameworks
- Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear recommendations and communicate them to senior leaders, influencing decisions and priorities
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), statistical modeling, or predictive techniques (e.g., churn or propensity modeling) in a business context
- Advanced SQL and strong experience with large-scale analytical datasets, including product usage and event data
- Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools (Hex, Omni, Claude, Dust, or similar)
- Comfort in modern cloud data ecosystems: Snowflake, Databricks, dbt
- Experience working with GTM and customer platforms such as Salesforce and a CS platform (Gainsight, or similar). Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Segment, or similar) is a plus
What you can expect:
- The opportunity to do meaningful analytics work across adoption, retention, expansion, and digital success in a fast-moving, product-led SaaS environment
- Close partnership with Customer Success stakeholders and a direct line to leadership on the growth levers that matter most, contributing to how the organization measures performance and makes day-to-day decisions
- Involvement in building the data foundations and analytical standards that Customer Success and 1Password’s broader AI capabilities will depend on
- Exposure to how AI gets applied in customer analytics, including Generative BI and AI-assisted workflows across forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation
- Cross-functional collaboration across Customer Success, Product, Growth, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and Data teams
- An environment where there’s a lot to build and your contributions will have real impact, ideal for someone who is eager to grow, take ownership, and make their mark

We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI

We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
About the role
We are looking for a versatile corporate and regulatory lawyer to join Cohere’s Legal team. Reporting to our Senior Governance Counsel, this role will support a global portfolio of corporate governance, entity and intercompany matters, together with cross-border regulatory, trade and compliance workstreams.
This role is designed for a lawyer with a strong corporate foundation who has also developed meaningful regulatory and trade experience. You should be comfortable moving between different types of legal work including:
- supporting global corporate governance and entity matters, including subsidiary governance, entity establishment and restructuring, intercompany arrangements and delegated authorities;
- supporting cross-border regulatory workstreams, including foreign investment and national-security reviews, regulatory diligence and filing coordination;
- helping the business navigate export-control, sanctions and related compliance requirements; and
- supporting legal and regulatory issues arising from public-sector and regulated-market opportunities, particularly where sovereignty, procurement, security or other market-access requirements come into play.
You will work closely with colleagues across Legal, Finance, Tax, People, Security, Government Affairs and commercial teams, as well as with specialist external counsel in multiple jurisdictions. The role requires sound judgment, curiosity and the ability to take ownership of a workstream, identify when specialist advice is needed, and turn that advice into practical action.
What you’ll do
- Support Cohere’s global corporate governance and entity matters, including subsidiary governance, entity establishment and restructuring, board and shareholder matters, corporate approvals, delegated authorities, signing frameworks and ongoing entity maintenance.
- Support Cohere’s intercompany legal architecture, including intercompany agreements and other cross-border operating arrangements, working closely with Finance, Tax, People and local counsel to ensure Cohere’s entities are structured and operated appropriately across jurisdictions.
- Support cross-border regulatory workstreams, including foreign investment screening, national-security reviews, regulatory diligence, filing coordination and the implementation of regulatory commitments arising in connection with acquisitions, investments, restructurings and other significant matters.
- Support Cohere’s export-control, sanctions and related compliance matters, including coordinating specialist external advice and translating regulatory requirements into practical internal guidance, controls and documentation.
- Support legal and regulatory workstreams arising from public-sector and regulated-market opportunities, particularly where sovereignty, procurement, security or other market-access requirements need to be understood and operationalised.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external counsel across jurisdictions, ensuring that legal and regulatory workstreams are appropriately scoped, progressed and implemented.
- Take ownership of matters within the role’s remit and help develop practical, scalable approaches as Cohere’s international footprint grows.
What we’re looking for
- A qualified lawyer with approximately 4–8 years of relevant experience, gained at a leading law firm, a sophisticated in-house legal team, or preferably a combination of both.
- A strong corporate and cross-border legal foundation, with experience across areas such as subsidiary governance, entity structuring and reorganisations, intercompany arrangements, delegated authorities, corporate approvals and other aspects of international corporate practice.
- Meaningful exposure to cross-border regulatory matters, particularly foreign investment screening, national-security reviews, export controls, sanctions, international trade or related corporate compliance issues. Deep specialism in any one of these areas is not required.
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions, including coordinating local and specialist external counsel and bringing different legal, regulatory and business inputs together into a coherent internal position.
- Strong judgment, range and commercial awareness, with the ability to get quickly up to speed on unfamiliar issues, identify what matters most and distinguish issues that can be handled internally from those requiring specialist advice.
- The ability to take ownership of an internal legal workstream, ask the right questions of specialist counsel, digest complex advice and translate it into clear, practical next steps for the business.
- Clear and practical communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Tax, People, Security, Government Affairs and commercial teams.
- A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with comfort moving between different subject areas and working across functions, jurisdictions and time zones.
- Experience in technology, AI or another regulated industry would be helpful, but is not essential.
- Exposure to public-sector, government-facing or regulated-market matters is a plus but is not a prerequisite.
Nice to have
- Experience in technology, AI, cloud or infrastructure, or another regulated industry.
- Experience supporting a multinational organisation with a growing international entity footprint, particularly where legal, tax, finance and operational considerations intersect.
- Exposure to public-sector, government-facing or regulated-market matters, including procurement, digital sovereignty, security, accreditation or related market-access requirements.
- Familiarity with North American, UK or EU regulatory frameworks relevant to cross-border technology businesses.
What success looks like
- You can move comfortably between corporate and regulatory matters, identify the core issue quickly and make progress even where the work does not fit neatly into a single legal category.
- You can take ownership of a complex cross-border workstream, bring together the right internal stakeholders and external advisers, and drive it through to a practical outcome.
- You know when specialist advice is needed, can frame the right questions for external counsel, and can turn complex advice into clear, actionable guidance for the business.
- You become a trusted execution partner across Cohere’s corporate governance and regulatory portfolio, taking meaningful ownership of workstreams and creating capacity for more strategic, cross-functional and government-facing work at the senior level.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE SENIOR REVENUE OPERATIONS JOB
Our Business Strategy & Operations team runs the most critical, strategic, and data-driven projects at Alan. It sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Finance, and covers four core areas: sales strategy and planning, sales effectiveness, sales enablement, and business segment leadership.
You'll be joining the Sales Effectiveness team, whose mission is to make our sales organization run at its best across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. This team is a key lever on one of the company's most watched metrics: our customer acquisition cost.
Why is this role interesting?
- High-impact scope: You'll work across the full sales organization, from Account Executives to BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success Managers.
- Real ownership: You'll own initiatives end to end, from strategy and design to execution and adoption, not just delivery.
- Builder's playground: You'll have access to a modern stack, combining low-code tools, AI (Dust, Claude), Salesforce, and SQL, to ship things fast and at scale.
- Tangible results: Recent examples from our roadmap include fully automating slide deck generation for Sales (saving 1,000+ hours per year) and building an AI-powered outbound machine reaching a 15% discovery rate.
What will you do with us?
You'll own effectiveness initiatives end to end, setting the roadmap, designing the solution, building it, driving execution, and managing change across the organization. You'll spend meaningful time in the field to spot gaps in our sales process, then design smarter workflows by eliminating steps and increasing automation. You'll evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll out what works.
You'll mostly work with low-code tools (like Zapier or n8n), AI, Salesforce, SQL via Metabase, and whatever else the job calls for. Enablement is a key part of the role: you'll shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
You'll be a great fit for the Revenue Operations team at Alan if you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Sales Effectiveness, several of them spent hands-on building the sales machine. You own initiatives end-to-end (scope, design, build, measure);
- Demonstrate strong ownership and project management skills, and are comfortable running initiatives;
- Have a builder mindset and love being hands-on;
- Are confident with change management, including shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating;
- Can write and own SQL queries yourself (joins, basic data modeling), not just read them.
- Have proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (e.g. Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent) to build scalable workflows
- Have configured Salesforce yourself (objects, fields, flows) and can say what you personally built vs. what an integrator or another team did.
- Are able to build and maintain pipelines that produce actionable insights, with clear business impact
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Have at least an advanced level in English.
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid or Barcelona.
For this role we are looking to hire within the C1-E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PLUS. WE CARE ABOUT HAVING A DIVERSITY OF EXPERIENCES, PROFILES AND BACKGROUNDS IN OUR TEAM.

- Transport. Generous transit benefit

- Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are.
